Abstract

This study aims to determine the supervisory performance of the Siwa Class III port management unit office employees in Realizing the Safety and Security of Passengers at the Siwa Sea Port. This study uses qualitative research methods with 5 (five) people, namely the leadership, office employees and ship crew. This research was conducted at the Siwa Class III Port Operator Unit Office. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained from the research results are processed using data analysis techniques, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion/verification. The results of the study indicate that the analysis of the supervision of the port management unit class III office employees in realizing the safety and security of passengers proves that the performance of employee supervision still needs to be improved, seen from the indicators, namely the supervision procedure is not stable, the supervision standard is not good and the supervision accuracy is quite good

Abstract

One of the most influential factors in human resources is the discipline factor. This study aims to determine the factors that influence employee discipline during the Covid-19 Pandemic at the Sinjai Regency DPRD Secretariat. This study uses a qualitative research method with 7 (seven) people, namely the leadership and employees of the DPRD secretariat. This research was conducted at the Secretariat of the DPRD Sinjai Regency. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained from the research results are processed using data analysis techniques, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion/verification. The results show that the analysis of factors that influence employee discipline during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Sinjai Regency DPRD Secretariat proves that there are influencing factors, seen from the provision of employee compensation, leadership role models for employees, the existence of definite rules, leadership courage in taking action. , the existence of leadership supervision, and the establishment of discipline

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Return On Equity dan Earning Per Share terhadap harga saham. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan metode dokumentasi. Metode pengambilan Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling yaitu sebanyak 5 Bank dari jumlah 46 populasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017 - 2020. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian ini diolah dengan analisis regresi linear berganda dan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Return On Equity secara parsial berpengaruh Positif terhadap harga saham, Earning Per Share secara parsial berpengaruh Positif terhadap harga saham, serta secara bersama-sama ROE dan EPS berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. nilai R Square sebesar 0.828, maka Harga Saham dipengaruhi oleh ROE dan EPS dengan nilai sebesar 82,8% dan sisanya di pengaruhi oleh faktor lain

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Komitmen Organisasional Karyawan di UD. Tunas Abadi serta faktor pendirong terbentuknya komitmen organisasional di UD. Tunas Abadi. Jenis Penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Adapun pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan melalui teknik ketekunan peneliti dan member check. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Narasumber yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 5 orang pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasional   karyawan UD. Tunas Abadi berada pada skala Komitmen berkelanjutan (Continuance Commitment), dimana karyawan ingin tetap tinggal dalam organisasi karena merasa akan rugi jika mengundurkan diri dan akan kehilangan sumber bantuan finansialnya. Adapun faktor pendorong terbentuknya komitmen organisasional dianggap tidak terpenuhi karena   rata-rata indikator pembentuk tidak sesuai dengan hasil yang ada dilapangan.

Abstract

Abstract. Since the first Covid-19 case was reported in March of 2020, the development of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic in Indonesia has experienced active cases with the death rate graph dynamically increasing. Various efforts were continuously made within the Indonesian legal system, including how to protect the people who become victims of social stigma and discrimination in line with diagnosed and misdiagnosed Covid-19 sufferers. Covid-19 sufferers used to be burdened with humiliation, outcast, and disrespect occurred within the family or local community making them victims for restorative application. As stigma and discrimination had victimized into psychological effects and social conditions, McCold’s suggestion of restorative application known as the Primary Stakeholder, explains losses recovery. Using the theory, Indonesian Legal System has responded, however limited to cases of minor crimes, women dealing with law, children, and narcotics.   Keywords: Covid-19; Indonesia; McCold; Restorative justice; victims

Abstract

Academic cheating is any dishonest act committed by students in order to gain achievement in the academic realm. independent variable (X) and academic fraud in online learning as the dependent variable (Y). This study analyzes the factors that encourage students to commit fraudulent behavior, especially in online learning. This study used observation data collection techniques, questionnaires and documentation by collecting sample data of 96 students. While the data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis. The regression model feasibility test tool used is the classical assumption test. The hypothesis testing tools used are simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test and R2 test. The results of this study prove that there is a positive and significant influence of each variable from pressure, opportunity, rationalization, ability and arrogance towards academic cheating in online learning partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Implementation of Cross-Sectoral Activities Convergence Action in Stunting Handling in Sinjai district. This type of research uses qualitative research. Data collection techniques are carried out using interview techniques. Technical data validation. The data analysis technique used consists of data condensation, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study show that in the Implementation of Cross-Sectoral Activities Convergence Action in Stunting Handling (Case Study: Sinjai Regency) seen from the implementation of public policy concepts, namely efforts to create relationships that allow policies to be realized such as Regent Regulation Number 10 of 2020 concerning Stunting Prevention and Handling in Villages and Regent Regulation Number 40 of 2021 concerning Stunting Prevention and Handling in Regions that  is a guide in the implementation of integrated stunting handling interventions and the existence of Regional Head committees as seen from the Decree of the Regent of Sinjai Number 363 of 2022 concerning the Formation of a Team for the Acceleration of Stunting Reduction in Sinjai Regency. Meanwhile, judging from the implementation of public policy in Sinjai Regency in terms of handling stunting, there are 6 dimensions of assessment. Of the six dimensions, there are 4 dimensions that are included in the good assessment, namely Inter-Organization Communication, Characteristics of the Implementing Organization, Economic, Social, and Political Conditions and Implementing Tendencies. While 2 dimensions are considered quite good, namely Standards, Objectives, Policies, and Resources. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation has been running but needs consistency in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Effect of Implementation of Syam-Ok-Based Online Learning Policies and Lecturer Competence on Student Learning Motivation in the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Makassar State University. This type of research is a quantitative research using a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used consists of testing the validity and reliability of the instrument, descriptive statistical analysis, normality test and inferential statistical analysis. The results of the study show that the implementation of the Syam-Ok-based online learning policy is well implemented with a percentage of 75.73%, the competence of lecturers at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Makassar State University is in the good category with a percentage of 79.20%, student learning motivation is in the good category with a percentage of 73%, the implementation of online learning policies based on Sham-Ok has a significant influence on student learning motivation with a percentage of influence of 56.9% in the medium category, lecturer competence has a significant influence on student learning motivation with a percentage of influence of 70.2% in the high category , and the implementation of Syam-Ok-based online learning policies and lecturer competencies together can influence student learning motivation in the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Makassar State University with an influence percentage of 70.4% in the high category and 29.6% influenced by other variables. Keywords: Policy Implementation, Lecturer Competence and Motivation

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the environment on employee work motivation at the Office of the Investment and One Stop Service Office of South Sulawesi Province. This study uses quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, questionnaires and documentation. The population in this study were 83 people. The sampling method is saturated sample. Data obtained from the program through the SPSS 25 application which consists of validity tests, descriptive data analysis techniques and inferential statistical data analysis. The results showed that the work environment variable was in the good category and work motivation was in the good category. Based on the results of the inferential analysis, it shows that there is a significant influence between the work environment on the work motivation of employees at the Office of the Investment and One Stop Service Office of South Sulawesi Province.
