Abstract

Shallots (Allium cepa L.) is one of the world's main cooking spices originating from Iran, Pakistan and the mountains and then spreading to various corners of the world. This research began from April to June 2024 at the Integrated Farming System Education Garden, Faculty of Agriculture, Bosowa University in Bontoramba Village, Palangga, Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi. The aim of this research was to determine the best response to the application of various doses of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi. This research used a Randomized Group Design (RAK) with five treatments and three replications. The treatment tried was the application of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi consisting of (3 g/plant), (6 g/plant), (9 g/plant), (12 g/plant), and (15 g/plant). Each treatment was repeated three times so that 15 trials were obtained. Each experiment used 6 plants, so there were a total of 90 plants in the experiment. The results of this study showed that the best response to arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi was at a dose of M5 (15 g/plant) which gave better results in the growth and production of shallot plants. Bawang merah (Allium cepa L.) Merupakan salah satu bumbu masak utama dunia yang berasal dari Iran, Pakistan, dan pegunungan-pegunungan yang kemudian menyebar ke berbagai penjuru dunia. Penelitian ini dimulai pada bulan April sampai Juni 2024 di Kebun Pendidikan Integrateed Farming System Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Bosowa di Desa Bontoramba, Palangga, Kabupaten Gowa, Sulawesi Selatan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui respon terbaik pada aplikasi berbagai dosis cendawan mikoriza arbuskula. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan lima perlakuan dan tiga ulangan. Perlakuan yang dicobakan adalah aplikasi cendawan mikoriza arbuskula yang terdiri dari (3 g/tanaman), (6 g/tanaman), (9 g/tanaman), (12 g/tanaman), dan (15 g/tanaman). Masing-masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak tiga kali sehingga di peroleh 15 percobaan. Tiap percobaan menggunakan 6 tanaman, sehingga total percobaan terdapat 90 tanaman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa respon terbaik cendawan mikoriza arbuskula yaitu pada dosis M5 (15 g/tanaman) yang memberikan hasil yang lebih baik pada pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman bawang merah.

Abstract

This study aims to provide information on the genetic diversity of sorghum plants to increase yields and provide information on candidate F6 lines for alternative food for the food crisis in Indonesia. The study was conducted at the BSIP Cereal Plants, Lau District, Maros Regency, South Sulawesi, from March to June 2024. The research design used was a Randomized Block Design (RAK) with 15 F6 lines and two comparison varieties, which were repeated three times. Each plot measures 3 x 4 meters and consists of 80 plants. Genetic diversity and growth characteristics are supported by significant differences such as plant height, leaf length, leaf width, stem diameter, and panicle weight. characters indicate that these traits are influenced by genetic factors and can be passed down to the next generation. Characters such as plant height, leaf length, leaf width, stem diameter, and panicle weight show a positive correlation with yield potential. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi keberagaman genetik tanaman sorgum terhadap peningkatan hasil serta memberikan informasi kandidat galur F6 untuk pangan alternatif bagi krisis pangan di indonesia. Penelitian dilaksanakan di BSIP Tanaman Serealia, Kecamatan Lau, Kabupaten Maros, Sulawesi Selatan, pada Maret hingga Juni 2024. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 15 galur F6 dan dua varietas pembanding, yang diulang sebanyak tiga kali. Setiap plot berukuran 3 x 4 meter dan terdiri dari 80 tanaman. Keragaman genetik dan karakter pertumbuhan didukung oleh adanya perbedaan signifikan seperti tinggi tanaman, panjang daun, lebar daun, diameter batang, dan bobot malai. karakter menunjukkan bahwa sifat-sifat tersebut dipengaruhi oleh faktor genetik dan dapat diturunkan ke generasi berikutnya. Karakter-karakter seperti tinggi tanaman, panjang daun, lebar daun, diameter batang, dan bobot malai menunjukkan korelasi positif dengan potensi hasil.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the growth response of Mustard Plants (Brassica juncea L) to various doses of Local Microorganism Solutions (MOL). The usefulness of this study is expected to provide information and knowledge about used rice can be utilized by being made into POC with MOL solution. This study was conducted in the form of an experiment arranged according to a Randomized Block Design (RAK) consisting of 5 treatments and three replications. The experiment carried out was the dose of Local Microorganisms (MOL) consisting of P0 = control (without treatment), P1 (50ml / liter of Water), P2 (200ml / liter of Water), P3 (250ml / liter of Water), P4 (300ml / liter of Water). Each treatment was repeated 3 times to obtain 15 experimental units. Each experimental unit used 6 plants so that the total experimental plants were 90 Green Mustard plants. The results of the experiment showed that the 250ml/liter treatment gave the best growth results in terms of plant height and wet weight of Green Mustard plants (Brassica juncea L). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon pertumbuhan tanaman Sawi (Barassica Juncae L) pada berbagai dosis larutan Mikroorganisme Lokal (MOL). Kegunaan dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi dan pengetahuan tentang nasi bekas dapat dimanfaatkan dengan cara dibuat menjadi POC dengan larutan MOL. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam bentuk percobaan yang disusun menurut Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri dari lima perlakuan dan tiga ulangan. Percobaan yang dilakukan adalah dosis Mikroorganisme Lokal (MOL) yang terdiri dari P0= kontrol (tanpa perlakuan), P1(50ml/liter Air), P2(200ml/liter Air), P3(250ml/liter Air), dan P4(300ml/liter Air). Tiap perlakuan diulang tiga kali sehingga diperoleh 15unit percobaan. Tiap unit percobaan menggunakan enam tanaman sehingga total tanaman percobaan adalah 90 tanaman Sawi Hijau. Hasil percobaan menunjukkan bahwa pada perlakuan 250ml/liter memberikan hasil pertumbuhan paling baik dalam hal tinggi tanaman dan bobot basah tanaman Sawi Hijau (Brassica Juncae L).

Abstract

This study aims to find and analyze the effect of the application of various doses of eco- enzyme and amino acids on the growth and production of mustard plants. The purpose of this study is to determine the benefits of managing organic waste produced in household kitchens that can be used as Liquid Organic Fertilizer (POC) to replace chemical fertilizers. The study was conducted at the Bosowa Agro Education Garden, Bontoramba Village, Pallangga District, Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi Province, and took place from April to June 2024. This study was conducted in the form of an experiment using a Randomized Block Design (RAK) 2 dose factors P (eco-enzyme) with 4 treatment levels and dose factors N (amino acids) with 4 treatment levels so that 16 treatment combinations were obtained. The treatments used were the administration of Liquid Organic Fertilizer (POC) eco-enzyme (P) at concentration levels of 0 ml/ L, 20ml/ L, 30 ml/ L, 40 ml/ L and amino acids (N) at concentration levels of 0 ml/ L, 20ml/ L, 30 ml/ L, 40 ml/ L. The results showed that the treatment of Liquid Organic Fertilizer (POC) eco-enzyme at a dose of 20 ml (P1) and amino acids at a dose of 30 ml (N2) had a better effect on the growth and production of mustard greens. However, there was no significant effect of the application of eco-enzyme and amino acids on the growth and production of mustard greens. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan dan menganalisis pengaruh aplikasi berbagai dosis eco-enzyme dan asam amino terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman sawi. Kegunaan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui manfaat pengelolaan limbah organik yang dihasilkan pada dapur rumah tangga dapat digunakan sebagai Pupuk Organik Cair (POC) pengganti pupuk kimia. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kebun Pendidikan Bosowa Agro, Desa Bontoramba, Kecamatan Pallangga, Kabupaten Gowa, Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, dan berlangsung dari April sampai Juni 2024. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk percobaan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) 2 faktor dosis P (eco-enzyme) dengan 4 taraf perlakuan dan faktor dosis N (asam amino) dengan 4 taraf perlakuan sehingga diperoleh 16 kombinasi perlakuan. Adapun perlakuan yang digunakan adalah pemberian Pupuk Organik Cair (POC) eco-enzyme (P) pada taraf konsentrasi 0 ml/L, 20ml/L, 30 ml/L, 40 ml/L dan asam amino (N) pada taraf konsentrasi 0 ml/L, 20ml/L, 30 ml/L, 40 ml/L. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan Pupuk Organik Cair (POC) eco-enzyme pada dosis 20 ml (P1) dan asam amino pada dosis 30 ml (N2) memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman sawi. Namun, tidak terdapat pengaruh yang nyata dari aplikasi eco-enzyme dan asam amino terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman sawi.

Abstract

This research was carried out at the Integrated Farming System Education Garden, Faculty of Agriculture, Bosowa University, on JL. Raya Poros Sapayya, Bontoramba Village, Palangga District, Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi. This research started from May to July 2024. This research used a Randomized Block Design (RAK) with 5 treatments, namely P0 (without water hyacinth POC as a control), P1 (10 ml water hyacinth POC), P2 (20 ml water hyacinth POC), P3 (30 ml POC water hyacinth) and P4 (40 ml POC water hyacinth) and 3 repetitions. The parameters observed were plant height, stem diameter, number of pods, weight of the pods contained, weight of seeds 100 g/plot, weight of seeds per planting.  The results of the research showed that the best growth and production was in the P4 treatment with a dose of 40 ml which was able to provide growth and production in plant height, stem diameter, number of pods, weight of filled pods, seed weight of 100 g/plot, weight of seeds per planting. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kebun Pendidikan Integrated Farming System Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Bosowa, di JL. Raya Poros Sapayya, Desa Bontoramba, Kecamatan Palangga, Kabupaten Gowa Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini dimulai pada bulan Mei sampai Juli 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 5 perlakuan yaitu P0 (tanpa POC enceng gondok sebagai kontrol), P1 (10 ml POC enceng gondok), P2 (20 ml POC enceng gondok), P3 (30 ml POC enceng gondok) dan P4 (40 ml POC enceng gondok) serta 3 ulangan. Parameter yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, jumlah polong, berat polong berisi, berat biji 100 g/ plot, berat biji pertanama.  Hasil penelitian menunjukan pertumbuhan dan produksi terbaik yaitu pada perlakuan P4 dengan dosis 40 ml yang mampu memberikan pertumbuhan dan produksi pada tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, jumlah polong, berat polong berisi, berat biji 100 g/ plot, berat biji pertanaman.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the learning strategies implemented by Islamic Religious Education teachers at Mutiara Bangsa Elementary School Pringsewu, Lampung, after the COVID-19 pandemic. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this research involves primary data from school principals, deputy principals, and teachers, as well as secondary data in the form of important documentation related to data on teachers, students, and infrastructure. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out in three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The research results show that teachers implement strategies to improve the quality of learning through careful curriculum planning, organizing teaching tasks, and comprehensive evaluation. Evaluation is carried out through written assessments, interviews, and accidental oral assessments. Apart from that, teachers also strengthen teaching materials by habituating good behavior among students, aiming to form good morals automatically without needing to think long. This research concludes that the strategies implemented are quite effective in increasing students' interest in learning, although there are still some students who have not achieved the expected results. More intensive efforts are needed to achieve better educational outcomes in the future.
