Abstract

Indonesia saat ini telah mewajibkan pendidikan selama 12 tahun dengan kurikulum 2013, dimana kedua orang tua dituntut keterlibatannya dalam memperhatikan pendidikan anaknya. Salah satu tindakannya yaitu mendaftarkan anaknya ke tempat-tempat bimbingan belajar seperti les privat. Di kota Bengkalis proses untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang keberadaan guru les diproleh dari rekan kerja, tetangga dan sosail media. Namun, informasi yang disampaikan juga tidak lengkap sehingga para orang tua sulit menemukan calon guru sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Pada dasarnya les privat menjadi suatu kebutuhan bagi setiap orang namun hal tersebut masih bersifat mahal, sehingga beberapa orang tua mencari informasi guru relawan yang membuka kelas belajar tambahan yang sifatnya gratis. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu melakukan desain sistem aplikasi les privat menggunakan pendekatan extreme programming. Aplikasi dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan framework codeigniter dan MySql sebagai database. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah desain aplikasi yang dapat membantu orang tua murid dengan mudah memperoleh informasi terkait les privat baik berbayar maupun gratis, orang tua juga dapat memonitoring jam belajar anak melalui absensi. Keunggulan aplikasi ini yaitu dapat membuka lapangan pekerjaan bagi calon guru les yang memiliki keahlian dibidang ilmu tertentu dengan mengoptimalkan ketersediaan waktu guru. Kata Kunci – Desain Sistem, Les Privat, Framework Codeigniter, Extreme Programming Abstract Abstrack – Indonesia currently requires 12 years of education with the 2013 curriculum, where both parents are required to be involved in paying attention to their children's education. One of his actions is enrolling his child in tutoring places such as privattutoring. In the city of Bengkalis, the process of getting information about the whereabouts of tutors was obtained from coworkers, neighbors and social media. However, the information conveyed is also incomplete, so parents find it difficult to find prospective teachers according to their needs. Basically, privattutoring is a necessity for everyone, but it is still expensive, so some parents look for information on volunteer teachers who open additional free learning classes. The purpose of this study is to design a privattutoring application system using the extreme programming approach. The application is built using the PHP programming language with a Codeigniter framework and MySql as a database. This research resulted in an application design that can help students' parents easily obtain information related to privattutoring both paid and free, parents can also monitor children's learning hours through attendance. The advantage of this application is that it can open up employment opportunities for prospective tutors who have expertise in certain fields of science by optimizing the availability of teacher time.

Abstract

Prospective new students will apply to one or more of the colleges, and choose more than one major. Prospective new students who are declared to have passed more than one university will choose a better college, and will withdraw from other universities. Universities that are not re-registered will suffer losses and must look for other prospective new students. So a decision support system for the resignation of prospective new students was built using the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method by selecting the criteria and weight stages, to determine the factors supporting the decision. The criteria used to build this system are grades, parents' income, majors and location. This decision support system can assist the staff of the new student admissions committee in obtaining data in the form of a list of prospective new students who re-register and resign. Based on the results of testing on the system, the accuracy value is 86.96%. So it can be concluded that this system has been able to be used for the selection of prospective new students.

Abstract

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Bengkalis Subdistrict have not been maximized in utilizing information technology to increase sales of products owned. This is due to the lack of utilizing media promotion, lack of knowledge of business people about information technology and limited market access. According to the results of direct observations to several business actors in Bengkalis Regency, product marketing was carried out by entrusting products to food and mini-market stores in Bengkalis Regency. This study aims to build a decision-making system for the selection of SMEs in Bengkalis Regency by using the Unified Modeling Language design model, which consists of Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and Sequence Diagrams. In determining the decision to determine the right promotional media the method used is Fuzzy Mamdani, which consists of five criteria, namely promotion costs, duration, place, market segment, and ad scale. While alternatives as decisions are television, radio, newspapers, internet and pamphlets. Abstract

Abstrak : Jadwal pertemuan yang tersusun serta terencana dengan baik pada les privat merupakan suatu langkah untuk meningkatkan produktivitas belajar. Les privat merupakan aktivitas belajar-mengajar yang dilakukan diluar jam sekolah, oleh karena itu penting untuk melakukan memanagement waktu dalam penyusunan jadwal les. Namun terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang sering dihadapi antara calon guru les dengan siswa terkait sistem penjadwalan. Penjadwalan yang masih dilakukan secara konvensional seperti mencatat pada media tulis yang digunakan sebagai pengingat jadwal pertemuan les antara guru dan siswa. Hal ini dapat mengakibatkan produktivitas belajar les privat menjadi tidak terpenuhi dan mengakibatkan orang tua murid melakukan pembatalan pemesanan akibat jadwal belajar yang tidak sesuai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu membangun Sistem informasi penjadwalan les privat menggunakan framework codeigniter sebagai pendukung kesuksesan calon guru privat dalam mengoptimalkan penjadwalan les yang akan mereka terbitkan. Aplikasi yang dibuat menggunakan framework codeigniter tersebut membuat sistem coding lebih tersusun dalam bentuk MVC (Model, View, Controller). Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu dengan adanya Sistem informasi penjadwalan les privat dapat membantu pengguna jasa terkait dengan jadwal yang sudah ditentukan oleh guru privat selain itu juga memberikan kemudahan kepada guru privat dalam mengelola jadwal terkait jam dan hari pelaksanaan pada kelas paket dan les guru kelas tanpa harus melakukan pencatatan manual. Abstract:A well-structured and well-planned meeting schedule in private lessons is a step to increase learning productivity. Private tutoring is a teaching-learning activity that is carried out outside school hours, therefore it is important to manage time in the preparation of a lesson schedule. However, there are several problems that are often faced by prospective tutors and students related to the scheduling system. Scheduling is still done conventionally, such as taking notes on written media which is used as a reminder of tutoring meeting schedules between teachers and students. This can result in the productivity of learning private lessons not being fulfilled and resulting in parents canceling orders due to inappropriate study schedules. The purpose of this study is to build a private tutoring scheduling information system using a codeigniter framework to support the success of private tutor candidates in optimizing the scheduling of lessons they will publish. Applications created using the codeigniter framework make the coding system more structured in the form of an MVC (Model, View, Controller). The results of this study are that the private tutoring scheduling information system can help service users related to schedules that have been determined by private teachers besides that it also makes it easy for private teachers to manage schedules related to hours and days of implementation in package classes and classroom tutoring without having to do manual note-taking. Abstract

Abstrak- Penggunaan internet dikalangan anak-anak saat ini sudah menjadi trend, bahkan banyak orang tua sudah memberikan ponsel android kepada anak-anak dalam melakukan komunikasi sehari-hari. Hal tersebut sangat berdampak kepada anak dalam pemanfaatan teknologi internet yang kurang sehat seperti mendapatkan data dan informasi melalui browsing internet tanpa pemantauan orang tua sehingga anak dengan mudah mendapatkan kata-kata atau informasi yang tidak layak dikonsumsi oleh anak tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendesain aplikasi sistem monitoring browser ponsel anak untuk menerapkan internet sehat dengan kontrol orang tua menggunakan metode prototipe. Hasil penelitian tersebut berupa rancangan aplikasi monitoring broser anak yang dapat digunakan untuk memantau aktivitas browsing internet pada ponsel anak secara online pada platform android dengan otomatis mengirim pesan notifikasi kepada orang tua dan orang tua dapat memberikan respon atau balasan secara langsung ketika anak sedang mencoba melakukan aktivitas browsing internet yang tidak sehat. Kata kunci: Kontrol orang tua, penelusuran aman, sistem monitoring, aktivitas penelusuran harian Abstract- The use of the internet among children currently have become a trend, even many parents already gives android phones to children in doing everyday communication. It is so impacting to the child in the utilization of internet technologies that are less healthy as get data and information through browsing the internet without monitoring parents so children easily get words or information that is not feasible is consumed by the child. This research aims to design a monitoring system of the mobile browser app to implement a healthy internet parental control method using prototype. The results of such research in the form of a draft application monitoring these children which can be used to monitor the activities of internet browsing on mobile child online on the android platform with automatic notification to send a message to parents and parents can give a response or reply directly when the child was trying to do internet browsing activity that is not healthy. Abstract

Persatuan Guru Republik Indonesia (PGRI) merupakan sebuah organisasi perjuangan, profesi dan ketenagakerjaan bersekala nasional yang anggotanya terdiri dari para Guru dan Tenaga kependidikan. Salah satu tugas PGRI yaitu melakukan monitoring data anggota PGRI. PGRI Kecamatan Bengkalis merupakan organisasi guru yang mengelola anggota PGRI kecamatan, bertugas melakukan pendataan anggota PGRI dan Sekolah yang ada di Kecamatan Bengkalis. Data anggota PGRI belum terpusat dan masih dilakukan dengan cara yang manual, yaitu data anggota PGRI diinput satu persatu oleh Operator Sekolah kedalam microsoft excell, dan data tersebut diberikan kepada pengurus PGRI dalam bentuk hasil printout, sehingga menyebabkan pengurus PGRI mengalami kesulitan dalam mengetahui informasi tentang anggota PGRI tersebut. Pada permasalahan iuran PGRI juga mengalami permasalahan yang kompleks dan sering dihadapi, yaitu terdapat perbedaan antara jumlah anggota PGRI setiap sekolah dengan jumlah iuran yang telah disetor. Desain sistem ini dirancang menggunakan metode Extreme Programming(XP) dan Framework Codeigniter(CI) yang dapat menghasilkan informasi yang berhubungan dengan PGRI dan Sekolah kecamatan Bengkalis, seperti mengetahui jumlah dan identitas Sekolah, jumlah dan identitas anggota PGRI, siapa saja anggota PGRI yang belum terdaftar sebagai anggota resmi PGRI, serta monitoring pembayaran iuran PGRI

Abstract

Business To Business To Customers is part of E-Commerce which is a process of buying and selling transactions and distribution to consumers. Distribution of wet cakes from producers on Jl. Panglima Minal Senggoro is still manual by recording and monitoring products that run out from partners. Distribution from producers to retailers uses a profit-sharing system that has been agreed upon by both parties. The design of this system is designed using the Waterfall method and the Codeigniter Framework (CI) as well as with the design of the E-commerce Framework, namely B2B2C which produces information about cake manufacturers, knows the available products, and also helps producers in recapitulating sales to partners. The features in this system are Approval in user registration, the input of cake products, selection of payment methods, uploading proof of payment, updating of remaining products on the partner side, and dynamic reviews and ratings. So that producers can compete with other wet cake.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the conditions in the field where so far the teacher teaches still using printed teaching materials, and other separate learning resources that must be prepared in advance and are not yet available in the package books used so that the teaching materials are less practical and complete, related to this condition, the researcher aims to develop a Multi Modal Teaching Material Application Product with the object of developing Thematic Teaching Materials in grade 5 Elementary School / Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The method used is the R&D model with 4D steps according to Tagarajan. Starting from the stages of defining, designing, developing, and distributing products. But in this study it is only limited to producing products only (Product Validation) the next stage is carried out in the next study. The techniques used include discussions with experts on product design, distributing Product Validation questionnaires. The data obtained were then analyzed using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results showed that multimodal teaching materials were developed by involving 8 PGMI students. Products validated by experts, consisting of 8 media experts and learning material experts. The results showed data Validation of product feasibility of 3.94 or 98.2% with a very feasible category. Product feasibility validation data from the media aspect shows 3.97 or 99% with a very feasible category. Product feasibility validation data from the material content aspect shows a value of 3.94 or 98.5%, a value indicating that the material in this application is very feasible. So it can be concluded that the multimodal teaching materials developed have a level of feasibility as a product Multimodal teaching materials show very feasible results as Multimodal Thematic Teaching Material Applications and can be continued in the next research hold from the R & D ledge Test practicality and effectiveness in limited and widespread fields to then be distributed as Teaching Materials in the field

Abstract

Indonesian judicial practice where justice is often measured based on the application of laws and regulations on-sich so that judges in deciding cases as they are in the law, then the decision is considered a fair decision. Many things happen in the judicial process in our country where it is not uncommon for law enforcers to be trapped in laws and regulations that are free from values, so that injustice arises and finally makes the people miserable. The purpose of this study is to explain why judges' decisions are influential in an effort to provide fair law enforcement, as well as to explain the need for the application of progressive law in law enforcement. The method used in this scientific dissertation uses two approaches, including the socio-legal approach, which is qualitative, based on literature data, and the normative juridical approach is used to analyze the norms of laws and regulations. Judges must indeed decide based on the law, but in fact they do not only spell out the text of the law, but decide what is stored in the text, the philosophy behind progressive law is not law for law, but law for man. So that the judge's decision is not necessarily only a decision that is ready to be displayed in the text, but the values contained in the decision must provide a sense of justice.

Doi Menre' (gift money) can be returned after the divorce takes place even though husband and wife relations have previously occurred (ba‘da duhul). This research examines the practice of returning doi menre' (gifted money) ba‘da duhul, the social dynamics that influence it, as well as sociology of Islamic Law and Islamic Education perspectives regarding the practice of returning doi menre' (gifted money) ba‘da duhul for the Bugis community in South Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi. This qualitative research employs a socio-empirical approach, including interviews with those who have returned doi menre' (gifted money) ba‘da duhul's, traditional leaders, community leaders, and religious leaders. The results of the research revealed that the return of doi menre' ba‘da duhul's was practiced in two stages, namely the pre-wedding verbal agreement stage and the stage of returning the doi menre' (gifted money). Three social dynamics influence the return of doi menre' ba‘da duhul's, namely; there was an oral agreement before the marriage took place, no solution was found to the marriage problems, and following the habits of some Bugis people in resolving divorce cases. Islamic education in the tradition of returning doi menre' ba‘da duhul in Bugis marriage law plays a foundation in forming principled, moral, fair in building a household, and contribute positively to social life. Sociological studies of Islamic law view that the practice of returning doi menre' (gifted money) is a managed system in the actions of the Bugis community which combines customary law and Islamic law in resolving divorce cases. In the end, research can participate in developing an assessment of the struggle between customary law and Islamic law in resolving marriage cases in Islamic communities.
