Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of zakat funds utilization on the dimensions of the welfare of the poor in Aceh Besar. This research uses a quantitative approach by multivariate analysis (Manova) method. Data was collected by interviewing and distributing questionnaires to mustahik the Baitul Mal Aceh, using the Probability Sampling method and using the Quota Sampling Model. The utilization of zakat funds is reviewed in the scope of categories of types of businesses (agriculture, trade, and services), while the welfare dimension is measured by several variables (food, clothing, Education, Health, and Savings). Findings. The results showed that the type of business had a significant effect on the dimensions of welfare. Agriculture was the type of business with the highest level of welfare, followed by services and trade.

Abstract

PT. Sisirau Palm Oil Mill Company is engaged in the production of crude palm oil (CPO) and kernel. In its production processes, the company continuously operates heavy machinery around the clock. These machines generate high noise levels, potentially causing both auditory (hearing-related) and non?auditory (communication, physiological, psychological, and work?productivity) disturbances among workers. This study aims to map the noise levels and analyse their impact on auditory and non?auditory disorders among workers at the production workstations of PT. Sisirau’s palm oil mill. Measurements were taken at 74 points across five production workstations: the kernel station, boiler station, engine room, clarification station, and press station. Using a Sound Level Meter, noise measurements were converted into equivalent continuous sound levels, followed by regression analysis employing the t?test to determine the relationship between noise exposure and worker disturbances. The results show that most measurement points at the production workstations exceeded the established Threshold Limit Value (TLV), with an average noise level of 98?dB. This indicates that noise levels in production areas are very high and require immediate reduction measures. Moreover, the statistical analysis revealed a significant correlation between noise levels and both auditory and non?auditory disturbances among workers (P-value = 0.002 0.05). In other words, as noise exposure increases, so does the risk of hearing impairment, communication problems, physiological and psychological effects, and reduced work productivity. These findings underscore the urgent need for noise control efforts, improvements to the working environment, and the implementation of more effective and consistent occupational health and safety policies to safeguard the health and safety of workers at PT. Abstract

Kegiatan pemberdayaan penerapan teknologi pengadukan adonan amplang ikan telah dilakukan pada proses produksi ”Tuna Snack Kireel” dari usaha mikro Mama Syayi Food sebagai mitra program INOVOKASI yang berlokasi di Gampong Blang Weu Baroh Kecamatan Blang Mangat Kota Lhokseumawe.  Kegiatan ini merupakan salah satu implementasi program INOVOKASI dengan skema PPTTG untuk peningkatan dan penguatan usaha mikro melalui implementasi inovasi teknologi dari perguruan tinggi sehingga program INOVOKASI dapat mendorong kerjasama yang berkelanjutan antara PNL dengan Mitra Vokasi.  Kegiatan program INOVOKASI ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permaslahan mitra di bidang proses produksi dan pemasaran sehingga produktivitas meningkat.  Aktivitas yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan INOVOKASI ini adalah mengimplementasi mesin pengaduk adonan amplang ikan berkapasitas 15 kg untuk menyelesaikan masalah produksi; dan melaksanakan workhop digital marketing untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan pemasaran produk mitra.  Hasil evaluasi kegiataan menunjukkan implementasi mesin pengaduk adonan amplang signifikan meningkatkan produktivitas dan kualitas produk Tuna Snack Kireel. Kapasitas produksi meningkat 200%, omzet meningkat 200%, dan terjadi efisiensi waktu produksi 200%, dimana semula waktu produksi membutuhkan 10jam/4 kg ikan tuna menjadi 3 jam/4 kg ikan tuna.  Hasil pengujian kualitas Tuna Snack merujuk pada SNI 7762:2013 menunjukkan kadar air Tuna Snack adalah 1,85% memenuhi standar SNI 7762:2013 yaitu kadar air maks 4,0%.  Dapat disimpulkan implementasi mesin pengaduk adonan amplang ikan (mesin Dough Mixer) efektif meningkatkan produktifitas usaha Mama Syayi Food dalam memproduksi Tuna Snack.

Abstract

PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang produksi pupuk, terletak di wilayah Provinsi Aceh, Indonesia. Perusahaan ini sudah menerapkan pilar-pilar Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) guna untuk mengurangi kerusakan mesin dan memastikan proses produksi dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Namun proses produksi di pabrik NPK masing sering terjadi kerusakan mesin, khususnya kerusakan pada mesin X. Pada tahun 2024 downtime yang terjadi di mesin X melebihi allowance yang sudah ditetapkan, hal ini berdampak pada tidak tercapainya target produksi sebesar 83.290 ton. Dari permasalahan tersebut didapat nilai OEE pada mesin X tahun 2024 adalah sebesar 78,58%. Nilai OEE sudah berada di atas batas wajar namun harus ditingkatkan ke standar dunia yaitu 85%. Kemudian dari hasil penelitian didapat losses yang paling tinggi dari six big losses di mesin X yaitu idle and minor stoppage yaitu sebesar 52,06% dari rata-rata six big losses. Selanjutnya dari analisis hubungan keterkaitan six big losses dengan pilar-pilar TPM, didapat usulan rekomendasi perbaikan pada 4 pilar TPM yaitu pilar autonomous maintenance, pilar planned maintenance, pilar training and education dan pilar focused improvement.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance at the Regional Research and Development Agency (Balitbangda) of Palopo City. Employee performance is one of the key factors in an organization's success in achieving its goals, so it is important to understand the variables that influence it. Organizational culture is understood as the values, norms, and work habits that develop within the agency environment, while work discipline reflects employee compliance with established regulations, procedures, and work standards. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative research design. The study population was all employees of Balitbangda Palopo City, with a sample of 33 respondents taken using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability, and supported by secondary data from internal agency documents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression to test the partial and simultaneous effects of the two independent variables on employee performance. The results showed that organizational culture did not have a significant effect on employee performance. This indicates that although a work culture has been formed, its influence is not yet strong enough to encourage performance improvement. Conversely, work discipline has a significant and positive influence on employee performance, meaning that the higher the employee discipline, the more optimal the work results achieved. Simultaneously, organizational culture and work discipline continue to have a joint influence on employee performance, although only work discipline has been shown to make a significant contribution. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening work discipline through supervision, imposing firm sanctions, and rewarding disciplined employees, while still building a more adaptive organizational culture and encouraging productivity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam membentuk akhlak sosial siswa di SMK Swasta Budhi Darma Indrapura Kabupaten Batu Bara, menganalisis faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya, serta menggambarkan kondisi akhlak sosial siswa. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh fenomena menurunnya kualitas akhlak sosial siswa yang terlihat dari kurangnya sopan santun, rendahnya kepedulian, serta pengaruh negatif media sosial di era digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah, guru PAI, dan siswa, serta dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, dengan uji keabsahan menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi guru PAI dalam membentuk akhlak sosial siswa dilakukan melalui keteladanan (uswah hasanah), pembiasaan (habituation), nasihat, storytelling Islami, pendekatan personal-dialogis, serta penguatan nilai melalui kegiatan keagamaan dan sosial sekolah. Faktor pendukung strategi ini meliputi dukungan sekolah, program pembiasaan, dan keteladanan guru. Adapun faktor penghambat meliputi pengaruh negatif media sosial, lingkungan pergaulan yang kurang kondusif, serta rendahnya motivasi sebagian siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of educational background and work experience on employee performance at PT. Megahputra Sejahtera, Palopo branch. The type of research conducted is quantitative. The types of data used are derived from primary and secondary data. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The number of samples used was 30 employees. Data analysis used was descriptive analysis, validity testing, reliability testing, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously educational background and work experience have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, educational background has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Megahputra Sejahtera, Palopo branch, while work experience also has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of shift work compensation and job satisfaction on work productivity at two gas stations in Palopo City, namely SPBU PT Josila Trimakmur and SPBU Dangerakko. The background of this research is based on the importance of human resources, particularly in the public service sector such as gas stations. This research is a quantitative study. The types of data used include both primary and secondary data. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The sample consisted of 30 employees. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, validity tests, reliability tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that, partially, shift compensation and work shifts do not have a significant effect on work productivity, while job satisfaction has a significant effect. Simultaneously, all three variables have a significant effect on employee work productivity.

Abstract

Methyl violet solution has particular color and mostly used to coloring in textiles industry and traditional cloth making.  The liquid wastes containing this color can be reduces or removed by several methods, one of which is by adsorption using carbon as an adsorbent. The chocoa plant is abundant in Indonesia while its fruit consists of 60.67% lignin, 36.47% selulosa and 18.90% hemiselulosa [1]. Hartono et al. [2 &3] reported cassava’s skins contain protein, cellulose and crude fiber can be used as basic material (similarly with chocoa skin) of producing active carbon. This research is to develop more on reducing methyl violet (as particular color) containing in liquid waste by adsorbent from chocoa skin with variation of reaction time between active carbon and non-activated carbon for constant particle sizes of 48 Mesh (-425/+250 mm), and also to study the kinetical reaction of chocoa skin active carbon and non-activated carbon for adsorbing methyl violet in term of Freundlich and Langmuir isotherm equations. The result shows the kinetical adsorption of both active and non-activated carbon from chocoa skin as adsorbent follows Langmuir isotherm equation with adsorption capacity of 579.91 mg/g and 338.94 mg/g respectively.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi augmented reality semakin pesat seperti mobile android, Teknologi ini dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai sebagai media penawaran yang interaktif khususnya penawaran Desain Interior. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jarak dan sudut serta mengetahui perbedaan sistem aplikasi pada setiap aplikasi, Kemudian aplikasi ini akan melacak dan mendeteksi marker (penanda) dengan menggunakan system tracking, setelah marker dideteksi, model objek 3D muncul diatas marker seolah-olah model tersebut nyata. Untuk model 3D ini, model harus dibuat terlebih dahulu dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak, Aplikasi dibuat dengan menggunakan metode markerless user defined target dan melakukan pengujian tentang pemanfaatan metode tersebut menggunakan parameter datar, bentuk objek, jarak, cahaya dan sudut kamera pada saaat tracking. Hasil dari pengujian, aplikasi ini berjalan dengan baik ketika jarak minimum yang terdeteksi yaitu 40 cm, sedangkan jarak maksimum yang terdeteksi 120 cm, dan jarak dengan sudut pandang 45 0 dan memiliki cahaya yang cukup dari proses camera yang ideal.
