Abstract

Tripartite Cooperation (LKS) is vital in creating harmonious industrial relations between employers, workers, and the government. The Tripartite concept refers to the involvement of three parties: the government as a regulator, employers as employers, and workers as parties carrying out the work. Through this institution, social dialogue and deliberation between the three parties are expected to accelerate problem-solving, create fairer policies, and increase productivity and work conductivity in various industrial sectors. Tripartite LKS is a forum that allows for healthy communication and negotiation and reduces the potential for conflict in the world of work. The design of this study is a Literature Review. Literature review studies are used to collect data or synthesise sources related to research topics from various sources, including journals, books, documentation, the internet and libraries. The literature study method is a series of activities related to the method of collecting library data, reading and recording, and managing writing materials. The method of searching for articles in research journal databases and searching via the internet. The database search used is Google Scholar from 2019 to 2024. For article searches, the keywords used are also included in the data collection, namely "Tripartite LKS". Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the Tripartite LKS plays a very important role in increasing productivity and work conductivity. The existence of this institution not only functions as a mediator in resolving disputes but also as a facilitator in creating harmonious and mutually beneficial industrial relations. Therefore, strengthening the Tripartite LKS must be a priority in employment policies, both at the national and industrial sectors, to achieve sustainable economic development. With the Tripartite LKS running well, it is hoped that productivity and work conductivity will continue to increase, thus creating a better, more prosperous, and more productive work environment for all parties involved.

Abstract

Industrial relations between the government and workers are very important in increasing work productivity. The government can make policies that support increased work productivity, develop infrastructure, and develop human resources. Thus, good industrial relations between the government and workers can increase work motivation, quality of life, and economic growth. The design of this study is Literature Review, Literature review studies are used to collect data or a synthesis of sources related to research topics from various sources, including journals, books, documentation, the internet and libraries. The literature study method is a series of activities related to the method of collecting library data, reading and recording, and managing writing materials. The method of searching for articles in research journal databases and searching via the internet. The database search used is Google Scholar from 2019 to 2024. For article searches, the keywords used are also included in the data collection, namely "The Role of Government to Improve Performance". In an effort to create conducive industrial relations, both at the manufacturing company level and in a broader context, it is important for all parties, namely employers, workers, and the government to work together in maintaining harmony and creating a stable, productive, and mutually beneficial work environment. The government has a very crucial role in creating fair regulations, setting work safety standards, and facilitating dialogue between employers and workers. On the other hand, employers and workers also have a big responsibility to maintain open and constructive communication to resolve any problems that arise.

Abstract

The problem of employment in Indonesia is very complex, in addition to the laws and regulations on employment that are still overlapping, Indonesia is also the first Asian country to ratify all eight fundamental conventions, including freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining, freedom of association and protection of the right to organize; elimination of forced labor, elimination of discrimination; minimum age, elimination of child labor. Although in reality, many companies have not been able to eliminate these things because of the environment or other things. Facing the problem of human resources or workers, it is necessary to consider how productivity can be achieved by workers. The design of this study is Literature Review, Literature review studies are used to collect data or a synthesis of sources related to the research topic from various sources, including journals, books, documentation, the internet and libraries. The literature study method is a series of activities related to the method of collecting library data, reading and recording, and managing writing materials. The method of searching for articles in research journal databases and searching via the internet. The database search used was Google Scholar from 2019 to 2024. For article searches, the keywords used were also included in the data collection, namely "Bipartite LKS to improve performance". The process of institutionalizing Bipartite LKS as an instrument for preventing industrial relations disputes in the workplace is important and occupies a strategic position. This is based on the natural conditions that trigger the emergence of industrial relations disputes, namely the failure to reach a compromise on certain interests of the parties in the production process in the workplace. Bipartite LKS is effective as a medium for bringing together conflicting interests to be compromised, there is a dialogue process that is oriented towards reaching an agreement on the disputed issues. The obstacles faced in institutionalizing Bipartite LKS as an instrument for preventing industrial relations disputes in the workplace include the lack of support from the Employer to form Bipartite LKS in the Workplace, resistance from Trade Union Organizations/Labor Unions at the Company Level, Bipartite LKS not being a formal institution for Resolving Industrial Relations Disputes, and difficulties in Recruiting Bipartite LKS Management for Workers.

Academics have an important role in increasing productivity and work conductivity in the industrial environment, both nationally and globally. A synergistic relationship between academics and the industrial world can create innovations and solutions that support economic growth and work efficiency. In addition, optimal productivity also contributes to increasing the company's competitiveness in the global market. Abstract

The rapid development of the industrial world at the global and national levels has given rise to various challenges in terms of industrial relations. Healthy and productive industrial relations depend heavily on the synergy between employers, workers, and the government, all of whom must understand each other and work together to create conditions conducive to industrial sustainability. However, in reality, many countries and industrial sectors face industrial relations problems that can disrupt productivity and work conductivity. This phenomenon does not only occur at the local level, but is also global, where the problems that arise often involve differences in employment policies, social inequality, and economic instability. The design of this study is a Literature Review; Literature review studies are used to collect data or synthesize sources related to research topics from various sources, including journals, books, documentation, the internet and libraries. The literature study method is a series of activities related to the method of collecting library data, reading and recording, and managing writing materials—the method of searching for articles in research journal databases and searching via the internet. The database search used is Google Scholar from 2019 to 2024. Based on the discussion in the journal regarding "The Role of Employers' Associations in Increasing Work Productivity and Conductivity", it can be concluded that employer associations play a very important role in creating a productive and conducive work environment. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of shift work system and workload on employee productivity in the production department of PT Setia Raya Mandiri, Serang Regency branch, and to provide recommendations that can help companies improve work effectiveness and reduce the level of rejects. This type of research is related to descriptive quantitative research. The subjects or participants in this study were all employees of PT Setia Raya Mandiri, Production Department, Serang Regency Branch, totaling 41 people. Primary data were collected through a closed questionnaire method distributed to employees online. Data obtained from the results of distributing the questionnaire were analyzed quantitatively using descriptive statistical analysis and analysis of relationships between variables. Furthermore, relationship analysis was used to determine the relationship or influence between the variables studied, with the help of SPSS statistical software version 26.0. Validity testing was carried out by comparing the calculated r and table r values using SPSS. Items are declared valid if calculated r > table r. Reliability testing used the Cronbach's Alpha method, with reliable criteria if the alpha value > 0.70, which indicates that the instrument is consistent and reliable. This study shows that the shift work system and workload have an effect on employee productivity at PT Setia Raya Mandiri. Partially, the shift work system has a positive effect with a significance value of 0.013, while the workload also shows a significant effect with a significance value of 0.00. Simultaneously, the two variables explain 72.5% of the variation in employee productivity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of workload and work environment partially and simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Thena Ely Sejahtera, South Tangerang City. The results of this study are expected to be the basis for policy making in human resource management, especially in increasing employee productivity and welfare. This research is included in the explanatory quantitative category, namely research that aims to explain the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. This approach is used to determine the effect of workload and work environment on employee performance. The subjects of the study were all employees of PT. Thena Ely Sejahtera in South Tangerang City, totaling 43 people. The total sampling technique was used, with the number of respondents actively filling out the questionnaire as many as 30 people. Data were collected through closed questionnaires compiled using a Likert scale of 1–5. The questionnaire was distributed online using digital communication media to reach all respondents efficiently. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis to determine the simultaneous and partial effects of workload and work environment on employee performance. The analysis process was carried out with the help of the SPSS version 25 program, and was preceded by descriptive statistical analysis. This study shows that workload and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Thena Ely Sejahtera. Partially, workload has a positive effect with a significance value of 0.015, while the work environment has a dominant and significant effect with a significance value of 0.000. Simultaneously, both variables explain 69.8% of the variation in employee performance. This confirms that proper workload division and the creation of a conducive work environment are very important to increase productivity

Abstract

Pencapaian target bisnis, tetapi juga pada pembinaan hubungan kerja yang sehat antara manajemen dan karyawan. Hubungan industrial yang baik mencerminkan keseimbangan antara kepentingan perusahaan dan kesejahteraan karyawan, sehingga mendorong terbentuknya lingkungan kerja yang stabil, adil, dan produktif. Stabilitas hubungan industrial menjadi landasan bagi terciptanya ketenangan kerja, efisiensi produksi, dan loyalitas sumber daya manusia.Salah satu indikator hubungan industrial yang sehat dapat dilihat dari rendahnya konflik, tingginya partisipasi karyawan dalam kegiatan organisasi, serta adanya komunikasi dua arah yang terbuka dan konstruktif. Di sinilah pentingnya peran manajemen dalam membangun kebijakan, struktur komunikasi, dan sistem kerja yang memungkinkan terciptanya iklim kerja yang kooperatif dan saling menguntungkan.Kepemimpinan yang baik ditandai dengan kemampuan menginspirasi, memberi teladan, serta menjalin komunikasi terbuka antara atasan dan bawahan. Pemimpin yang memahami kebutuhan emosional dan profesional karyawannya akan menciptakan iklim kerja yang positif, menumbuhkan loyalitas, dan memacu motivasi kerja. Dalam hubungan industrial, pemimpin bukan hanya sebagai pengendali, tetapi juga fasilitator yang menjembatani kepentingan organisasi dengan kebutuhan pekerja.Sinergi antara kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja membentuk fondasi penting dalam menciptakan hubungan industrial yang harmonis. Kepemimpinan yang humanis mendorong terciptanya kepuasan kerja, dan pada akhirnya berkontribusi besar dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, baik secara individu maupun tim. Jika dikelola secara strategis, kedua variabel ini akan meningkatkan produktivitas, menekan konflik kerja, dan mendorong pertumbuhan perusahaan yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar. Sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan aset penting dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi, dan kinerja pegawai sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei. Populasi yang diteliti terdiri dari 20 guru Sekolah Dasar, dengan sampel sebanyak 15 kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar yang diambil secara simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online goole form yang sebarkan melalui media sosial dan dirancang untuk mengukur variabel kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, dan kinerja pegawai. Kuesioner berisi butir pernyataan dengan sakal likert 1 sampai 5. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan sofyware SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Selain itu, lingkungan kerja juga menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar dengan nilai signifikansi 0,032. Uji F mengindikasikan bahwa kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan mempengaruhi kinerja kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Berdasarkan temuan ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar. Faktor yang dominan meningkatkan kinerja adalah kompensasi. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar instansi terus meningkatkan kompensasi dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif untuk mencapai kinerja yang lebih optimal.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan globalisasi, dalam pasar kerja telah mendorong perlunya regulasi ketenagakerjaan yang adaptif. Fleksibilitas kerja, Transformasi digital, serta terciptanya bentuk hubungan kerja baru yang mengharuskan penyesuaian regulasi yang diharapkan dapat melindungi hak pekerja dan mendukung daya saing organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tantangan dalam pengembangan regulasi ketenagakerjaan yang adaptif dan implikasinya terhadap praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) kontemporer di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif berbasis studi pustaka, artikel ini menemukan bahwa meskipun regulasi seperti UU Cipta Kerja telah mencoba mengakomodasi kebutuhan fleksibilitas pasar, masih terdapat celah dalam perlindungan pekerja masa kerja tertentu dan pekerja platform digital, yang beradaptasi terhadap otomatisasi. Implikasi utama bagi manajemen SDM adalah perlunya strategi yang fleksibel, berkelanjutan, serta responsif terhadap perubahan lingkungan kerja
