Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perubahan sosial pada aspek status, peran dan fungsi serta perubahan budaya terhadap nilai, norma dan adat Masyarakat pada Pembangunan sirkuit Moto GP di kawasan ekonomi khusus Pantai Kuta Lombok. Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dan samplenya purposive sampling. Adapun masyarakat yang diinterviw dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 10 orang dengan rincian Kepala Desa dan beberapa figur masyarakat yang ada di Desa Kuta Mandalika. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa adanya perubahan yang terjadi dari status peran dan fungsi serta nilai dan norma yang berlaku dalam masyarakat yang sebelumnya Sebagian hanya sebagai peternak, petani, minim terlibat dalam promosi program pemerintah serta sikap interaksi yang tertutup dengan wsatawan luar dan norma yang berlaku dalam masyarakat sangat di perhatikan seperti cara berpakaian yang sopan dan sebagainya, setelah adanya pembangunan sirkuit Moto Gp di Mandalika banyak masyarakat local yang dilibatkan sebagai pekerja di sirkuit Mandalika seperti keamanan, cleaning servis dan yang lainnya, lebih terbuka dalam bersosial terhadap wisatawan dan toleransi terhadap budaya luar di junjung tinggi. Sehingga dapat di simulkan bahwa adanya perubahan status peran dan fungsi serta nilai dan norma di masyarakat Desa Kuta setelah didirikan arena balap Motor sirkuit Moto GP Mandalika yang berada di kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) Mandalika Desa Kuta Mandalika kabupaten Lombok tengah, Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) Kata Kunci: PerubahanSosial, Pembangunan Sirkuit MotoGP, Masyarakat Lombok Tengah Kuta

Abstract

. Keterampilan meneliti mahasiswa dipengaruhi oleh beragam aspek, diantaranya adalah kesulitan dalam penulisan dan respon dosen. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti bagaimana dampak kesulitan mahasiswa dan respon dosen terhadap keterampilan meneliti mahasiswa. Kami mendesain penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode ex-post facto untuk menjawab tujuan penelitian. Sebanyak 61 mahasiswa dari Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika dilibatkan dalam penelitian dan berasal dari Universitas yang beragam di wilayah Sumatera, Jawa, Sulawesi, dan Maluku. Pengumpulan data menggunakan google form yang telah melalui proses validasi dengan mengontak kolega-kolega di setiap Universitas. Selanjutnya, data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda untuk menjawab dampak yang dihasilkan dari variabel yang digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesulitan mahasiswa dan respon dosen memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan meneliti mahasiswa secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Secara khusus, kami merekomendasikan bahwa untuk meminimalkan kesuliatan mahasiswa dan meningkatkan keterampilan meneliti diperlukan sinergi antara mahasiswa dan dosen dengan mengembangkan lintasan belajar yang efektif

Abstract

The research aims to describe the readiness, attitude and motivation of self-learning towards collaborative online based mathematics learning during the covid-19 pandemic. The researcher applies a quantitative descriptive methods in this study. Data collection has been done by giving three kinds of questionnaires including readiness, attitude and self learning motivation during covid-19 pandemic, and has distributed to 80 students in 3 Senior High School and 1 Vacational High School at Nuha district. The result of this research shows that the students are ready for Mathematics learning collaborative online based during covid-19 pandemic. That is supported by their ability to operate the computer and the usage of internet as well as their online learning experience they have been through for 2 years in online learning situation. Students' motivation towards learning mathematics through the implementation of online based collaborative learning is inconsistent even though it is in moderate level of motivation. Some students prefer the face to face learning process to online learning process and think that the previous learning will provide better learning outcomes. This is a challenge for teachers to prepare for the new normal phase with more interesting teaching material, strategies and learning methods by the development of digitalization of learning

Abstract

The problem of legality and management of waqf land in the midst of Muslim community life in the realm of praxis, often triggers case problems, such as the withdrawal of the waqf land, the seizure of waqf land and others. This study intends to identify factors of ineffective regulation on waqf land certification in Sarmi District, Papua Province. This qualitative study is empirical legal research. SoerjonoSoekanto's theory of legal effectiveness became the theory of subject matter analysis. Data collection through observation techniques, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis uses data reduction, presentation, and verification techniques. The results of this study show that the ineffectiveness of regulations related to certification of various waqf lands in Sarmi Regency is caused by the views of the community which is a weak legal culture, including the view that there will be no waqf land disputes, the view of the difficulty of the waqf land certification process, the view of the Wakf Pledge Deed as the legality of waqf land. The theoretical implications and novelty of this study emphasize that to realize the effectiveness of the implementation of waqf land certification, massive and comprehensive socialization is needed related to understanding of the waqf land certification program and waqf land management management. The limitation of this study is that it has not examined the role of Islamic religious leaders in Sarmi Regency regarding the waqf land certification program.

Abstract

menghadapi tantangan dalam manajemen kehadiran karyawan dan pengelolaan akomodasi, dengan tim yang padat akan kegiatan operasional perusahaan menerapkan kebijakan absensi harian serta proses reimbursement yang teratur namun hal ini terkendala karena proses pelaksanaan nya masih bersifat konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah sistem aplikasi manajemen karyawan agar mempermudah proses pelaksanaan pencatatan manajemen karyawan di lingkungan operasional PT Zona Kreatif Indonesia yang produktif, metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni pengumpulan data ibservasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dan untuk metode pengembangan sistem aplikasi nya menggunakan metode waterfall, alat bantu perancangan sistem ini menggunakan Usecase Diagram, Acrivity Diagram serta perancangan dabase menggunakan Entity Relationalship Diagram (ERD). Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan yaitu Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) dan database yang digunakan yaitu MySql, metode pengujuan menggunakan blackbox testing yang mana sistem nantinya diharapkan dapat membantu dalam kegiatan manajemen kegiatan sehari hari di PT Zona Kreatif Indonesia, dengan seperti itu system ini menjadi media prosedur baru yang memberikan kerapihan dalam penggunaan nya

Abstract

Collaborative learning is an approach to teaching and learning that promotes students’ involvement in a group to solve a problem. This study aims to reveal students’ acceptance of Netboard as an integrated technology tool for a collaborative writing approach, in terms of positive or negative attitudes toward the technology used. To reach the purpose, a quantitative research design was applied with a questionnaire as the main instrument. The researchers collected the data from 58 students in a private university who have experienced the collaborative writing approach in the 2022/2023 academic year. The data was analyzed by calculating the four-point Likert scale and interpreted to find the students’ acceptance. The result of the study indicated a positive attitude toward the utilization of Netboard as a collaborative writing tool. It was described from the affective, behavior, and cognitive aspects. To conclude, integrating a proper technology tool in writing class will be a solution in assisting students’ performance, and this study can be considered as a reference for further research.

Abstract

The use of appropriate learning media and in accordance with the needs of students, will create an active and fun learning atmosphere for students. This research and development produces learning media in the form of Pop up books assisted by Qr codes can be an effort to create an active learning atmosphere and can increase student learning motivation in the classroom. The purpose of this study was to analyze the ADDIE model in the development of Science Learning media With Pop Up Book Media assisted by Qr Code on the material of plant parts. The type of research used is research and development model with ADDIE model implemented until the implementation step. The results of this study show that; 1) the development Model of Pop-up Book Learning Media assisted by Qr Code in increasing student learning motivation, namely the results of Pop-up Book in Qr Code there is a video along with an explanation of the material. Developed products meet the components as teaching materials in learning. 2) P and feasibility test of the results of the development of Pop-up Book Learning Media assisted by Qr Code in increasing student learning motivation is carried out through media experts, material experts.

Abstract

This research stems from the many cases of disputes that have been legally binding but the rights have not been fulfilled due to constraints in real execution. A number of cases also require an in-depth understanding of the authority possessed by the Chairman of the District Court. The research method used combines normative and empirical approaches. The research focused on the High Court in the South Sulawesi region. The research subjects included all judges, including the Chief Justice, Registrar, and Substitute Registrar. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of internal supervision of the Chief Justice of the District Court is still ineffective in the implementation of civil case decisions that have permanent legal force. It is necessary to increase effective supervision over the implementation of decisions by the Chief of the District Court and a firm attitude is needed from the High Court and the Supreme Court as higher institutions in stages. In addition, opening up space for justice seekers to consider making extraordinary legal efforts, a better understanding of the types of decisions that can be executed, and solutions to legal obstacles that may arise in the execution process such as the establishment of regulations that can be used as legal instruments for resolving certain relatively complicated decisions, for the sake of justice, expediency and legal certainty in accordance with the value of justice for humanity.

Abstract

Background: The COVID-19 pandemic has altered the pattern of human life toward a new life order,particularly in the office setting. Appeals, prohibitions, even large-scale social restrictions were implemented in order to decrease the cases. To cope with the rapid spread of the outbreak, citizens have to increase health consciousness and reduce their social interactions. The health consciousness require health protocols implementation. Ensuring high levels of compliance and several modifiable occupational risk factors in the office setting has been a challenge to manage the pandemic effectively. Methods: The research method used in this study is empirical research, by taking a problem-based approach to a behavioral approach namely health consciousness supported by primary data sourced from data sources. The data were obtained in October to November 2021. Results: When taken as a whole, the implementation of health protocols as part of the effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19 was relatively good; it's just that certain obstacles must be evaluated. The highest health consciousness scores were personal responsibility and health motivation. While the lowest of it were the psychological/inner state aspect and the health information and seeking usage. There was a positive correlation between the dimensions of health consciousness and several items of COVID-19 PHL (r > 0.3). The ease of applying COVID-19 PHL was significantly better for shift workers compared to non-shift workers, namely to severalitems of PHL. Based on the work pattern groups (WFH < 20 hours, WFH 20-40 hours and WFH > 40 hours, alternate to Work From Office (WFO)), there were no significance difference in the ease of implementation COVID-19 Preventive Healthy Lifestyle. Conclusion: Our results suggest that to effectively manage the pandemic, we should ensure that health consciousness is well-maintained, especially aspects of health information and seeking usage and psychological/inner state. Abstract

Background: The incidence of chronic kidney disease is increasing with a fairly high annual death rate which is a serious health problem in the world because it has increased incidence, has an impact on morbidity and mortality as well as a serious socio-economic world including in Indonesia with the majority of the working age population in the manufacturing industry. Therefor an early detection of decreased kidney function and factors that influence it become necessity. Methods: This research is analytical quantitative research with a cross-sectional design using secondary data of MCU in Occupational Health and Safety Service Company in 2022 with total 2,304 data. The data includes of eGFR as dependent variable and individual risk factors, history of illness risk factors, clinical risk factors and occupational risk factors as independent variable.Result: The results of the study suggest there was a decrease in kidney function (Glomerular Filtration Rate / GFR <90 ml/minute/1.73m2) of 33,8% of the total manufacturing industry workers in West Java in 2022. The decrease of eGFR is influenced by individual, clinical and occupational risk factors.Conclusion: The conclusion, risk factors that influence the incidence of decreased renal function in manufacture industry workers in West Java in 2022 are male, age over 40 years old, conditions of grade I and II hypertension, obesity and periodes of work of more than 19 years, with the most dominant influence factor is male gender.
