Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah penerimaan pajak daerah maupun retribusi daerah yang mengalami fluktuasi dalam beberapa periode di Kabupaten Tulungagung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas, kontribusi serta laju pertumbuhan pajak daerah dan retribusi daerah Kabupaten Tulungagung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan wawancara. Data yang digunakan yaitu data realisasi Pendapatan Asli Daerah, target dan realisasi pajak daerah serta retribusi daerah Kabupaten Tulungagung. Analisis data yaitu menggunakan analisis rasio efektivitas, kontribusi dan laju pertumbuhan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Badan Pendapatan Daerah (Bapenda) Kabupaten Tulungagung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat efektivitas pajak daerah dan retribusi daerah tahun 2019-2023 tergolong sangat efektif dengan rata-rata. masing-masing yaitu 109,92% dan 106,95%. Tingkat kontribusi pajak daerah tahun 2019-2023 dikategorikan kurang berkontribusi dengan rata-rata perolehan 18,70%. Sedangkan tingkat kontribusi retribusi daerah dari tahun 2019 sampai 2023 digolongkan sangat kurang berkontribusi dengan rata-rata presentase 3,62%. Tingkat laju pertumbuhan pajak daerah pada tahun 2019-2023 memperoleh presentase rata-rata 11,84%, angka ini menggambarkan kriteria yang tidak berhasil. Hasil ini juga sama dengan perolehan retribusi daerah dari tahun 2019-2023 menunjukkan rata-rata presentase sebesar 11,63%, angka ini dikriteriakan tidak berhasil. Meskipun penerimaan pajak daerah dan retribusi daerah tergolong mengalami fluktuasi, teridentifikasi penerimaan dari keduanya sudah mencapai target yang ditentukan sebelumnya.

Abstract

Abstrack This research aims to analyze the influence of inventory turnover and This research aims to test and explain the influence of CSR, GCG and company value in mining companies listed on the IDX partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative methods and a sample population for 4 years, namely 2019-2022. The number of samples taken was 60 samples and sampling was used purposive sampling. Data is collected through each company's financial reports, while analysis techniques use the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, t test and f test. The research results show that (1) CSR has a significant effect on company value with a t value of 1,796 with a sig value of .048 <0.05 (2) GCG has a significant effect on company value with a sig value of .150 <0.05 (3) CSR and GCG has a significant effect on company value with a sig value of 0.19. So it can be concluded that company value can be significantly influenced by CSR and GCG. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Perputaran Persediaan Dan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menjelaskan pengaruh csr, gcg dan nilai perusahaan di perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di BEI dengan secara parsial dan simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan populasi sampel selama 4 tahun yakni 2019-2022. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 60 sampel dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui laporan keuangan setiap perusahaan, sedangkan teknik analisis menggunakan uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, ujiheterokedastisitas, uji autokorelasi, uji t dan uji f. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) CSR berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan nilai t sebesar 1.796 dengan nilai sig .048 <0,05 (2) GCG berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan nilai sig .150 <0,05 (3) CSR dan GCG berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan nilai sig 0.19. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai perusahaan dapat dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh CSR dan GCG.

Abstract

This study examines the leadership model of kyai at the Nurul Barokah Islamic Boarding School, Cikijing, Majalengka, which is known as a salafiyah Islamic boarding school with the characteristics of sorogan, bandungan, and yellow book learning traditions. Since its establishment in 1984, this Islamic boarding school has combined tradition-based education with modern innovations, such as the establishment of formal schools (RA, SD, SMP, SMA), tahfidz programs, and Job Training Centers (BLK) in the fields of sewing, farming, and technology training. This Islamic boarding school also involves more than 713 active students and has produced thousands of alumni who have contributed as scholars, community leaders, and professionals in various fields. The study aims to explore the leadership model applied at the Nurul Barokah Islamic Boarding School, Cikijing, Majalengka, with a focus on the interaction between tradition and innovation. This study is expected to provide insight into how traditional values ​​can integrate with modern demands without sacrificing the essence of Islamic boarding schools as Islamic educational institutions. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that kyai play a central role as a religious-paternalistic leader with a charismatic and visionary character. This leadership model integrates Islamic values ​​with adaptation to modern challenges, creating a harmonious and relevant educational environment. Traditions are maintained, while innovations such as the application of information technology and santri empowerment programs broaden the santri's horizons in facing the global era. The conclusion of the study confirms that the integration of tradition and innovation at the Nurul Barokah Islamic Boarding School is able to maintain the identity of the Islamic boarding school while producing religious individuals, broad-minded, and ready to compete globally. This model can be an inspiration for the development of other Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia.

Abstract

Constitutional morality is essential for the branches of power (Parliament and Government) to ensure impartiality, political insularity, and institutional stability for the judicial power, especially the Constitutional Court and constitutional morality as a guide and benchmark for constitutional judges to form ethics and decisions that reflect the Constitution. This article seeks to answer crucial questions about how forms of intervention and ethical problems in the Constitutional Court do not reflect constitutional morality and how the idea of limiting intervention and strengthening the ethics and decisions of the Constitutional Court through constitutional morality. The author uses normative legal research methods with statutory, conceptual, comparative, and case approaches. The results of this study are in line with the hypothesis of the argumentation that the author builds, showing that the lack of application of constitutional morality by Parliament, Government, and Constitutional Court Judges has threatened the independence of the Constitutional Court, has damaged the judicial dignity of the Constitutional Court, and making the Constitutional Court a means of political insurance. Several cases have shown that parliamentary and government intervention in the Constitutional Court is inevitable. Likewise, ethical violations and decisions of the Constitutional Court that do not reflect the Constitution add to the complexity of the current problems of the Constitutional Court. For this reason, the author recommends that the elaboration of the concept of limiting intervention and strengthening the ethics and decisions of the Constitutional Court can be accomplished in several ways, including statutory provisions regarding the prohibition of conflicts of interest and the ethics of state administrators, the construction of ethical institutions/courts as external institutions in enforcing and supervising ethics, reconstructing the process of selecting and dismissing constitutional judges fairly and transparently by involving public oversight, and guaranteeing and legitimizing the Constitutional Court in exercising administrative and financial autonomy independently.

Abstract

Introduction: Sleep is a recovery process for the body and brain and is very important for achieving optimal health. Lack of sleep can cause students to become tired or easily tired, emotional instability, lack of self-confidence, excessive impulsiveness and carelessness. A preliminary study with 32 final year pharmacy students revealed that 32 said they experienced symptoms of irregular sleep patterns, stress, decreased appetite, anxiety and restlessness. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between stress, screen time, eating patterns and anxiety with sleep quality in final semester pharmacy students at Mandala Waluya University in 2024. Method: The type of research used in this research is quantitative with a cross sectional study design. The population in this study was 158 final semester pharmacy students at Mandala Waluya University. A sample of 62 respondents was obtained using simple random sampling techniques. The analysis method uses Fisher's Exact Test. Result: The statistical test results show that Stress obtained a value of p=0.004 and ? 0.05, namely 0.004 < 0.05, Screen Time obtained a value of p=0.004 and ? 0.05, namely 0.004 < 0.05, Eating Pattern obtained a value of p=0.001 and ? 0.05, namely 0.001 < 0.05, and Anxiety obtained a value of p = 0.000 and ? 0.05, namely 0.000 < 0.05. Conclusion: Suggestions for students are that they hope to be able to improve sleep quality well so that it does not hinder the lecture process, then for further research, it is highly recommended to use online questionnaires such as Google Forms or similar and use other variables such as disease, caffeine consumption and the environment.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of total asset turnover, Gross Profit margin, debt to equity ratio on profit growth. The population in this study was 31 years and the sample was 10 years. The statistical tool uses SPSS with the classic assumption test, t test and F test. The results in this research partially have total asset turnover, Gross Profit margin, debt to equity ratio have no influence on profit growth while simultaneously they have no effect on profit growth.

Abstract

Tanaman palawija adalah jenis tanaman pertanian yang sangat dibutuhkan, karena kandungan gizinya yang sangat bermanfaat bagi manusia maupun hewan ternak. Oleh sebab itu, tanaman palawija menjadi salah satu target utama bagi para pebisnis atau investor pada sektor pertanian terutama mengetahui seberapa besar potensi dari berbagai macam tanaman palawija yang akan dijadikan sebagai bahan pertimbangan terhadap pengelolaannya, selain daripada itu juga berpengaruh terhadap strategi pemerintah dalam meningkatkan perekonomian daerahnya. Banyaknya data dari masing-masing tanaman palawija yang harus ditinjau pertahunnya menjadi sulit ketika hanya diperoleh dan diperhitungkan secara manual. Maka dari itu, pada penelitian ini menerapkan sistem klasifikasi untuk mengetahui dengan mudah potensi dari masing-masing tanaman palawija. Metode yang digunakan pada sistem klasifikasi ini adalah K-Means dimana akan melakukan pengelompokan data kedalam tiga clustering yang telah ditentukan. Diantaranya yaitu clustering 1 (Tinggi), clustering 2 (Sedang), clustering 3 (Rendah).

Abstract

Indonesia as a developing country is actively involved in various development initiatives. To increase tax revenue, the government consistently strives to enact tax laws and policies that promote investment and business. Indonesia's economy has suffered due to the Covid-19 outbreak. Because this virus has had an effect on the economy, trade and business entities. The epidemic drastically reduced the turnover of every business entity. The rules for providing tax breaks to business owners who are required to pay Covid-19 taxes have been approved by the Minister of Finance. This research is a comparative non-statistical qualitative research that aims to compare income tax calculations. Data in this study was obtained through interviews and documentation. The results showed that there was a tax incentive in 2020 that eased the company in paying income tax in the April-December 2020 tax period. This tax incentive is issued by the government based on PMK No. 44/PMK.03/2020 where companies with revenues less than or equal to IDR 4.8 billion in income tax will be borne by the government as long as this regulation is enforced. PT Yureka Edukasi Cipta received an incentive of Rp2,503,800 and only paid PPH of Rp900,940 to the government. So that in 2020 the company received a net profit after tax of IDR 139,410,860. In 2020 the company received incentives, while in 2021 it did not get incentives because it had almost two times of revenue

Abstract

Penetapan Hasto Kristiyanto sebagai tersangka oleh Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) dalam kasus dugaan suap pergantian antarwaktu (PAW) anggota DPR telah menarik perhatian luas, baik dari aspek hukum maupun politik. Artikel ini menganalisis pemberitaan media, khususnya Kompas.com, untuk mengevaluasi objektivitas dan teknik framing yang diterapkan. Menggunakan pendekatan analisis framing Pan dan Kosicki, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi empat dimensi utama: sintaksis, tematik, skrip, dan retoris. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Kompas.com berupaya menyajikan fakta secara lengkap dan akurat, tetapi framing sering kali menonjolkan dimensi politik kasus ini. Judul-judul berita yang provokatif, tema yang mengaitkan kasus hukum dengan stabilitas partai, serta gaya bahasa yang dramatis memperkuat persepsi publik terhadap implikasi politik dari kasus ini. Framing ini berpotensi memengaruhi opini publik, baik secara lokal maupun internasional, termasuk persepsi terhadap independensi lembaga hukum Indonesia. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti dampak framing terhadap kepercayaan publik terhadap media. Publik yang kurang kritis mungkin menganggap kasus ini sebagai bagian dari konflik politik, sementara mereka yang lebih kritis dapat mempertanyakan motivasi pemberitaan. Dengan demikian, penting bagi media untuk menjaga objektivitas dan mengurangi elemen framing yang dapat menciptakan bias. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi bagi literatur mengenai objektivitas dan framing media di Indonesia. Temuan ini relevan bagi pembuat kebijakan, praktisi media, dan masyarakat umum, khususnya dalam meningkatkan kualitas pemberitaan dan membangun sikap kritis terhadap informasi yang dikonsumsi. Penelitian lanjutan disarankan untuk mengeksplorasi pemberitaan serupa di media lain guna memperoleh gambaran yang lebih komprehensif.

Abstract

Motivation, support and high desire are very necessary to start a business. So entrepreneur must be known as soon as possible to Indonesian citizens. Introduction to learning entrepreneur through educational activities entrepreneurin Bintan Regency, to be precise at SMKN 1 Seri Kuala Lobam in Kuala Sempang Village. The aim of this education is to prepare students to generate employment opportunities, alleviate the problems of unemployment, poverty and economic downturn. There are targets and outcomes that are the aim of educational programs entrepreneur motivatingly, creatively and skillfully in providing information to SMKN 1 Seri Kuala Lobam about the importance of understanding education entrepreneur motivating and creative and can instill the soul entrepreneur to students from an early age. The method used in this education is to use observation to dig up information regarding the condition of students at SMKN 1 Seri Kuala Lobam Kuala Sempang Village and socialization to take part in a series of socialization activities to foster an entrepreneurial spirit. The results of this training are the outcomes of carrying out several educational activities, including a tendency to grow in motivation regarding persistence to awaken the soul. The emergence of a strong awareness of the importance of entrepreneurship from generation to generation starting at a young age who emulate the successful behavior of entrepreneurs who have been running and are successful. In the end, by carrying out this activity the participants are expected to gain scientific insight in the field of entrepreneurship so that they can improve their souls entrepreneur million to raise the enthusiasm of the younger generation for entrepreneurship. The conclusion from this activity is that it is able to foster motivation and a sense of enthusiasm, awakening the soul entrepreneur among students of SMKN 1 Seri Kuala Lobam. Apart from that, the benefits of this activity can increase strong awareness of the importance of entrepreneurship starting from a young age.
