Abstract

This study examines the relationship between human resource management, technology adaptation, and principal leadership in influencing teacher productivity. Recognizing that teachers are central to effective educational implementation, the study explores how institutional HR practices, responsiveness to technological change, and school leadership contribute to enhancing teacher performance. A quantitative correlational approach was applied to test the hypothesis that all three variables positively affect teacher productivity. The findings reveal that the simultaneous F-test result (F = 54.845) exceeds the critical value (2.48) with a significance level of 0.000, indicating a statistically significant influence. Partial T-test results further confirm that each independent variable has a positive effect. The coefficient of determination (R² = 0.674) shows that 67.4% of teacher productivity is explained by the three variables. This study contributes to the development of strategic management practices in education by providing empirical evidence of key factors that enhance teacher productivity. However, the study is limited by its focus on internal school factors, excluding external elements such as policy, community involvement, or student characteristics.

Abstract

A parenting approach is used by Islamic boarding schools to raise generations with Islamic values. 24-hour complete life education is inextricably linked to the parenting approach used to mold the character of female students. This study aims to describe parenting patterns in shaping the character of female students, which includes parenting patterns in shaping the character of female students and methods for character development for female students at PMD Gontor Putri Campus 1. This study employs descriptive qualitative research methods. Interviews, observation, and documentation are all forms of data collecting, while strategies for data analysis include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion-drawing. First, the study's findings indicate that there are four factors that influence parenting success and how it affects how female students behave. Second, in order for parenting styles to be successfully applied in developing students' character, a method must be used. The third strategy is to integrate three educational institutions (family, school, and community education) into one program to accomplish educational objectives in the development of female students' character. This strategy aims to create an integrative, comprehensive, and independent education system.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of educational management and teacher performance on students' academic achievements. The research employs a quantitative method with a non-experimental approach, involving students and teachers from MAN Kota Batu as respondents. A total of 100 respondents were selected using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires measuring three variables: educational management (X1), teacher performance (X2), and students' academic achievements (Y). The findings of the data analysis revealed the following: 1) Educational management has a positive and significant effect on students' academic achievements at MAN Kota Batu, with a t-value of 37.614 > t-table value of 1.9847, indicating that educational management significantly influences students' academic performance. 2) Teacher performance also shows a positive and significant impact on students' academic achievements at MAN Kota Batu, with a t-value of 16.293 > t-table value of 1.9847, confirming that teacher performance plays a role in enhancing students' academic outcomes. 3)The combined effect of educational management and teacher performance on students' academic achievements is both positive and significant, as evidenced by an F-value of 1658.230 > F-table value of 3. 090.These results suggest that educational management and teacher performance significantly influence students' academic achievements. Therefore, educational institutions can strengthen their management systems by involving all school stakeholders and implementing evaluation systems to monitor teacher performance effectively.

Nowadays, leadership is an important indicator in solving problems. However, some students in tertiary institutions are still not motivated to recognize the the importance of leadership in learning. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure the relationship between vocabulary mastery and learning motivation on the achievement of memorizing the Quran. This study uses a Quantitative approach with a correlational type of research. The population in this study were all 8th grade students of MTS Darul Quran Medan, totaling 20 people. The data collection technique used in this study is a questionnaire. The data that has been collected is then analyzed by Pearson validity test, reliability test, Multiple Linear Regression analysis through the SPSS version 25 statistical program. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between mastery of Arabic vocabulary and learning motivation on the achievement of memorizing the Quran, so it can be concluded that there is a strong and positive relationship between mastery of Arabic vocabulary and learning motivation on the achievement of memorizing the Quran. Evidenced by the value of the hypothesis test results which is 0.001, which is smaller than 0.05 and the R square value is 78.4%. Thus, the results of this study confirm the importance of mastery of Arabic vocabulary and learning motivation in improving the achievement of memorizing the Al-Qur’an, and these two factors are some of the factors that must be prioritized in memorizing the Al-Qur’an.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Apakah terdapat hubungan teknologi pembelajaran dengan efektifitas pembelajaran bahasa arab. (2) Apakah terdapat hubungan sarana prasarana dengan efektifitas pembelajaran bahasa Arab. (3) Apakah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara teknologi pembelajaran dan sarana prasarana terhadap efektifitas pembelajaran bahasa Arab. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 100 mahasiswa PBA Pascasarjana UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket tertutup. Teknik analisa data untuk hipotesis satu dan hipotesis dua menggunakan pearson product moment dan untuk hipotesis tiga menggunakan uji korelasi ganda. Dari hasil analisa data dapat disimpulkan: (1) Terdapat hubungan yang cukup kuat antara teknologi pembelajaran terhadap efektifitas pembelajaran bahasa arab dengan nilai korelasi 0,565 (2) Terdapat hubungan yang cukup kuat antara sarana prasarana terhadap efektifitas pembelajaran bahasa Arab dengan nilai korelasi 0,516. (3) Terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara teknologi pembelajaran dan sarana prasarana terhadap efektifitas pembelajaran bahasa Arab dengan nilai = 0,614.  This study aims to determine: (1) Whether there is a relationship between educational technology and the effectiveness of Arabic language learning. (2) Whether there is a relationship between facilities and infrastructure and the effectiveness of Arabic language learning. (3) Whether there is a significant relationship between educational technology and facilities and infrastructure on the effectiveness of Arabic language learning. This research uses a quantitative method with a correlational approach. The sample consists of 100 graduate students from the Arabic Language Education program at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The instrument employed is a closed-ended questionnaire. Data analysis for hypotheses one and two uses Pearson’s product-moment correlation, while hypothesis three uses multiple correlation tests. The results of the data analysis indicate: (1) There is a moderately strong relationship between educational technology and the effectiveness of Arabic language learning, with a correlation coefficient of 0.565. (2) There is a moderately strong relationship between facilities and infrastructure and the effectiveness of Arabic language learning, with a correlation coefficient of 0.516. (3) There is a strong relationship between educational technology and facilities and infrastructure on the effectiveness of Arabic language learning, with a correlation coefficient of 0.614.

Abstract

Educational games such as Scramble can enhance student learning, particularly in Arabic language education. Improving learning outcomes has become one of the main focuses in the field of education. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using Scramble games in improving students' speaking skills and learning interest in Arabic language learning.This research employs a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental design. The research sample consists of eighth-grade students from Madrasah Tsanawiyah Mukhtar Syafaat Blokagung Banyuwangi, divided into two groups: experimental and control. Data was collected through tests and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the comparison between pre-test and post-test shows an average N-gain of 76.9. The hypothesis test results show a significant value of 0.00, which is smaller than 0.05, leading to the rejection of Ho and acceptance of Ha. Based on these findings, the use of Scramble games significantly improves students' speaking skills in learning Arabic.

Abstract

The implementation of the Blooket game Fishing Frenzy mode has been proven effective in Arabic vocabulary learning at the elementary level. The use of Blooket in learning creates an enjoyable atmosphere, making students actively engaged and preventing boredom. This study aims to analyze the application of Blooket in Arabic vocabulary learning at MIN 1 Kota Malang.The research method used is a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group design. The study sample consists of 56 students divided into an experimental group using Blooket and a control group using conventional methods. The research instrument includes an Arabic vocabulary test, and the collected data was analyzed using SPSS 20. The results show a significant improvement in students' learning outcomes after implementing the Blooket game, as reflected in the comparison between pre-test and post-test scores, with an average N-Gain of 77.8. Additionally, hypothesis testing results indicate a significance value of 0.006, which is lower than 0.05, leading to the rejection of Ho and acceptance of Ha. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Blooket game effectively enhances students' interest and learning outcomes in Arabic vocabulary.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to examine branding image strategies in building competitive advantage at Private Islamic Religious Higher Education Institutions (Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam Swasta or PTKIS) in Indonesia. The research focuses on Universitas Islam Zainul Hasan Genggong (UNZAH) and Sekolah Tinggi Dirasat Islamiyah Imam Syafi’i (STDIIS) Jember, which adopt both local and global branding approaches. This study responds to the need for a balanced reputation management model to strengthen PTKIS’s positioning amidst the dynamics of national and global higher education landscapes. Design/methods/approach – Employing a qualitative approach with a multi-case study design and cross-site analysis, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and analysis of strategic documents. Data analysis followed the Miles & Huberman interactive model, and validation was conducted through source triangulation. Findings – UNZAH successfully established its institutional identity through the integration of local and Islamic cultural values, leading to an increase of up to 1,000 new student enrollments per year. STDIIS developed a global branding strategy through Arabic language proficiency and a Madinah-based curriculum, attracting over 1,200 applicants. The conceptual model of Balanced Reputation Management Strategy was formulated to integrate local characteristics and global strategies within the institutional branding framework. Research implications – This model can be implemented by PTKIS administrators as a guideline for designing long-term branding strategies grounded in Islamic values, local culture, and international competitiveness, in order to strengthen institutional image and attract prospective students.

Abstract

As higher education institutions transition toward competency-based frameworks, Outcome-Based Education (OBE) has emerged as a pivotal model for aligning curriculum with measurable learning outcomes. In the context of Islamic higher education, the integration of OBE remains a growing area of interest. This study explores the implementation of the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) curriculum in the Arabic Language and Literature Study Program at the Faculty of Humanities, Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. It focuses on insights from the program coordinators and examines the challenges encountered during the implementation process. Employing a phenomenological approach, data were collected from primary sources, including the head and secretary of the study program, through direct observation and in-depth interviews. The data were analyzed using interpretative phenomenological analysis. The findings reveal that the implementation process involves several stages: curriculum review, dissemination of OBE policy to faculty and students, and ongoing monitoring and evaluation. Key challenges include faculty and student readiness to adopt new approaches, resistance to change, difficulties in accurately measuring learning outcomes, limited resources and facilities, and time constraints. To enhance the effectiveness of OBE implementation, it is recommended that institutions provide targeted professional development, improve infrastructure support, and promote a collaborative academic culture. Future research could explore cross-institutional comparisons and long-term impact assessments of OBE-based curriculum reforms.
