Abstract

This study evaluates the implementation of Clo3D technology in fashion vocational education, focusing on its benefits, challenges, and practical implications. The research employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, following PRISMA guidelines to assess relevant studies on Clo3D usage in educational contexts. Data analysis involved thematic analysis to identify key trends and outcomes from the selected literature. The results reveal that Clo3D significantly enhances student creativity, leading to a 23% increase in design diversity, and reduces material waste by 35-40%, promoting sustainable design practices. However, the research also identified critical challenges, such as inadequate infrastructure in over 60% of vocational schools and a lack of teacher preparedness, with 70% of teachers reporting insufficient training. To address these challenges, this study suggests strategic investment in technology infrastructure, comprehensive teacher training programs, gradual curriculum integration, and enhanced collaboration with the fashion industry. The novelty of this research lies in providing a concrete framework for improving Clo3D adoption in vocational education, offering insights into how schools and policymakers can bridge gaps in technology access and prepare students for industry demands.

Abstract

The Independent Curriculum is a curriculum that emphasizes the development of holistic competencies, creativity, and entrepreneurship of students to face the challenges of complex times more effectively. In secondary education, the application of the independent curriculum is able to have a significant impact on learning objectives, including the craft subject on the topic of processing. The research method used is qualitative by applying interview data collection, observation and field documentation studies. The results of the study found that the implementation of the independent curriculum at Nurul Huda Porong Sidoarjo Junior High School was carried out in stages from grade 7, with teachers who had received training to develop their own learning tools. The learning process for food processing crafts is interactive and fun, despite the lack of equipment and practice rooms. The integration of Independent curriculum in food processing craft in junior high schools produces students who are competent and knowledgeable in the culinary world.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) dengan tema Pelatihan Membaca huruf Hiragana untuk pembelajar di sekolah menengah ditujukan sebagai usaha peningkatan kompetensi membaca huruf Hiragana serta minat Belajar Bahasa Jepang pada siswa-siswi pembelajar pemula menjadi lebih tinggi. Pemilihan tema pengabdian dilatarbelakangi atas keadaan pembelajaran huruf bahasa Jepang yang belum menampakkan hasil maksimal, kesesuaian antara beban materi yang banyak dengan waktu pembelajaran yang belum seimbang, serta ketersediaan waktu untuk memantapkan penerapan kompetensi bahasa Jepang siswa pembelajar pemula. Akar masalah ini menjadi peluang dosen di perguruan tinggi untuk berkontribusi dalam bentuk penelitian maupun pengabdian dalam usaha memberikan satu pemikiran dan solusi praktis khususnya menyangkut peningkatan kemampuan membaca huruf bahasa Jepang, terutama huruf Hiragana. Metode pelaksanan PKM menggunakan cara pelatihan/workshop, presentasi hasil perlatihan atas kompetensi membaca huruf Hiragana, kata dan kalimat dalam karangan pendek. Hasil pelatihan pada seluruh proses kegiatan dalam pencapaian ketiga kemampuan ini dilaksanakan dengan lancar dan memperoleh hasil yang baik khususnya adanya peningkatan keterampilan membaca huruf Hiragana dilihat pada aspek kelancaran dan kebenaran pelafalannya. Pendampingan oleh tim, pemecahan kasus dengan kolaborasi/Kerjasama dengan teman, mampu meningkatkan kepercayaan diri melalui kegiatan mandiri terbimbing menjadi kebaikan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat.  Selain itu, hasil wawancara kepada peserta didik pelatihan memperoleh informasi bahwa materi ajar menarik, variasi metode, dan pelibatan aktif siswa dalam memperoleh pengalaman belajar secara mandiri mendapatkan kesan positif dari siswa. Bahkan hasil praktik PKM ini mampu membuktikan pembelajaran bahasa melalui analisis kesalahan berbahasa dengan praktik langsung di kelas menjadi salah satu rekomendasi dalam menyelesaikan berbagai persoalan pembelajaran bahasa Jepang sebagai bahasa asing.

Abstract

This study aims to introduce and promote Indonesian arts and culture at the Graduate School of Humanities, Indonesian Foreign Studies, Osaka University, Japan. The high interest in learning the Indonesian language at Osaka University requires strong support in the aspects of arts, culture, and even traditional sports to enrich knowledge of Indonesian local wisdom. Strengthening cultural literacy through traditional arts and sports emphasizes the values of local wisdom, particularly solidarity, mutual cooperation (gotong royong), honesty, as well as mental and physical health for Osaka University students through Indonesian cultural learning. This activity employs the Empowerment-Based Research (EBR) method, starting from identifying problems, designing activities, evaluation, and dissemination. As a result, students and lecturers from the Graduate School of Humanities, Indonesian Foreign Studies at Osaka University actively participated in the designed training sessions. These trainings focused on introducing dining etiquette, traditional herbal drinks (jamu), traditional music with angklung, and traditional sports such as Patil Lele and Gobag Sodor. Through this training, the aim is not only to teach the materials but also to highlight cultural values and local wisdom as part of cultural diplomacy.

Abstract

In the 21st century, Indonesian MSMEs must be able to compete in marketing in the digitalization era. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of digital literacy, competitive advantage and entrepreneurial character on the entrepreneurial success of AWBE members. Research that applies a descriptive quantitative approach. The descriptives that will be presented in this study are to find out how much influence the independent variables have on the dependent variable. The population in this study is 143 members with a sample in this study is 50. Sampling using purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and observation. Instrument trials using validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Digital literacy and competitive advantage have a significant effect on the entrepreneurial success of members of the Sidoarjo Bringin Emas Entrepreneur Association. Meanwhile, entrepreneurial character does not significantly influence the entrepreneurial success of members of the Bringin Emas Sidoarjo Entrepreneurial Association. However, the results of the study show that there is a simultaneous significant influence between digital literacy, entrepreneurial character and competitive advantage on entrepreneurial success of 84.3%.

Abstract

This research explores the use of metalinguistic elements in ethnopoetics as a strategy to increase students' language awareness, particularly among PGSD students at PGRI Delta University. By combining linguistic and cultural aspects, this approach aims to provide a holistic understanding of language and improve the ability to analyze and use language in a multicultural context. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through structured observation. The results showed that metalinguistic elements, such as phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics, and pragmatics, can be applied in learning Indonesian in elementary schools. This helps PGSD students in teaching local cultural values and improving students' communication skills. The implementation of these metalinguistic elements contributes to increased language awareness, reading and writing ability, and more effective communication skills. This research highlights the importance of understanding language as a means of communication and cultural expression, and how metalinguistic elements can help students understand oral traditions and social values. The integration of metalinguistic elements in learning not only enhances students' learning experience but also prepares them to become better communicators.

Abstract

The development of industrial world every year changes very rapidly. The demand for workforce competence in the industry is increasing. Competence is the ability to do work effectively. The aim of this study is to identify careers in the position of Technician. This study uses a qualitative approach, by using interviews, documentation, and observation. The results of research regarding the work of Technician positions in the industry, include: checking production machines, coordinating and supervising, repairing production machines, and manufacturing spare parts for production machines. There are several competencies in the scope of work that a technician must have, regarding: Measuring Instruments, Technical Drawings, General Machining, and Special Requirements. Incentives obtained are based on grade, and holiday incentives. The salary range earned by the technician position is above the UMK of the area where the industry is located.

Abstract

Pendidikan vokasi, terutama Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK), memegang peranan penting dalam menyiapkan tenaga kerja untuk pasar industri. Namun, masih terdapat kesenjangan antara kualifikasi pendidikan dan kebutuhan lapangan kerja, menyebabkan tingginya tingkat pengangguran di kalangan lulusan SMK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi daya saing lulusan SMK kelas industri PT. INKA melalui sertifikasi welder, dengan fokus pada SMK Negeri 1 Bendo Magetan. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi proses sertifikasi, keterserapan lulusan di industri, daya saing lulusan, dan dampak program kelas industri PT. INKA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program sertifikasi welder di SMK Negeri 1 Bendo melibatkan proses evaluasi komprehensif, sementara lulusan kelas industri PT. INKA mendapat penerimaan positif di industri, mencerminkan kesesuaian dengan tuntutan pasar kerja. Daya saing lulusan juga terbukti melalui prestasi dan pengakuan industri terhadap kualitas lulusan, sementara dampak program ini meluas hingga ke peningkatan reputasi SMK dan kontribusi terhadap pertumbuhan industri secara keseluruhan. Kesimpulannya, program kelas industri PT. INKA dengan sertifikasi welder memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi lulusan, SMK, dan industri, serta menawarkan solusi untuk meningkatkan kesiapan kerja lulusan SMK

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membuktikan signifikansi pengaruh antara: (1) communication skills (X1) terhadap kesiapan kerja (Y); (2) problem solving skills (X2) terhadap kesiapan kerja (Y); (3) career decision making skills (X3) terhadap kesiapan kerja (Y); (4) self management (X4) terhadap kesiapan kerja (Y); dan (5) communication skills (X1), problem solving skills (X2), career decision making skills (X3), dan self mana¬gement (X4) terhadap kesiapan kerja (Y). Penelitian dilakukan pada siswa SMK TKRO di Malang Raya dengan sampel penelitian 161 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket tertutup. Analisis menggunakan analisis regresi ganda berbantuan SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian: (1) terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial antara X1 dan Y; (2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial antara X2 dan Y; (3) terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial antara X3 dan Y; (4) tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial antara X4 dan Y; dan (5) terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan antara X1, X2, X3 dan X4 terhadap Y. Besarnya pengaruh X1 dengan Y sebesar 6,73%, pengaruh X2 dengan Y sebesar 16,01%, pengaruh X3 dan Y sebesar 9,30%, dan pengaruh X4 dengan Y sebesar 3,76%
