طريقة التعليم لها دورًا مهمًا جدًا في التعليم ، وخاصة تعلم اللغة العربية. الغرض من هذه الدراسة هو دراسة تأثير تعليم الأقران على نتائج التعلم في المواد العربية. من المتوقع استخدام نتائج هذه الدراسة كحل بديل لتطوير جودة التعلم الحالي. تستخدم هذه الدراسة الطريقة التجريبية بينما التصميم هو تصميم الاختبار التمهيدي الثابت. الفصل الحادي عشر: مدرسة الرفاعي مالانج الحديثة حيث بلغ عدد الطلاب في هذه الدراسة 64 طالبًا. استخدمت تقنية أخذ العينات تقنيات مرتجلة. العلاج بتكرار أسبوع واحد مرتين مع عدد اللقاءات 10 مرات متواصلة لمدة 6 أسابيع. أسئلة الاختبار هي الأدوات التي اختارها الباحثون لقياس نتائج التعلم. بناءً على نتائج التحليل ، هناك تأثير كبير لنموذج تعليم الأقران على نتائج تعلم الطلاب مقارنة بالنموذج التقليدي.

The high number of Arabic Language Education who have not been able to speak and present using Arabic on campus from among students is a problem for the Arabic language education department. This happens because students prefer to speak Indonesian instantly on campus on an ongoing basis rather than trying to practice speaking Arabic autodidactically. One of the reasons is because of their lack of confidence about Arabic qowaid and learning by themselves. This study aims to determine the relationship between the effect of students' fluency in speaking Arabic and self-confidence on presentation skills in class. The research was conducted with a quantitative approach to Arabic Language Educationof IAIN Kendari. Data was collected in a focused manner using google form through social media, namely WhatsApp. The data was analysed using SPSS 21 to find the correlation between the relationship between fluency in speaking Arabic and self-confidence on the ability of Arabic presentation in the class of Arabic Language Education iain kendari students. The results showed that the ability of fluency in Arabic in class had a positive and significant impact on the influence of fluency in speaking Arabic and self-confidence on presentation ability.

The integration of graphic design skills in the curriculum of the Arabic Language and Literature (BSA) Study Program is one of the strategic steps in preparing graduates who are able to compete in the era of globalisation and digitalisation. This study aims to explore these challenges and identify innovative strategies applied by lecturers in teaching graphic design in BSA. Using a qualitative approach based on phenomenology, data was collected through interviews with lecturers teaching Graphic Design courses. The data were analysed and combined with relevant academic literature to provide a theoretical foundation on multidisciplinary approaches in higher education. The results showed that the main challenges in teaching graphic design in BSA study programme include limited technical competence of lecturers, students' skill gaps in technology, and limited course duration. To overcome these challenges, lecturers adopt strategies such as material condensation, project-based learning, differentiated instruction approaches, and the use of software that is easier for students to access and understand. Lecturers also encourage collaboration through group projects, regular monitoring, and evaluation that emphasises process as well as outcomes.

ملخص: الدافع له دور معقد للغاية لأن تعلم اللغة العربية غالبا ما يتطلب المزيد من الجهد مع الأخذ في الاعتبار مدى تعقيد اللغة. يجب إجراء بحث متعمق حول العوامل المختلفة التي تؤثر على دافعية تعلم الطلاب لتحسين جودة التعلم. هذا البحث هو بحث نوعي من النوع الارتباطي وهو بطبيعته بأثر رجعي. وكان عدد السكان في هذه الدراسة 374 طالبا. تستخدم طريقة أخذ العينات تقنية أخذ العينات الاحتمالية مع أخذ عينات عشوائية بسيطة باستخدام صيغة سولفين. بلغ عدد العينة 193. وكانت تقنية جمع البيانات التي استخدمها الباحثون هي الاستبيان. وبناء على نتائج التحليل (1) لمشاركة الوالدين في الدافعية لتعلم اللغة العربية، كانت قيمة معامل الارتباط r = 0.776 (قوية). (2) لجودة مرافق التعلم على الدافعية لتعلم اللغة العربية، كانت قيمة معامل الارتباط r = 0.879 (قوية جداً) (3) لمشاركة أولياء الأمور وجودة مرافق التعلم على الدافعية لتعلم اللغة العربية، علاقة الارتباط وكانت قيمة المعامل R = 0.859 (قوية جدًا). الكلمات الرئيسية: مشاركة الوالدين؛ جودة مرافق التعلم؛ الدافع للتعلم. Abstract: Motivation has a very complex role because learning Arabic often requires more effort given the complexity of the language. Various factors that influence students' learning motivation need to be studied in depth to improve the quality of learning. This research is a qualitative research with the type of correlation and is Ex post Facto. The population in this study were 374 students. The sampling method uses probability sampling technique with simple random sampling type using the Solvin formula. The sample amounted to 193. The data collection technique that researchers use is a questionnaire. Based on the results of the analysis (1) parental participation on Arabic learning motivation obtained correlation coefficient value r = 0.776. (strong) (2) for the quality of learning facilities on Arabic learning motivation obtained correlation coefficient value r = 0.879 (very strong) (3) for parental participation and quality of learning facilities on Arabic learning motivation obtained correlation coefficient value R = 0.859 (very strong). Keywords: Parental Participation; Quality of Learning Facilities; Learning Motivation. Abstrak: Motivasi memiliki peran yang sangat kompleks karena pembelajaran Bahasa Arab seringkali menuntut usaha yang lebih mengingat kompleksitas bahasa tersebut. Berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi belajar mahasiswa perlu diteliti secara mendalam untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis korelasional dan bersifat Ex post Facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 374 mahasiswa. Adapun cara pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan jenis simple random sampling menggunakan rumus solvin. Sampel berjumlah 193. Teknik pengumpulan data yang peneliti gunakan adalah angket. Berdasarkan hasil analisis (1) untuk partisipasi orang tua terhadap motivasi belajar bahasa arab diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi r = 0,776. (kuat) (2) untuk kualitas fasilitas pembelajaran terhadap motivasi belajar bahasa arab diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi r = 0,879 (sangat kuat) (3) untuk partisipasi orang tua dan kualitas fasilitas pembelajaran terhadap motivasi belajar bahasa arab diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi R = 0,859 (sangat kuat). Analisis penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menguji apakah ada pengaruh syair arab terhadap ketertarikan pembelajaran bahasa arab pada mahasiswa Bahasa dan Sastra Arab Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Sampel yang diambil adalah 20 mahasiswa Bahasa dan Sastra Arab Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan satu variabel independent yaitu syair arab (X) dan satu variabel dependen yaitu ketertarikan mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran bahasa arab (Y). Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer berupa angket dengan 15 responden dan data sekunder berupa jurnal-jurnal dan buku-buku. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji analisis normalitas, uji regresi linear sederhana kemudia uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui nilai signifikansi dari uji regresi linear sederhana (Sig.) sebesar ,001b yang artinya lebih kecil dari 0,05. Sedangkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi sebesar ,001. Dari hasil tersebut diketahui lebih kecil dari 0,05. Dengan demikian disimpulkan bahwa syair arab memiliki pengaruh terhadap ketertarikan mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran bahasa arab.

Background. Achievement in the world of education is identical to the achievement of student learning outcomes in academic or non-academic fields. The focus of education tends to be on output. It turns out that outstanding teachers are able to become an important element as producers of quality generations who are competitive at the global level and successful in their future lives. Purpose. The focus of the study aims to assess how much influence influencer leadership, digital transformation and social climate have on improving teacher achievement in building superior madrasas. Method. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with data analysis techniques using Smart-PLS to measure variables that influence and influence each other. The number of respondents in the study was 124 private madrasa teachers in Malang Regency with a liket scale measurement of 1-5. Analysis of the Cronbach's alpha value which is overall greater than 0.7 can explain the existence of a construct that is internally consistent and reliable in testing. Results. The results of the study showed that: (1) There is a significant influence between influencer leadership and improving teacher achievement; (2) there is a significant influence between digital transformation and improving teacher achievement and (3) there is no significant influence between social climate and improving teacher achievement. Conclusion. Predictively, researchers see that psychological factors in the form of self-efficacy have a greater influence than social climate in terms of improving teacher achievement. The dependent variables in this study have a significant influence of 54.2%. to the independent variable.

Kegagalan pendidikan dalam mencetak manusia berkarakter religius berkebangsaan dilatar belakangi oleh pola pendidikan dikotomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan data pengaruh pembelajaran integratif dan lingkungan belajar terhadap pembentukan karakter religius bekebangsaan pada santri SMP Bani Hasyim Malang. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan ialah metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil menujukan bahwa pembelajaran integratif dan lingkungan belajar memiliki pengaruh terhadad pembentukan karakter santri yang religius berkebangsaan. Variable Pembelajaran Integritas dan Lingkungan Belajar secara simultan dan parsial memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Pembentukan Karakter Religiusitas-Kebangsaan pada Santri SMP Islam Bani Hasyim Malang.

The purpose of this study was to determine: The effectiveness of the principal's leadership in improving school quality at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Medan. This research uses a mixed method approach, with the research design being the exploratory sequential. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Qualitative data analysis techniques in this case use data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing. As for quantitative data analysis techniques in this study, namely using simple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicate that the leadership of the principal of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Medan is effective in improving school quality with a leadership style that is lived, namely participatory-transformational. Principals improve the quality of schools can be influenced and there is a relationship with indicators of teacher performance whose influence is 15.5%, the school organizational climate is 27.5%, students enter college 26%, student achievements are 31%, and the graduation of students in taking the National Exam 100% pass.

This study investigates the influence of an Arabic literacy program and learning motivation on students' Arabic learning outcomes at SMP IT Al Amin Padang. The persistent issue of low Arabic achievement highlights the urgency of exploring strategies integrating language literacy with motivational factors. Prior research has often examined these variables in isolation; however, studies that analyze their combined impact, particularly within Arabic language education, are still limited. This research addresses that gap by assessing how both variables jointly affect student performance. Employing a quantitative correlational approach, the study was conducted on 30 students selected through stratified random sampling. Data were gathered using a validated Likert-scale questionnaire to evaluate students' perceptions of the literacy program and their motivation, while academic records were used to assess Arabic learning outcomes. Data analysis included tests of validity and reliability, normality checks, and Pearson correlation analysis. Findings reveal a significant correlation between the literacy program, learning motivation, and student outcomes, with a coefficient of determination of 75.2%. The results suggest integrating literacy initiatives and motivational support can significantly improve Arabic learning. This study offers valuable insights for developing more effective Arabic language teaching strategies at the secondary education level.

This study examines the relationship between human resource management, technology adaptation, and principal leadership in influencing teacher productivity. Recognizing that teachers are central to effective educational implementation, the study explores how institutional HR practices, responsiveness to technological change, and school leadership contribute to enhancing teacher performance. A quantitative correlational approach was applied to test the hypothesis that all three variables positively affect teacher productivity. The findings reveal that the simultaneous F-test result (F = 54.845) exceeds the critical value (2.48) with a significance level of 0.000, indicating a statistically significant influence. Partial T-test results further confirm that each independent variable has a positive effect. The coefficient of determination (R² = 0.674) shows that 67.4% of teacher productivity is explained by the three variables. This study contributes to the development of strategic management practices in education by providing empirical evidence of key factors that enhance teacher productivity. However, the study is limited by its focus on internal school factors, excluding external elements such as policy, community involvement, or student characteristics.
