Abstract

Artikel ini meninjau fenomena akuisisi bahasa Jawa pada anak-anak generasi kedua dan ketiga migran di Lampung dari perspektif psikolinguistik. Sebagai salah satu daerah tujuan transmigrasi utama dari Jawa, Lampung menyajikan lingkungan multilingual yang kompleks, di mana anak-anak terpapar bahasa Jawa di rumah dan bahasa Indonesia di lingkungan yang lebih luas. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana interaksi antara kedua bahasa ini memengaruhi proses pemerolehan bahasa Jawa sebagai bahasa warisan. Fokus utama adalah pada faktor-faktor psikolinguistik yang berperan, meliputi kualitas dan kuantitas input bahasa, motivasi dan sikap anak terhadap bahasa Jawa, serta fungsi komunikatif bahasa tersebut dalam kehidupan sehari-hari mereka. Pembahasan juga mencakup fenomena transfer dan interferensi antarbahasa yang terjadi dalam sistem kognitif anak bilingual, serta dampak dominansi bahasa Indonesia terhadap penguasaan bahasa Jawa. Hasil tinjauan menunjukkan bahwa akuisisi yang tidak optimal dapat menimbulkan tantangan bagi identitas budaya anak, meskipun paparan bilingualisme juga berpotensi meningkatkan kesadaran metalinguistik. Artikel ini menyimpulkan pentingnya upaya terencana dari keluarga dan komunitas untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung akuisisi bahasa Jawa secara aktif, demi keberlanjutan bahasa dan pelestarian identitas budaya Jawa di Lampung.

Abstract

Learning outcomes are successes achieved by students in the learning process which are manifested in the form of numbers. The purpose of this study is to analyze the direct and indirect influence of digital literacy, technological equipment on learning outcomes through learning motivation. Quantitative research using questionnaires as a data collection instrument. The population was 178 students majoring in MPLB at SMK N Business Management in Semarang City. The sample size was 123 students using the Slovin formula. The sampling technique uses Proportional Random Sampling. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistical analysis, path analysis, and sobel tests. The results show digital literacy, technological equipment, learning motivation directly affect learning outcomes. Digital literacy does not have a direct effect on learning motivation, technology equipment has a direct effect on learning motivation. Digital literacy does not indirectly affect learning outcomes through learning motivation, technological equipment indirectly affects learning outcomes through learning motivation. The conclusion is the role of learning motivation in educating digital literacy and technological equipment is partial mediation. The advice in this study is for students to be able to motivate themselves in improving digital literacy in facing an independent learning curriculum to improve learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to create and develop a product in the form of a differentiation-based inquiry learning method on the subject of economic problems in the accounting expertise program at SMK. The purpose of differentiation learning is to provide a learning experience that is in accordance with the level of readiness, interests, and individual learning styles of students. This study adopts the Research and Development (RnD) approach that adopts the 4D (Four-D) development procedure. The data used is factual data that has been implemented so far. This study did not use a trial but FGD ( Focus Group Discussion) by expert practitioners and academics . In addition, this study was also conducted to determine the activeness of students in differentiation learning in economics learning at SMK. This study was conducted at SMK Kudus Regency, namely SMK N 1 Kudus and SMK PGRI 1 Kudus. The results of this study are in the form of a differentiation-based inquiry learning method , the product is equipped with (1) Differentiation-based inquiry learning method; (2) Differentiation-based inquiry learning method guide; (3) Teaching Guide for differentiation-based inquiry learning economics learning that has been developed has been valid (qualified) to be used as a teaching guide for class XI economics learning in the accounting expertise program at SMK. The characteristics of the method developed are inquiry learning methods based on differentiation of economic problem topics. The products developed are teaching guides and design of inquiry learning methods based on differentiation. The results of the FGD showed that an average of 93% was obtained which was categorized as "very feasible" for the final model. The suggestion of this research is to apply the differentiation-based inquiry learning method to the results of this research for teachers to be able to use this method, they must pay attention to the characteristics of each student, class characteristics, facilities, etc. So that the differentiation-based inquiry learning method can be used effectively.

Abstract

One of the leading business sectors in Central Java is the textile and garment industry, particularly batik, which is predominantly managed by SMEs (small and medium enterprises). Batik is an artistic cultural heritage of Indonesia, admired worldwide, and deserving of preservation and cultivation to its fullest potential. Semarang City is famous for Semarangan batik, which features motifs that distinctly represent various corners of the city. However, Semarangan Batik is not yet widely recognized by the general public. The purpose of this research is to analyze the business development strategies for batik in the Kampung Batik of Semarang City. The research method used is descriptive-qualitative. The variables in this study include internal factors such as human resources, raw materials, marketing, and management, as well as external factors such as competition, socioeconomic conditions, and government support. The subjects of this research are batik artisans in the Kampung Batik of Rejomulyo Village, East Semarang District. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis. The research results show that the IE matrix of the batik business in Kampung Batik of Semarang City is in cell V, indicating that the business is in a stable condition. The development strategies that can be implemented include product differentiation, marketing, and human resources. The findings of this research are expected to provide appropriate strategies for the development of the batik business in the Kampung Batik of Semarang City.

Abstract

Untuk mencapai tujuan yang dikehendaki, kurikulum harus dikelola secara kooperatif, komprehensif, sistemik dan sistematik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan model pengelolaan kurikulum pendidikan karakter integratif Progdi PPKn FPIPSKR UPGRIS. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian awal, yakni untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang pengelolaan kurikulum pendidikan karakter integratif Progdi PPKn FPIPSKR UPGRIS, sehingga menggunakan metode kualitatif. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumen. Teknik analisa menggunakan tahapan menurut Spreadley dan teknik validitas data menggunakan teknik triagulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum Progdi PPKn FPIPSKR UPGRIS sudah mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai karakter, tetapi hal tersebut belum nampak pada silabus, RPP, kontrak perkuliahan maupun pelaksanaan KBM di kelas. Untuk itu diperlukan cara mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai karakter pada kurikulum?é?á progdi PPKn FPIPSKR Universitas PGRI Semarang. Hal yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan cara mengembangkan model pengelolaan kurikulum pendidikan karakter intergratif. Kata kunci: Model, Pengelolaan Kurikulum, Pendidikan Karakter Integratif

Abstract

Di Indonesia, jumlah kasus HIV tumbuh dengan cepat, baik dari sisi pola penyebaran maupun wilayah penyebaran. Dengan terkonfirmasinya kasus HIV yang terus meningkat pemerintah kemudian menetapkan kebijakan dalam pencegahan dan pengendalian penyakit menular seksual HIV/AIDS melalui program 3 Zero 2030. Program 3 Zero 2030 ini sendiri tidak dapat terealisasi dengan mengandalkan satu stakeholder saja, maka dari itu di perlukan beberapa peran stakeholder pada realisasi program 3 Zero 2030 terutama di Kota Surabaya. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Hasil Analisis Collaborative Governance dalam Pencegahan dan Pengendalian Penyakit Menular Seksual HIV/AIDS melalui Program yang telah dibuat Pemerintah di Kota Surabaya dan mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat Collaborative Governance dalam Pencegahan dan Pengendalian Penyakit Menular Seksual HIV/AIDS melalui Program yang telah dibuat Pemerintah di Kota Surabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian membuktikan bahwa kolaborasi yang terjadi belum sepenuhnya maksimal. Hal ini terjadi karena masih lemahnya koordinasi dan kolaborasi terhadap beberapa pihak, misal antara pemerintah dan tenaga kesehatan diluar puskesmas atau rumah sakit pemerintah.

Abstract

One application that is currently in vogue is TikTok. One of the news media that utilizes the TikTok platform is Tribunnews. This news site provides various news that occurs in both local, national, and international news in a precise and fast manner. Tribunnews provides a forum for the community to share information or convey ideas and empirical experiences that benefit the nation's life through two Tribunnews sections, namely Tribuners and Citizen Reporter. Research related to abbreviation analysis in the comment column of the Tribunnews account on Tiktok is essential to improve readers' understanding, especially students. This research uses descriptive methods with qualitative research types. The data source for this research is the Tribunnews account on Tiktok from June 28, 2021, to July 22, 2021. This research data is in the form of words, phrases, clauses and sentences containing types, forms of origin, and factors forming abbreviations in the comments on the Tribunnews account on Tiktok. The data analysis technique was carried out by reading the comments of the Tribunnews account on Tiktok, identifying data, classifying, and connecting the data with existing theories. Abbreviations dominate the most when compared to other types. In the original form of abbreviations, noun phrases, proper names, and words are found. The noun phrase origin form dominates when compared to other origin forms. In the abbreviation formation, factors found in the Tribunnews account on Tiktok are preserving/retaining the first letter of each component, preserving/retaining the first syllable, and preserving/retaining some syllables.

Abstract

This study explores the representation of violence against female characters in Indonesian horror novels, examining how these portrayals reflect societal views on gender and power. By analyzing three popular novels, the research focuses on types of violence—physical, psychological, and symbolic—that female characters experience, aiming to uncover how these depictions critique patriarchal norms. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, the study uses textual analysis alongside a feminist narrative framework to interpret recurring themes and patterns within these narratives. Findings reveal that, while female characters are often portrayed as victims, they also demonstrate moments of resistance and agency, challenging traditional roles and societal expectations. This ambivalent portrayal highlights both the vulnerability and resilience of women, offering insights into the complex dynamics of gender in Indonesian culture. The study concludes that Indonesian horror novels serve as a powerful medium for social critique, using horror to comment on issues of gender-based violence and the potential for women to disrupt oppressive structures. This research emphasizes the role of literature in reflecting and challenging societal norms, particularly regarding the representation of women.

Abstract

The Language and Literature Entrepreneurship course is oriented to two main aspects, namely value-oriented and goal-oriented. With the challenge based learning (CBL) learning model, this course is presented starting from the 2019/2020 academic year for semester VI students. At the time this research was conducted, this course was presented in three semesters, namely the even semester of 2019/2020, odd and even semester of the 2020/2021 academic year. This study aims to describe student responses related to the learning process and student experiences in Language and Literature Entrepreneurship courses. With qualitative descriptive research, this study consisted of 68 respondents who had taken courses. The results of this study were that respondents considered this course useful for the future, delivered with a challenging learning model, and inspiring learning materials. However, because this course was delivered during the pandemic, learning experienced several obstacles. This obstacle causes students to be less confident and some are not optimistic in entrepreneurship

Abstract

Jaringan saraf tiruan merupakan suatu ilmu yang terus berkembang pesat hingga saat ini. Jaringan saraf tiruan merupakan suatu ilmu komputasi yang didasarkan dan terinspirasi dari cara kerja sistem saraf manusia. Sama halnya dengan sistem saraf manusia, jaringan saraf tiruan bekerja melalui proses pembelajaran terhadap data-data yang sudah ada untuk memformulakan keluaran dari data-data baru. Jaringan saraf tiruan dengan metode backpropagation mampu melakukan peramalan untuk data nonlinear seperti bentuk data harian harga saham. Salah satu algoritma inisialisasi bobot yang dapat meningkatkan waktu eksekusi adalah nguyen-widrow. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan implementasi metode backpropagation dengan inisialisasi bobot nguyen widrow untuk meramalkan harga saham. Proses implementasi melalui 3 tahapan, yaitu preprosesing data, pelatihan jaringan, dan pengujian jaringan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan jaringan saraf tiruan dengan jumlah dataset yang banyak membutuhkan perhitungan yang kompleks, sehingga jaringan saraf tiruan dengan arsitektur jaringan yang sederhana kurang efektif dan dapat terjebak pada titik lokal minimum. Hasil peramalan untuk harga close saham BBCA.JK memiliki nilai MAPE 0,85% dan untuk harga close saham AALI.JK memiliki nilai MAPE sebesar 1,84%.AbstractArtificial neural network is a hot topic and invite a lot of admiration in the last decade. Artificial Neural Network is one of the artificial representations of the humans brain who always try to simulate the learning process of the humans brain. Artificial neural network with backpropagation method is able to forecast nonlinear data such as daily data form stock price. One of the weight initialization algorithms that can be increase the execution time is nguyen-widrow. In this research will be implemented backpropagation method with nguyen widrow weight initialization to forecast stock prices. The process of implementation through 3 stages, that is preprosesing data, training, and testing or simulate. The results of this research indicate that the training of artificial neural networks with many datasets required a complex calculations, so the artificial neural network with simple architectures is less effective and can get stuck at minimum local points.
