Abstract

This study discusses blended learning as a new learning method offers learning that applies technology that erases distance and place. We took articles published in scopus journals. Bibliometric analysis was used with the help of Biblioshiny and VOSviewer to analyze numbers, countries, institutions, authors, journals, references, and keywords. In the process of the prism diagram, we found 181 out of a total of 199 initial articles that we analyzed in scopus. in the analysis of the country Indonesia became the most productive country, then the university of cape coast organization became the most active institution, the international journal emerging of technologies became the most published journal, while Barvell became the researcher who published the most research, the most relevant Keywords are students, learning and education. Blended learning will continue to grow with the challenges of technology-based learning methods. The implications of this research show that the global trend of blended learning can continue to be developed.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of advanced AI tools, such as ChatGPT, on student’s academic performance. Additionally, it investigates the mediating role of student’s engagement and motivation in the relationship between AI tools and Academic performance in the department of Social Sciences Education at State University of Yogyakarta. This study has adopted a quantitative approach and has collected data from 52 undergraduate students enrolled in specified sample. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS. The findings indicate that AI tools significantly correlated with academic performance (r = 0.717, p < .01), while also  also showing positive correlation with student engagement (r = 0.692, p < .01) and motivation ( r = 0.658, p < 0.01). Furthermore, it improves comprehension of students, and provides self-directed learning. However, concern regarding over-reliance on AI is also identified, particularly its potential impact on critical thinking. This study highlights the importance of responsible AI integration, emphasizing the need to create balance between AI-driven learning and traditional methods. Educational Institutions must develop strategies that maintain student’s critical thinking and analytical skills while using AI tools. As a researcher, I believe the findings can assist institutions and instructors in implementing AI technologies into teaching practices in way that enhances academic performance, engagement, and motivation, while still fostering autonomous and critical thinking among students.

Abstract

Abstrak. Kehadiran teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) seperti telepon genggam  di bidang pertanian memberikan  peluang besar untuk mendukung tercapainya pertanian berkelanjutan. Namun, implementasinya di tingkat petani belum sepenuhnya optimal karena berbagai kendala, seperti keterbatasan pemahaman petani tentang peran TIK di bidang pertanian, akses petani terhadap TIK, literasi digital petani, infrastruktur dan lainnya. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran TIK khususnya penggunaan telepon genggam terhadap keberlanjutan pertanian. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Argalingga, Kecamatan Argapura Majalengka dengan melibatkan 100 petani yang dipilih secara acak (random sampling). Data yang dianalisis terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara terstruktur dengan petani menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara mendalam (in-depth interview) dengan sejumlah informan. Sementara itu, data sekunder dikumpulkan dari instansi pemerintah. Pengukuran variable TIK menggunakan skala likert dan dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif yang diperkuat dengan hasil in-depth interview. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa TIK, seperti telepon genggam yang dimanfaatkan petani dalam kegiatan pertanian telah berperan dalam membantu mengakses informasi penting, seperti pengelolaan lahan dan prediksi cuaca dan iklim, ketersediaan faktor produksi, pasar dan sistem pemasaran serta sebagai media komunikasi antarpetani, konsultasi antara petani dengan penyuluh/mitra. Selain itu, menurut para petani TIK yang dimanfaatkan dalam kegiatan pertanian tersebut telah berkontribusi positif dalam mewujudkan keberlanjutan pertanian. Hasil temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa TIK khususnya telepon genggam, telah mampu mengefisiensi waktu, biaya dan tenaga dalam berbagai aktivitas pertanian. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan peran TIK dalam mewujudkan pertanian berkelanjutan  maka upaya peningkatan literasi digital, sarana jaringan digital dan aksesnya bagi para petani menjadi sangat urgen untuk dilakukan.Abstract. The presence of information and communication technology (ICT), such as mobile phones, in agriculture offers significant opportunities to support the achievement of sustainable farming. However, its implementation at the farmer level has not yet been fully optimized due to several challenges, including farmers’ limited understanding of ICT’s role in agriculture, limited access to ICT, low digital literacy, inadequate infrastructure, and other constraints. Based on these issues, this study aims to analyze the role of ICT, particularly the use of mobile phones, in promoting agricultural sustainability. The research was conducted in Argalingga Village, Argapura District, Majalengka Regency, involving 100 farmers selected through random sampling. The data analyzed consisted of both primary and secondary sources. Primary data were collected through structured interviews with farmers using questionnaires, as well as in-depth interviews with several key informants. Meanwhile, secondary data were obtained from government institutions. ICT variables were measured using a Likert scale and analyzed through a qualitative descriptive approach, supported by the results of in-depth interviews. The findings reveal that ICT, particularly mobile phones used by farmers in agricultural activities, plays an important role in facilitating access to essential information, such as land management, weather and climate predictions, availability of production inputs, market information and marketing systems, as well as serving as a medium for farmer-to-farmer communication and farmer–extension worker/partner consultations. Furthermore, farmers reported that the use of ICT in agricultural activities has contributed positively to achieving agricultural sustainability. These results indicate that ICT, particularly mobile phones, has effectively enhanced efficiency in terms of time, cost, and labor across various farming activities. Therefore, to further strengthen the role of ICT in realizing sustainable agriculture, it is urgent to improve farmers’ digital literacy, digital network facilities, and access to ICT.

Abstract

Abstract - Based on the General Requirements for the PUIL 2011 (Persyaratan Umum Instalasi Listrik 2011), there are three types of earthing systems, namely the TN system, the TT system, and the IT system.These three types of earthing function to prevent electric shock that is harmful to humans. Earthing part of the equipment namely open conductive part on the TT system is installed separately, where the open conductive part of electrical equipment is connected directly to the earth in order to limit the amount of voltage between the open conductive part and the earth to the allowable limit if a leakage current is caused due to a failure insulation.The action taken to minimize the occurrence of indirect touch stress is to use an earthing system with the aim of: Conducting current from the metal parts of the equipment that flows through the leakage to the ground through the earth channel, Minimize potential differences between the metal parts of the equipment and the ground so that it is not dangerous if touched.Earthing resistance value on the TT system greatly affects the magnitude of the touch voltage that occurs at open conductive part due to a leakage current due to insulation failure. If the resistance value of the earth electrode exceeds the allowable standard, it can cause the touch voltage that occurs in the open conductive part to exceed the maximum standard based on the PUIL 2011 standard and there is no safety of the MCB or ELCB, it will be dangerous if touched by humans because it can cause damage to the human body and can cause death.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menelaah: jalur distribusi kecimpring, tingkat marjin, pengeluaran, dan pendapatan pemasaran kecimpring, dan besarnya producer’s share kecimpring pada UMKM Cimpring Melati di Desa Cijeungjing Kecamatan Cijeungjing Wilayah Ciamis. Teknik penelitian yang diterapkan adalah pendekatan studi kasus. Informasi dikumpulkan melalui data langsung dan tidak langsung. Jumlah Partisipan penelitian meliputi lima individu: satu produsen dan empat penjual eceran. 1) Temuan studi ini mengindikasikan bahwa: sistem distribusi kecimpring pada UMKM Cimpring Melati di Desa Cijeungjing Wilayah Cijeungjing, Ciamis sampai ke konsumen akhir melalui: jalur 1: Langsung dari pembuat ke pembeli akhir, dan jalur kedua melalui penjual perantara. Dalam sistem distribusi 1 tidak ada Selisih harga, pengeluaran, dan laba. Adapun dalam distribusi produk 2) marjin Rp 15.000 setiap kilo, ongkos distribusi Rp 950 dan laba bersih Rp 14.050 pemasaran kecimpring yaitu saluran 1 adalah 100 persen dan saluran 2 adalah 84,21 persen.

Abstract

Usaha kemitraan peternakan ayam broiler dengan sistem closed house adalah model usaha yang melibatkan kerja sama antara peternak dan perusahaan inti. Permasalahan yang sering dihadapi dalam usaha kemitraan peternakan ayam broiler dengan sistem closed house meliputi fluktuasi harga pakan dan harga ayam di pasar, penyakit ternak, serta ketergantungan pada perusahaan inti untuk suplai bibit dan pakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Mengetahui biaya, penerimaan, pendapatan dan 2) Mengetahui kelayakan usaha kemitraan peternakan ayam broiler closed house pada peternakan PJ Hidayah Farm di Dusun Citaik, Desa Batumalang, Kecamatan Cimerak, Kabupaten Pangandaran. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung, wawancara dengan peternak, dan dokumentasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa biaya tetap yang dikeluarkan sebesar Rp4.790.780,95 dan biaya variabel sebesar Rp424.018.010,00. Total biaya yang dikeluarkan mencapai Rp428.080.790,95. Sementara itu, total penerimaan yang diperoleh dari penjualan ayam broiler sebesar Rp482.556.010,00 dan penjualan kotoran ayam sebesar Rp5.500.000,00, sehingga total penerimaan menjadi Rp488.056.010,00. Keuntungan bersih yang diperoleh adalah Rp59.247.219,05. RC ratio yang dihitung dari data tersebut adalah 1,13, yang menunjukkan bahwa usaha ini efisien secara ekonomi dan menguntungkan atau layak untuk diusahakan.

Abstract

PT. Enka Anugrah Indonesia bergerak di bidang teknologi, khususnya dalam pembuatan aplikasi. Setiap aplikasi yang sedang dikerjakan akan dibuat bisnis proses dari aplikasi tersebut, kemudian dipecah menjadi beberapa Task. Task yang dibuat didistribusikan kepada karyawan yang ditugaskan melalui email. Pendistribusian Task melalui email sudah sangat membantu dalam melakukan pekerjaan, akan tetapi leader project sulit untuk mengontrol atau mengetahui progress dari Task yang dikerjakan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempermudah pendistribusian atau mengontrol progress pekerjaan yang ditugaskan kepada karyawan dengan efektif dan efisien. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah metode observasi, metode wawancara, metode pustaka, serta studi literature sejenis. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah waterfall. Aplikasi ini dibuat menggunakan Netbeans, bahasa pemograman java dan mysql, Untuk menggambarkan algoritma yang terstruktur dan mudah dipahami peneliti menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML) sebagai alat bantu. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terancangnya aplikasi management taskyang dapat mempermudah dan mempercepat leader project mengontrol progress tugas yang sedang dikerjakan oleh karyawan dan mempermudah dalam membuat rekap atau laporan pekerjaan yang telah diselesaikan dalam satu periode.Kata Kunci: Java Netbeans, Task Management, Support

Abstract

This empirical research aims to determine the relationship between organizational learning, organizational innovation, knowledge management, and organizational performance in manufacturing and service companies. 197 data that can be analyzed using SPSS. The findings of this study: organizational learning has a direct and positive effect on knowledge management in manufacturing and service companies. Organizational learning and knowledge management directly influence organizational innovation. While organizational learning and organizational innovation directly affect organizational performance. Knowledge management and organizational learning affect organizational performance indirectly through organizational innovation.

Abstract

Research is an effort made by teachers to increase the effectiveness of learning carried out at SMPN 6 Pontianak. This research aims to test the effectiveness of learning by combining two methods, namely Jigsaw and Auditory, Intellectual, and Repetition (AIR). This research is classroom action research (PTK) with the objective being 27 students in class IX of SMPN 6 Pontianak, consisting of 15 male students and 12 female students. Meanwhile, the subject of this research is a class IX social studies teacher who acts as a researcher and observer in the learning process. The data collection method used is in the form of test techniques, observation, interviews, and documentation. This classroom action research was carried out in two cycles. The average class result in cycle I was 24.8 with a completion percentage of 3.7%, while the results in cycle II showed an average class score of 94.8 with a completion percentage of 88%. This means that the average class score has increased from 24.8 to 94.8 and the percentage of classical learning completion has increased from 3.7% to 88%. This shows that the combination of the two Jigsaw and Auditory, Intellectual, Repetition (AIR) methods is effectively used in the learning process and can even improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The competence possessed by the teacher and the work motivation possessed by the teacher as well as the motivation of the leader will improve teacher performance. This study aims to analyze and explain the effect of work competence and motivation on teacher performance. The method used in this study is the quantitative method. The sample in this study was teachers in Madrasah Tsanawiyah and Madrasah Aliyah Al-Ma'tuq totaling 48 respondents. The research data was obtained from the results of filling out the questionnaire, and the analysis method used was multiple regression. From the results of multiple regression data processing, it was obtained that the variables of competence and work motivation had an influence of 72.4% in improving teacher performance, while the remaining 27.6% was influenced by other variables that were not studied. This research discusses theories about human resources and contributes to expanding the literature on teacher competence, work motivation, and performance from an organizational context.
