Abstract

Evaluasi hasil belajar merupakan salah satu mata rantai kegiatan yang harus mendapat perhatian guru dalam melakukan tugasnya sebagai pengelola program belajar-mengajar. Evaluasi hasil belajar bukan sekedar menilai seberapa besar hasil yang diperoleh siswa dalam melakukan kegiatan belajar-mengajar, akan tetapi evaluasi dapat juga digunakan untuk memperbaiki proses belajar-mengajar. Tegasnya evaluasi dapat dijadikan dasar untu memperbaiki pendidikan. Suatu pendapat mengatakan bahwa rancangan atau desain penelitian pada dasarnya merupakan keseluruhan proses pemikiran dan penentuan matang tentang hal-hal yang akan dilakukan terhadap kegiatan penelitian. Dan proses pemikiran dalam penelitian ini sangat ditentukan oleh tujuan penelitian itu sendiri, apabila suatu penelitian dapat diukur secara langsung dan dinilai dengan angka, maka penelitian itu dinamakan penelitian kuantitatif, sedangkan penelitian yang tidak dapat diukur atau dinilai dengan angka-angka disebut penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkkan bahwa evaluasi hasil belajar bahasa Arab dengan rata-rata 64, 02, standar deviasinya 8, 7 termasuk dalam kategori sedang/cukup dan mutu kegiatan belajar mengajar rata-rata 68, 9 standar deviasinya 8, 92 termasuk dalam kategori tinggi.Sesuai dengan hasil uji hipotesisi yang telah disajikan di atas, maka ditemukan adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara hasil belajar terhadap peningkatan mutu KBM bidang studi bahasa Arab siswa kelas II MA NW Keruak dan hipotesisi alternatif yang ada pada bab III benar adanya.

Abstract

Analisis kualitas butir soal merupakan analisis yang mengkaji kualitas butir soal. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kualitatif dengan teknik panel, yaitu mengkaji setiap butir soal berdasarkan kaidah materi, konstruksi, dan bahasa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas butir soal mata pelajaran fiqih kelas VI SD Islam Amanah Ummah Surakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan teknik dokumentasi. Dokumentasi dalam penelitian ini adalah soal ujian, kunci jawaban, dan lembar jawaban siswa. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kualitas butir soal mata pelajaran fiqih siswa kelas VI SD Islam Amanah Ummah Surakarta memiliki kualitas yang baik karena telah sesuai dengan kaidah yang telah ditetapkan baik ranah materi, ranah konstruksi, maupun ranah bahasa.

Abstract

The aims of this research include, among other things, to describe the use of the Serang Javanese language used in Serang Regency, differentiate the use of native Javanese from Javanese in Serang Regency, and explain the factors that influence the phonological dialect in Serang Regency. The research carried out is a type of qualitative research, this research requires descriptive data in the form of words and utterances from the object being studied. From the results that have been carefully studied between the two languages, namely Javanese Serang and Javanese Krama Inggil, the two clearly have quite a comparison, for example in the use of vowels, the pitch of the voice and the softness of the tone used. The use of the Krama Inggill Javanese accent is smoother and easier to hear, while the standard Serang Javanese language is rougher. Apart from that, words that end in consonants in Serang Javanese are read in full, for example the word "enak" in the Javanese krama dialect is pronounced "ena".

Abstract

Until now, there are still many who are afraid to start a business, including online business, so a real manifestation of a successful businessman has high self-efficacy/ability in starting a business. Apart from having the ability, a businessman must also be able to understand marketing planning and strategy. well in developing a business so that the business succeeds as expected, therefore the purpose of this research is to find out: 1) How is the self-efficacy of entrepreneurs in online business for FEBI students, 2) What is the strategy for developing entrepreneurship in online business for FEBI students, 3) What are the obstacles faced in developing entrepreneurs in the online business of FEBI students. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach, and the methods used in data collection are observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this study were students who had been running their online business for more than 3 years. The number of subjects in this study were 10 people. The results of this study note that FEBI students have high self-efficacy in online business or entrepreneurship, students are confident in their abilities and have expectations for their abilities in doing business online, in building confidence students obtain from several sources, namely personal experience, other people's experiences, verbal persuasion and emotional state. In the student business development strategy it is still not running well and efficiently, and there are obstacles to student businesses such as suppliers, competitors, capital and customers.

Abstract

Dunia otomotif sudah tidak asing lagi di telinga masyarakat. Berbagai brand terkenal seperti Yamaha menjadi pilihan masyarakat. Konsumen memilih sebuah brand dipengaruhi beberapa faktor, dalam hal ini acuannya pada "Product Knowledge dan Relationship Marketing terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen sepeda motor Yamaha". Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui apakah dua faktor tersebut mempengaruhi loyalitas konsumen sepeda motor pada Dealer Yamaha SIP Gunungsari. Metode penelitian kuantitatif digunakan dalam studi ini. Partisipan penelitian ini terdiri dari 100 konsumen sepeda motor di Dealer Yamaha SIP Gunungsari. Pengambilan sampel secara acak diterapkan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil studi ini memperlibatkan bahwa Product Knowledge dan Relationship Marketing berpengaruh simultan terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen. Namun, Product Knowledge berpengaruh negatif terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen yang artinya Product Knowledge bertolak belakang pada Loyalitas Konsumen.

Abstract

The growth of savings interest in generation z is inseparable from the influence of social media. The growth of interest in saving gen z at Islamic banks is inseparable from a good social media marketing strategy. The purpose of this study is to determine how sharia financial knowledge and religiosity influence the decision of University of Muhammadiyah Lampung students to save at Islamic banks. In this study, interest in saving as the dependent variable, and Islamic financial literacy and religiosity as the dependent variable. This research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were Students of the Faculty of Islamic Religion at Muhammadiyah Lampung University class 2020-2023. The primary data used came from a questionnaire with a total of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling technique. The analysis technique in the study used multiple regression analysis analysis and processed using spss. The results showed Fcount is greater than Ftable, namely 38.743 smaller than 2.669 and Ho is accepted. This shows that sharia financial literacy (X1) and religiosity (X2) affect the interest in saving (Y) simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the Board of Commissioners, Audit Committee and Sharia Supervisory Board on the disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia in 2015 - 2020. Hypothesis testing is carried out using panel data regression analysis . The results showed that the Board of Commissioners had no significant effect on Islamic Social Reporting (ISR). While the Audit Committee and Sharia Supervisory Board have a positive and significant impact on Islamic Social Reporting (ISR). The results of this study indicate that good corporate governance is very important for the disclosure of information on Islamic Social Reporting at Islamic Commercial Banks.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Head Leadership, motivation, and work culture partially and stimulants on the performance of TPQ teachers in Tabanan Regency. This research is an associative type of quantitative research. This study uses observation methods, questionnaires or questionnaires, and documentation. Data collection techniques using questionnaires or questionnaires,observation, and documentation. To prove and analyze the data, validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, as well as t (partial) and f tests (stimulants) were used. The test results showed that: 1) leadership, motivation, and work culture had a stimulating effect on the performance of TPQ teachers, with a value of Sig. 0.001 < 0.05. Because the Sig value is less than 0.05 then it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. 2) leadership has no effect on the performance of TPQ teachers partially, it was obtained that the sig value of the leadership style variable was 0.103 and the tcount value was 1.661 while the ttable was 2.005. 3) Motivation affects the performance of TPQ teachers partially, it was obtained that the SIG value of the work motivation variable was 0.001 and the calculation was 7.183 with a ttable of 2.005 4) Work Culture had an effect on the performance of TPQ teachers as well as partially, it was obtained that the SIG value of the work culture variable was 0.981 and the tcount was 0.024 with a ttable of 2.005.

Abstract

Cooperatives according to the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council-Indonesian Ulema Council, NO: 141/DSN-MUI/VIII/2021 concerning guidelines for the establishment and operation of sharia cooperatives, sharia cooperatives are business entities consisting of one person or a cooperative legal entity that bases its activities on cooperative principles as well as as a people's economic movement based on the principle of kinship based on sharia principles. This research will try to examine the background of the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council-Indonesian Ulema Council, No: 141/DSN-MUI/VIII/2021 concerning Guidelines for the Establishment and Operation of Sharia Cooperatives and try to see the ijtihad method used by the MUI using the nash qathi, qawli and manhaji approaches. Analyzing the background of the fatwa here uses the concept of maslahah murlah to determine the benefits of determining the fatwa. Based on the research results, it was found that the background in making the fatwa was to try to provide an answer to the legal certainty of sharia cooperatives in response to the request from the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs and to emphasize that existing sharia cooperative businesses are in accordance with the provisions of Islamic law.
