Abstract

The use of Artificial Intelligence Technology aims to develop knowledge through information search engines so that it can help students, teachers and schools. The targets that will become benchmarks in community service include various counseling, presentations and questions and answers. With technology involving artificial intelligence in it, it makes it easier for pupils and students to search for information obtained from various sources. This data collection technique is interviews with previously prepared data, both observation and documentation and using relevant library methods. The aim of this service at the Bahrul Uluum Al Kamal Asahan Islamic boarding school is in the field of religious knowledge and can also understand Artificial Intelligence. By providing community service, it can help and increase knowledge outside of religious knowledge, namely artificial intelligence. Abstract

CV. Hamzah Tech Development is located on Mekar Sari village road, hamlet 2, Pulau Rakyat Asahan sub-district, when this company was formed, it was a community a gathering place for people who have abilities and are deep in the IT field. The aim of this community service activity is to develop the company in a way promote his company to look for potential new students while managing existing resources CV. Hamzah fits his era. What CV does. Hamzah still uses promotional banners and experiences from students who have studied the CV. The methods used in this activity are observation, training and assistance in digital use. Through an interview with Mr. Hamza as the owner of CV. Hamza has received information in building a promotion for the CV. Then through this observation it was found that after the training activities students studying at CV. Hamza can help promote through social media well. The results of carrying out activities are students who study at CV. Hamza, where the number of students has increased in adding students and is known to many people.Keywords: promotion; technology;  social media Abstrak: CV. Tujuan dari Kegiatan pengabdian kepada msyarakat ini adalah untuk mengembangkan perusahaan dengan cara mempromosikan perusahaanya untuk mencari calon anak didik baru sekaligus mengelola sumber daya yang ada di CV. Hamzah sesuai zamanya. Yang dilakukan CV. Hamzah selama ini masih menggunakan spandu promosi dan kabar dari siswa-siswa yang pernah belajar di CV tersebut. Dengan metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini berupa observasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam pemanfaatan digital. Melalui sebuah wawancara  dengan bapak Hamza sebagai pemilik CV. Hamza telah mandapatkan informasi dalam membangun sebuah mempromosikan CV tersebut. Kemudian melalui pengamatan ini telah dapat bahwa setelah kegiatan pelatihan siswa yang belajar di CV. Hamza dapat membantu mempromosikan melalui media sosial dengan baik. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah siswa yang belajar di CV. Hamza, dimana jumlah siswa yang mengalami peningkatan dalam menambah siswa dan dikenal banyak orang.Kata Kunci: media sosial; promosi; teknologi;

Abstract

Starting with COVID19, almost everyone around the world uses the internet, even to the worrying stage, namely internet addiction. Several studies report that the level of addiction to using the internet network is getting higher even though COVID19 has subsided. Teenagers have not been able to choose useful internet connection activities and they are more prone to experiencing bad influences from the social environment. To overcome this they need support from psychologists so they can prevent and diagnose early before they become sufferers of severe internet addiction. But on the other hand, the number of psychologists who can help is still very limited, especially in small towns. In addition, economic factors and limited time for parents to accompany their children to visit psychologists are the main obstacles. Therefore it is necessary to find a solution that can overcome the limitations and barriers to adolescents in obtaining services from a psychologist. One solution to this problem is to build an expert system that can work as a psychologist. The purpose of this research is to build an expert system application for diagnosing internet addiction using the backward chaining method. Internet addiction level is categorized in low, medium and high. System testing is carried out using black box testing which allows experts to obtain a set of output conditions that will carry out all functional requirements of the program. This test shows that the inout and output data has been running as expected.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan hasil tangkapan alat tangkap bubu kawat dengan menggunakan umpan buah sawit dan tanpa umpan yang dioperasikan di Danau Teluk Kenali dan mengidentifikasi jenis ikan yang tertangkap. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Danau Teluk Kenali Desa Teluk Kenali, Kecamatan Telanaipura Kota Jambi pada 20 Januari sampai 20 Februari 2022. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode experimental fishing dengan menggunakan alat tangkap bubu kawat sebanyak 8 unit pada 2 perlakuan. Penangkapan dilakuan dari pukul 7.00-17.00 WIB. Peralatan yang digunakan adalah alat tangkap bubu kawat sebanyak 8 unit, termometer, pH meter, meteran, timbangan, alat tulis, kamera, dan laptop. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dilakukan analisis uji T. Hasil analisis uji T alat tangkap bubu kawat menggunakan umpan buah sawit dan tanpa umpan menunjukkan berbeda nyata (P<0,05). Hasil tangkapan yang di peroleh terdiri dari 8 spesies ikan yaitu Nila, Palau, Gabus, Kaperas, Sapu-sapu, Gurame, Sepat siam, dan Beterung. Pada umpan sawit adalah 134 ekor dengan rata-rata 9 ekor/hari, sedangkan pada perlakuan tanpa umpan diperoleh sebanyak 111 ekor dengan rata-rata 7 ekor/hari. Sedangkan dari berat hasil tangkapan pada umpan buah sawit sebanyak 10.286 gram dengan rata-rata 642,8 gram/hari sedangkan pada perlakuan tanpa umpan sebanyak 8.239 gram dengan rata-rata 514,9 gram/hari. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penggunaan umpan buah sawit mendapatkan hasil yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan perlakuan tanpa umpan baik dari segi jumlah maupun berat hasil tangkapan. Abstract

The influence of Islamic leadership and self-efficacy on teacher performance is a dynamic interplay that can significantly impact the quality of education. Leaders who embrace Islamic principles can create an environment that nurtures self-efficacy among teachers, leading to enhanced motivation, job satisfaction, and ultimately, improved student learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic leadership and self-efficacy on teacher performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable The research concept is a path analysis model used to analyze the pattern of relationships between variables to know the direct or indirect effect of the independent variable (exogenous) on the dependent variable (endogenous). The sample of this study was all teachers of SD IT and SMP IT Al-Kautsar Mukomuko as many as 81 teachers. The results of the analysis show that Islamic leadership has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. Self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on teacher performance; Islamic leadership has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. The conclusion was job satisfaction mediates the influence of Islamic leadership on teacher performance

Abstract

Bandung Perfume Shop is a company that sells perfume. Based on observations, it was discovered that the Bandung Perfume Shop Information System activities maintain use the traditional way. Sales data collecting or recording operations continue to rely on paper media, specifically notebooks, which are prone to loss and damage, implying that the document preparation system is inadequate. Similarly, everything is done conventionally when it comes to data recapitulation and providing information or reports. Given this occurrence and all of its flaws, particularly low work efficiency, an information system that can replace the prior way is required in order to create efficient work. Information System Design as a solution to the above phenomenon at the Bandung Perfume Shop using the Python application (Object Oriented Programming Language), starting from March 2023. The research aims to provide an information system that can simplify and accelerate employee work processes in processing sales data at the Bandung Perfume Shop. The results of this study were collected in the form of an output Information System from the Python program that was created in outline by automating the old (traditional) system to the new system. The results of this study are projected to have a substantial impact on the sales and recapitulation processes in the future, improving work efficiency at the Bandung Perfume Shop.

Abstract

AbstrakStudi ini berfokus pada analisis penggunaan dialek Bahasa Melayu Indragiri Hilir dalam cerita rakyat "Lang Buana". Dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini mencoba untuk memahami dan menjelaskan fenomena kebahasaan dalam konteks sosial dan budaya masyarakat Indragiri Hilir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dialek Bahasa Melayu Indragiri Hilir berfungsi sebagai identitas dan media untuk melestarikan serta mengimplementasikan dialek dan budaya lokal kepada generasi muda. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, Dialek Bahasa Melayu Indragiri Hilir tidak hanya berperan sebagai alat komunikasi, tetapi juga sebagai simbol identitas budaya dan sejarah. Penelitian ini berharap dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pelestarian dan pengembangan Bahasa Melayu dan dialek-dialeknya. Kata Kunci: dialek, bahasa Melayu, cerita rakyat AbstractThis study focuses on analyzing the use of the Indragiri Hilir Malay dialect in the folktale "Lang Buana". Using qualitative descriptive methods, this research tries to understand and explain linguistic phenomena in the social and cultural context of the Indragiri Hilir community. The research results show that the Indragiri Hilir Malay dialect functions as an identity and media to preserve and implement local dialects and culture to the younger generation. Based on research that has been conducted, the Indragiri Hilir Malay Dialect not only acts as a communication tool, but also as a symbol of cultural and historical identity. Abstract

This research aims to: 1) Know and obtain data on the implementation of the function of the Village Consultative Board in the implementation of government in Simpang Village of Residents Outside Aluh-Aluh District of Banjar Regency, 2) Know and obtain data on factors that affect the implementation of the function of the Village Consultative Board in the implementation of government in Simpang Village Residents Outside Aluh-Aluh District, Banjar Regency. This research uses qualitative research with a sociological approach because data is obtained directly from facts in society—data collection through case studies, field research, and interviews. The results of this study show that: 1. Implementation of BPD Supervision Function in the implementation of government in Simpang Village of Residents Outside Aluh-Aluh District, Banjar Regency has not been thoroughly carried out optimally because only 3 (three) main tasks are carried out, namely accommodating and distributing community aspirations, 2. Factors that affect the implementation of bpd supervision function are influenced by driving factors, community support/participation in BPD, and good cooperative relations between BPD and the Village Government. At the same time, the second factor is an inhibitory factor that includes the lack of benefits given to BPD members, facilities and infrastructure, lack of human resources that fill BPD membership, and the existence of community pros and cons to every decision set.

Abstract

Former nickel mine lands often have low soil quality and do not support the growth of revegetation plants. This study aims to evaluate the effect of humic substances and compost on improving the quality of post-nickel mine soil and plant growth media. The experiment was conducted using a completely randomized design in a factorial pattern with three levels of humic and compost treatments, as well as a combination of both, applied to nickel post-mining soil. The results showed that the addition of compost significantly increased the cation exchange capacity (CEC) and availability of nutrients (Ca, Mg, K, Na) in the soil. The addition of humic materials had relatively no significant impact on increasing CEC, but could increase phosphorus levels in the soil. In addition, compost and the combination of compost with humic materials can reduce available heavy metal Cr, although it causes an increase in Ni heavy metal levels in the soil. The results of this study make a significant contribution to the rehabilitation of ex-mining land in a sustainable manner, especially the use of humic materials and compost as a strategy to improve soil quality and increase agricultural productivity. The use of these organic materials is proven to be effective in improving the physical, chemical and biological properties of degraded soils, so it can be a more environmentally friendly approach compared to the use of synthetic chemicals

Abstract

Household waste management in Simbang Village has not been carried out optimally, where the administration has not maximized the 3R system (reduce, reuse, and recycle), low knowledge, positive attitudes, and skills in waste utilization and management, have not been utilized for economic improvement and empowerment. Implement methods to overcome partner problems: Planning, Action (Health promotion, counseling, Procurement and utilization of technology to produce waste recycling products, Training and simulation, Coaching and mentoring), Observation and Evaluation, and Reflection. The results of the training showed an increase in knowledge (81%), positive attitudes (76.2%), and skills (100%) in processing organic waste into solid and leachate compost (liquid compost), as well as positive behaviors related to waste management by starting to implement new behaviors in the form of "prevent, sort, and reuse". Through training based on environmentally friendly science and technology, the community and village government can be more aware and skilled in managing household waste to contribute to environmental sustainability positively.
