Abstract

Doi Menre' (gift money) can be returned after the divorce takes place even though husband and wife relations have previously occurred (ba‘da duhul). This research examines the practice of returning doi menre' (gifted money) ba‘da duhul, the social dynamics that influence it, as well as sociology of Islamic Law and Islamic Education perspectives regarding the practice of returning doi menre' (gifted money) ba‘da duhul for the Bugis community in South Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi. This qualitative research employs a socio-empirical approach, including interviews with those who have returned doi menre' (gifted money) ba‘da duhul's, traditional leaders, community leaders, and religious leaders. The results of the research revealed that the return of doi menre' ba‘da duhul's was practiced in two stages, namely the pre-wedding verbal agreement stage and the stage of returning the doi menre' (gifted money). Three social dynamics influence the return of doi menre' ba‘da duhul's, namely; there was an oral agreement before the marriage took place, no solution was found to the marriage problems, and following the habits of some Bugis people in resolving divorce cases. Islamic education in the tradition of returning doi menre' ba‘da duhul in Bugis marriage law plays a foundation in forming principled, moral, fair in building a household, and contribute positively to social life. Sociological studies of Islamic law view that the practice of returning doi menre' (gifted money) is a managed system in the actions of the Bugis community which combines customary law and Islamic law in resolving divorce cases. In the end, research can participate in developing an assessment of the struggle between customary law and Islamic law in resolving marriage cases in Islamic communities.

Abstract

Penyebaran Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) guru di Polewali Mandar menjadi aspek krusial dalam menentukan kualitas pendidikan di wilayah tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jumlah sebaran PPPK guru di Polewali Mandar berbasis geografis. Metode analisis melibatkan pemetaan lokasi menggunakan Gis, guru serta evaluasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penempatan mereka. Data dianalisis untuk memahami distribusi guru di berbagai kecamatan dan sekolah penempatan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa distribusi PPPK guru cenderung merata, meskipun perbedaan antara wilayah perkotaan dan pedesaan dapat diamati. Faktor-faktor seperti ketersediaan infrastruktur dan kebutuhan pendidikan lokal mempengaruhi penempatan guru. Implikasi dari penyebaran ini terhadap kualitas pendidikan dan aksesibilitas layanan pendidikan juga dievaluasi. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan yang berkelanjutan di Polewali Mandar.

Abstract

Threats that often attack information systems such as data leakage, credentials (account compromise),phishing, web-based attacks, malware attacks, cracking (piracy), carding (illegal transactions) and so on. These types ofcrimes can certainly be prevented and handled which is the responsibility of the company/organization. Informationsecurity is an effort to protect information assets from potential threats. Information security indirectly ensures businesscontinuity, reduces emerging risks, and makes it possible to optimize return on investment. The CIA Triad InformationSecurity aspect in information and data systems is very important as a guideline or basic framework, because in it thereare indicators in preventing Cyber Crime. Politeknik Negeri Bengkalis (Polbeng) as one of the State VocationalUniversities in Indonesia already uses SIAKADCloud, a SEVIMA product as an integrated academic managementinformation system. In addition, SEVIMA also claims that SIAKADCloud is a secure system. However, so far it has notbeen possible to ascertain the extent of its security. It is also necessary to know whether in its implementationSiakadCloud has implemented basic security standards in accordance with the CIA Triad, namely Confidentiality,Integrity, and Availability. To find out the application of Confidentiality do Block Direct, To find out the application ofIntegrity do User and Data filtering checks: user level division, while to find out the application of Availability doauthentication.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to find out the Village Fund Policy Regulations, to find out the Village Fund policy in Malangke District, North Luwu Regency, al-maslahah al-mursalah perspective. Research results show that in general the village government uses Village Funds wisely in accordance with binding regulations or rules, such as building village roads, building clean water facilities, community economic empowerment programs, building sports facilities and providing educational facilities and infrastructure and educational scholarship programs. So there is often a conflict of views between the government and village communities, because a solution is needed to avoid existing conflicts. Through the concept of maslahah al-mursalah, village policy makers and stakeholders can use Village Funds to build public facilities. The use of these funds can be justified on the grounds of achieving public benefit and improving the quality of life of village communities. One of the problems found in allocating Village Funds is the difference between community needs and the use of Village Funds by the village government

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) peran kepemimpinan Kepala Kantor Urusan Agama dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di Kecamatan Batauga Kabupaten Buton Selatan. (2) untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat kepemimpinan Kepala Kantor Urusan Agama dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, Jenis penelitian ini kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen kemudian data dianalisis dengan teknik analisis data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: pertama, peran kepemimpinan Kepala Kantor Urusan Agama dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di Kecamatan Batauga Kabupaten Buton Selatan telah melakukan perannya, sebagaimana tugas dan fungsi manajemen yang diterapkan. Kedua, faktor pendukung yang dihadapi pemimpin dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, yaitu semangat masing-masing dari pegawai. sama-sama saling menyemangati agar dapat memberikan pelayanan dengan keahlian masing-masing agar mewujudkan pelayanan yang prima, selain itu pimpinan juga mengadakan rapat evaluasi setiap minggu mengenai bagaimana pelayanan yang sudah dilakukan kepada masyarakat, sedangkan faktor penghambatnya yaitu setiap pegawai mempunyai tipe dan karakter yang berbeda-beda dari setiap orang. memotivasi pegawai yang memiliki skill lebih sulit dibanding pegawai yang biasa-biasa saja, dikarenakan tingkat dan pola pikir mereka berbeda antara pegawai yang satu dengan pegawai yang lain.

Abstract

Objective. Education is crucial for cultivating humanity and realizing individuals' greatest potential. Education enables individuals to understand their rights and obligations, while also allowing them to contribute to society and honor God. Physical education and sports constitute a fundamental component of education, designed to enhance persons' quality of life, both physically and spiritually. This study seeks to analyze the technique for managing educational and athletic accomplishments in the academic pursuits of PJKR FKIP USK pupils. This study was prompted by the challenges encountered by PJKR FKIP USK students in balancing their time between lectures and training, together with the insufficient support from lecturers for training permissions. These impediments adversely affect academic and athletic performance. Consequently, a robust management plan is essential to facilitate timely completion of studies and attainment of athletic accomplishments for pupils. This research is a qualitative descriptive analysis. Materials and Methods. The research methodology encompassed observation and interviews with faculty and students at PJKR FKIP USK. Results. The analysis indicated that the primary hurdles were scheduling conflicts between lectures and practical sessions, inadequate time management, and insufficient support from certain professors for practice permissions. Conclusion. The proposed method entails dialogue and consensus between lecturers and students to modify schedules, along with enhanced time management strategies.

Abstract

Objective. High-achieving athletes will be developed and club activities will be sustained with effective administration. The management of the Panglima Polem Basketball Club Banda Aceh in 2023–2024 will be examined and evaluated as part of this study. Materials and Methods. The research methodology used in this study is qualitative. Qualitative descriptive research is used in this kind of study. Using the snowball sample subject determination technique, the study's data sources or subjects are four athletes, two coaches, and two administrators. Data gathering methods used in this study included observation, interviews, and documentation. The data results were then analysed through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drafting. Results. The study's findings clarify that the Panglima Polem club's management involves the following procedure: 1) Planning has gone smoothly, with a well-defined training programme and reliable funding sources being essential to managing a sports organisation that aims to meet the objectives established by the Panglima Polem club. 2) With a club organisational system that is operated in accordance with each member's responsibilities and functions, organising has been moving smoothly. Administrators, coaches, and athletes work well together to build accomplishments for the Panglima Polem club. 3) Although there are training and coaching programmes in place and athletes receive development every three months, the implementation process has not been ideal, frequently encountering difficulties when utilising the infrastructure and facilities needed for training. Nevertheless, implementation has been going fairly well. 4) Supervision has been going pretty well with the actions that have been taken in the stages of monitoring and evaluation to improve the improvement of a sports organisation, particularly in the area of basketball to achieve good basketball achievements so that members can become athletes with a national and international level of accomplishment. Conclusion. The key to accomplishing the club's objectives is having a well-defined training programme and reliable financial sources. The club's accomplishments have been facilitated by the organisational framework that is put in place in accordance with each task and role, as well as the positive collaboration between coaches, athletes, and administrators. Club performance evaluation, coach development tactics, resource management, player wellness initiatives, enhancing training quality through technology, and the impact of social support are some of the main recommendations. Reviewing the club's branding and marketing plans is also crucial, as is the players' mental and emotional growth. It is anticipated that this strategy would enhance the club's overall performance and achievement.

Abstract

Objective. Physical fitness is incorrect. One important aspect for every individual, including students, is to maintain a good level of fitness. With optimal physical condition, all activities can be performed efficiently without experiencing fatigue. The fitness levels of elementary school students can positively correlate with their academic and non-academic performance, contributing to their overall health and development. Materials and Methods. Examine This targeting For physical fitness knowledge level, high school students in Kajhu, Aceh Besar. The methodology employed a quantitative approach with a specific type of study. This is descriptive. Demographic analysis A total of 128 participants were involved in the educational sample, resulting in a comprehensive research study with 128 participants. Methodology for gathering data in the study This involves the application of TKJI to all students in Grade IV and V at Public Elementary School Kajhu. The data collection involved administering the TKJI test, which comprised a 40-meter run, hanging elbow bend, lying down, sitting for 30 seconds, upright jump, and a 600-meter run. Data analysis techniques were applied using average formulas and percentages. Results. The analysis of results data indicates the fitness levels of high school students in the class. The Great Acehnese is as follows: The physical fitness level of the student is recorded at 13.36, which falls into the lower category. The details are as follows: (1) A total of 4 individuals, representing 6.67%, fall into the Good once category. (2) There are 14 individuals, accounting for 23.33%, in the good category. (3) One individual, or 1.67%, is classified in the moderate category. (4) A group of 28 individuals, making up 46.67%, is categorised as less. (5) Lastly, 13 individuals, or 21.67%, are identified in the not enough very category. Conclusion . The average fitness level of the physical education student is 10.51, categorised as below standard, with the following details: Negative response. There is a student, the princess, who achieved a category of Good or Good once, with a total of 1 person. 1.47% fall within the moderate category, while 41 individuals, representing 60.29%, are classified in the less category. Additionally, there are 26 individuals noted. 38.24% fall into the category of insufficiently represented.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to develop Image Media learning media to calculate the multiplication of natural numbers for class II students at SDN Tejamari, Baros District. This research uses the type of research and development (R&D) from S. Thiagarajan's development model, which has 4 stages of development, namely defining, designing, developing and disseminating. The media developed is validated by material experts and media experts before conducting initial field trials on students. Data was collected using questionnaires from media experts, material experts, class II teacher questionnaires, student questionnaires, interview observations and documentation. Data resulting from research were analyzed using quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques. Based on the validation results, material experts got a score of 46 with a percentage of 83% with the criteria "Good", validation from media experts with a score of 44 with a percentage of 88% with the criteria "Very Good", and the results of class II teacher validation with a score of 99 with a percentage 94% with "Very Good" criteria. As for the results of the initial field trials, the percentage was 90% - 100% with the criteria "Very Good". Overall, the learning media Image Media is suitable for use by making it easier to calculate multiplication of natural numbers by students who have difficulty calculating multiplication using direct observation. This image media makes it easier for students to learn multiplication. Based on the results of the Pre-Test before using image media and the Post-Test using image media, the average score was 0.898 with high criteria. And obtained an N-Gain percentage score of 89.833 in the effective category. So, the learning media Image Media has been effectively used for students in improving learning outcomes for the arithmetic operation of multiplying natural numbers.
