Abstract

This study aims to find out whether knowledge, promotion, facilities, and location factors affect people's interest in saving at BSI KCP Ratulangi Palopo. And whether religiosity as a mederation variable can strengthen/increase the factors of knowledge, promotion, facilities and location on the interest in saving. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The data collection technique in this study uses a questionnaire/questionnaire, which is distributed online to the people of Palopo City who use Sharia banks. The results of the study showed that the variables of knowledge had no effect on interest in saving while the variables of promotion, facilities, and location had a significant effect on interest in saving and religiosity moderated the variables of knowledge, promotion, facilities, and location on interest in saving at BSI KCP Ratulangi Palopo. Abstract

Village Development Activity 2022 conducted a real contribution to promoting micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) at Batu Belubang Village, Pangkalan Baru Sub-district, Central Bangka Regency, Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Province. Optimizing the marine resources by the UMKM to bolster the economy and entrepreneurship at the village is in accord with the blue economy concept. Some optional solutions to UMKM problems found in the village like introducing the business concept of fishery product processing that belongs to IPAL, eye-catching product packaging, gradually permitting assistance by related government bodies, knowledge transfer, and digital marketing via Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Twitter, an official virtual store like Bukalapak, Shopee, and others. The guidance and assistance of UMKM from the local government regarding the potential of processed fishery products is very much needed. One of the assistances is the creation of a profile book for processed fishery products UMKM to facilitate the path of information to consumers. A website-based information technology network is very helpful in promoting UMKM for fishery products that can reach consumers from across provinces in Indonesia and across countries. Abstrak: Kegiatan Bina Desa tahun 2022 dapat memberikan konstribusi nyata untuk memajukan UMKM di Desa Batu Belubang Kecamatan Pangkalan Baru Kabupaten Bangka Tengah Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Mengoptimalkan sumberdaya laut untuk pertumbuhan ekonomi dan wirausaha di desa sejalan dengan konsep blue economy. Tawaran solusi dari permasalahan UMKM di Desa Batu Belubang yaitu pengenalan konsep usaha pengolahan hasil perikanan yang memiliki IPAL, kemasan produk yang lebih menarik perhatian (eye catching), perijinan diharapkan dapat dibantu oleh dinas terkait secara berkala, transfer pengetahuan dan keterampilan pemasaran digital seperti Facebook, Whattsap, Instalgram, Twitter, toko virtual yang resmi seperti Bukalapak, Shopee dan lainnya. Pembinaan dan pendampingan UMKM dari pemerintah daerah terkait potensi produk olahan hasil perikanan sangat dibutuhkan. Salah satu pendampingan yaitu pembuatan buku profil UMKM produk olahan perikanan untuk mempermudah jalur informasi ke konsumen. Jaringan teknologi informasi berbasis website sangat membantu promosi UMKM produk perikanan yang dapat menjangkau konsumen dari lintas provinsi di Indonesia dan lintas negara.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the efficiency of the use of working capital on the profitability of CV. Dalvin Photo Studio. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method. The results of calculations in the company for three years have increased in income and also its total assets indicate that the company is quite liquid in carrying out its activities. With the increase in working capital, the company's profitability also increases or the proposed hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilatarbelakangi rendahnya capaian KKM Biologi (Sistem Ekskresi) pada siswa kelas XI MAN Ambon—hanya 38 % dari 13 siswa memenuhi nilai ?70. Tujuan riset adalah meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif melalui penerapan model kooperatif Group Investigation (GI) berpadu strategi Bioedutainment, yang menekankan kerja kelompok, investigasi mandiri, dan aktivitas menghibur. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus (perencanaan–tindakan–observasi–refleksi) pada semester ganjil 2024/2025. Data kuantitatif diperoleh dari tes kognitif tiap akhir siklus; data kualitatif berasal dari lembar observasi aktivitas guru-siswa. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan: rata-rata nilai meningkat dari 56,92 (siklus I) menjadi 76,15 (siklus II); ketuntasan belajar melonjak dari 53,84 % (7 siswa) menjadi 84,61 % (11 siswa), melewati target KKM 70 %. Observasi juga merekam kenaikan partisipasi siswa dan kejelasan fasilitasi guru selama diskusi investigatif berbasis permainan biologi. Simpulannya, model GI berstrategi Bioedutainment efektif memperbaiki prestasi kognitif dan keterlibatan belajar pada materi Sistem Ekskresi. Disarankan siswa terus memanfaatkan teknik belajar aktif untuk mengulang materi, sedangkan guru dianjurkan mempertahankan pendekatan kooperatif-edutainment serupa guna menjaga motivasi dan keberlanjutan peningkatan hasil akademik.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Masalah kesehatan yang sering terjadi di pondok pesantren meliputi beberapa hal seperti yang paling sering dikeluhkan yaitu nyeri kepala, kemudian urutan kedua diare, dan urutan ketiga yaitu demam. Nyeri kepala merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang paling banyak dikeluhkan oleh santriwan dan santriwati di pondok pesantren Al-Firdaus, nyeri kepala termasuk ke dalam 9 kasus yang menyebabkan pasien datang menemui dokter .Nyeri kepala dapat timbul karena inflamasi atau traksi dari struktur peka nyeri, vasodilatasi, dan kontraksi otot. Hampir semua struktur intrakranial yang peka nyeri dipersarafi oleh neuron trigeminovaskular, terutama divisi oftalmika, sehingga gejala nyeri kepala banyak terkait mata atau dahi . Kegiatan Pengabdian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 22 Januari tahun 2024 yaitu Diikuti sebanyak 88 orang peserta kepada santriwan dan satriwati di pondok pesantren Al-Firdaus. dengan metode membagikan kuisioner Pengetahuan sebanyak dua kali saat sebelum dan sesudah diberikan penyuluhan. hasil kueisioner sebelum dilakukan penyuluhan (pre test) dan sesudah dilakukan penyuluhan (post test) diperoleh adanya peningkatan sebanyak 56,8 % yang didapatkan dari 28,4% sebelum diberikan penyulahan dan meningkat menjadi 85,2%. Kesimpulan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan mengenai faktor penyebab nyeri kepala pada santriwan dan santriwati di pesantren Al-Firdaus Bandar Lampung. Kata Kunci: Pengetahuan Nyeri Kepala, Santriwan-Santriwati, Pondok Pesantren.  ABSTRACT Health problems that often occur in Islamic boarding schools include several things, such as the most frequently complained about headaches, then second place is diarrhea, and third place is fever. Headaches are one of the health problems most frequently complained about by female students at the Al-Firdaus Islamic boarding school. Headaches are included in the 9 cases that cause patients to come to see a doctor. Headaches can arise due to inflammation or traction of pain-sensitive structures, vasodilation , and muscle contractions. Almost all pain-sensitive intracranial structures are innervated by trigeminovascular neurons, especially the ophthalmic division, so that many headache symptoms involve the eyes or forehead. This service activity was carried out on January 22 2024, namely 88 participants attended the Islamic boarding school students and female students at the Al-Firdaus Islamic boarding school. by distributing the Knowledge questionnaire twice before and after the counseling is given. The results of the questionnaire before counseling (pre test) and after counseling (post test) showed an increase of 56.8% which was obtained from 28.4% before counseling was given and increased to 85.2%. The conclusion is that there is increased knowledge regarding the factors that cause headaches in female students at the Al-Firdaus Islamic boarding school in Bandar Lampung. Keywords: Knowledge of Headache, Female Students, Islamic Boarding School.

Abstract

Work engagement is an important aspect, especially for employees who have a job with a high level of risk, to minimize the impact of risks and maximize their performance. Therefore, this research investigated the role of proactive personality and resilience in work engagement. The method was a quantitative approach with a correlational research design. The population in this study were firefighters and rescue personnel in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used was saturation sampling with a sample size of 167 individuals. Data were collected using the Modified UWES by Aulia et al. (2019), the Modified PPS by the author, and the Resilience Scale by Aulia et al. (2022). The analytical technique used was multiple linear regression. The study's results indicate that proactive personality and resilience played a highly significant role in work engagement. A proactive personality significantly and positively influences work engagement, as does resilience. Both proactive personality and resilience contributed effectively to work engagement by 61.2%, whereas the remaining 38.8% was determined by other factors not discussed in this study. This finding can be used by organizations and companies to understand their employees related to work attachment to increase human resources within the scope of work.

Abstract

This study aims to: a) test the influence of brand image on consumer buying interest of Vaseline products in Management Department Students of FEB UNISMUH Makassar, b) test the effect of product quality on consumer buying interest of Vaseline products in Management Department Students of FEB UNISMUH Makassar. The population in this study is students majoring in Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Makassar who buy and use Vaseline products. Because the population size is not yet known with certainty, Naresh K Malhotra's theory is used to determine the number of samples, which is as many as 105 respondents, but only 100 respondents can be analyzed.The type of data used in this study was descriptive quantitative obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents. Based on the results of research using statistical calculations through the SPSS application version 25 regarding the influence of brand image and product quality on consumer buying interest, it shows that brand image has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest and product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan content marketing terhadap minat beli konsumen pada Fotografi Capture Creative Makassar. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang telah menggunakan jasa Fotografi Capture Creative Makassar. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden yang telah melakukan transaksi di Fotografi Capture Creative Makassar. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, dokumentasi, dan penyebaran kuesioner. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mencakup data primer dan sekunder. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan skala likert sebagai metode pengukuran. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik menggunakan aplikasi Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) versi 26, ditemukan bahwa harga dan content marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi penetapan harga yang kompetitif serta penerapan content marketing yang efektif dapat meningkatkan minat beli konsumen. Dengan demikian, pengelolaan harga yang sesuai dan optimalisasi pemasaran konten dapat menjadi strategi penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing bisnis serta loyalitas pelanggan terhadap Fotografi Capture Creative Makassar.

Abstract

It is assumed that the great challenges and responsibilities at work can affect the work engagement of teachers who teach in the 3T (Frontier, Outermost, Disadvantaged) areas of Sanggau Regency, West Kalimantan. This research aims to examine the influence of self-efficacy and love of work on teacher work engagement in the 3T area. The method in this research uses the correlation method. The population used in this research were teachers who taught in the 3T area of Sanggau Regency, West Kalimantan, both in public and private elementary, middle, high school or vocational school, and had worked for at least one year. This research uses a proportional stratified sampling technique to determine the sample. The instruments used to collect data used the modified Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES), self-efficacy scale, and love of work scale. Based on data processing using multiple linear regression analysis, it shows that the coefficient R=0.644, F=151.449 (p<0.01), so it can be concluded that simultaneously self-efficacy and love of work have an influence on teacher work engagement in the 3T area of Sanggau Regency, West Kalimantan.

Abstract

Stock prices on the stock exchange are not always stable, sometimes rising and sometimes falling, depending on the strength of demand and supply. Therefore, this study was carried out in order to determine the influence of dividend policies, liquidity and solvency on the stock prices of manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sub-sector that are verified on the IDX. This study uses a quantitative approach using statistical analysis of panel data regression. The population studied is 47 manufacturing companies in the Consumer Goods Sub-Sector. The sample in this study is 20 companies. The period that will be used from 2019 - 2022 is 4 years. Thus, the number of N in this study is 20 x 4 = 80. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of his research show that dividend policy is measured by DPR, liquidity is measured by CR, solvency is measured by DAR has an effect on stock prices measured by PBV.
