Abstract

Galvanic corrosion is a type of corrosion that often occurs in aircraft structures. This type of corrosion occurs because two different types of materials contact each other through an electrolyte media. As a result of this galvanic corrosion, several components in the aircraft structure can be damaged. One example of this damage is the corrosion of the bolts on the aircraft skin. So that makes it difficult to remove from the skin. One way to loosen the bolts due to galvanic corrosion is by heating. By using induction heater to the component, the rusty bolt can be loosened. The heat generated causes the bolt to stretch and break the corrosion and so that the bolt or nut can be opened easily. In this research, by using an Arduino Mega 2560 model to remove bolts and nuts with an open loop and closed loop system was conducted. Arduino Model as a microcontroller which is needed to run a program. The specimens of the bolts are using steel bolts grade 8.8 with key sizes 13, 17, and 19. The temperature to produce induction heater is set to a temperature of 150 °C. The results show that to reach 150 oC each of the key size its produce a different duration of time. Key size 13 took 190 seconds with 35.64 watts of power, key size 17 took 279 seconds with 36.96 watts power and the 19 key took 296 seconds with 41.43 watts power.

Abstract

The lifestyle of the people of a country can also be an illustration of how that country will experience growth in the economic sector. An individual's lifestyle and interest in saving must, of course, be accompanied by knowledge and literacy that can control this. This research aims to determine the influence of economic education on the generation's lifestyle and interest in saving, which is mediated by financial literacy and a circle of friends. The population in this study is generation Z, who live in Petasia District. The sampling technique used the Limeshow equation formula with a determined sample size of 700 respondents. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis. The results of this research show that economic education (X) has a positive and significant influence on Generation Z's lifestyle and interest in saving. Then, financial literacy and a circle of friends are able to mediate the influence between economic education and Generation Z's interest in saving. These findings encourage generation Z to optimize economic education, both formal and informal, as well as increase financial literacy, in order to maintain their lifestyle. It is also necessary to optimize learning access and provide great opportunities for Generation Z to increase their financial literacy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of informal economic education based on local potential in seaweed farming communities in Pabiringa Village, Jeneponto Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. This research uses data collection techniques carried out by observation methods, interview methods, and documentation. The subjects in this study are seaweed farming communities, namely parents and children. Data analysis techniques in this study use data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study show that the stages of informal economic education are very important to increase children's potential in fostering economic awareness in children from an early age through habituation, example and knowledge transfer. Just as parents train and accustom children to save, parents teach children to manage pocket money in distinguishing wants and needs and developing an entrepreneurial spirit. However, not all seaweed farming communities can provide economic education to their children because of their own difficulties in educating children, busy work and lack of insight and knowledge of parents about the importance of economic education for their children. thus making children not independent and continue to depend on parents to meet their needs. Seaweed farming communities need to overcome and also balance between busy work and educating their children at home such as teaching saving, money management, and also developing entrepreneurial spirit.

Abstract

Bland learning is one of the causes of students' inability to explore freely by prioritizing self-regulated in each learning process. The POGIL model is an approach that makes students free to explore every step of the learning process with the teacher serving as a helpful facilitator. This research aims to look at the correlation between increased self-regulated and conceptual understanding in colloidal material with the POGIL model. The increase that occurs does affect each other. The results in this study experienced an increase in conceptual understanding, with a mean of 70.09 in the experimental group and 51.21 in the control group. At the same time, the increase in the value of students' self-regulated was 84.59 in the in the experimental group and 72.37 in the control group. Pearson product-moment correlation analysis was obtained at -0.243. This study concludes that learning using the POGIL model effectively increases learning self-regulated and conceptual understanding. The correlation of these two variables is interpreted as a negative correlation or an indirect relationship (inverse).

Abstract

One aspect of process science skills that learners need to have is the ability to interpret. The ability to interpret graphs in students is currently considered difficult and still belongs to the very low category. This study aims to analyze the relationship between mathematical understanding and the learning styles of students in terms of their ability to interpret graphs. This type of research is descriptive-quantitative. The research sample consisted of class XI students at SMA Negeri 4 Takengon, which amounted to 67 students. The research data was collected using learning style-type questionnaires, multiple-choice questions on linear program material, and reaction rate material. The ability to interpret the graphs of students at SMA Negeri 4 Takengon is on the "medium" criterion, while the students' mathematical understanding is on the "very high" criterion. Students with visual learning style types are more dominant and have an average score of mathematical understanding and the ability to interpret graphs higher than students with auditorial and kinesthetic learning styles. The result of the correlation coefficient r = 0.912 shows a significant positive relationship between mathematical understanding and the ability to interpret graphs with a "high" and unidirectional interpretation

Abstract

Treatment of dissolved mercury within water sources is crucial. This study reported the utilization and efficacy of chitosan-sulfide immobilized on dead corals (Acropora cervicornis) as an absorbent for dissolved mercury (II). Sulfide ions were immobilized on coral particles coated with chitosan (coral-Chi). Chitosan and sulfide were either mixed or stepwise immobilized on dead coral particles. The amount of mercury absorbed by this treated absorbent (coral-Chi-Na2S) was studied and compared to the control (coral only or coral-Chi). The adsorption process is a bath method within a chromatography column. The absorbent characteristics and the amount of mercury(II) absorbed were characterized. The results showed that the highest percentage of adsorption used adsorben coral-Chi-Na2S, which was 71% with an eluent flow of 0.5 mls-1 within the absorbent column. The capacity of adsorption ion Hg2+ after prior eluting in the column for 24 h contact time was 0.4057 mg/g, 0.4017 mg/g, and 0.3746 mg/g in coral-Chi-Na2S, coral, and coral-Chi respectively

Abstract

لاشك أنّ الكتاب المدرسي أمر مهم في التعليم. لم يوجد أي كتاب خاص لمهارة القراءة في جامعة الياسيني الإسلامية. لذا، استهدف الباحثون لصياغ أهداف هذا البحث هي:  (1) لإعداد الكتاب المدرسي لمهارة القراءة الأولى (2) لقياس فعالية إعداد الكتاب المدرسي لمهارة القراءة الأولى. مدخل هذا البحث هو البحث والتطوير. استخدم الباحثون نموذج تطوير ADDIE. المجتمع في هذا البحث جميع الطلبة بقسم تعليم اللغة العربية في المستوى الثاني وعددهم 36 طالبًا واختار الباحثون 20 طلبة كالعينة بطريقة أخذ العينة القصدية واستخدام الاختبار والوثائق لجمع البيانات. في تحليل البيانات استخدم الباحثون برنامح الإحصاء باختبار التاء للعينات المقترنة. أما نتائج البحث هي (1) الخطوات لإعداد الكتاب المدرسي لمهارة القراءة الأولى لدى الطلبة بقسم تعليم اللغة العربية وهي تحليل الاحتياجات والمشكلات في تعليم مهارة القراءة، ثم تصميم الإنتاج، وتطويره، وتجربته، وتقويمه باستخدام الاختبار القبلي والبعدي. Abstract

The study aims to determine how the relationship between entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial experience, and entrepreneurial motivation can influence the management of urban farming businesses, especially in the Citra Women Farmers Group located at BTN Citra Tello Permai, Tello Baru Village, Panakkukang District, Makassar City. The sample used in the study was 120 members of the Citra women farmers group. Data analysis used was path analysis using several software for data processing such as Microsoft Excel 2010, SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 20.0, and Partial Least Squares (PLS) techniques using SmartPls (version 4.0). The results of the study indicate that in this study: (1) the entrepreneurship education variable has a positive and significant effect on the management of urban farming businesses, especially in the Citra Women Farmers Group; (2) the entrepreneurial experience variable has a positive and significant effect on the management of urban farming businesses, especially in the Citra Women Farmers Group; (3) the entrepreneurial motivation variable has a positive and significant influence on the management of urban farming businesses, especially in KWT Citra; (4) entrepreneurial education, entrepreneurial experience, and entrepreneurial motivation have an influence on the management of urban farming businesses in KWT Citra.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the digital entrepreneurship education ecosystem through digital entrepreneurship literacy on the entrepreneurial readiness of Generation Z. In the digital era, Generation Z has great potential for entrepreneurship, but often the lack of understanding regarding the basics of entrepreneurship and digital technology hinders their readiness to start a business. This study adopted a quantitative approach using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument, which was distributed to 420 Generation Z students in Makassar City who had participated in digital entrepreneurship education. Data analysis used was path analysis using several software for data processing such as Microsoft Excel 2010, SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 20.0, and Partial Least Squares (PLS) techniques using SmartPls (version 4.0). The results of the study indicate that digital entrepreneurship learning and digital industry collaboration significantly influence digital entrepreneurship literacy and entrepreneurial readiness. In contrast, digital entrepreneurship training and digital business incubators did not significantly influence these two variables. This study suggests the need to improve the quality of digital entrepreneurship learning and collaboration with industry to strengthen the entrepreneurial readiness of Generation Z. Furthermore, digital business training and incubators should be optimized by aligning the materials with the latest technological needs.

Abstract

This study examines the urgency of value education in the era of globalization, as well as the approaches and strategies that can be applied in learning processes to shape students’ character. Globalization brings positive impacts such as easier access to information and improved skills, but it also presents challenges including moral degradation, weakened cultural identity, and increasing individualism. Therefore, value education must be positioned as an integral part of the learning process. This research employs a library research method by analyzing literature related to value education, learning approaches, and character-building strategies. The findings indicate that value education can be internalized through approaches such as role modeling, habituation, value dialogue, value clarification, and curriculum integration. This study identifies that the combination of role modeling and habituation represents the most effective strategy within the context of formal education in Indonesia. In addition, active learning, collaborative learning, and project-based learning provide opportunities for students to understand and practice values through real-life experiences. This research offers a conceptual contribution to the development of value-education practices based on curriculum integration and active learning in schools.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini membahas urgensi pendidikan nilai di era globalisasi serta pendekatan dan strategi yang dapat diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran untuk membentuk karakter peserta didik. Globalisasi membawa dampak positif berupa kemudahan akses informasi dan peningkatan keterampilan, namun juga menimbulkan tantangan seperti degradasi moral, melemahnya identitas budaya, dan meningkatnya individualisme. Oleh karena itu, pendidikan nilai perlu ditempatkan sebagai bagian integral dari pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan dengan menganalisis literatur terkait pendidikan nilai, pendekatan pembelajaran, dan strategi implementasi karakter. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan nilai dapat di internalisasi melalui pendekatan keteladanan, pembiasaan, dialog nilai, klarifikasi nilai, serta integrasi nilai dalam kurikulum. Kajian ini menemukan bahwa kombinasi pendekatan keteladanan dan pembiasaan merupakan strategi yang paling efektif dalam konteks pendidikan formal di Indonesia. Selain itu, strategi pembelajaran aktif, kolaboratif, dan berbasis proyek memberikan ruang bagi peserta didik untuk memahami dan mempraktikkan nilai dalam pengalaman nyata. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi konseptual dalam pengembangan praktik pendidikan nilai berbasis integrasi kurikulum dan pembelajaran aktif di sekolah.
