Abstract

The purposeoof this research isito find out: 1). The effectiveness of the implementation of the circuit court at the Sungai Raya Religious Court. 2). The effectivenesss of case settlement throughha circuit courtiat the Sungai Raya Religious Court in 2021. This study uses a qualitative method with an empirical type. Sources of data are primary data through interviews with clerks, substitute clerks and judges. While secondary data is taken from literature related to this research, such as Supreme Court Regulation Number 1 of 2014 concerning Guidelines for Legal Services for the Poor and Supreme Court Circular Number 10 of 2010 concerning Guidelines for Legal Services in Religious Courts. Data collection techniquessare interviewssand documentation.aThe data collection toollused by the researcher is an interview guide. While the data analysis techniques researchers use data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Then the validity of the data is checked by member checking method. The results showedethat: 1). The effectiveness of the circuit court implementation can be seen from the implementation procedures that can reduce the queues of cases that accumulate at the Sungai Raya Religious Court Office. As for service users, the perceived benefit is a closer distance. So that it can be said that the circuit court is effective in terms of the procedures for its implementation. 2). Judging from the settlement of the case, it can be seen from the handlingeof cases that are relatively few and do not require a long time so that they are more relaxed in completing the settlement of cases that are resolved through mediation. In addition, the effectiveness of the settlement can be seen in the financing where service users are more efficient in transportation to the location. So that the trial can be opened to run effectively from the settlement of the case is enough.

Abstract

This study aims to study and reveal the entrepreneurial behavior of the millennial generation during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study is a study with a quantitative approach with survey techniques. Data collection was carried out using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire and completed with interviews with millennials who have businesses, in order to obtain a comprehensive picture of entrepreneurial behavior. There are four aspects measured in this study, namely entrepreneurial interest, creativity, innovation, and product marketing strategies carried out by millennials during the COVID-19 pandemic. The population in this study were millennials who have businesses and are domiciled in South Sulawesi Province, West Sulawesi Province and Southeast Sulawesi Province with purposive sampling of 31 people. The results of this study show that during the COVID-19 pandemic, the millennial generation still has an interest and enthusiasm for entrepreneurship. This is shown by even though they are currently in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic, millennials still have entrepreneurial behavior, such as creativity, innovation, and marketing strategies to sustain their business during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesejahteraan ekonomi dan kesejahteraan psikologis guru mengaji desa sebagai pelopor pendidikan non-formal di desa sengka Kecamatan Bontonompo selatan Kabupaten Gowa. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Temuan: Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesejahteraan ekonomi bagi guru mengaji desa sebagai pelopor pendidikan non formal di Desa Sengka sangat berpengaruh atas proses belajar mengajar yang dilakukan di TPA Nurul Ichsan Allu karena beberapa dari mereka merasa pendapatan yang didapatkan masih belum memenuhi harapan. Akan tetapi, mereka melakukannya dengan dasar keikhlasan dan didasari rasa ikhlas. Kesejahteraan psikologis bagi guru mengaji desa sebagai pelopor pendidikan non formal di Desa Sengka juga mempengaruhi proses belajar mengajar karena jika mereka melakukan kewajiban mereka dalam keadaan kurang baik maka proses belajar mengajar juga jadi tidak maksimal. Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan hal tersebut, guru mengaji perlu diperhatikan kesejahteraan psikologis mereka, peran penting lembaga Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an sebagai pelopor pendidikan non formal di Desa Sengka adalah salah satu wadah, sumber dan tempat bagi anak-anak di Desa Sengka mendapatkan pembelajaran tentang akhlak dan khususnya pembelajaran tentang Al-Qur’an sejak dini.

Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pengelolaan sampah dengan membuat eco-enzyme adalah untuk membantu memudahkan masyarakat dalam mengolah limbah rumah tangga di Dusun Kandangan, Desa Gunungsari, Kecamatan Bumiaji, Kota Batu. Pada masa pandemi ini, kegiatan pengelolaan sampah ini bisa menjadi solusi dalam menghemat pengeluaran rumah tangga. Hal ini dikarenakan hasil fermentasi dari eco-enzyme mempunyai banyak manfaat seperti pembersih lantai alami, pembersih kloset, bisa melancarkan saluran air yang tersumbat. Selain itu, bisa juga digunakan untuk menyiram tanaman akan memberi hasil buah, bunga, atau panen yang lebih dan dapat mengusir serangga-serangga pengganggu. Ampas sampah organik yang sudah difermentasi bisa digunakan sebagai bahan untuk kebersihan dan juga sebagai pupuk organik yang baik. Modal untuk membuatnya juga murah dan praktis.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the views of the people who think that the Qibla direction for the cemetery only faces west and uses estimates only. In generally, the purpose of this study was to determine the Qibla direction of Muslim graves. As for specifically knowing: 1) Measurement of the Qibla direction of Muslim graves. 2) The accuracy of the measurement results of the Qibla direction of Muslim graves. This research is limited to the Muslim cemetery in Dusun Pendamar Teluk Pakedai. The method used is a qualitative, with a descriptive approach. The primary data sources were the Village Head, Imam of the Ilaluddin Mosque, and the Tomb Manager in Pendamar Hamlet, Sungai Deras Village. Secondary data sources are obtained from documents, journals, and others. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data collection tools used were rashdul kiblah, cameras, recording devices, and interview guidelines. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The last step is checking the validity of the data by using data triangulation and member check. This study concludes that: 1) To measure the Qibla direction of Muslim graves in Pendamar Hamlet, the community has carried out an estimation method, following the direction of the mosque's Qibla, and following the tombs that have been there before, and using a compass by facing right to the west. 2) All Muslim cemeteries that have been measured by the people of Dusun Pendamar use the approximate method, and follow the old grave, which is 2760 58' 29.27”, shows a very large deviation from the actual Qibla Azimuth which is 2920 48' 50.5”. So the researchers concluded that the Qibla direction was inaccurate with the difference in the Qibla direction being 150 50' 21.23”.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to gain knowledge and understanding regarding the influence of Entrepreneurial Literacy and Digital Economic Literacy on the Success of MSMEs in the Culinary Sector in Makassar City with Entrepreneurial Motivation as a Moderator Variable. The method used is quantitative research techniques with descriptive research type. The sample in the research was 100 Culinary MSME Business Actors. Data analysis uses the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS- SEM). The research results obtained are, 1. Entrepreneurial literacy and digital economic literacy have an influence on entrepreneurial motivation; 2. Entrepreneurial literacy and digital economic literacy have a significant effect on business success; 3. Entrepreneurial motivation has a significant influence on business success; 4. Entrepreneurial motivation is able to mediate the relationship between entrepreneurial literacy and business success; 5. Entrepreneurial motivation is able to mediate the relationship between entrepreneurial literacy and business success.

Abstract

Abstrak. Fenomena empiris di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan antara potensi ekonomi koperasi dan UMKM dengan kemampuan kelembagaan dalam mengelola pengetahuan dan berinovasi secara terbuka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan suatu model integratif penguatan kebijakan koperasi dan UMKM berbasis Inovasi Terbuka dan Knowledge-Based View (KBV) melalui mekanisme transfer pengetahuan ekonomi yang relevan dengan konteks sosial, ekonomi, dan kelembagaan di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran (mixed methods) dengan desain sekuensial eksploratori (sequential exploratory design), Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, yang memiliki karakteristik ekonomi daerah yang kuat pada sektor koperasi dan UMKM. Pemilihan lokasi didasarkan pada keberagaman sektor ekonomi (pertanian, perikanan, perdagangan, dan industri kreatif), tingkat perkembangan digitalisasi usaha, serta inisiatif kebijakan daerah seperti program Koperasi Merah Putih dan Transformasi Digital UMKM. Beberapa kabupaten/kota yang menjadi fokus observasi adalah Kota Makassar, Kabupaten Gowa, dan Kabupaten Bone, yang mewakili tiga klaster utama pengembangan UMKM di provinsi tersebut. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kapabilitas pengetahuan internal (KBV) dan kolaborasi eksternal (Open Innovation) merupakan dua faktor kunci yang saling melengkapi dalam membangun daya saing koperasi dan UMKM. Proses transfer pengetahuan ekonomi berperan sebagai mekanisme utama yang menjembatani dua dimensi tersebut, memungkinkan pertukaran informasi, pembelajaran lintas lembaga, dan penguatan kapasitas kelembagaan secara berkelanjutan Kata Kunci: Koperasi dan UMKM, Inovasi Koperasi dan UMKM, Kebijakan Koperasi dan UKM

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Mompreneur strategy in online business during the covid 19 era so that online business is able to support the family economy in Mangarabombang District, Takalar Regency. This research was conducted using qualitative methods and descriptive approaches and data collection through observation, interviews with 5 informants and documentation. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see whether Brand Equity, Price, and Product Quality have partial and simultaneous effect on the Decision to Purchase Iphone Brand Mobile Phones in Minasatene Village, Pangkep Regency. This research is a quantitative descriptive study involving 50 participants. Information was collected by distributing Likert scale questionnaires. Descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis were used to analyze the data. The results of the study reveal that the variables of Brand Equity (X1), Price (X2), and Product Quality (X3) all have a positive and significant effect on the Purchase Decision (Y) of iPhone Brand Mobile Phones in Minasatene Village, Pangkep Regency.Keywords: Brand equity, Price, Product Quality, Purchase DecisionDOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/E3J/v6i1.31-41

Abstract

Dalam rangka mencapai visi dan misi, setiap rumah sakit harus menjalankan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik (Good Corporate Governance/GCG). Penerapan GCG sendiri bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai secara optimal, yang akhirnya akan meningkatkan kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan penerapan prinsip-prinsip GCG terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) Rumah Sakit Umum Lapangan Natuna Kabupaten Kepulauan Anambas. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan desain potong lintang pada 56 PNS. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada tahun 2012 dengan kuesioner terstruktur. Digunakan analisis dengan uji kai kuadrat dan regresi logistik, dan untuk penyederhanaan model dilakukan eliminasi terhadap faktor perancu dengan menggunakan metode backward stepwise. Penelitian ini menemukan dua variabel yang signifikan berhubungan dengan kinerja PNS, yaitu penerapan prinsip fairness dan penerapan prinsip transparancy. Keduanya merupakan variabel yang paling berhubungan dengan kinerja pegawai negeri sipil. In order to achieve the vision and mission, every hospital must implement Good Corporate Governance (GCG). Its implementation aims to optimally improve performance of employees that will finally improve organizational performance. This study aimed to analyze the relation between principles of GCG and performance of civil servants of the Natuna Field Hospital in Anambas Islands District. This analytical descriptive study using cross sectional design involved 56 civil servants as samples. Data was collected in 2012 using a structured questionnaire. This study used chi square and logistic regression tests. Multivariate model was simplified by eliminating the confounding variables using backward stepwise method. This study found two variables significantly related to performance of civil servants, namely implementation of fairness and transperancy principles. Both were the most related variables to the performance of civil servants.
