Abstract

Kewirausahaan atau entrepreneursip telah banyak dilakukan oleh lembaga pendidikan formal hingga pondok pesantren. Banyak pesantren yang menjalankan program entrepreneur bagi para santrinya untuk membekali soft skill atau kemampuan berwirausaha setelah pulang kampung atau hidup bermasyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan usaha para alumni setelah pulang kampung, apakah terjadi perkembangan atau justru berhenti, serta terbentuknya persepsi tentang kewirausahaan.Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi, sedangkan informan penelitian sejumlah 4 orang alumni Pondok Pesantren Entrepreneur Kanzun Najah Kota Batu, dengan kriteria alumni yang sangat aktif berwirausaha ketika menjadi santri dengan pendapatan per bulan rata-rata Rp 2 juta atau lebih. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa program atau kegiatan entrepreneur yang dilaksanakan di Pondok Pesantren Kanzun Najah Kota Batu telah membentuk karakteristik dan jiwa entrepreneur pada santrinya dan alumni. Para alumni yang telah pulang dan tinggal di kampung halamannya mengalami stagnanisasi atau bahkan berhentinya kegiatan usaha anggrek yang telah dijalankannya, sedangkan untuk alumni yang memilih tinggal di Kota Malang dan Kota Batu mengalami peningkatan yang positif dan signifikan pada perkembangan usahanya. Beberapa faktor yang menjadi penghambat antara lain: keterbatasan akses ekspedisi, jauh dari produsen anggrek yang berpusat di Kota Malang dan Batu, tidak ada tambahan motivasi atau penyemangat komunitas atau petani anggrek, dan keterbatasan pada sarana-prasana. Sedangkan dalam paradigm (cara pandang atau persepsi santri dan alumni pesantren Kanzun Najah telah tertanam dengan kuat bahwa, kekuatan pondasi atau kemandirian ekonomi merupakan keharusan bagi santri sebagai modal dalam berdakwah.

Abstract

Metode pembelajaran sangat penting dalam proses pembelajaran nahwu. Metode pembelajaran nahwu yang diterapkan di MTs Tanwirul Qulub Lamongan masih menggunakan metode konvensional sehingga menyebabkan permasalahan belajar pada siswa. siswa belum bisa memahami materi nahwu dengan baik, kesulitan dalam menghafalkan materi dan kesulitan dalam membuat contoh penggunaan kaidah-kaidah. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut dibutuhkan metode pembelajaran yang dan sesuai untuk mengatasai persoalan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas metode Al-Miftah Lil Ulum dalam meningkatkan pemahaman nahwu siswa kelas VIII. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan quasi-eksperimental. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII MTs. Tanwirul Qulub. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, lembar observasi, dan lembar dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Teknik deskriptif komparatif dan uji-t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai uji-t pada nilai t-hitung sebesar 3.289 t-tabel dan nilai sig.(2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 artinya 0,05. Hal ini kemudian dijadikan dasar dalam melakukan uji hipotesis yang berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti penerapan metode AL-Miftah Lil Ulum efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman nahwu dibanding metode konvensional pada siswa kelas VIII MTs Tanwirul Qulub Lamongan.

Abstract

Purpose - Technology development is getting faster, especially in the scope of education. The existence of increasingly advanced technology is a challenge to digital literacy competence in students, especially in writing scientific papers. This study aims to reveal the importance of mastering digital literacy in supporting the process of writing scientific papers for students. Method - The researcher used a qualitative descriptive method. The primary data in this study are the results of observations and interviews on the scientific writing habits of postgraduate students at the State Islamic University of Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang in utilizing digital media. Findings - The result of this study is that the existence of digital literacy is very supportive of student scientific writing. The impact felt by students related to the competence of digital literacy in writing scientific papers is that 1) writing scientific papers becomes better and more effective because they can easily get references through digital journal portals; 2) learning anywhere becomes practical because there is no need to carry many books to move places; 3) improving the ability to find information; 4) improving analytical skills; and 5) improving critical thinking skills.Research Implications - The limitation of this research is that it has not fully revealed the supporting and inhibiting factors of digital literacy in the process of writing student scientific papers.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the paradigm shifting of Qur’anic interpretation on woman verses from Gadamerian perspective. This writing finds out three paradigms: classical, modern and neomodernism paradigm. Each paradigm has its own world view that necessary to its context. From Gadamerian perspective, the emergence of those three paradigms in Qur’anic interpretation about woman verses is necessity. As a text, Qur’an is not a dead object, but it will be understood by people from different point of views. In interpreting a text, an instrument is used to help finding out the right interpretation. Interpretation is not a hall of mirrors in which interpreters only see themselves in different poses and shapes depending on the shape and angle of the mirror which confronts them. Rather, interpretation is a process of listening to others through their words and deeds.

Abstract

The demands of studying in college require students to learn to be more independent and disciplined in managing their time. The progress of science and technology is a challenge for universities as centers of scientific development accompanied by global competition, which requires a fast track approach. UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang is one of the Islamic Universities in Indonesia that organizes the fastrack program. This program was held with the aim of providing facilities for undergraduate students who excel in academics, English, and who have high motivation to continue their master's degree, with the hope of increasing the number of superior students in the master's program and increasing scientific publications. Fastrack is an accelerated education program that allows students to complete a degree in less time than traditional programs. The speed required can pose its own challenges in terms of time management, understanding, material and study strategies. This research aims to describe the learning strategies of Fastrack students and the obstacles and challenges they face. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques include distributing questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research identified fastrack students' learning strategies, namely discipline, planning, collaboration and motivation. It was also found that the obstacles and challenges faced by Fastrack students were scheduling conflicts between undergraduate and graduate program schedules, overloaded assignments, and students lacking self-confidence due to lack of learning experience.

Abstract

The purpose is To examine the role of MSMEs in overcoming poverty caused by unemployment in West Java. The data used is secondary data taken from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The analytical method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The sample selection in this study was determined using the census method. The census method is a method that takes a sample of all districts and cities in West Java. The sample data used are districts and towns in East Java, namely 27 districts/cities. The results of the R-Square test show that the independent variable (unemployment) affects poverty by 68%, while other factors outside the model influence the additional 32%. The unemployment variable can increase MSMEs by 30%, while other factors outside the research model influence the other 70%. The MSME variable can reduce poverty by 67%, while other factors outside the model affect the additional 33%; the results of the significance level test show that unemployment has a direct and significant positive relationship with poverty. Unemployment has a direct and consequential positive relationship with MSMEs. MSMEs have a direct and consequential positive relationship to poverty. Moreover, MSMEs can moderate the relationship between unemployment and poverty.

Abstract

Forming a good and ideal leader is not done instantly, it needs to be done early. This study aims to examine the importance of leadership education for children, the urgency of implementing such education in children starting early, its proper implementation, and the impact of early leadership education according to the perceptions of postgraduate students of Islamic education management. They are using descriptive qualitative research methods, with the type of case study research located at Postgraduate UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. Using data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation, and data analysis techniques with steps: 1) Data reduction, 2) Presentation of data, and 3) Conclusion of research data The results of this study show that the application of leadership education from an early age is important for children to become ideal leaders. Leadership education has a positive impact on the character and personality of children. Forming an attitude of responsibility, courage, self-confidence, caring for the surroundings, and training children to be able to find solutions to the problems they face. The steps taken also need to be adjusted to the age, ability, and thinking pattern of the child. The role of the people around him, namely, parents, family, teachers, peers, and the surrounding environment is an important part that supports the success of the leadership education process. The conclusion of this research is to increase our understanding of leadership education from an early age. And also increase knowledge about the steps to form a cadre of cadres of national leaders.

Abstract

The study examines the effectiveness of the guided discovery method on the learning of nahwu in the VIII grade at SMPIT Izzatuna Palembang. In addition, there is a problem of low motivation and enthusiasm in learning Nahwu using the old methods. Nahwu is considered to be a difficult and exhausting lesson, so innovation in the methods of learning is required. With the guided discovery method, students are expected to be able to find the structure of Arabic words in learning nahwu, and is expected to make learners more active and creative in the learning process, where teachers act as facilitators that direct and guide them—research using a quasi-experimental approach with a sample of 34 students. The data collection used pre-test and post-test results. The analysis methods used were descriptive tests, homogeneity tests, normality tests, paired sample T-tests, independent sample t-tests, and N-Gain tests. The research results concluded that the guided discovery method can improve learning outcomes, interest, and motivation of students toward Nahwu learning. This is evident from the average results obtained by the experimental class, which was 80, better and more effective compared to the control class, which obtained an average result of 60 using the Istiqroiyah method. From the average results, the guided discovery method can improve learning outcomes by 20 points.

Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek pelayanan prima dan tingkat keuntungan pada sikap anggota memilih pembiayaan di koperasi syariah secara parsial dan simultan. Metode dalam riset ini adalah kuantitatif, jenis riset asosiatif berbentuk kausal. Populasi dalam riset ini yaitu seluruh anggota koperasi syariah yang mengambil pembiayaan pada tahun 2022. Teknik pengambilan sampelnya adalah Sampling Aksidental berjumlah 98 anggota. Hasil test t membuktikan variabel pelayanan prima mempunyai t hitung senilai 3,088 lebih tinggi dari t tabel yaitu 1,985 (3,320 > 1,985) dengan substansialsi senilai 0,001. Nilai Standardized Coefficients variabel X1 senilai 0,379 atau 37,9% bermakna variabel pelayanan prima memberi efek positif substansial pada sikap anggota memilih pembiayaan senilai 37,9%. Sedangkan variabel tingkat keuntungan mempunyai t hitung senilai 4,156 lebih tinggi dari t tabel yaitu 1,985 (4,156 > 1,985) dengan keakuratan senilai 0,000. Nilai Standardized Coefficients variabel X2 senilai 0,475 atau 47,5% bermakna variabel tingkat keuntungan memberi efek positif substansial pada sikap anggota memilih pembiayaan murabahah senilai 47,5%. Nilai hasil Test F senilai 100,339 > 3,09 dan substansialsi 0,00 < 0,05 bermakna pelayanan prima dan tingkat keuntungan secara simultan berefek positif substansial pada sikap anggota memilih pembiayaan di koperasi syariah. Nilai persentase koefisien determinasi (R2) yang diberikan oleh faktor pelayanan prima dan tingkat keuntungan pada sikap anggota memilih pembiayaan murabahah senilai 67,9% sedangkan sisanya 32,1% yaitu variabel lain diluar riset ini.

Abstract

The competence of students is developed by educational institutions in an effort to achieve educational visions and missions based on educational goals. Policies related to student graduation at this time are not based on the results of the National Examination, but are based on school/madrasah decisions. Madrasas have a responsibility for the graduation predicate of students. Graduation criteria are determined by each educational unit. Thus, the value of local content is also considered in graduation. Not only implementing educational goals in general, but the values of local wisdom must also be in the curriculum. The objectives of the study were to find out, (1) the integrated curriculum planning model used in developing student competencies at MA Raudlatul Ulum Putri, (2) how to organize an integrated curriculum with local content, (3) how to implement an integrated curriculum with content, (4) how curriculum evaluation is integrated with local content. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The research began in November 2021-January 2022 at the MA Raudlatul Ulum Putri Ganjaran Gondanglegi Malang. Collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and verification. Checking the validity of the data used triangulation of sources, methods and data. The results of this study are (1) the planning used in developing an integrated curriculum using the rational-interactive model, (2) the organization used is curriculum integration, globally it is integrating the curriculum of the Ministry of Religion and Local Content (kitab turats). In particular, integrated interdisciplinary science. (3) The implementation of the curriculum is guided by the Decree of the Minister of Religion Number 184 of 2019, but replaces some group B subjects with other local content. (4) Curriculum evaluation is that the lesson plans have not been fully realized. The minority of students are not alumni of Islamic boarding schools or madrasas, so they are not familiar with the turats book when they first enter the madrasa and need to maximize the Book Reading Guidance (BMK) specifically for new students who are still lacking in their ability to learn the turats book.
