Abstract

The Language and Literature Entrepreneurship course is oriented to two main aspects, namely value-oriented and goal-oriented. With the challenge based learning (CBL) learning model, this course is presented starting from the 2019/2020 academic year for semester VI students. At the time this research was conducted, this course was presented in three semesters, namely the even semester of 2019/2020, odd and even semester of the 2020/2021 academic year. This study aims to describe student responses related to the learning process and student experiences in Language and Literature Entrepreneurship courses. With qualitative descriptive research, this study consisted of 68 respondents who had taken courses. The results of this study were that respondents considered this course useful for the future, delivered with a challenging learning model, and inspiring learning materials. However, because this course was delivered during the pandemic, learning experienced several obstacles. This obstacle causes students to be less confident and some are not optimistic in entrepreneurship

Abstract

Jaringan saraf tiruan merupakan suatu ilmu yang terus berkembang pesat hingga saat ini. Jaringan saraf tiruan merupakan suatu ilmu komputasi yang didasarkan dan terinspirasi dari cara kerja sistem saraf manusia. Sama halnya dengan sistem saraf manusia, jaringan saraf tiruan bekerja melalui proses pembelajaran terhadap data-data yang sudah ada untuk memformulakan keluaran dari data-data baru. Jaringan saraf tiruan dengan metode backpropagation mampu melakukan peramalan untuk data nonlinear seperti bentuk data harian harga saham. Salah satu algoritma inisialisasi bobot yang dapat meningkatkan waktu eksekusi adalah nguyen-widrow. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan implementasi metode backpropagation dengan inisialisasi bobot nguyen widrow untuk meramalkan harga saham. Proses implementasi melalui 3 tahapan, yaitu preprosesing data, pelatihan jaringan, dan pengujian jaringan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan jaringan saraf tiruan dengan jumlah dataset yang banyak membutuhkan perhitungan yang kompleks, sehingga jaringan saraf tiruan dengan arsitektur jaringan yang sederhana kurang efektif dan dapat terjebak pada titik lokal minimum. Hasil peramalan untuk harga close saham BBCA.JK memiliki nilai MAPE 0,85% dan untuk harga close saham AALI.JK memiliki nilai MAPE sebesar 1,84%.AbstractArtificial neural network is a hot topic and invite a lot of admiration in the last decade. Artificial Neural Network is one of the artificial representations of the humans brain who always try to simulate the learning process of the humans brain. Artificial neural network with backpropagation method is able to forecast nonlinear data such as daily data form stock price. One of the weight initialization algorithms that can be increase the execution time is nguyen-widrow. In this research will be implemented backpropagation method with nguyen widrow weight initialization to forecast stock prices. The process of implementation through 3 stages, that is preprosesing data, training, and testing or simulate. The results of this research indicate that the training of artificial neural networks with many datasets required a complex calculations, so the artificial neural network with simple architectures is less effective and can get stuck at minimum local points. The results forecasting for the close price of BBCA.JK have a MAPE value 0.85% and for the close price of AALI.JK have 1.84% of MAPE value

Abstract

The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum since 2022 has brought significant changes to education in Indonesia. Learning activities in schools now consist of intramural and co-curricular activities, including the Project to Strengthen the Pancasila Student Profile (P5), alongside extracurricular activities. A new addition to the curriculum is the P5, which was absent from previous curricula. In practice, many teachers face challenges in planning P5 learning, particularly in developing project modules based on local wisdom. This challenge is due to the limited understanding of P5, and not all teachers have been certified as part of the "Guru Penggerak" (Pioneer Teacher) initiative. This community service program aims to equip teachers with the knowledge and skills needed to develop local wisdom-based project modules. The benefits of this program are to enhance teachers' understanding and abilities in module development. The community service is conducted through training sessions, consisting of both theoretical instruction and practical application in developing the modules. The target audience comprises 50 teachers from Pioneer Schools in Grobogan Regency. The methodology includes lectures, Q&A sessions, discussions, and practical exercises. The evaluation assesses both the knowledge and skills gained by the participants. After the training, teachers demonstrated improved comprehension and capability in developing local wisdom-based project modules.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of using flipbook media on student learning outcomes in material on the law of supply and demand for class X SMA Negeri 2 Bondowoso. The type of research used is a quasi-experimental design using a nonequivalent control group design. Sampling used purposive sampling in class X G as the control class and class X D as the experimental class. Data collection techniques are tests and interviews. Data analysis techniques are the Independent Sample t-test and the N-Gain test. The results of the research show that there is an influence of the use of flipbook media on student learning outcomes with a significant value of 0.000 ? 0.05 and the N-Gain test in the control class obtained an average value of 0.1 and the experimental class obtained an average value of 0.5. From this comparison it can be concluded that the experimental class had a higher increase in learning outcomes than the control class. Based on the N-Gain assessment criteria, the control class is included in the low criteria, namely Ngain ? 0.3, while the experimental class learning outcomes are included in the medium criteria, with a value of 0.3 ? N-Gain ? 0.70. This shows that implementing the use of flipbook media has a more significant influence on improving student learning outcomes compared to not implementing the use of flipbook media.

Abstract

Interactive teaching materials are written materials in the form of sheets of paper that are bound and given covers and that present knowledge that is arranged systematically. This research aims to develop valid, effective, and practical teaching materials. This study uses a 4D research model with four stages: defining, designing, developing, and deploying. This teaching material has been validated by several experts, namely material experts, media design experts, and linguists. This study had three trials: individual trials, small group trials, and large group trials. Based on the combined percentage of validity of interactive teaching materials, according to experts, a percentage of 89% is categorized as "very valid." The practicality of interactive teaching materials is measured through RPP implementation sheets conducted in large group trials of meeting 1 of 92.72% and large group trials of meeting 2 of 92.98% categorized as "very practical." Effectiveness was obtained from large group trials with a percentage of 92.33% categorized as "very effective." Based on these results, it can be concluded that interactive teaching materials in grade VI SD Muhammadiyah 8 Dau Malang are suitable for use.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan kepuasan mahasiswa pada layanan akademik program studi (Prodi) dan program pascasarjana (PPs) , Mendeskripsikan kinerja akademik program studi dan program pascasarjana, Mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor yang mendukung kinerja akademik prodi dan PPs. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa PPs aktif S2 semester 2 berjumlah 621 orang. Sedangkan sampel penelitian diambil secara simple random sampling berjumlah 102 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap layanan akademik baik pada lingkup Prodi maupun lingkup PPs tergolong dalam kategori baik, Deskripsi hasil kinerja akademik Prodi, secara umum termasuk kategori baik, Berdasarkan hasil deskripsi enam indikator kinerja akademik PPs, secara umum rata-rata berada pada kategori baik.  Kinerja akademik PPs ditentukan oleh indikator sarana prasarana pendidikan (tangibles), kehandalan dosen dan staf (reliability), sikap tanggap dosen dan staf akademik (responsibility), perlakuan dosen dan staf pada mahasiswa (assurance), pemahaman terhadap kepentingan mahasiswa (emphaty), dan kepuasan mahasiswa (satisfaction). Saran yang diberikan hendaknya Program pascasarjana perlu mendorong peningkatan jumlah dosen dengan kualifikasi doktor (S3) sehingga layanan akademik perkuliahan dapat meningkat dan berdampak pula pada kinerja akademik secara keseluruhan.This study aimed to describe student satisfaction in the service of academic of study program  and graduate programs , describing the academic performance of study program and graduate program,  describes the factors that support academic performance of study program and graduate program. The population are active graduate students who are in second semester, the  total number is  621 people. While the study sample is taken by simple random sampling, total sample is 102 people. Results show that student satisfaction for academic services in both  study programs and graduate programs are  in  good category.  Description of academic performance results of study programs  in general are in good category.  Based on the description of the six indicators, academic performance of graduate programs is  good.  Graduate programs academic performance  are determined by  education infrastructure (tangibles), lecturers and staff reliability (reliability), responsiveness to lecturers  and academic staff (responsibility), treatment of lecturers and staff to students (assurance), understanding the benefit of students (empathy), and student satisfaction (satisfaction). Based on the results, Graduate program needs to increase number of lecturers  with doctoral qualifications  so that services can be improved academic lectures and have impact the overall academic performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of dynamic capability variables on entrepreneurial competitiveness is moderated by environmental dynamics variables in the association of young Indonesian entrepreneurs in Semarang City. This research is a type of quantitative research, with a sample in the study totalling 171 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is structural equation modelling. The results of this study indicate that adaptive capabilities, absorptive capabilities and innovative capabilities affect entrepreneurial competitiveness. On the other hand, adaptive capabilities and innovative capabilities affect entrepreneurial competitiveness moderated by environmental dynamics, but absorptive capabilities have no effect on entrepreneurial competitiveness moderated by environmental dynamics. The conclusion of this study is that adaptive capabilities, absorptive capabilities and innovative capabilities affect entrepreneurial competitiveness. Environmental dynamics are able to moderate adaptive capabilities and innovative capabilities with competitiveness, but environmental dynamics are not able to moderate the effect of absorptive capabilities with competitiveness.

Abstract

The application of E-Kios as a form of population administration service innovation which aims to make it easier for the public to carry out population administration requests is still not optimal due to problems with internal and external factors, for internal factors this service is carried out directly on the service destination website, not through the E-Kios website and in the environment. External E-Kios communication is still not running well because it only relies on poster stand displays in sub-districts, sub-district health centers and RW halls. The implementation of E-Kiosks uses Edward III's Implementation theory, namely: communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure so that services using E-kiosks can be easily noticed and used effectively.

Abstract

Penurunan muka tanah menjadi salah satu masalah di kota-kota pesisir delta di dunia, seperti Jakarta. Di kota ini, penurunan tanah sudah merata di seluruh wilayah. Berbagai faktor penyebab penurunan muka tanah dapat menimbulkan dampak secara ekologi, ekonomi, maupun sosial. Dampak yang terjadi umumnya berupa retaknya bangunan dan perluasan banjir. Oleh karena itu, kami perlu melakukan pengukuran dan pemantauan secara cepat dan berkala. Persistent Scatterer Interferometry Synthetic Aperture Radar (PS-InSAR) ialah metode yang digunakan untuk mendeteksi besaran nilai penurunan muka tanah di daerah perkotaan. Metode ini mampu menghasilkan gambar SAR dari distribusi ribuan titik pantau identifikasi faktor penyebab penurunan muka tanah di Jakarta. Hasil PS-InSAR terdeteksi nilai laju penurunan muka tanah rata-rata sebesar -5,71 cm/tahun, yang dominan berada di wilayah Jakarta Utara dan Jakarta Barat. Terdapat beberapa faktor penyebab penurunan muka tanah, kami melakukan analisis faktor ini menggunakan metode MICMAC (Matrix of Cross Impact Multiplications Applied to a Classification). Metode ini membantu mengidentifikasi hubungan dan relevansi antar faktor penyebab penurunan muka tanah. Hasil metode ini menunjukkan bahwa eksploitasi air tanah berlebihan dan konsolidasi alami tanah aluvial sebagai faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan terjadinya penurunan muka tanah di wilayah Jakarta. Abstract Land subsidence is one of the problems in delta coastal cities in the world, such as Jakarta. In this city, land subsidence has been evenly distributed throughout the region. Various factors causing land subsidence can have ecological, economic, and social impacts. The impacts that occur generally include the cracking of buildings and the expansion of flooding. Therefore, we need to carry out measurements and monitoring quickly and regularly. Persistent Scatterer Interferometry Synthetic Aperture Radar (PS-InSAR) is a method used to detect the magnitude of land subsidence in urban areas. This method is capable of producing SAR images from the distribution of thousands of monitoring points to identify factors causing land subsidence in Jakarta. PS-InSAR results detected an average land subsidence rate of -5.71 cm/year, which was dominant in the North Jakarta and West Jakarta areas. Several factors cause land subsidence, we analyzed these factors using the MICMAC (Matrix of Cross Impact Multiplications Applied to a Classification) method. This method helps identify the relationship and relevance between factors causing land subsidence. The results of this method produce excessive groundwater exploitation and natural consolidation of alluvial soil as factors that have a significant influence on land subsidence in the Jakarta area.

Abstract

Berdasarkan fakta masih banyak dijumpai para guru belum melaksanakan pembelajaran secara maksimal dalam pemecahan masalah matematika dalam lingkungan belajar numerasi. Pemecahan masalah merupakan salah satu kemampuan yang harus dikuasai siswa sekolah dasar, khususnya mengenai pembelajaran berhitung. Perlu dilakukan  penelitian  untuk  memfasilitasi  kemampuan pemecahan   masalah   matematika   siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan bentuk nonequivalent control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 1 A dan 1 B SDN Ungaran 01. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji independent sample t test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan dalam penerapan model pembelajaran scaffolding terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah pada lingkungan belajar numerasi pada pembelajaran matematis siswa kelas 1, terbukti dengan nilai sig hitung 0,002 < 0,05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran scaffolding dalam lingkungan belajar numerasi dapat memberikan perubahan pada kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa
