Abstract

Latar Belakang: Pengetahuan tentang kesehatan reproduksi pada remaja usia nikah dan calon pengantin masih tergolong rendah. Pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi memegang peranan penting bagi calon pasangan pengantin sehingga harus dipersiapkan dengan baik. Kesehatan reproduksi menjadi titik awal perkembangan kesehatan ibu dan anak yang dapat dipersiapkan sejak dini, bahkan sebelum seorang perempuan hamil dan menjadi ibu. Aplikasi E-Kescatin merupakan inovasi digital dari Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia yang ditujukan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan calon pengantin dalam aspek kesehatan reproduksi. Keberhasilan implementasi aplikasi ini dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor yang bersifat individu, sosial, organisasi, hingga budaya.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pemanfaatan aplikasi E-Kescatin oleh calon pengantin di wilayah kerja Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Pringsewu.Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 13 calon pengantin yang telah menggunakan aplikasi E-Kescatin. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara terstruktur, kemudian dianalisis secara tematik.Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor demografi seperti usia dan tingkat pendidikan memengaruhi pemahaman dan kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi. Dukungan sosial dari tenaga kesehatan, keluarga, serta komitmen organisasi terbukti memperkuat adopsi aplikasi. Pengetahuan, motivasi pribadi, dan persepsi manfaat juga menjadi faktor penting dalam keberlanjutan penggunaan. Faktor budaya memiliki pengaruh beragam, di mana norma budaya cenderung mendukung, namun mitos dan kepercayaan tradisional masih menjadi hambatan bagi sebagian responden.Kesimpulan: Pemanfaatan aplikasi E-Kescatin dipengaruhi oleh kombinasi faktor demografi, sosial, pengetahuan, dan budaya. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan edukasi oleh tenaga kesehatan, peningkatan sosialisasi kebijakan, serta kolaborasi lintas sektor untuk memperkuat penerimaan dan efektivitas program secara berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci: E-Kescatin, Calon Pengantin, Kesehatan Reproduksi, Inovasi Digital, Faktor Sosial Budaya ABSTRACT Background: Knowledge about reproductive health among adolescents of marriageable age and prospective brides is still relatively low. Reproductive health education plays an important role for prospective bridal couples so that it must be well prepared. Reproductive health is the starting point for the development of maternal and child health that can be prepared early, even before a woman becomes pregnant and becomes a mother. The E-Kescatin application is a digital innovation from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia aimed at improving the readiness of prospective brides in the aspect of reproductive health. The successful implementation of this application is influenced by various individual, social, organizational, and cultural factors.Objective: This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that influence the utilization of the E-Kescatin application by prospective brides in the working area of the Pringsewu District Health Office.Methods: This study used a descriptive quantitative approach with a sample of 13 prospective brides who had used the E-Kescatin application. Data were collected through questionnaires and structured interviews, then analyzed thematically.Results: The results showed that demographic factors such as age and education level influenced the understanding and ease of use of the app. Social support from health workers, family, and organizational commitment were shown to strengthen app adoption. Knowledge, personal motivation and perceived benefits were also important factors in continued use. Cultural factors had a mixed influence, with cultural norms tending to be supportive, but myths and traditional beliefs still posing barriers for some respondents.Conclusion: E-Kescatin application utilization is influenced by a combination of demographic, social, knowledge, and cultural factors. This study recommends strengthening education by health workers, increasing policy socialization, and cross-sector collaboration to strengthen program acceptance and effectiveness in a sustainable manner. Keywords: E-Kescatin, Bride-to-be, Reproductive Health, Digital Innovation, Socio-Cultural Factors

Abstract

Kesehatan mental merupakan aspek penting dalam kehidupan manusia modern, dengan gangguan kecemasan menjadi salah satu masalah yang kian mengkhawatirkan. Dalam konteks ini, Al-Qur’an sebagai kitab suci umat Islam diyakini mempunyai nilai penyembuhan (syifâ’) yang mampu merespon persoalan kejiwaan. Tulisan ini mengangkat permasalahan utama mengenai bagaimana korelasi antara konsep syifâ’ dalam Al-Qur’an dengan gangguan kecemasan dalam perspektif ilmu psikopatologi. Untuk menjawab persoalan tersebut, penulis mengajukan empat rumusan masalah: kajian kebahasaan syifâ’, konsep syifâ’ dalam Al-Qur’an, gangguan kecemasan menurut psikopatologi, serta korelasi antara keduanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tafsir tematik (maudhu’i) dan pendekatan interdisipliner dengan memadukan literatur tafsir dan psikologi. Data diperoleh melalui studi pustaka dari kitab tafsir klasik-kontemporer serta literatur psikopatologi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Al-Qur’an, melalui konsep syifâ’-nya, tidak hanya berperan sebagai penyembuh spiritual, tetapi juga memiliki potensi ilmiah dalam membantu proses pemulihan gangguan kecemasan, khususnya pada aspek emosional dan kejiwaan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memperluas wawasan tentang hubungan antara wahyu dan sains, khususnya dalam kajian kesehatan mental.

Abstract

Social justice in Islamic education encompasses principles that ensure every individual receives equal rights to quality education, without discrimination based on social, economic, or ethnic status. This concept is the goal and ideal of Tuan Guru Muhammad Zainuddin Abdul Majid. This study aims to identify and analyze the values of social justice integrated by Mr. Zainuddin Abdul Majid in the field of education. The type of research is library research, using a qualitative approach. Data was collected through a review of primary books and previous scientific works, then analyzed to identify the integration of social justice values in the thoughts of Tuan Guru Muhammad Zainuddin Abdul Majid. The results of the study indicate that the educational development carried out by Tuan Guru Muhammad Zainuddin Abdul Majid in West Nusa Tenggara reflects the integration of social justice values as stated in the Preamble of the 1945 Constitution. Equal access to education is a right of all Indonesian citizens, as stipulated in the constitution, to achieve social justice for all Indonesian people. This study encourages the development of inclusive and equitable education policies that adopt the social justice values of Muhammad Zainuddin Abdul Majid.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dosen dan mahasiswa dalam menulis karya ilmiah yang sesuai dengan standar akademik melalui pemanfaatan aplikasi manajemen referensi Mendeley. Permasalahan umum yang dihadapi dalam penulisan ilmiah, seperti ketidaktepatan dalam pengutipan, penulisan daftar pustaka, serta kurangnya pemahaman terhadap etika akademik, menjadi latar belakang utama pelaksanaan kegiatan ini. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Kampus 1 Universitas Muhammadiyah Bima, bertempat di ruangan dosen, dengan pendekatan pelatihan yang terdiri dari tiga tahap: persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Peserta diberikan materi teori penulisan ilmiah, dilanjutkan dengan praktik langsung penggunaan Mendeley, serta pendampingan dalam menyusun draft artikel ilmiah. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam menulis serta mengelola referensi secara sistematis dan bebas dari plagiarisme. Kegiatan ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal dalam membangun budaya literasi ilmiah berbasis teknologi di lingkungan kampus.

Abstract

The management of the head of the madrasah in increasing the competitiveness of schools at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Palembang is very necessary as a direction to be carried out so that the competitiveness of the school is achieved. Supporting the success of the head of the madrasah in increasing the competitiveness of this school is by striving for a well-organized, precise and systematic implementation management process and in accordance with applicable policies. This study aims to describe and analyze how the planning, organization, implementation and supervision of the madrasah head management in improving school competitiveness in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Hikmah Palembang. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method whose data collection includes interviews, observations and documentation with research informants, namely the head of the madrasah as the key informant and teachers and education staff as supporting informants. The results of this study show that 1) The planning of madrasah heads in increasing school competitiveness at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Hikmah Palembang by carrying out several meeting activities related to PPDB, independent curriculum training for teachers, quality of facilities, programs for madrasas and regular monthly meetings between madrasah heads of teachers and education staff as an effort to increase school competitiveness. 2) The organization of the head of the madrasah in increasing the competitiveness of the school at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Hikmah Palembang, namely in terms of the division of duties and authority, is decided and approved directly by the head of the madrasah together with the teachers and education staff at the meeting held before the new school year begins, the head of the madrasah has divided the task in the form of an organizational structure in accordance with the competence or expertise possessed by each teacher or existing education personnel. 3) The implementation of the head of the madrasah in increasing the competitiveness of the school at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Hikmah Palembang is running quite smoothly, especially the interest of the community is very closely related to increasing the competitiveness of the school because in the implementation of the interest of the community, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Hikmah makes a school program that is believed to be able to attract the interest of the community, namely not imposing the Education Development Contribution (SPP) money for every month. 4) The supervision of the head of the madrasah in improving the competitiveness of the school at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Hikmah Palembang is carried out by the head of the madrasah with monitoring and evaluation related to the quality of educators, quality of facilities, school achievements and community interest. This is done so that they can find out what needs to be improved or improved again so that the school's competitiveness can increase

Abstract

The punishment for a child is a special sentence imposed by a judge, apart from imprisonment, in the verdict that the sentence does not need to be carried out due to certain conditions. In the judge's ruling on juvenile punishment, it is stated in Law No. 11 of 2012. This research examines how judges consider sentencing children in conflict with the law at the Takengon District Court in cases with the same circumstances but different verdicts. In this research writing, the researcher uses the normative legal research method, which is an approach based on primary legal materials by examining theories, concepts, legal principles, and regulations related to this research. This approach is also known as the library approach, where the researcher studies the judge's considerations in criminal decisions against children in the same case. The result of this research is that the legal basis for conditional sentences and imprisonment for children has been regulated in the Child Criminal Justice System Law No. 11 of 2012, which states all procedures for handling juvenile criminal cases from the investigation stage, guidance, until the completion of the sentence. As for the legal reasons behind the judge's decision, conditional sentences and prison sentences must be reviewed from several aspects, such as social and economic factors that can influence the judge's considerations, including supporting facilities.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of digital marketing and Customer Relationship Management on the level of sales of UMKM products in Dompu Regency. The research method used in this research is quantitative research, with a descriptive approach. The quantitative data collection technique in the research used a questionnaire with a saturated sample of UMKM registered on the website of the Dompu Regency Cooperatives and UKM Service. And analyze the data using SPSS tools. The results of this study indicate that both digital marketing and customer relationship management have a positive and significant effect on the increase in UMKM product sales, both partially and simultaneously. The t-test shows that digital marketing has a significance value of 0.004 and CRM has a significance value of 0.000, both of which are significant at the 95% confidence level. The F-test shows a significance value of 0.000, indicating that both variables jointly have a significant effect on sales. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.628, indicating that 62.8% of the variation in UMKM sales can be explained by the combination of digital marketing and CRM.

Abstract

The role of the banking sector in supporting a country's economy is crucial, particularly in facilitating the implementation of national development aimed at fostering economic growth and stability to improve the standard of living of the society. Therefore, this study aims to examine whether financial inclusion has an impact on the stability of Islamic banking in Indonesia, using the Generalized Least Squares (GLS) method. To obtain a clear and measurable understanding, this research employs a descriptive quantitative approach, supported by the GLS method, which addresses issues found in classical assumption testing. The analysis is conducted using Eviews 12 with panel time series data. To measure the financial stability of Islamic banking, financial inclusion is represented by MSMEs and Deposits, while stability is measured using the NPF (Non-Performing Financing) variable. The research findings are as follows: First, the independent variable MSMEs significantly affects NPF. Second, the independent variable Deposits also significantly affects NPF. Third, the F-test indicates that MSMEs and Deposits jointly influence NPF. Thus, financial inclusion has a significant impact on the stability of Islamic banking in Indonesia.

Abstract

Remaja putri merupakan kelompok dengan pola makan spesifik yang sangat dipengaruhi oleh trend, media dan gaya hidup, sehingga cenderung mempunyai pola makan yang tidak sehat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan kebiasaan makan pada mahasiswa Kebidanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional, pada mahasiswi Prodi DIII kebidanan di Banda Aceh yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 30 Juli sampai 15 Agustus 2020. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode propotional Random Sampling terhadap 162 mahasiswa. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah tempat tinggal, Body image, preferensi makanan, Media informasi, teman sebaya, uang saku dan pengetahuan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui google form menggunakan media sosial Whats App. Analisa data dilakukan secara multi variety dengan menggunakan analisis regresi logistic pada tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Hasil analisa bivariate menunjukkan ada hubungan signifikan antara body image (p=0,012; OR: 1,67; CI= 1,12-2,51), teman sebaya (p=0,001; OR: 78,8; CI= 27,7-223), media informasi (p=0,001; OR: 20,9; CI= 9,08-48,2), dan preferensi makanan (p=0,001; OR: 4,7; CI=2,23-9,87) dan tidak ada hubungan antara uang saku, tempat tinggal dan pengetahuan dengan kebiasaan makan (p>0,05). Kesimpulan akhir dari penelitian ini menunjukkan faktor risiko paling dominan yang berhubungan dengan kebiasaan makan pada mahasiswa kebidanan Banda Aceh adalah pengaruh teman sebaya dengan OR=91 (95% CI: 20,18-412,77) dengan p= 0,001. Perlu dilakukan peningkatan pengetahuan melalui edukasi terstruktur di kampus atau lingkungan remaja dengan melibatkan teman sebaya sebagai sosok kunci penyampaian informasi.
