Abstract

This research aims to explore the learning strategies implemented by Islamic Religious Education teachers at Mutiara Bangsa Elementary School Pringsewu, Lampung, after the COVID-19 pandemic. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this research involves primary data from school principals, deputy principals, and teachers, as well as secondary data in the form of important documentation related to data on teachers, students, and infrastructure. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out in three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The research results show that teachers implement strategies to improve the quality of learning through careful curriculum planning, organizing teaching tasks, and comprehensive evaluation. Evaluation is carried out through written assessments, interviews, and accidental oral assessments. Apart from that, teachers also strengthen teaching materials by habituating good behavior among students, aiming to form good morals automatically without needing to think long. This research concludes that the strategies implemented are quite effective in increasing students' interest in learning, although there are still some students who have not achieved the expected results. More intensive efforts are needed to achieve better educational outcomes in the future.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu memberikan pendampingan kepada ibu rumah tangga dalam memproduksi produk halal dan mengelola usaha berbasis keuangan syariah. Kemudian mendapatkan pembiayaan dari lembaga keuangan syariah dan mengelola keuangan dengan baik. Adapun mitra dalam pengabdian ini adalah Ibu Rumah Tangga yang memiliki usaha mikro produk halal di bidang kuliner yaitu makanan dan minuman FADIGA. Berlokasi di jalan Hangtuah Ujung Pesantren al-Kautsar Bencah Lesung, Kec. Tenayan Raya, Kota Pekanbaru, Riau. Dengan diselenggarakannya pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dapat memberikan kontribusi kepada mitra dan meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi mitra sehingga mampu mengelola dan mengembangkan usaha produk halal dengan manajemen yang lebih baik, mitra mampu menghasilkan produk halal yang berkualitas, higienis, dan memiliki daya saing di pasar. Produk yang dihasilkan memiliki identitas merek (brand) dan legalitas usaha yang jelas (NIB dan sertifikat halal). Mitra mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai literasi keuangan syariah, mekanisme keuangan melalui sistem bagi hasil dan akad kerjasama. Hasil dari pendampingan ini juga memberikan mitra kesempatan untuk menyusun perencanaan bisnis dalam pengembangan produk UMKM termasuk pemasaran, perumusan nama produk, desain logo kemasan, dan mengenalkan lembaga keuangan syariah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh struktur aktiva dan profitabilitas terhadap struktur modal pada perusahaan PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk periode 2014–2024. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan memanfaatkan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan selama sebelas tahun. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh laporan keuangan PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk yang dipublikasikan dalam periode tersebut.Analisis data dilakukan melalui serangkaian uji statistik, yaitu uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis, serta koefisien determinasi (R²), dengan bantuan software EViews 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel struktur aktiva tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,0687 lebih besar dari 0,05 dan nilai t_hitung -2,102155 lebih kecil dari t_tabel 2,306. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa komposisi aktiva perusahaan tidak menjadi faktor utama dalam menentukan struktur modal. Sebaliknya, variabel profitabilitas terbukti memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,0341 lebih kecil dari 0,05 dan t_hitung -2,55147 lebih kecil dari t_tabel 2,306. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat keuntungan perusahaan berperan penting dalam menentukan kebijakan pendanaan. Namun, secara simultan, struktur aktiva dan profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal, dengan nilai F_hitung 3,613498 lebih kecil dari 4,46 dan signifikansi 0,076191 lebih besar dari 0,05.Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 34,32% menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen mampu menjelaskan sebagian variasi struktur modal, sementara sisanya 65,68% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya profitabilitas dalam memengaruhi struktur modal, sekaligus membuka ruang bagi kajian lanjutan untuk mengeksplorasi variabel lain yang lebih dominan

Abstract

This article examines the factors that contribute to successful principal leadership at SMA Negeri 1 Bunut. Principal leadership is pivotal to the quality of teaching–learning processes and student outcomes; understanding the critical determinants of effective leadership can strengthen secondary-school leadership, particularly in under-researched regional contexts. The study aimed to analyse those critical factors from the principal’s experience and perspectives. A qualitative case-study approach was adopted. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the principal, supplemented by field observation and document review, and were analysed using thematic analysis and source triangulation. Six overarching themes were identified: motivation to serve in one’s home region; strategies emphasising collaboration, discipline, and collegiality; transformational leadership; direct communication and communication via social media; role modelling as a critical factor; instructional leadership; and a focus on process. Leadership effectiveness was assessed in terms of academic and non-academic achievement, teacher and staff satisfaction, management effectiveness, and achievement of the school’s vision and mission. In sum, successful leadership at SMA Negeri 1 Bunut is underpinned by role modelling, transformational leadership, and attention to both instruction and students’ character development. Other principals and policymakers are encouraged to prioritise role modelling, teacher professional development, instructional leadership, and process-oriented evaluation.

The purpose of this study is to identify how to optimize the use of the Jazariyah book in learning the Al-Qur'an at Madrasah Dinniyah An-Nahdliyah Tri Bhakti At-Taqwa class 2 Wustho Putra to improve the ability to read the Al-Qur'an of students. This study uses a qualitative approach using field research. Data collection techniques are through observation, documentation, and interviews. Data analysis techniques and data validity use deductive techniques, source triangulation and techniques to ensure the reliability of the data obtained and prevent subjectivity on the part of the researcher. In addition, researchers cross-check with various sources to observe data and make observations more than once. And in essence data analysis is grouping variable data and types of respondents to answer the problem formulation. The results of this study are 1)Al-Jazariyah Book as a Structured Tajweed Guide. 2) Al-Jazariyah Book offers a very structured explanation of the rules of tajweed that must be applied in reading the Qur'an. Improving the Ability to Read the Qur'an Correctly. 3). Through this learning, students will not only master the rules of tajweed, but also understand the beauty of reading the Qur'an and how to apply it in everyday life.

Abstract

This program is implemented with an integrated approach in students' daily activities at school, both in academic and extracurricular activities. Character cultivation is carried out by providing real examples through the teacher's attitude, as well as strengthening the religious values taught by involving parents in supporting students' religious discipline at home. Evaluation of student character development is carried out continuously through behavior records and intense communication with parents. This research uses qualitative research methods with case study research (field research). By using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Test the validity of the data using triangulation. And the data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, conclusions. The research results show that the NU-based religious character development program at MTs Miftahul Huda Silir Sari has had a positive impact on students' attitudes and behavior, especially in developing discipline, tolerance, honesty and concern for others. This program succeeded in creating a harmonious school atmosphere, based on moderate Islamic teaching values, and further strengthened the school's commitment to forming a young generation with noble morals in accordance with NU traditions. The contribution of this research theoretically enriches the study of character education based on local religious values. Practically, it provides a character development model that can be adopted by other educational institutions. Socio-culturally, this research shows the importance of preserving NU's traditional values in education. Meanwhile, in a policy context, these findings can be input into formulating contextual and effective character education programs.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the implementation of an effective servant leadership model for primary school principals with a focus on the implementation of the servant leadership model at SDN 007 Pangkalan Kerinci. This model has great significance in efforts to improve the quality of school principals, which will have a positive impact on the quality of basic education. Based on the results of the national principal competency test, it appears that the competency of primary school principals shows the lowest results compared to principals at the junior secondary and senior secondary levels. This research applies the case study method to analyze the behavior of individuals, particularly school principals. The key informant in this study is the principal. The collection method was through interviews, observations, and documentation. Qualitative data analysis was conducted using the Miles dan Huberman model. The implementation of the servant leadership model at SDN 007 Pangkalan Kerinci shows that this approach can create a better educational environment and improved student welfare. Through active involvement of all stakeholders, innovative programs and strong support for new teachers, the principal succeeded in building a collaborative atmosphere that supports student and teacher development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingginya kompetensi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui employee engagement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui employee engagement sebagai variabel mediasi (pada pegawai bagian administrasi RSUD Dompu). Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif eksplanatori. Populasi penelitian adalah pegawai bagian administrasi RSUD Dompu berjumlah 248 pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 151 responden. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner berbasis skala likert dengan lima poin penilaian. Validasi instrumen dilakukan melalui uji validitas konstruk dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan koefisien Cronbach Alpha. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi berada pada kategori sangat tinggi dengan rata-rata 4,66, motivasi kerja berada pada kategori sangat tinggi dengan rata-rata 4,51, kinerja pegawai berada pada kategori sangat tinggi dengan rata-rata 4,62 dan employee engagement berada pada kategori cukup dengan rata-rata 2,74.   The Effect of Competence and Work Motivation on Employee Performance Through Employee Engagement as a Mediating Variable (Among Employees of the Administrative Division of Dompu Regional General Hospital) Abstract This research is motivated by the high level of competence and work motivation on employee performance through employee engagement. This study aims to analyze the influence of competence and work motivation on employee performance through employee engagement as a mediating variable (in the administrative department employees of Dompu Regional Hospital). The study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive explanatory research type. The study population is 248 administrative department employees of Dompu Regional Hospital. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with a sample size of 151 respondents. The data collection instrument uses a Likert scale-based questionnaire with five assessment points. Instrument validation is carried out through construct validity testing and reliability testing using the Cronbach Alpha coefficient. Data analysis is carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling method based on Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM) using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of the study indicate that competence is in the very high category with an average of 4.66, work motivation is in the very high category with an average of 4.51, employee performance is in the very high category with an average of 4.62, and employee engagement is in the sufficient category with an average of 2.74. Abstract

This community service program aims to provide assistance and education in the implementation of tahsin and tahfidzul Qur'an programs in Merbau Village, Bunut District, Pelalawan Regency. This initiative is presented as a strategic step in an effort to eradicate Qur'an illiteracy which is still a challenge among the local community. Through this program, it is hoped that the community can better understand and practice the values contained in the Qur'an, thus not only improving their ability to read the Qur'an, but also strengthening their faith and devotion. This assistance is carried out by following a series of steps, including preparation, coordination with partner foundations, coordination with the village government, education about tahsin and tahfidzul Qur'an programs, assistance in signing the MoU between the two parties, and support in establishing an independent foundation. By involving various related parties, this service program is expected to help overcome the problem of Qur'an illiteracy in the community. The result of this program is the increasing number of community members who are able to read and memorize the Qur'an, so that overall it can reduce the number of Qur'an illiteracy in Merbau Village and its surroundings.

Abstract

This article presents the management of strengthening qawāʿid al-lughah al-ʿArabiyyah, particularly nahwu (Arabic syntax) and shorof (Arabic morphology), in enhancing the competencies of students in the Arabic Education Study Program at UIN Raden Intan Lampung in 2025. The study was motivated by the insufficient mastery of Arabic grammatical rules among some students, which has resulted in difficulties in comprehending Arabic literature and a lack of confidence in both spoken and written communication. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach supported by quantitative data obtained through a survey using a five-point scale (1 = not understanding to 5 = highly understanding) administered to third-semester students of the Arabic Education Study Program. The data collection process was complemented by classroom observations and in-depth interviews. Data analysis was conducted through data organization, thematic coding, interpretation, and cross-checking with findings from previous studies and relevant theories on educational management and Arabic language learning. The findings reveal that the bi’ah qawāʿid al-lughah al-ʿArabiyyah (Arabic grammar learning environment) among Arabic Education students falls within the lower-middle category. The strongest areas of mastery were ḍamīr munfaṣil–muttaṣil (independent and attached pronouns) (61.4%), various types of mafʿūl (58.6%), and ism al-ḍamīr (57.9%). In contrast, the most significant weaknesses were identified in ẓarf–tamyīz–ḥāl (47.9%) and particularly in ʿadad–maʿdūd (45.7%). This pattern indicates that students tend to perform better in grammatical topics that frequently appear in texts and classroom exercises, while they encounter greater challenges in topics requiring semantic reasoning and structural accuracy. From a managerial perspective, it was found that strengthening Arabic grammar requires a comprehensive approach encompassing explicit curriculum planning, the organization of learning through contextualized practice, and the implementation of intensive instructional strategies such as peer tutoring and digital media integration, and continuous evaluation through formative assessment.
