Abstract

Administrative performance, namely all mechanisms that can assist, expedite, increase activity and efficiency of the administrative process by providing all the necessary data and information, so that the administration runs smoothly. This study aims to determine how the effect of administrative performance on service quality in SMA Negeri 2 Parepare. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The sample used in this study was the entire population, as many as 106 students at SMA Negeri 2 Parepare. The data from the results of this study used the SPSS 25 application which consisted of validity and reliability tests, descriptive data analysis techniques and inferential statistical analysis. The results of this study indicate that the indicators used in each of these variables indicate where the administrative performance is in the sufficient category. The service quality variable is in the sufficient category. Based on the correlation test, there is a very strong/very high relationship between the two variables. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between administrative performance on service quality at SMA Negeri 2 Parepare.

Abstract

The role of Public Relations in improving information services at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, South Sulawesi. This research aims to determine the role of public relations in improving information services at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, South Sulawesi. This type of research is descriptive research using qualitative methods and approaches to determine the role of Public Relations in Improving Information Services at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, South Sulawesi. The number of informants in this research was 5 people, namely one head of the public relations sub-division and 4 informants who were the First Expert Public Relations Officers and young public relations officers. The data collection techniques used are the interview method and documentation method. The data analysis techniques used by researchers are data collection techniques, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this research show that the role of Public Relations in improving information services in the Regional Offices of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights can be said to "play a role" in improving information services, this is indicated by the research results on each indicator, namely: Expert Advisor, Communication Facilitator, Problem Solving Process Facilitator, and Communication Engineering. The role of public relations in improving information services at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, South Sulawesi, needs to be maintained while still paying attention to several other factors that can influence improving information services. Looking at the four roles of public relations in significantly improving information services at the Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, South Sulawesi, the role is as a problem-solving process facilitator, communication facilitator, and communication technician)

Abstract

Leadership is an important element in a company, because without leadership a company will experience setbacks. A leader has different characteristics in leading his subordinates. This leader's behavior is called leadership style. This study aims to determine the effect of democratic leadership style on the performance of employees in PD. Greater Makassar Parking. This research is a quantitative research that shows causation. The sample in this study were 51 people using the Simple Random Sampling technique and 3 informants. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive data analysis and inferential statistical analysis. Based on the results of the product moment correlation test, the relationship between variables is moderate. The results showed that the democratic leadership style was in the "Very Good" category while the employee's performance was in the "Very Good" category. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis it was concluded that there is a positive and significant influence of democratic leadership style on employee performance. Choosing the right leadership style will have a good impact on the company. The results of this study state that the democratic leadership style tends to be open with employees, this can improve an employee's performance because they are able to work together and provide direct opinions with leaders. Abstract

Standard Operational Procedures are work guidelines that are very important for a company to implement properly because they function as a legal basis and guidelines to minimize errors in work implementation. This research aims to find out how standard operational procedures for material processing are implemented in the logistics sub-sector of PT PLN (Perseor) UP3 South Makassar. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results show that the implementation of standard operational procedures has been implemented well, this can be seen from each dimension, namely the work efficiency dimension which has been efficient, the employee work consistency dimension has been consistent but there is still a flow of activities that are not being implemented. Dimension Minimization of errors that employees can make in work activities. Dimensions Problem resolution can be done by employees carrying out existing procedures. The work protection dimension has been implemented well. Appropriate work map dimensions. This research presents new information regarding the implementation of standard operational procedures for material processes in more detail by linking the theory and locus in this research which is different from previous research, namely in the logistics sub-sector of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 South Makassar. So this research can be used as evaluation material for research loci to improve employee work consistency through the implementation of good standard operational procedures

Abstract

The implementation of regional government which was marked by the enactment of Law No. 32 of 2004 concerning Regional Government has had far-reaching consequences for the government agency for the analysis of the quality of public services at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Takalar Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to determine the quality of public services at the Office of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Takalar Regency. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the analysis of the quality of public services at the office of the takalar district population and civil registration office seen from the Tangible dimension (physical evidence) has been implemented. The Reability dimension has been implemented, but there are still indicators that have not met people's expectations, namely regarding the expertise of employees in using assistive devices. The Responsiveness dimension has been implemented, but there are indicators that have not met the expectations of the community regarding the timeliness of employees in providing services. The Assurance dimension has been implemented according to the wishes of the community. The Empathy Dimension has been implemented. This study presents new, more detailed information by linking the latest theory compared to previous research regarding the quality of public services at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Takalar Regency so that it can be used as evaluation material for research loci to further improve the quality of their services

Abstract

This study aims to determine Household Economic Empowerment by the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (Study in Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency). This research includes descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The implementation of the process and the achievement of the above empowerment objectives are achieved through the application of the empowerment approach which can be abbreviated to 5P, namely: Enablement (Potential Development), Strengthening (capability), Protection, Support (Support) and Maintenance. The results showed that Household Economic Empowerment by the Office of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (Study in Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency) in general empowerment has been carried out quite well, but still needs to be optimized in application and innovation in empowering.

Abstract

Di SMK Negeri 2 Majene, inisiatif kolaboratif telah dibentuk sebagai hasil kerja sama dengan Pascasarjana Universitas Negeri Makassar dan pemangku kepentingan setempat. Fokus utamanya adalah pada integrasi teknologi dalam pengembangan pariwisata berkelanjutan. Mengingat pentingnya teknologi dalam era modern, proyek ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana keahlian digital siswa dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap perkembangan pariwisata Kabupaten Majene. Melalui pelatihan yang dirancang dengan baik, inovatif, dan komprehensif, siswa diajarkan prinsip dan praktek teknologi informasi, khususnya dalam bidang promosi dan manajemen pariwisata. Inisiatif semacam ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya teknologi dalam pariwisata tetapi juga memotivasi generasi muda untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam pengembangan potensi pariwisata daerah mereka. Lebih dari itu, sinergi antara sektor pendidikan dan industri pariwisata menciptakan peluang untuk pertumbuhan ekonomi berkelanjutan, mendorong inovasi dan kolaborasi antar-sektor. Ini adalah contoh nyata bagaimana pendidikan yang mengadopsi teknologi dapat menjadi katalis perubahan, menciptakan sektor pariwisata yang lebih inklusif, berdaya saing, dan siap menghadapi tantangan masa depan. Ini menunjukkan potensi besar teknologi dalam mengubah wajah pariwisata Kabupaten Majene.

Abstract

The use of finger print is an electronic-based attendance tool used to see the level of employee discipline. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of finger printing use in the Soppeng Regency Environmental Office. To achieve this goal, researchers use data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study was all employees of the Soppeng Regency Environmental Office which amounted to 62 people and sampling was carried out based on the Krejcie table as many as 55 people. Data is presented through a frequency table and processed using score calculations. The data analysis technique uses a percentage formula. The results of this study show that the effectiveness of finger printing in the Soppeng Regency Environmental Office is carried out very well or very effectively. These results are seen from the aspects of: 1) achieving targets, namely achieving employee attendance and productivity with a percentage result of 92.25%, 2) employee adaptability to finger printing with a percentage result of 95.81%, (3) employee job satisfaction with a percentage result of 91.85%, (4) employee responsibility to complete work on time with a percentage result of 92%.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the role of public relations in managing and conveying information to the people of Pinrang Regency is described. This research is qualitative, therefore to achieve the research objectives, data collection techniques are used, namely observation, interview and documentation techniques. There were 3 informants, namely the Head of the Public Communication Media Management Section, the Head of the Public Communication Media Management Section and the Staff of the Public Communication Media Management Section.The results of the study show that the role of public relations as a communication expert is tasked with conveying information to the public while receiving various directions and inputs from the Community Information Group (KIM). Public Relations as a problem solving process facilitator as a routine problem-solving facility carries out intense coordination with each KIM in each sub-district. Public Relations as a Communication Facilitator is tasked with establishing cooperative relationships with social media practitioners, actively and participatorically interacting with the community and providing understanding to the community and lastly, public relations as a Technician Facilitator is tasked with analyzing activities carried out by the community, including those that have a positive impact on the community itself, reporting on activities carried out by the community. This study proves that the implementation of the role of Public Relations in managing and conveying information to the community is going well so that the people of Pinrang Regency can get the information they need properly and appropriately.
