Abstract

More specific knowledge about Quality Function Deployment (QFD) has grown rapidly. There is a lot of research on the application of QFD in various industrial sectors including manufacturing, construction and services. However, it is still found at least the implementation of QFD in health services. This paper aims to provide a broad understanding and knowledge of the application of QFD in the healthcare industry. This paper also informs that QFD is a method that is not yet popular to be applied in the service industry, including health services. The approach used is Systematic Literature Review. This paper involves a review study of various papers from well-known databases related to the implementation of QFD in the healthcare industry. The results showed that QFD can improve service and create customer satisfaction. QFD is a tool that can be used to assist companies in improving services by translating consumer desires into the company's technical characteristics. QFD applications are also often integrated with other approaches so that QFD can be said as a complementary method that is able to provide maximum results. This paper provides benefits for practitioners to increase knowledge and references to improve company performance related to QFD applications in health services.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menguji dan menjelaskan pengaruh kompetensi, kecerdasan emosi dan peran work experience terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Dengan menggunakan instrument berupa kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 68 orang karyawan bagian Dept. Produksi PT. Hirose Electric Indonesia. Metode pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Part Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kecerdasan emosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan work experience berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik perusahaan terhadap pengungkapan emisi gas karbon. 51 perusahaan diperoleh dengan kurun waktu 2017-2019 yang dihubungkan dengan 4 variabel penelitian, yaitu 3 variabel independen: profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan dan proporsi komisaris independen dengan 1 variabel dependen: pengungkapan emisi gas karbon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Variabel profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan berdampak positif dan substansial terhadap pengungkapan emisi gas karbon, (2) Variabel komisaris independen tidak berdampak dan tidak substansial terhadap pengungkapan emisi gas karbon.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui analisis pengaruh Pergantian Manajemen, Financial Distress, dan Ukuran KAP terhadap Auditor Switching. Data sampel dalam  penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa laporan tahunan dan teknik purposive sampling sehingga sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 27 perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2017-2020 dengan total data sampel yang dikelola sebanyak 108 data selama 4 (empat) tahun. Analisis regresi logistic digunakan sebagai teknik penelitian ini dan untuk melakukan pengolahan datanya menggunakan software SPSS 26.  Penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa pergantian manajemen berdampak signifikan terhadap auditor switching, tetapi financial distress dan ukuran KAP tidak berdampak signifikan terhadap auditor switching.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Dermatitis kontak akibat kerja (DKAK) adalah penyakit kulit akibat paparan bahan iritan dan alergen selama bekerja. DKAK tidak menular dan berbahaya tetapi menyebabkan penurunan kualitas hidup dan rasa tidak nyaman akibat gejala yang ditimbulkan. Petani tebu selama bekerja seringkali terkena bulu yang menempel pada daun dan batang tebu, serta pupuk kimia sehingga beresiko terkena DKAK. Hal ini dapat dicegah dengan menggunakan APD selama bekerja. Penggunaan APD dapat mengurangi paparan bahan iritan dan kimia selama selama bekerja. Tujuan : Mengetahui pengaruh faktor resiko penggunaan alat pelindung diri terhadap kejadian dermatitis kontak akibat kerja apada petani tebu Desa Pakisjajar Kecamatan Pakis Kabupaten Malang. Metode : Metode penelitian menggunakan observasional analitik dengan rancangan cross-sectional. Alat pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS. Hasil : Hasil analisis menggunakan uji statistik koefisien kontingensi diperoleh hasil p 0,000 ; p < 0,05 maka terdapat pengaruh penggunaan APD terhadap kejadian DKAK pada petani tebu Desa Pakisjajar Kec. Pakis Kab. Malang. Berdasarkan nilai value koefisien kontingensi sebesar 0,508, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kekuatan hubungan antara penggunaan APD dengan kejadian DKAK termasuk dalam kategori hubungan sedang. Kesimpulan : Terdapat pengaruh faktor resiko penggunaan APD terhadap kejadian DKAK pada petani tebu Desa Pakisjajar Kec. Pakis Kab. Malang

Abstract

This research seeks to find the suitability of influencer marketing in the targeting of repeat customer acquisition for the big brands including Coca Cola, Nike and Starbucks. With former customers in the sample, the study employs the methods of using independent samples t-tests, regression analysis, correlation analysis, analysis of variance, and analysis of covariance. The study also shows that when the customers are reengaged through the influencer campaigns, they show statistically significant higher engagement and purchase intention score than the customers who were not reengaged. Credibility of the influencer and the quality of their post proved to have a host influence on re-engagement and intents to make a purchase. In addition, cross comparison of the different brands brought out the differences in success rates of the influencer campaigns. To the best of the author’s knowledge, this study does not aim at the acquisition of new clients but rather the reengagement hence offers rich insights of how influencer marketing can be used strategically to address this issue. Hence, the study emphasises that to support be again strategies and build the ‘doctrinaire of brand endorsement’ it is crucial to identify genuine influencers and produce quality content relevant to the target society.

Abstract

MSME in Indonesia are one of the pillars of the Indonesian economy apart from cooperatives. The development of the number of MSME has increased from year to year, but only a few MSME have experienced developments in terms of their financial performance. This is because MSME still have weak knowledge of the process of accounting records and low awareness of the importance of accounting information in world business. Therefore, community service activities in the form of simple accounting introduction training for MSME are still very much needed. This training is intended for SMEs in Jagakarsa. Implementation of activities carried out by using the method of lectures, tutorials, and discussions. The results of this activity indicate that SMEs in Jagakarsa in running their business tend not to practice accounting. Some MSME actors in Jagakarsa also don't understand accounting and what the purpose of making financial reports is. This community service activity helps provide advice, motivation and knowledge to all MSME in Jagakarsa to implement simple training practices in their business activities so that they can improve their financial business performance

Abstract

One of the common problems faced by MSMEs is the lack of adequate maintenance of financial records on their business activities. Financial management that has not been completely separated from the family's personal finances causes the implementation of the basic accounting system in the business does not run optimally. Many MSMEs consider that business bookkeeping is too complicated and less important, especially because of the lack of skills and awareness of the sustainability of their businesses. This study aims to provide an overview of the application of basic computerized accounting systems in SMEs and understand financial statements in accordance with PSAK No. 1. In order to improve the quality of accounting records that are currently suboptimal, the implementer utilizes an empowerment method through a bottom-up approach, involving active participation from the grassroots or the community at large. With this method, MSMEs and service providers actively engage in identifying issues, seeking appropriate solutions, and collectively taking steps to resolve these problems. This ensures that the implementation of a computer-based basic accounting system in the "Salon Amy" MSME can proceed.

Abstract

The aim of this activity is to increase knowledge, skills and convenience for Baim Cell MSME entrepreneurs located in Beji, Depok. To manage finances in the form of reports. The techniques developed in service activities are in accordance with the Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM) for Baim Cell MSMEs who are able to apply simple bookkeeping for their business and are able to make financial reports independently. The data collection method used is qualitative, namely by carrying out several stages, including surveys, interviews, observation and documentation. From the interviews conducted, it can be seen that various main problems faced by the owners of Baim Cell MSMEs are related to the limited knowledge they have in managing their business regarding the preparation of financial reports. This makes it difficult for productive businesses to develop properly due to the inability to prepare financial reports which are a requirement for obtaining loans from banks or financial institutions. Therefore, by providing assistance activities regarding the preparation of financial reports for MSMEs that we carry out, we can provide insight, knowledge, skills and convenience for business actors to understand the preparation of financial reports and can directly apply them to the preparation of their business financial reports. The results of this training show that it turns out that BAIM CELL with initial capital of Rp. 48,000,300 turns out the net profit in a year is Rp. 39,940,300,-

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the socialization process and provide assistance in making simple financial bookkeeping reports for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Matraman, East Jakarta. The method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with MSME owners and financial managers as well as direct observation of the practices carried out in preparing financial reports. The research results show that intensive socialization and the practice of making simple financial reports provide significant benefits for MSMEs in developing their financial understanding and skills.
