Abstract

The Performance of the Sharia Court in Handling Divorce Cases in Central Aceh Regency with the increasing number of divorce cases every year, there were 538 cases in 2023, the cause of divorce cases was due to economic factors. This study aims to determine and analyze the performance of the Sharia Court in handling divorce cases in Central Aceh Regency and identify the obstacles faced with the focus of this research is to see performance with aspects of service quality and responsibility. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. This study uses two data sources: primary data in the form of interviews, field observations, and documentation, and secondary data, namely SOPs, Regulations and documents, as data collection techniques. The results of this study indicate that the performance of the Sharia Court in handling divorce cases is not optimal, especially in the mediation process which still takes a long time and the low success rate of mediation. The main factors causing divorce cases are economic problems and dependence on online gambling which affects the husband's financial ability. The obstacles faced are the absence of one of the parties, excessive emotions from both parties in the case and the limited number of mediators.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Prosperous Family Card (PFC) Program in Kala Kemili Village, Central Aceh Regency, and to identify the factors contributing to its mistargeting during implementation. The KKS program is one of the government's strategic instruments to alleviate poverty by distributing non-cash social assistance to poor and vulnerable families. The findings indicate that the number of KKS recipients in Kala Kemili Village, Central Aceh Regency, is relatively high. There are 400 KKS recipients out of a total of 700 households in the village. This research adopts a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The results show that the implementation of the KKS program in Kala Kemili Village has not been fully effective. Several key obstacles identified include a lack of public outreach, inaccurate beneficiary data—such as recipients who have passed away or relocated—and limited facilities and resources at the village level. The study recommends enhancing data validation, increasing the capacity of village officials, and strengthening coordination among relevant agencies to support the accurate targeting of the KKS program.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing in improving the marketing of MSME products in Busung Village, Bintan. Busung Village has several superior products, such as gonggong crackers, which have the potential to be marketed more widely. This community service program is carried out through training and mentoring which includes branding strategies, use of social media, and marketplace management. The results of the activities show an increase in understanding and application of digital marketing by MSME players, which has an impact on increasing the number of orders and income. However, there are still challenges such as limited internet access and difficulties in creating consistent content. Therefore, further training and infrastructure support are needed to optimize the potential of digital marketing for MSMEs. With increased support, MSMEs in Busung Village have the potential to expand their market reach, improve their competitiveness, and contribute to local economic growth.

Abstract

The Environmental Care Socialization Activity: From the Village Plant, Care, and Preserve Together with KKM 36 Kertasana Village, Pandeglang aims to increase public awareness and participation in maintaining the sustainability of the village environment. Through this program, KKM 36 invites residents to actively plant trees, care for existing plants, and preserve natural resources so that the sustainability of the village ecosystem can be maintained. The implementation method of the activity includes socialization, direct education to the community, and joint tree planting practices. The results of the activity show an increase in public understanding of the importance of environmental preservation and the creation of a shared commitment to maintaining the cleanliness and sustainability of Kertasana Village. This program is expected to be the first step in the formation of a sustainable environmental care movement and can be an example for other villages in the Pandeglang area.

Abstract

Background: Tuberculosis (TB) remains a global health challenge. Indonesia ranks among countries with the highest TB burden, with over 800,000 cases reported in recent years (WHO, 2024). The Ministry of Health introduced the Temukan, Obati, Sampai Sembuh (TOSS) initiative to enhance early detection and treatment adherence. However, implementation barriers persist, especially in remote areas. Objective: This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the TOSS TB program in breaking TB transmission at Bambaira Health Center, Pasangkayu Regency, and to identify systemic challenges and improvement opportunities. Methods: This qualitative study used in-depth interviews, FGDs, observations, and document analysis. Participants included healthcare workers, TB patients, caregivers, and community leaders. Thematic analysis was conducted to explore program implementation. Results: Barriers identified include poor public awareness, weak contact tracing, medication stockouts, and limited follow-up systems. Stigma also discouraged patients from seeking care. Nevertheless, early case detection and initial treatment showed promising outcomes when supported by trained staff and community involvement. Conclusion: Addressing systemic barriers through education, logistics, and community engagement is key to TOSS TB success. Policy support and consistent funding are needed to ensure sustainability and integration with other health services. Keywords: tuberculosis; TOSS TB;  health center; public health; Indonesia

Abstract

Kajian ini menganalisis integrasi dimensi multikultural dalam proses pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam pada institusi Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Salafiyah Kota Cirebon untuk membangun fondasi karakter toleran dan sikap moderasi beragama peserta didik. Kompleksitas heterogenitas masyarakat Indonesia kontemporer mengharuskan lembaga pendidikan keagamaan mengakomodasi perspektif multikultural tanpa mengkompromi substansi fundamental ajaran Islam. Metodologi riset menerapkan paradigma kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus eksploratif melalui teknik wawancara terstruktur dan analisis dokumentasi melibatkan empat kategori informan: pendidik PAI, pimpinan madrasah, peserta didik, dan wali murid. Hasil investigasi mengidentifikasi bahwa implementasi nilai-nilai multikultural terealisasi melalui strategi contextual teaching learning yang mengsinergikan materi teologis, fiqhiyah, dan akhlakul karimah dengan realitas kehidupan plural. Lima dimensi nilai fundamental yang terinternalisasi encompasses toleransi (tasamuh), keadilan (adl), kasih sayang (rahmah), persaudaraan (ukhuwah), dan musyawarah (syura). Faktor akselerator implementasi meliputi regulasi madrasah yang holistik, dedikasi kepemimpinan, dan keterlibatan orang tua, sedangkan hambatan mencakup resistensi sebagian stakeholder dan limitasi sumber daya. Dampak konstruktif implementasi termanifestasi pada transformasi attitudinal peserta didik dari sikap apatis menuju empatis, defensif menuju reseptif, serta terbentuknya personalitas inklusif dan moderasi keberagamaan. Strategi optimalisasi encompasses pengembangan kurikulum integratif, penguatan kompetensi tenaga pendidik, dan etablishment komunitas pembelajaran kolaboratif. Riset ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap formulasi model pendidikan Islam multikultural yang mengharmonisasikan autentisitas keislaman dengan apresiasi diversitas budaya.

Abstract

Kepiting bakau merupakan komoditas perikanan yang memiliki nilai ekonomis tinggi dan diminati oleh masyarakat. Namun, penangkapan kepiting bakau di wilayah Atapupu menghadapi kendala karena sebagian besar nelayan Atapupu masih melakukan penangkapan tanpa menggunakan alat bantu. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, dilakukan pengenalan alat tangkap bubu lipat kepada nelayan Atapupu. Pengetahuan tentang konstruksi dan metode pengoperasian alat tangkap ini masih rendah di kalangan nelayan. Pengenalan alat tangkap bubu lipat diharapkan dapat menambah pengetahuan, meningkatkan produktivitas hasil tangkapan nelayan, mendukung peningkatan pendapatan dan taraf hidup nelayan di Perairan Atapupu. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selama satu minggu pada bulan Desember 2023 di Kakuluk Mesak. Selain itu, pengenalan teknologi alat tangkap yang ramah lingkungan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman nelayan terhadap penggunaan alat tangkap sesuai dengan target tangkapan. Respons positif dari kelompok nelayan menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini dianggap memberikan dampak positif, terutama dalam menambah pengetahuan nelayan terhadap alat tangkap ramah lingkungan guna meningkatkan produktifitas hasil tangkapan dan mengurangi tingkat kecelakaan kerja dalam penangkapan kepiting.

Abstract

This Compost Making Training will increase the knowledge and skills of the community to process and optimize existing Natural Resources (SDA) and Human Resources (SDM) in order to improve the economy of the Labissa Village community. This training activity on making compost was carried out in the Labissa Village Office Hall, Ajangale District, Bone Regency in December 2023. The tools used were tarpaulin, knife, shovel, hoe, gloves. The materials used are livestock (cow) manure, water, vegetable and fruit waste, soil, husks, brown sugar, brown (dry) and green leaves, catfish pond water starter, wood dust, coconut belt. After the question and answer process took place, there were 85% positive responses from approximately 25 participants, in this case the people of Labissa Village, Ajangale District, Bone Regency. The expected impact of this training is that the community will have broad insight into waste or organic waste so that they can process it into something useful and beneficial.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the implementation of the principle of al-Ḍarūrātu Tubῑḥu al-Maḥẓurāt in first aid. This study uses a qualitative descriptive type of research, (non-statistical), using the library research method (Literature review), using the normative juridical approach and philosophical approach. The results of the study are as follows: first, First aid is the initial action given to someone who is injured or suddenly ill before professional medical assistance arrives, with the aim of saving lives, preventing bad conditions, and carrying out the recovery stage. The steps that must be taken are ensuring safety, assessing the victim's condition, and carrying out actions such as CPR, stopping bleeding, or providing respiratory assistance. Second, the rule of al-Ḍarūrātu Tubῑḥu al-Maḥẓurāt in Islamic law states that emergency situations permit things that are forbidden to protect life or prevent major danger, provided that the action is according to need and does not exceed the necessary limits, such as touching a non-mahram opposite sex in an emergency is permitted if there is no other alternative. Third, according to this rule, first aid for the opposite sex is permitted in life-threatening emergency situations, if there are no other helpers around the victim except the opposite sex. However, if there is an expert in first aid who is the same sex as the victim, then they are more recommended to provide assistance.

Abstract

Empowerment is a process, method, action that makes people empowered, namely the ability to do something or the ability to act in the form of reason, endeavor or effort to develop various aspects of life, both material and spiritual, in order to achieve the ideals and goals of a nation. The empowerment process does not occur by it self, but with the participation and participation of the community so that it is effective. The creative economy is one of the important concepts in empowering the economy of the people of Montong Mesir, because there are quite a lot of community empowerment programs in the field of creative economy which have been proven to be able to improve the community's economy. The method used is a qualitative approach with a secondary data matrix, documentation is then processed through stages data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The research results show that the implementation of community empowerment and the overall capacity of higher education actors has been running effectively. Research findings show that sustainable impact evaluation requires consistent community empowerment and encouraging economic approaches, creative models of sustainable community empowerment, community monitoring and strengthening based on community participation as well as placing the community as key actors and innovative approaches to empowerment in the Montong Mesir, Borok Toyang Village. Keywords: Empowerment, Creative Economy ABSTRAK Pemberdayaan merupakan proses, cara, perbuatan yang membuat berdaya, yaitu kemampuan untuk melakukan sesuatu atau kemampuan bertindak yang berupa akal, ikhtiar atau upaya untuk mengembangkan berbagai aspek kehidupan masyarakat baik material maupun spiritual guna mencapai cita-cita dan tujuan suatu bangsa. Proses pemberdayaan tidak terjadi dengan sendirinya, tetapi dengan keikutsertaan dan partisipasi masyarakat sehingga berdaya guna. Ekonomi kreatif menjadi salah satu konsep penting dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat dusun montong mesir, sebab cukup banyak program pemberdayaan masyarakat di bidang ekonomi kreatif yang terbukti mampu meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat.Metode yang digunakan adalah metode dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan matriks data sekunder, dokumentasi kemudian dianalisis melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan implementasi pemberdayaan masyarakat dan kapasitas aktor perguruan tinggi secara keseluruhan sudah berjalan secara efektif. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi dampak berkelanjutan memerlukan konsistensi pemberdayaan masyarakat dan mendorong pendekatan ekonomi kreatif model pemberdayaan masyarakat berkelanjutan, pemantauan dan penguatan berbasis partisipasi masyarakat serta menempatkan masyarakat selaku aktor kunci dan pendekatan inovatif pemberdayaan masyarakat di dusun Montong Mesir Desa Borok Toyang.
