Abstract

This study evaluates the application of PSAK 72 in revenue recognition at PT. ABC, a construction company. PSAK 72, which replaces PSAK 23 and PSAK 34, introduces a principle-based approach that requires revenue to be recognized upon fulfilling contractual obligations. The research examines whether PT. ABC’s revenue recognition process aligns with PSAK 72’s five-step framework, including contract identification, combination, modification, performance obligation identification, and fulfillment. The study adopts a qualitative approach, utilizing interviews, financial reports, and contract analysis. Findings indicate that PT. ABC largely complies with PSAK 72, particularly in contract identification, combination, modification, and fulfillment of performance obligations. However, the company has not fully implemented the identification of distinct performance obligations. Revenue recognition is conducted progressively based on project completion, using the percentage-of-completion method. The study highlights challenges in aligning construction contracts with PSAK 72, particularly in distinguishing separate obligations within a single contract. The research emphasizes the need for increased awareness and training on PSAK 72 to ensure full compliance. The findings contribute to understanding revenue recognition in the construction industry and suggest further research on PSAK 72 implementation across different sectors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain moderate thoughts in the deductive reasoning of the Mutakallimin School and their implications for influencing state policy in Indonesia, especially in the matter of registering marriages. With the regulation of Law no. 1 of 1974 concerning the obligation to register marriages through the KUA, reaping controversy and recent deviant behavior such as online siri marriages. This manuscript study using the Content Analysis method examines the deductive method of the Mutakallimin School included in the book Al-mahshul fi ilmi al ushul. As a result, the moderate reasoning of the Mutakalllimin School with the pioneers of the two Ar-Razi, namely Rhazes (925 AD) and Ar-Razi through linguistic studies of deductive reasoning has a moderate character, so that it has implications for the regulation of marriage registration at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) extracted from the pronunciation of ' am mutlaq "tadaayantum" in the Al-Qur'an Surah Al-Baqarah: 282.

Abstract

This study examines how Madrasah Tsanawiyah teachers' motivation for their work and pay interact. A survey method was employed in this study. Thirty teachers from Madrasah Tsanawiyah Cibeber Lebak Regency participated in this study. A Likert scale questionnaire with five verified response alternatives was used as the study tool. The teacher used a printed copy of the instrument to collect the instruments. According to the study, teacher work motivation is 74.80% in the very good category, and compensation is in the very good category with an achievement level of 74.78%. The correlation coefficient r is 0.70, indicating a significant and sufficient connection. Of the elements influencing teacher job motivation, 49% are related to compensation, and the remaining 51% are determined by additional factors not included in this research and which need more investigation. The study's findings indicate that remuneration and work motivation are significantly correlated. The study's conclusions suggest boosting teachers' enthusiasm at work by giving them more money through various supportive initiatives.

Abstract

This study examined the relationship between prophetic leadership and job satisfaction among Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers in Indonesia. The research method used a quantitative research design with survey techniques. Data were collected from 179 facilitator teachers in 27 provinces using a validated Likert scale questionnaire. Data analysis used regression tests to assess the effect of prophetic leadership on job satisfaction. Findings showed a significant positive correlation, indicating that a 1% increase in prophetic leadership was associated with a 0.514 increase in job satisfaction. It suggests that enhancing the principles of prophetic leadership within an education management framework can significantly improve teachers' well-being and the overall quality of education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. This study underscores the importance of integrating moral and spiritual dimensions into Islamic education, encouraging a more inclusive and dignified work environment for educators. The implications of the findings advocate a shift towards a leadership model that prioritizes ethical considerations, potentially leading to sustainable improvements in educational practices and outcomes.

Abstract

This study centers on implementing Character Education based on Local Wisdom at Public Islamic Elementary School 4 Banjar. It highlights the indispensable role of educators in imparting character values to students through local culture and wisdom. The research aims to grasp how Character Education based on local wisdom is practiced at Public Islamic Elementary School 4 Banjar Sungai Lulut and the factors that either facilitate or hinder its implementation. Employing a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, the study examines the activities and execution of Character Education based on local wisdom, involving teachers and students as research subjects. Data collection techniques encompass observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis involves data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The findings demonstrate that the school effectively integrates local wisdom into Character Education through activities such as adopting the 5S culture (smile, greeting, greeting, politeness, and politeness), religious practices, sports, and scouting, all contributing to student character development. Supportive factors such as adequate facilities, the active role of teachers, parental involvement, and the inclusion of character education in the school curriculum further enhance the implementation. Conversely, inhibiting factors such as students' lack of awareness and insufficient facilities and infrastructure present challenges to the process. These findings hold practical implications for educators, researchers, and policymakers interested in character education and implementing local wisdom in elementary schools.

Abstract

As a law enforcement institution within the Indonesian Navy, Indonesian Naval Military Police (Pomal) has the authority to handle all types of military criminal offences, general criminal offences, and disciplinary violations committed by the Indonesian Navy. One of the criminal offenses committed by the Indonesian Navy which is the concern of the Chief of Staff of Indonesian Navy is drug abuse. The purpose of this study is to analyse what factors influence the work ability of Indonesian Naval Military Police Center (Puspomal) investigators and to analyse how to improve the work ability of Puspomal investigators for drug eradication operations within the Indonesian Navy. This study uses a qualitative method. Based on data analysis in this study, it can be concluded that the work ability of Puspomal investigators is influenced by motivation, knowledge, skills, facilities and infrastructure, organisation, and investigation budget. Recommendations in this study Puspomal investigators in carrying out drug eradication operations within the Indonesian Navy can be given rewards in accordance with applicable legal procedures when succeeding in uncovering the crime of drug eradication to motivate and improve the work ability of Puspomal investigators.

Abstract

Pemasaran produk hasil pelaku usaha yang terdapat di Kabupaten Bengkalis yang masih dilakukan didaerah Kabupaten Bengkalis, membuat produk khas Bengkalis belum dikenal secara luas. Beberapa penyebab pelaku usaha di Bengkalis kurang berkembang, yaitu kurangnya memanfaatkan media promosi, kurangnya pengetahuan pelaku usaha tentang teknologi informasi dan masih terbatasnya akses pasar. Selain itu pelaku usaha juga tidak bisa menentukan media promosi apa yang tepat untuk promosi produknya. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini membuat sebuah aplikasi untuk membantu para pelaku UKM dalam menentukan media promosi yang tepat. Aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan ini menggunakan metode logika fuzzy mamdani. Hasil dari aplikasi akan memberikan rekomendasi salah satu media promosi yaitu televisi, radio, koran, internet dan pamflet. Kata Kunci:  Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Fuzzy Mamdani, Media Promosi,UKM

Abstract

Kabupaten Bengkalis merupakan daerah atau wilayah yang menempati peringkat ke-4 se-provinsi Riau, dengan jumlah UMKM sebanyak 42.029. Aplikasi jual beli online produk UMKM Bengkalis berbasis android akan digunakan untuk mempermudah setiap pengguna dalam melakukan jual beli produk yang dimiliki oleh setiap UMKM. Aplikasi ini dibangun menggunakan Android Studio untuk pembuatan aplikasi dan MySQL sebagai database-nya. Pada aplikasi ini pengguna juga bisa melakukan diskusi produk dengan UMKM.. Penelitian ini menghasilkan teknologi atau aplikasi jual beli online produk UMKM Bengkalis berbasis android dengan menampilkan informasi tentang lokasi dari UMKM dan produk-produk yang dihasilkan oleh UMKM. Kata Kunci : UMKM, Jual Beli, Aplikasi Mobile

Abstract

Legal Efforts of Verzet (resistance) are a form of resistance to the Verzet decision that has been issued by the Panel of Judges at the first instance Court (Religious Court), which is filed by the Defendant . In Verzet cases , unwanted problems usually occur, so the party who feels aggrieved can file a Verzet resistance . The issuance of the Verzet decision is the impact of the Village official or third party who immediately does not submit a release of the Court's summons so that in the process of examining a divorce case at the Religious Court, Verzet Decisions often occur so that this situation becomes a problem that becomes a common enemy for both the party that issued the decision product, namely the Indramayu Religious Court and the community seeking justice. So it is not surprising that the three defendants made resistance efforts (verzet) and even criminal reporting efforts for perpetrators who removed and did not submit the release of the summons to the defendant and even to the plaintiff. The research method used in this study is normative legal research. Qualitative research such as using non-numerical data, such as interviews, observations, and text analysis, to understand the social and cultural phenomena that occur. With the problem of what is the legal basis for the default decision of the Indramayu Religious Court Number 731/Pdt.G/2024/PA.IM. to provide a sense of justice and what legal efforts are made in cases with default decisions against the defendant based on the decision of the religious court Number 731/Pdt.G/2024/PA.IM . This study examines two important aspects in Indonesian civil procedural law related to default decisions. First, a comprehensive review of the default decision process which is a decision that is issued without the presence of the defendant even though he has been properly summoned, including the procedure for a valid summons, examination of the completeness of the lawsuit, the judge's considerations, and the defendant's right to file a default legal remedy. Second, an analysis of the considerations of the Panel of Judges in deciding the case of objection to the default decision in the case of divorce lawsuit Number: 731/Pdt.G/2024/PA.IM, with an emphasis on formal and material aspects, including the validity of the summons procedure, the absence of the defendant, the validity of the submission of the default, and the substance of the objection filed by the defendant. This study aims to analyze the suitability between the theory of civil procedural law and judicial practice in the specific context of divorce lawsuit cases in the Religious Court.
