Abstract

This study investigates the moderating effects of environmental dynamics, social networks, and business networks on the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation (EO) and firm performance. Through a questionnaire survey, 315 questionnaires were collected for analysis from managers and owners of businesses registered with KADIN, HIPMI, AKLI, GAPENSI, and REI Indonesia. This study made use of PLS-SEM analysis. Our results indicate that entrepreneurial orientation (EO) has a significant effect on business success and that network resources moderate this relationship. Moreover, our findings imply that environmental dynamics, social networks, and business networks augment the effect of entrepreneurial orientation (EO) on firm performance. The outcomes of this study add to both theory and practice. Theoretically, this study contributes to the body of knowledge and literature on how entrepreneurial orientation (EO) may enhance business performance via network resources following the concept of social capital that is influenced by a dynamic environment of social and commercial networks. This study can potentially improve corporate performance (EO) through strategic and entrepreneurial focus. The administration may employ this strategy to circumvent resource restrictions imposed by restricted access and a dearth of new opportunities. Therefore, Network resources enable enterprises to access additional resources, leading to a more successful EO implementation. In addition, environmental dynamics and social and business networks encourage the application of EO to enhance corporate performance.

Abstract

Work conflict is an inevitable reality in modern organizations, especially in the digital era full of pressure and structural dynamics. This study aims to explore employees' coping strategies in dealing with work conflict. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were obtained through in-depth interviews with three informants who were purposively selected based on their position, length of service, and conflict involvement. The results of thematic analysis revealed three main categories of coping strategies: problem-focused coping, emotion-focused coping, and avoidance-oriented coping. The choice of strategy is greatly influenced by individual perceptions of conflict, social support, and organizational culture. Appropriate coping strategies have been shown to play a role in maintaining psychological stability, increasing productivity, and preventing burnout. These findings contribute to the development of coping strategy theory in the context of work conflict and provide practical implications for HR management policies that are oriented towards employee psychological well-being.

Abstract

This study aims to explore how unresolved parenting wounds influence self-management in adulthood, particularly in the areas of emotional regulation, interpersonal relationships, financial independence, and career development. The background of this research highlights the significant role of early parental relationships in shaping psychological and behavioral patterns that persist into adulthood, often manifesting as challenges in managing emotions, relationships, and responsibilities. A qualitative research design was employed, using a case study approach to examine the experiences of a client undergoing hypnotherapy. Findings from the study revealed three key insights childhood parenting patterns marked by frequent verbal conflicts and emotional volatility, leading to emotional insecurity, persistent emotional responses such as sadness, anger, and helplessness that suggest unresolved trauma, and career and performance instability, largely influenced by emotional burnout and a lack of assertiveness. The study concludes with recommendations for future research to explore a broader and more diverse sample, including longitudinal studies that track the long-term effects of parenting wounds. Additionally, the integration of various therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy could enhance the understanding of how best to address these challenges and improve self-management in adulthood.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors that influence the quarter-life crisis in early adulthood. A qualitative method was employed to reveal and understand this phenomenon within its unique context as experienced by individuals. Data were collected through observation and interviews and were analyzed using coding techniques. The findings indicate that anxiety about the future, pressure from family, fear of disappointing parents, and low self-confidence are key factors. Individuals also tend to compare themselves with others, particularly those deemed more successful. Various emotional responses, including frustration, hopelessness, and disappointment, were identified. The study also highlights the role of religious beliefs in coping with the crisis, although not all participants found this approach effective. Support from family and close friends is considered essential in overcoming the crisis, along with accepting one’s life process and engaging in self-exploration. Educational institutions can support early adults by offering mentorship, career guidance, and stress management programs, helping students navigate the quarter-life crisis and transition smoothly into adulthood while promoting emotional well-being and resilience.

Abstract

The phenomenon of “no viral no education” reflects how viral issues on social media often become the main trigger for raising public awareness and attention toward various problems, including those in education and law. This study aims to analyze the role of this phenomenon in developing prosecutors' competencies and applying servant leadership from the perspective of Islamic education. This research uses a qualitative approach with literature studies and secondary data analysis from relevant sources. The findings indicate that the virality of an issue can push prosecutors to enhance their competencies by exposing them to cases that attract public attention, requiring them to be more professional, transparent, and accountable. Moreover, the concept of servant leadership in Islamic education emphasizes leadership that serves and prioritizes the well-being of society. In this context, the “no viral no education” phenomenon shapes prosecutors into more responsive, fair, and Islamic value-based leaders. This study recommends using social media as an educational tool for legal awareness and strengthening servant leadership values within the justice system. Academically, this study contributes to the discourse on legal reform and leadership by linking contemporary digital culture with Islamic educational values. This study builds a bridge between public accountability demands driven by social media and the ethical foundations of servant leadership in Islam, while also opening opportunities to integrate Islamic values into modern legal practice.. The study also recommends utilizing social media as an alternative educational platform to promote legal literacy and to strengthen servant leadership within the justice system. Abstract

Bhayangkara Hospital in Banten provides inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services but faces a significant challenge with a low Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR) despite adequate facilities and services. This study analyzes the factors contributing to the low BOR and develops optimization strategies through service quality improvement, focusing on five dimensions: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Six operational aspects were analyzed: human resources, methods, machinery, finance, materials, and the environment. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with hospital staff and analyzed thematically. Results highlight that limited HR competencies, especially in operating ICU and NICU units, and inadequate medical equipment are significant barriers. Strategies included intensive training with partner hospitals, budget optimization, and technology adoption (e.g., SIM RS, telemedicine). These efforts increased BOR from 60% to 75% within six months. This study underscores the critical role of HR development and service quality improvement in optimizing BOR. It offers practical recommendations for hospital administrators, including targeted HR training, resource optimization, and leveraging technology. The findings provide a framework for addressing similar challenges in other hospitals, contributing to sustainable healthcare service delivery.
