Artikel ini membahas pentingnya manajemen komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh kepala madrasah utuk meningkatkan kinerja guru. Dalam menciptakan lembaga yang bermutu tentu dibutuhkan kerjasama oleh kepala madrasah dan juga guru dalam kerjasama tersebut dibutuhkan manajemen komunikasi agar komunikasi tersebut dapat efektif dan efisien. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data seperti observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh kepala madrasah meliputi 1) perencanaan dan pengorganisasian meliputi penentuan tujuan, sasaran dan target; 2) pelaksanaan manajemen komunikasi melalui formal dan informal 3) Sedangkan untuk evaluasi melalui supervisi yang di laksanakan oleh kepala madrasah. berdasarkan hasil supervisi ini yang nantinya dapat mengarahkan kepala madrasah untuk melihat sejauh apa manajemen komunikasi telah berhasil dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru

The purpose of this research was to analyze the improvement of student competence in the internship program, in terms of four main aspects, namely personality, professional, social, and managerial competencies. The research method uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interview techniques with students of the Islamic Education Management Study Program at UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya who carry out internships at several partner institutions. The results showed that the internship program contributed to improving student competence. In the personality aspect, students are able to understand job descriptions, carry out tasks well, show responsibility, and discipline at work. In the professional aspect, students show the ability to complete work according to the specified time, utilize work support facilities, manage activities, and determine management studies and their classification. In terms of social competence, students are able to adapt to the workplace, interact and cooperate with coworkers, and adapt to the work given. Finally, in the managerial aspect, students are able to plan, organize, implement, and control and evaluate the assigned tasks.

Indonesia is a country prone to conflict, because it has a pluralistic, multi-ethnic, multi-religious and multi-cultural society. Therefore, it must be certain efforts to prevent the conflict between them in the community. This research aims to describe the conflict resolution through values of local wisdom. It employs qualitative approach with observation, interview, and documentation as methods to collect data. The finding shows that local wisdom values have big contribution to make community with complex religions and ethnic lived in harmony. Local wisdom values also have big role to resolve all conflict problems in the community and make them more humble, tolerant and wise to face the problem in their lives. Indonesia merupakan negara yang rawan terjadi konflik. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah karena Indonesia negara yang memiliki masyarakat majemuk, multi etnis, multi agama dan multi budaya. Karena itu, harus ada upaya-upaya tertentu agar konflik antar etnis, agama dan budaya tersebut tidak terjadi dalam masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan managemen konflik berbasis nilainilai budaya lokal. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah pengamatan, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa nilai-nilai budaya lokal memiliki kontribusi yang besar untuk menciptakan masyarakat yang memiliki kompleksitas agama dan suku hidup dalam suasana yang harmonis. Nilai-nilai budaya lokal juga memiliki peran penting dalam memecahkan masalah konflik dalam masyarakat, serta menjadikan mereka lebih ramah, toleran dan bijaksana dalam menghadapi problem-problem kehidupan.

Teacher discipline and creativity are things that must exist in teachers. Teachers are always required to always be able to keep abreast of existing developments. Discipline and having high creativity will have an impact on students. According to several articles, creativity is needed in the world of education to support success. This study aims to determine the effect of teacher creativity and discipline on the learning motivation of class VIII students. This research uses quantitative research methods with correlational research types. with a research sample of 78 respondents who are students of MTsN 1 Malang City. Based on the results of partial and simultaneous testing, it was found that there was a positive influence between teacher creativity and discipline on student learning motivation. There is 20.4% teacher creativity affects student learning motivation and 25.5% teacher discipline affects student learning motivation.

The head of a professional madrasah is the head of a madrasa who can carry out his main duties in accordance with regulations, so as to carry out his role in managing and developing the madrasah comprehensively. There are many roles of the madrasah head covered in the acronym EMASLIM-FM. The purpose of this study is to know the implementation of the role of the head of the madrasah as a Leader in MA Raudlatul Ulum Putri, 2) know the implementation of the role of the head of the madrasah as an Educator in MA Raudlatul Ulum Putri. The approach to this research is descriptive qualitative with a type of case study. The research was conducted from October-December 2022 at MA Raudlatul Ulum Putri Ganjaran Gondanglegi Malang. The data collection is through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique is data reduction, presentation, and verification (conclusion). The results of this study are: 1) the implementation of the role of the head of the madrasah as a leader in MA Raudlatul Ulum Putri is the existence of pathfinding by planning and having a madrasa vision and mission, aligning that prioritizes verbal social relations with stakeholders, empowering the madrasah by being a good and authoritative person so that he can be a role model for his subordinates in the madrasah, 2) the implementation of the role of the head of the madrasah as an educator in MA Raudlatul Ulum Putri is The head performs his role as a guide for students in the classroom by teaching as many as 6 hours of lessons, and other educator tasks guide teachers, education staff, staff following the development of science and technology, and become an example in the learning process.Keywords. The purpose of this research is to find information about the implementation of strategic management to enhance the quality of education from the perspective of postgraduate students at Malang State Islamic University. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research with a case study design. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews with the form of unstructured interviews. The research subjects are postgraduate students in Islamic education management of Malang State Islamic University, selected based on criteria such as having work experience in the field of education, such as curriculum vice principals, student affairs vice principals, and educators. Subsequently, data analysis is conducted through a series of coding processes and categorization according to theories related to strategic management. The research findings indicate that in the implementation of strategic management to enhance the quality of education, there are several elements, including environmental observation, strategy formulation, strategy implementation, and evaluation. Additionally, there are inhibiting factors and supporting factors in implementing strategic management. Improving the quality of education is not solely focused on academic outcomes but also involves effective, organized management that is synergistic towards all aspects supporting the enhancement of education quality. Pembelajaran kosakata merupakan unsur paling penting dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Arab. Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan penguasaan kosakata pada siswa MTs Islmiyah Ciputat melalui penyedian kosakata dengan model semantic cluster. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan model true experiment, kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. sampel, peneliti memilih kelas 8 Ibnu al-Rusyd yang berjumlah 28 siswa sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan Ibnu Sina yang berjumlah 28 siswa sebagai kelompok kontrol. Dalam mengumpulkan data peneliti menggunakan tes tertulis pretest dan posttest pada kelas ekperimen dan kelas kontrol. Sedangkan dalam pengolahan data, peneliti menggunakan aplikasi SPSS Windows. Nilai signifikan melalui Shapiro-Wilk adalah 0,89 pada post-test kelas eksperimen Sedangkan pada kelas kontrol atau kelas yang tidak memakai Model semantic Cluster menghasilkan nilai signifikan Post-Test-nya adalah 0,050. Karena nilai signifikan lebih besar dari 0,05, maka disimpulkan bahwa datanya tersebar dengan normal. Pada uji homogenitas, nilai Sig. Based on Mean untuk variabel belajar Kosakata bahasa arab adalah sebesar 0,540. Karena nilai Sig. 0,540 > 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa varians data hasil belajar kosakata Bahasa Arab pada siswa kelas Experimen dan kelas kontrol adalah homogen. Pada uji Indenpedent Sampel nilai Sig. (2-tailed) adalah 0,481. Sedangkan alpha penelitian adalah 5% atau 0,05. Artinya, 0,481 > 0,05 dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa antara penyedian kosakata semantic cluster dengan non semantic cluster. Dengan demikian penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran kosakata melalui penyediaan kosakata dengan modal Semantik Cluster tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan pada pembelajaran kosakata bahasa Arab.

This study aims to determine the effect of teacher’s professionalism on student’s interest in Arabic learning of class X MAN 1 Mataram for academic year 2020/2021. The population in this study were students of class X MAN 1 Mataram and the researcher took 45 students from the population to be used as samples in this study. The research approach used is quantitative research because the desired data is in the form of numbers. The researcher used three research instruments for collecting data namely questionnaires, documentation and observation. The data analysis used Pearson product moment correlation and simple regression with the help of SPSS 16.0 software. Based on the results of the correlation analysis, there was a positive and significant relationship with a correlation level of R=67% indicating a strong relationship between the two variables. And as for the results of the regression analysis, the researcher got the value of F arithmetic > F table 37.140> 4.06 with a significance level of 0.00 <0.05 so it can be concluded that there is an effect of teacher professionalism (X) on students' interest in learning Arabic (Y), with the contribution of the effect of teacher’s professionalism (X) on students' interest in learning (Y) is R Square = 45.8%. Therefore, the hypothesis which says "teacher’s professionalism effect on student’s interest in Arabic learning of class X MAN 1 Mataram for academic year 2020/2021 " is accepted

The purpose of this study is to describe the management of the Center of Excellence (CoE) program initiated by the Arabic Language Education Study Program of the University of Muhammadiyah Malang in an effort to improve the skills of Arabic translators. Data collection techniques are interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques between data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the study found that: first, at the planning stage, the Study Program collaborated with several industrial partners (DUDI) through an MoU, which then collaborated in the preparation of the curriculum, and pre-internship activities. Second, the implementation stage is divided into two main activities, namely translation in written and oral form. Third, the evaluation / assessment stage consists of two main components, namely the value given by the institution where the internship is and the value of the internship supervisor. Through this program, the internship report is used as the equivalent of the thesis.

The curriculum is of the utmost importance. It offers a basic structure that directs the process of learning. It is essential that the curriculum be applied accurately and successfully. Ensuring that learning objectives are satisfied and content is successfully communicated to students is ensured by a robust curriculum implementation. The following are the objectives of this research: 1. The purpose of this study is to identify and characterise the Arabic curriculum implementation management methodology used at Probolinggo's Zainul Hasan Genggong methodology High School. The success of the Arabic curriculum implementation management strategy in helping pupils acquire the language will next be examined. Lastly, it will offer suggestions for enhancement based on the research findings to raise the standard of management for the execution of the Arabic curriculum at Zainul Hasan Genggong Model High School in in Probolinggo.This study uses a qualitative descriptive methodology, gathering information via documentation, interviews, and observation.The study's findings unequivocally showed that the curriculum was successfully implemented and backed by a strong human resource base, cutting-edge teaching strategies, and infrastructure. Leadership dedication, teaching team collaboration, the availability of learning materials, motivation, and student involvement are factors that impact how well a curriculum is implemented. Two of the challenges are different student aptitude levels and scheduling limits. The study suggested hiring more qualified teachers, upgrading the facilities and infrastructure, and utilising information technology that is pertinent to learning Arabic.
