Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of role conflict, role ambiguity, and ethical sensitivity on auditor performance and intellectual intelligence as a moderating variable on the relationship between these factors and auditor performance. Data were collected from 200 respondents who were auditors at the Makassar City BPKP Office using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression with a moderated regression analysis (MRA) approach. The results showed that role conflict and role ambiguity have a significant negative effect on auditor performance, while ethical sensitivity has a significant positive effect on their performance. In addition, intellectual intelligence moderates the relationship between role conflict and auditor performance so that the higher the intellectual intelligence of an auditor, the negative impact of role conflict on his performance will be reduced. However, intellectual intelligence does not moderate the relationship between role ambiguity and performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the concentrations of Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH) and Luteinizing Hormone (LH) in New Zealand White (NZW) rabbits after superovulation induction using FSH. Six female NZW rabbits and one male NZW rabbit were used in this study. Criteria for female NZW rabbits used include having previously given birth, not being pregnant, and having a body weight of 2-3 kg. The rabbits were divided into two treatment groups; the first group was injected with physiological NaCl (NZW1, n= 3), while the second group was injected with FSH (NZW2, n= 3). Injections of physiological NaCl or FSH were administered five times at 12-hour intervals and first injection was given at 20:00 p.m. In NZW1, each injection was given physiological NaCl with volumes of 0.2:0.2+0.2;0.4+0.4 mL, respectively whereas in NZW2, each injection was given FSH with doses of 4:4+4:8+8 mg, respectively. Twelve hours after the last FSH injection, NZW2 rabbits were injected with 100 IU hCG and mated with male rabbit, while NZW1 rabbits were mated without hCG administration. On days 1, 3, and 5 after mating, blood samples were collected for FSH and LH hormone examination using the Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) method. The FSH concentrations on days 1, 3, and 5 between NZW1 vs NZW2 were 34.781.46 vs 39.753.18; 41.434.90 vs 41.425.14; and 44.471.51 vs 30.130.19 mIU/mL, respectively (P0.05). The LH concentrations on days 1, 3, and 5 between NZW1 vs NZW2 were 33.784.01 vs 40.1812.36; 29.342.24 vs 31.3110.13; and 42.0911.38 vs 30.578.87 mIU/mL, respectively (P0.05). It is concluded that FSH administration does not affect the concentrations of FSH and LH in NZW rabbits. The FSH concentration five days after mating tends to fluctuate, while the LH concentration tends to decrease as the days increased.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of aerobic and anaerobic incubation, and the addition of CaCO on the growth and antibacterial activity of Lactic Acid Bacteria (LAB) isolated from laying hens intestines (strain ISA Brown) after given 4% AKBISprob. The LAB used in this study was the isolates strains that produced the strongest antibacterial activity with inhibition zone 5 mm. The treatments consisted of two incubations condition (aerobic and anaerobic) with five concentrations of CaCO3 (1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, and 5%). Each treatment consisted of three repetitions. Total Plate Count (TPC) method and the agar diffusion method were used to calculate the amount of LAB and antibacterial activity, respectively. The results showed that anaerobic conditions had a significant effect (P0.05) on the increase of LAB growth, but both of aerobic and anaerobic conditions (P0.05) did not show significant effect on antibacterial activity. The addition of CaCO3 had a significant effect (P0.05) on the increase in growth and antibacterial activity of LAB. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that anaerobic incubation can increase the growth of two isolate of LAB isolates (P31S72 and P31H62), however aerobic and anaerobic incubation have no effect on antibacterial activity. In addition, the administration of 3% CaCO3 can increase the growth and antibacterial activity of all LAB isolates.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

This research aims to examine the importance of economic education in a family environment based on local culture in an effort to increase family economic resilience. In the context of globalization and social change, families need to understand and adapt to economic principles that are relevant to everyday life. Local culture provides a strong foundation for shaping family economic thinking and behavior. One of the key aspects of family economic education is the development of economic literacy and good economic behavior. This research uses the PRISMA 2020 systematic literature review method, utilizing Scopus and Google Scholar as research databases, with search results obtaining 239 articles (Scopus = 39 articles with a time period of 2018–2022, and Google Scholar = 200 articles with a time period of 2018–2022). Then, selection and evaluation are carried out to obtain relevant articles. Meanwhile, data collection uses a systematic review by analyzing research manuscripts obtained from Google Scholar that have been indexed nationally and internationally in the last five years, which aims to answer research questions by summarizing various research results. In facing modern challenges, the existence of the traditions of the Kajang Tribe applies the principles of Tallasa Kamase-masea and Pasang as a strong foundation in all aspects of human life. Apart from that, these traditions also become the pride and identity of the Kajang Ammatoa indigenous people, strengthening the continuity of their culture in an environment that continues to develop. Based on the research results, it was found that economic education in the family acts as a catalyst to increase the family's economic resilience.

This causes this tradition to be questioned by maintaining it which can cause loss of life which is contrary to Islamic law and the teachings of humanity. In the era of society 5.0, which causes general welfare not to occur because of the preservation of this tradition. This study aims to explain the origin of japuik money which is customary in Pariaman. This research is a library research that uses an empirical approach, namely by tracing what happened in Pariaman, this study uses a qualitative method that uses books as the main data source, supported by articles, books, and books that are relevant to the research study. The explanation in this study is presented with analytical description. Based on the theory of 'urf, the tradition of money in Pariaman is contrary to religious teachings and positive law in Indonesia, although the practice is often carried out. From the findings of researchers, there are two opinions, if the tradition does not contradict the text of the hadith or the Qur'an, and the tradition is not burdensome, then the tradition is agreed to be maintained. If the tradition poses a danger of causing harm, then the tradition is less agreed to be maintained.

Abstract

According to William Graham, a text becomes sacred due to a relational connection between a faith community and the text they regard as holy. This relationship is manifested in various ways, such as accepting, reading, reciting, and treating the text with specific purposes. As a sacred text, the Qur’an is similarly received by faith communities, one of which is through musical expression. Recently, a song titled Bersenja Gurau (literally: Evening Jests) by Indonesian musician Raim Laode achieved widespread digital circulation. The artist claimed that the song contains quotations from the Qur’an, intended to expose listeners to the words of Allah. This study employs qualitative research methods using the Qur’anic reception framework developed by Ahmad Rafiq and Wolfgang Iser’s concept of aesthetic reception. To analyze the song’s impact on netizens, the study incorporates mass communication effect theory, including cognitive, affective, and behavioral effects. The findings reveal that Raim Laode’s activity of quoting the Qur’an in a song constitutes an aesthetic reception of the Qur’an. Moreover, based on netizen responses, Bersenja Gurau induces cognitive, affective, and behavioral effects. This research contributes to the development of the Living Qur’an studies by exploring the aesthetic reception of the Qur’an in popular music, offering a novel approach within academic discourse.
