Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of anxiety felt by married couples which arise because they have not been blessed with offspring, feeling embarrassed because they have not been blessed with offspring and being criticized by the surrounding community, the perception that married couples who have not been blessed with offspring have certain diseases and also the perception of the extinction of the family tree because not blessed with offspring. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of anxiety of married couples who have not been blessed with offspring on social interaction and to find out how much influence the anxiety of married couples who have not been blessed with offspring has on social interaction in Jorong Simpang Hilir District. Simpang Alahan Mati, Kab. Pasaman. This research uses quantitative research that is regression in nature by interpreting actual events obtained with the results through numbers. The population in this study was 40 husband and wife who had not yet had children in Jorong Simpang Hilir District. Simpang Alahan Mati, Kab. Pasaman. The samples taken in this research were the entire population using a total sampling technique of 40 people. Data collection used a questionnaire research instrument with a closed questionnaire type and data analysis techniques using Microsoft Excel and SPSS 24.0 for Windows. Based on the research results, it was obtained that rcount was 0.231 > rtable 0.152 from df= 38, at a significance level of 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the anxiety of married couples who have not yet been blessed with children on social interactions in Jorong Simpang Hilir District. Simpang Alahan Mati, Kab. Pasaman. Which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination, the result was = 5.3%. Based on this value, it can be interpreted that married couples' anxiety influences social interactions by 5.3%, while 94.7% is influenced by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the things that students feel in online learning during the pandemic (Covid-19) such as nervousness, excessive sweating, sweaty palms, dry mouth, frequent nightmares, palpitations, difficulty concentrating, feeling anxious, feeling inadequate, restless, having trouble sleeping at night, irritability, which are some of the things that happen when someone experiences anxiety. The purpose of this study was to determine the anxiety felt by third semester students of the Guidance and Counseling Study Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, UIN Sjech M. DjamilDjambekBukittinggi while doing online learning during the pandemic (Covid-19). This study used field research in a qualitative descriptive form, the key informants were third semester counseling guidance students and the supporting informants were the students' parents. The data collection technique used was interview using snowball sampling. Data processing using the method of data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the student anxiety in online learning during the pandemic (Covid-19) at UIN Sjech M Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi are from the family environment, from the social environment, difficult internet networks, studying while working, limited learning media, inability to complate assignments and limited access and resources.

Abstract

Domestic violence has a very damaging impact on victims, physically, emotionally and psychologically. Victims often experience trauma, depression, anxiety, and mental health disorders. The purpose of the study was to determine the factors causing domestic violence in Jorong Bamban Kenagarian IV Koto Palembayan focused on economic violence or domestic neglect. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques through interviews and observations obtained from key informants, namely the wife and supporting informants, namely children, siblings and parents in the field. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.  Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be stated that the factors causing domestic violence in jorong bamban kenagarian IV koto palembayan agam district. The first factor is financial problems, a husband who does not meet the daily needs of the family, the second is jealousy, that the husband has a new family and gets less attention, the third is child problems, lack of affection or attention to children, the fourth is past problems, not accepting the past life of the husband or wife that arises disputes, the fifth is that the husband wants to win alone, always follows the husband's will and the husband only wants to be followed what he wants. Sixth, work, a wife who replaces her husband's position who works to meet household needs, a husband who is stingy towards his own family.

Abstract

Masalah yang diangkat pada penelitian ini (1) Terindikasi remaja tidak mampu menerima diri sendiri baik kelebihan maupun kelemahan (2) Terindikasi remaja tidak dapat menerima kesalahan atau kegagalan yang terjadi pada dirinya (3) Terindikasi remaja cenderung menganggap masalah itu tidak seharusnya terjadi pada dirinya. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat deskritif. Dengan menggambarkan fenomena yang terjadi di lapangan sesuia dengan data-data yang peroleh. Populasi dalampenelitian ini adalah 11 orang remaja, sampelyang diambil adalah remaja awal dengan menggunakan teknik Total sampling dimana teknik ini merupakan teknik pengambilan sampel dimana jumlah sampel sama dengan populasi. Data self compassion remaja adalah angket. Angket yang digunakan adalah menggunakan skala likert. Teknik pengelolahan datadan analisis data menggunakan coding, penskoran, mean, interpertasi dan merumuskan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari Self Compassion remaja panti asuhan yayasan darulhikmah di sorik jorong sentosa kecamatan panti kabupaten pasaman, berada pada kategori tinggi dengan persentase 66%, artinya remaja mampu menerima dirinya sendiri baik kelebihan maupun kelemahan, mampu menerima kesalahan atau kegagalan sebagai sebuah hal umum yang juga di alami orang lain, menyadari tentang keterhubungan antara segala sesuatu.

Abstract

Puberty development is a significant transitional phase in an individual's life, characterized by complex physical, emotional, and psychological changes. This research aims to explain the process of puberty development from various perspectives, including the influencing factors and their impact on individuals. The research method involves synthesizing literature from various sources to provide a comprehensive picture of the changes that occurred during this time. It is hoped that the findings from this research will provide a deeper understanding of the challenges individuals face during puberty as well as their potential implications in the context of education, health and personal development.

Abstract

Motivasi penelitian ini adalah perilaku orang tua dalam memberikan pola asuh melalui kekerasan verbal dan non verbal. Misalnya, orang tua membentak anak kecil saat bermain di tempat berbahaya, bahkan menggunakan kekerasan fisik terhadap anak kecil tersebut. Setiap balita membutuhkan beberapa anak yang tidak mengucapkan kata "tolong", misalnya saat anak menginginkan air atau makanan, saat anak menerima hadiah dari orang lain, dan saat balita melakukan kesalahan, seperti membuang barang. sengaja kira-kira normal, karena anak-anak masih kecil, yaitu antara 2 dan 6 tahun, dan mereka masih belum mengerti. Anak itu menunjukkan sikap penuh kemenangan dan berbicara dengan nada menggelegar dan bahasa yang kasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (Field Research) dengan sifat deskriptif kualitatif.Penyedia informasi utama adalah orang tua dari anak kecil, dan pemberi informasi pendukung adalah keluarga anak kecil yaitu kakek nenek, paman/tante. Untuk memperoleh data, peneliti menggunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara. Pengolahan data menggunakan metode reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orang tua di Jorong Marambush Kecamatan Palembayan Kabupaten Agam memiliki pola asuh yang berbeda untuk menanamkan perilaku moral pada anak usia dini yaitu orang tua yang menganut pola asuh otoriter dan orang tua yang menganut pola asuh permisif. Dalam hal pengasuhan, ada yang mengadopsi pola asuh demokratis, dan ada yang mengadopsi pola asuh otokratis dan pola asuh demokratis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya indikasi bahwa siswa yang memiliki dukungan orang tua yang tinggi namun anaknya memiliki pemilihan karir yang rendahpada dirinya karena anaknya tidak sadar akan pentingnya karir dalam dirinya sendiri seperti mereka tidak peduli dengan informasi dunia karir yang diberikan oleh orang tuanya serta adanya dukungan orang tua yang rendah akan tetapi anaknya memiliki pemilihan karir yang bagus pada diri karena orang tidak memberikan informasi mengenai dunia karir dan perkuliah dengan baik kepada anaknya dan ada sebagian siswa memiliki pengetahuan karir yang bagus akan tetapi dukungan orang tuanya rendah penyebabnya kurang perhatian orang tua terhadap fasilitas anak dalam memilih karir seperti informasi karir yang kurang, kurang bertanya kepada anak mengenai karir. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu regresi yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara variabel bebas yaitu dukungan orang tua terhadap variabel terikat yaitu pemilihan karir siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama dukungan orang tua berpengaruh terhadap pemilihan karir siswa dengan diperolehnya keputusan bahwa HO ditolak dan H1 diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa dukungan orang tua berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pemilihan karir siswa. Kedua, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh dukungan orang tua terhadap pemilihan karir siswa yaitu sebesar 20,4%. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis koefisien determinasi dengan nilai sebesar 0,204 termasuk kepada tingkat hubungan lemah atau rendah yaitu berada pada rentang interval koefisien korelasi product moment 0,20 – 0,399, menunjukkan bahwa proporsi pengaruh variabel dukungan orang tua sebesar 20,4% sedangkan sisanya 79,6% yang memiliki hubungan yang kuat dengan rentang interval koefisien korelasi product moment 0,60 – 0,799, yang berarti dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Humans as creatures who are born with perfection have the cognitive ability to process information from the surrounding environment. This ability is influenced by factors such as intelligence level, physical condition, and the speed of the information processing system. Cognitive limitations can occur due to problems or disturbances in cognitive abilities, either from birth or due to changes in the human body. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method approach with a focus on literature study. The research results discuss the concept of perception, outlining definitions from various experts, such as Stephen P. Robbins, Kinichi and Kreitne, McShane and Von Glinow, and others. Perception is understood as a complex process involving the recognition, organization, and interpretation of information through the five senses. In its analysis, the research highlights the perception process involving the stages of selection, organization, and interpretation. Selection involves choosing information that attracts attention, organization refers to the arrangement of information in a cognitive structure, and interpretation is the assignment of meaning to information. Research also explains that perception is not only limited to physical objects, but also involves perception of humans. Factors such as objects, sensory organs, attention, and perception processes play a role in forming an individual's impression and assessment of the surrounding environment. In conclusion, this research highlights the complexity of perceptual processes and their relevance in shaping human understanding and interaction with the environment. The importance of understanding perception has implications in various contexts, including psychology, social interaction, and self-development. The results of this study contribute to our understanding of how humans process and assign meaning to information from their environment.

Abstract

Talents and interests have an important role in individual development, especially at the early stages of life. This research describes the definition, differences and characteristics of talents and interests and how to develop them. Talent is an innate ability that is potential and needs to be developed through training and education. Meanwhile, interest is an affective tendency towards an activity that develops along with an individual's physical and mental growth. This article discusses the characteristics of gifted children, involving aspects such as intellectual ability, creativity and motivation. Identifying these characteristics helps teachers and parents support the development of gifted children. In addition, types of talents are also discussed, illustrating variations in achievement based on their function and nature. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with a focus on literature study. The research results present the definition of talent as above average ability, creativity and responsibility. Meanwhile, interest includes curiosity, affective tendencies, and the desire to pay attention to certain activities. This research also describes the characteristics of gifted children, involving intellectual, creativity and motivation aspects. Types of talents are divided based on their function and nature of achievement, such as psychophysical, psychological, typical and compound talents. How to develop talents and interests includes courage, practice, environmental support, and understanding the obstacles that may be faced. The conclusions of this research highlight the importance of understanding talents and interests in the context of education, career development, and professional choice. Identification of individual talents and interests helps in decision making regarding educational and career paths. With better understanding, we can support individuals' optimal development, help them reach their full potential, and live lives in accordance with their talents and interests.

Abstract

Teori belajar humanistik berfokus pada pengembangan individu secara utuh, menempatkan siswa sebagai pusat pembelajaran. Pendekatan ini berakar dari psikologi humanistik yang dipelopori oleh Abraham Maslow dan Carl Rogers, menekankan pentingnya kebutuhan dasar, hubungan interpersonal, dan pengalaman belajar yang bermakna. Melalui metode seperti Confluent Education dan Cooperative Learning, teori ini mendorong siswa untuk aktif, reflektif, dan terlibat dalam proses belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan teori humanistik dalam pendidikan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan humanistik dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri, partisipasi aktif, dan hubungan interpersonal yang positif antara guru dan siswa. Namun, tantangan dalam penerapannya mencakup pemahaman guru, sistem evaluasi, dan beban kurikulum yang padat. Diharapkan kajian ini memberikan inspirasi bagi pendidik untuk mengembangkan proses pembelajaran yang lebih humanis dan relevan dengan kebutuhan siswa, serta menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung pertumbuhan pribadi dan karakter.
