Abstract

This research is motivated by the challenges of shaping Islamic character among university students in the digital era, where social media platforms such as Instagram significantly influence young people’s behavior and religious values. The main problem of this study lies in the limited innovation of Islamic education that utilizes digital platforms effectively to instill religiosity and moral values. The purpose of this study is to analyze the innovation of using Instagram as a learning and digital da’wah medium to strengthen Islamic character among university students. The research applies a qualitative approach with a literature study method, reviewing various studies and practices of Islamic education through social media. The results show that Instagram can serve as an effective medium to reinforce Islamic values through educational content such as Qur’anic quotes, short videos, infographics, and lecturer-student collaborations. The use of digital media is proven to enhance students’ understanding of moral values, active participation, and religious awareness when applied strategically and with educational orientation. This innovation aligns with the principles of student-centered learning and contextual education, positioning social media not only as entertainment but as a creative and relevant learning space for developing students’ Islamic character.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) identify the learning activities of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) students using the role-playing method in Grade VII of SMP Negeri 1 Ponrang Selatan, Luwu Regency, and (2) determine the improvement in PAI learning outcomes through the application of the role-playing method. The background of this research is the low learning outcomes of students in PAI subjects, which are caused by the monotonous lecture method, resulting in less active students and low learning motivation. This research employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) using Kurt Lewin's model, conducted in two cycles. The research subjects were 27 Grade VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Ponrang Selatan. Data were collected through observation, tests, and documentation. The results showed that students’ learning activity increased from an average of 77% in cycle I to 92% in cycle II (an increase of 16%). The average posttest score increased from 68 (37% mastery) in cycle I to 90 (100% mastery) in cycle II. Therefore, the role-playing method is proven effective in improving students’ activity and learning outcomes in PAI.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan dan mengetahui implementasi model pembelajaran Kooperatif Jigsaw berbasis PjBL dalam meningkatkan keterampilan membaca pada siswa kelas VI SDN 2 Tente. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian mixed method dengan menggunakan desain Konvergen Paralel dan Sekuensial Eksplanatori.  Populasi penelitian sebanyak 350 siswa. Adapun sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 30 siswa kelas VI SDN 2 Tente Kabupaten Bima, terdiri dari siswa laki-laki dan perempuan yang ditentukan dengan teknik non-probability sampling berbentuk purposive sampling. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN 2 Tente Kabupaten Bima. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan teknik angket skala likert. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan teknik analisis data interaktif/ model air dan teknik analisis data uji spearman. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi model konvensional pada kelas pretest tidak menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan dari hasil belajar siswa kelas VI SDN 2 Tente Kabupaten Bima. Hal tersebut berbanding terbalik setelah diterapkannya model pembelajaran Kooperatif Jigsaw berbasis PjBL. Nilai presentase maksimum yang didapat siswa dari penerapan model pembelajaran konvensional sebesar 14% dan nilai presentase maksimum dari penerapan model sebesar 60%. Implementasi model pembelajaran Kooperatif Jigsaw berbasis PjBL pada siswa kelas VI SDN 2 Tente Kabupaten Bima sangat efektif dalam menumbuhkembangkan keterampilan membaca siswa, serta turut meningkatkan aspek kognitif dan afektif.

Abstract

This study discusses the relationship between leadership style, work stress and employees’ engagement on employees’ performance at the Fire and Rescue Service Oku District. The total population in this study were 43 people. The analytical method used is quantitative method using Multiple Linear Correlation analysis tool. In this study between leadership style (X1), work stress (X2) has a relationship with employees’ performance (Y) with a calculated F value (173.154) > F-table (3.24), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, this means that the variables of Leadership Style, Work Stress and Employees’ Engagement together are significantly related to Employees’ Performance at the Fire and Rescue Service Oku District.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sembaja Lampung. Taknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melalui pengebaran kuesioner. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 30 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis secara parsial ada pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sembaja Lampung dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 3,382. Variabel kompetensi ada pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sembaja Lampung dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 7,109. Secara simultan didapatkan ada pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Sembaja Lampung. Koefisien determinasi (R2) yang diperoleh sebesar 0.930. Hal ini menunjukkan berarti sumbangan pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja sebesar 93% sedangkan sisanya 7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini yaitu pengetahuan, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja.

Color quality enhancement is an important factor in the ornamental fish industry, particularly for goldfish (Carassius auratus), as it directly affects market value and consumer preference. The use of carotenoid-based feed additives offers a sustainable alternative for improving the visual appearance of fish. Red dragon fruit (Hylocereus polyrhizus) peel, which is generally discarded as agro-industrial waste, is known to contain natural carotenoids, particularly betacyanin and beta-carotene, which have potential applications in aquaculture. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of Red Dragon Fruit Peel Extract (RDFPE) in improving the color brightness of goldfish, along with related physiological parameters. A completely randomized design was used, consisting of five RDFPE dosage treatments (0, 50, 100, 150, and 200 mL/kg of feed), each with three replicates. The measured parameters included color brightness level, total carotenoid concentration, chromatophore cell count, growth, survival rate, and water quality. The results showed that RDFPE had a significant effect (p<0.05) on color brightness level, with the optimum response observed at 150 mL/kg, followed by a decline at higher dosages. In contrast, RDFPE had no significant effect (p>0.05) on growth or survival rate. Total carotenoid concentration and chromatophore cell count were reported descriptively (mean ± SD) without statistical analysis, indicating that differences among treatments for these parameters require further confirmation. Water quality remained within the optimal range. These findings highlight the potential of RDFPE as a natural and eco-friendly feed additive for enhancing ornamental fish coloration while promoting the sustainable utilization of agro-industrial waste.

Abstract

This community service activity (PkM) aims to empower students at the Mamba'ul Huda Kaliabu Islamic Boarding School through training on the use of CorelDRAW software to support the development of entrepreneurial skills known as santripreneurship. The program is motivated by the rapid advancement of information technology and digitalization, which has transformed the creative industry and increased the demand for graphic design skills. Adapting to digital transformation, particularly in producing promotional materials and visual identities, it is essential for Islamic boarding schools to develop graduates who are not only strong in religious knowledge but also competitive in the job market and technology-based entrepreneurial opportunities. This program applies an Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach by identifying and utilizing local assets, including supporting facilities such as computers, laptops, projectors, internet access, alumni support with expertise in graphic design, and potential student resources. Training is conducted through interactive lectures, hands-on practice, and project-based learning, covering basic design concepts, the operation of CorelDRAW, and its application in the creation of logos, posters, and digital marketing materials. The results show a significant improvement in mastery of design tools and techniques, allowing them to produce marketable products and offer design services to the surrounding community. Collaborative support from alumni and working groups enriches the learning process. The impact of this program is reflected in the increase in creativity, confidence, and entrepreneurial motivation of students. This program shows that skills-based training with the ABCD approach effectively builds students' independence and entrepreneurial abilities in the digital economy era.

Abstract

  This study aims to describe students' perceptions of how teachers communicate in creating an inclusive learning environment at SMA YPI Tunas Bangsa Palembang. Inclusive education requires equal learning opportunities for all students, making teachers' communication skills a key factor in building a classroom atmosphere that is open, empathetic, and respectful of differences. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach through interviews and documentation of students from diverse backgrounds. The results show that teacher communication is considered effective, clear, and adaptive, with the use of easily understood language and examples relevant to everyday life. Teachers are also seen as patient, responsive, and non-judgmental, creating a learning environment that is comfortable, safe, and pressure-free. Two-way interaction between teachers and students has been proven to enhance motivation and active participation in learning.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan persepsi siswa mengenai cara guru berkomunikasi dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif di SMA YPI Tunas Bangsa Palembang. Pendidikan inklusif menuntut adanya kesempatan belajar yang adil bagi seluruh siswa, sehingga kemampuan komunikasi guru menjadi faktor utama dalam membangun suasana kelas yang terbuka, empatik, dan menghargai perbedaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi terhadap siswa yang memiliki latar belakang beragam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi guru dianggap efektif, jelas, dan adaptif, dengan penggunaan bahasa yang mudah dimengerti serta contoh yang relevan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari. Guru juga dinilai sabar, responsif, dan tidak menghakimi, sehingga tercipta suasana belajar yang nyaman, aman, dan tanpa tekanan. Interaksi dua arah antara guru dan siswa terbukti meningkatkan motivasi serta partisipasi aktif dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran jigsaw disertai media ular tangga terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi sistem pernapasan pada manusia di SMP Negeri 5 Rambah Samo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi experimental dengan rancangan penelitian nonequivalent control group design. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling. Sampel pada penelitian ini berupa siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 5 Rambah Samo. Instrumen yang digunakan pada analisis ini adalah tes soal pilihan ganda yang berjumlah 25 soal. Dan data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian diperoleh rata-rata posttest kelas eksperimen sebesar 76,45 dan kelas kontrol dengan rata-rata 64,17. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran jigsaw disertai media ular tangga terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 5 Rambah Samo pada materi sistem pernapasan pada manusia, 0,00 < 0,05

Population The study population is all class X students at MAN 1 Rokan Hulu TP 2023/2024 as many as 4 classes with a total of 74 students. Sample taken randomly as many as 2 classes, namely class X3 as a class taught using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model and X2 as a class that is taught using the Projet Based Learning model. which is taught using the Projet Based Learning (PjBL) model, totaling 17 and 19 students respectively. totaling 17 and 19 students. So that the number of samples in this study 36 students. The type of research conducted is Quasi Experiment. The results of the study showed that there was no significant comparison between the application of PBL and PjBL models model on learning outcomes and student learning motivation in virus material class X MAN 1 Rokan Hulu. Both models are equally effective in improving learning outcomes and student motivation.
