Abstract

Abstract  This research aims to analyze the influence of transaction security, online customer reviews and ratings on purchasing interest. This research is a type of quantitative research. The sample in this study was 68 respondents, with sampling using purposing sampling. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that transaction security, while online customer reviews and ratings simultaneously have a significant effect on student purchasing interest in Malang City. Keywords: Transaction Security, Online Customer Review, Rating, and Buying  Interest.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to find out and analyze how much influence entrepreneurial motivation, family environment and entrepreneurial orientation have on entrepreneurial interest. The population in this study were youth entering late adolescence and early adulthood in Kebobang Village. The data collection method in this research used a questionnaire with a sample size determined using the Slovin formula and the results obtained were 83 respondents. Data testing techniques used in this research include validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, f test, t test and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this research simultaneously show that the influence of entrepreneurial motivation, family environment and entrepreneurial orientation influences entrepreneurial interest. Partially, Entrepreneurial Motivation and Entrepreneurial Orientation influence Entrepreneurial Interest, while the Family Environment has no influence on Entrepreneurial Interest. Keywords: Entrepreneurial Motivation, Family Environment, Entrepreneurial Orientation and Entrepreneurial Interest.

Abstract

Purpose — The study seeks to identify the factors that have the greatest impact on attitudes towards Islamic banks, including awareness and knowledge of Islamic banking, adherence to Sharia principles, and collectivist or individualist attributes.Method — This study utilized quantitative methods, and the research instruments were carefully designed to measure the latent variables under investigation. The sample included 100 students from private Islamic universities in Malang City, East Java, Indonesia. Data analysis involved confirmatory factor analysis and multiple regression analysis.Result — This research highlights the crucial role of awareness and knowledge in fostering positive attitudes towards Islamic banks. Interestingly, compliance with Sharia principles was not found to significantly influence attitudes toward Islamic banks.Contribution — This research underscores the pivotal role of awareness and knowledge in fostering positive attitudes toward Islamic banks.

Abstract

Administrative management really needs to be understood, organized by grouping of the various tools used in the field of business, tasks, responsibilities and human resources in it, so as to be able to give coming out an organization that is in accordance with the vision and mission of the institution. In carrying out administrative management assistance at the Wustha Muadalah Education Unit (SPM), the service method or stages of implementing mentoring activities are used as follows: the first stage is the preparatory stage. The second stage is the program implementation phase. The third stage, namely the closing and review stage, carried out a thorough evaluation of the implementation of activities. The impact of the changes expected in this assistance are: a) The creation of an orderly administration. b) Complete and develop the Provider Performance Information System (SIKAP) application by adding a menu. c) Suggest an application for score and finance even though you already have the Education Management Information System (EMIS) application, minimum (a list of students' original grades before being transferred to an education report book or report card). d) Suggest all data stored in Google Drive.

Abstract

The majority of MSMEs have difficulty making financial reports, especially BUMDes. Therefore, this research aims to determine the suitability of BUMDes Barokah's financial records with SAK EMKM and the recording system that has been implemented from the start of establishing the business until now. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The primary data is the results of interviews with the BUMDes treasurer and the secondary data consists of recordings, financial reports and proof of transactions. This data was obtained by means of interviews and documentation. The research results show that the financial reports produced by BUMDes Barokah are not in accordance with SAK EMKM and the financial records are still manual. Financial records only consist of cash income and expenditure, and present profit and loss reports, capital changes reports and balance sheets. The cause of this discrepancy is the BUMDes treasurer's lack of understanding regarding accounting and computerization. It is hoped that the reconstruction of financial reports based on excel for accounting can provide a correct picture of financial reports in accordance with SAK EMKM based on technology to the treasurer of BUMDes Barokah.

Abstract

This research is intended to examine the impact of budget planning, record administration, and human resource competency on budget absorption in state vocational high schools in Jepara. A total of 45 respondents who served in positions related to the budget, including commitment making officials, technical implementation officials for activities, budget user officials, payment order signing officials, and expenditure treasurers at state vocational high schools in Jepara were taken as research samples. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that budget planning has a positive impact on budget absorption, administrative records also have a positive impact on budget absorption, and human resource competence has a positive impact on budget absorption

Abstract

Over and Under The Snow and Over and Under The Pond are children's picture books by Kate Messner that teach children life both and under certain terrains in this world that exist because of how nature works. This article aims to make readers understand the value of children's books and how they are an excellent way to teach about how nature works in this world. Ecocriticism is a theory that analyzes the works of authors, researchers, and poets in the context of environmental issues and wildlife. The Ecocriticism theory that is applied to this research is by Cheryll Glotfelty. This article uses a qualitative approach that describes the answers to the questions that have been collected. Over and Under The Snow and Over and Under The Pond are great books to teach children about how life is under The Snow and pond; these books help them to understand how to take care of the environment better since they would know we are not the only kinds to live in this world and how other non-human creatures struggle to survive the terrains nature have.

Abstract

Payroll is one of the most important elements in an organization, company or government agency, where remuneration is a right that must be given to employees for the performance and services they have provided during a certain period. Policies in managing payroll are certainly not the same from one company to another. Because each company has its own standards in determining the amount of salary that will be given to its employees. The most important thing is that the salary given must meet the Regional Minimum Wage  which has been determined by each region. Therefore, there needs to be good management in making payroll. However, currently there are still many organizations or companies that cannot manage their employee payroll well, because many still use conventional methods in calculating employee salaries. Under these conditions, of course it can cause problems. Problems that are often encountered include difficulties in recording employee salaries, delays in providing salaries to employees and inaccurate payroll reports produced. If this problem is allowed to continue, it will result in losses for employees. Therefore, to deal with this problem, it is necessary to develop a system with the hope that the resulting new system will be able to solve the problems faced in managing payroll. To support the development of this system, it is also necessary to select the right model that suits the needs of the organization or company. One of the models used is the Waterfall model. In the waterfall model, the stages that will be carried out in developing the system can be clearly identified, so that it is hoped that the final result will be an application that can be used in managing employee payroll information systems.

Abstract

The library is an important part that must exist in the school. With a library, it is of course hoped that it can foster students' interest in reading and enrich students' knowledge. Even in this era, all types of information can be obtained anywhere and at any time with the increasingly rapid development of information technology. However, there are still many students who cannot enjoy the ease of getting this information. And there are still many schools that do not have libraries. Even if there is, the library is still very conventional. Where library data processing starts from processing book data, data on borrowing and returning books is done manually. This can cause problems in the library, such as notes written using handwriting, which can cause errors in reading if the writing is not clear. Besides that, documents in the form of cards or paper are often damaged and searching for data takes a long time. If this happens continuously it will certainly have negative impacts in the future. Therefore, schools with such conditions require the development of a library information system, especially for borrowing books. In carrying out system development, it is necessary to determine the right model to help carry out the development and so that the objectives of system development can be achieved. One of these models is the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model. In the RAD model we can clearly understand the steps that must be taken in developing a book lending information system, so it is hoped that a Book Lending Application can be produced so that it can help manage book lending information system data.

Abstract

Introduction: Tornado is the second most common disaster in Lamongan after floods. Elementary school students are one of the groups vulnerable to this kind of disaster. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of Scrapbook on the knowledge and preparedness of elementary school students in dealing with tornado. Method: This research used quasi-experimental (nonequivalent control group) design with a total sample of 131 students divided into 2 groups, the intervention group (47) and the control group (84), were selected using total sampling. This study was conducted at Muhammadiyah Plus Maduran Elementary School and Bedahan Babat Public Elementary School in March 2024. The intervention group was given education using scrapbook, while the control group was not given any education. The data were collected through knowledge and preparedness questionnaires, then they were analyzed using Wilcoxon test, Paired t-test, and Mann-Whitney (α≤0.05). Result. The results indicated that there was a difference in knowledge and preparedness of students before and after treatment in the intervention group (p=0.001; p=0.001) while there was a difference in knowledge and preparedness of students before and after treatment in the control group (p=0.317; p=0.083). There was a difference in students’ post-test knowledge and preparedness in dealing with tornado disasters between the intervention group and the control group (p=0.001; p=0.001). Conclusion. Scrapbook is proven to significantly increase the knowledge and preparedness of elementary school students in dealing with tornado. The future researchers can develop Scrapbook into digital media so that it is accessible to children through gadgets.
