Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of informal economic education and financial literacy on financial management in college students. The research method used is quantitative method. The subject of this research is the accounting study program at the University of Garut Class of 2020/2021 with a total of 90 students. The sampling method in this study was the saturated sampling method. The data collection technique was carried out through a questionnaire. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that informal economic education and financial literacy have a positive and significant influence on financial management in students. This shows that the higher the informal economic education and financial literacy of students, the higher the financial management of these students.

Abstract

The measurement of E-Government user satisfaction at local governments in Indonesia still needs to be improved to achieve the high accountability demanded by the central government. Based on the theory of behavior, six factors influence the satisfaction of local government E-Government users, namely knowledge of ease of use, trust, function and form interaction, reliability, content and display of information, and support. This study examines the influence of these six factors on the E-Government Quality of local governments in the province of West Java. Respondents in this study were the head of the West Java regional government agency. This study uses PLS-SEM and succeeds in proving that there is a positive and significant effect of ease of use, trust, function and form interaction, reliability, content and display of information, and support for local government E-Government user satisfaction. These findings provide practical contributions as a guide for local governments to improve E-Government Quality. Future research needs to expand the scope of the observation area, incorporate subjective and objective scales of user satisfaction variables, and develop other variables based on other theories such as contingency theory, agency theory, and dynamic capabilities theory.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain related topic and information regarding perceived organizational support. In conducting this study, the researcher utilized Scopus database for data mining and extraction. A total of 816 articles were discovered in the Scopus database accessed on July, 2023. Afterward, VOSviewer is utilized for scientific mapping and analysis of publication performance such as identify the contributions of authors, journals, countries, and author keywords number. Several countries have contributed to publications of perceived organizational support. The data reveals that the US contributes the most to this publishing subject, followed by China, India, the UK, Australia, Malaysia, Pakistan, South Korea, Canada, and Turkey. Most works on the topic are from these nations. The "International Journal of Human Resource Management" has the most important influence on this topic based on article document output. While, "Journal of Management" has the greatest number of citations.  This topic's top five authors write the most articles and Stinglhamber F. is the most prominent author in perceived organizational support study. Meanwhile, the most referenced author in this field is Eisenberger R., with 1,300 citations. This research can serve as a point of reference for future research pertaining to POS topic.

Abstract

The intent of this study is to assess the impact of lifestyle, advertising, and discounts on impulsive purchases among Tokopedia application users in Kuningan Regency. The study methodology used in this research is descriptive and verification research methods with a data-driven survey approach. The demographic of the study composed of all people in Kuningan Regency who use the Tokopedia application. The sample size is 100 respondents, selected using purposive sampling techniques. The criteria for respondents include those who have used the Tokopedia application at least twice. The data used in obtained through surveys distributed to respondents who met the specified criteria. The results of the study show that lifestyle, advertising, and discounts have a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying. Advertising in particular, exerts a substantial positive and significant impact on impulsive buying.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceptions of the teaching profession on interest in becoming a teacher. The population of this study were Economics Education students at the Faculty of Education, Panca Sakti University Bekasi who were active in the odd semester of the 2023/2024 academic year. This sampling technique uses purposive random sampling so that a total sample of 60 people is obtained. Data collection methods include questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. This means that the perception of the teaching profession affects the interest in teaching economics education students at Panca Sakti University Bekasi.

Abstract

Teaching factory diperlukan dalam pelaksanaan kerjasama SMK dengan Dunia Usaha/ Dunia Industri/Dunia Kerja yang baik dan saling menguntungkan sangat penting untuk menunjang tercapainya program pengembangan pembelajaran model teaching factory berbasisis industri. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengembangan model pembelajaran teaching factory berbasisi kelas industry di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan kualitatif kemudian data dianalisis dengan menggunakan kajian Pustaka dan konten analisis. Data diperoleh melalui instrument obserbvasi dan wawancara pada guru, siswa, dan seluruh pihak terkait yang ada di SMK Wahidin Cirebon yang melakukan kegiatan pengembangan model pembelajaran teaching factory kelas industri program keahlian Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran yang bekerjasama dengan Dunia Usaha/ Dunia Industri/Dunia Kerja dengan membentuk kelas industry sebagai model pembelajaran teaching factory. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa SMK Wahidin Cirebon telah menerapkan program kelas industri pada program keahlian Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran yang mana ini dimaksudkan untuk memadukan pelajaran yang akan diajarkan, dengan kebutuhan industry, namun, belum melaksanakan evaluasi implementasi kurikulum kelas industri dilakukan oleh pihak sekolah bersama pihak industry

Abstract

A product strategy or product strategy is a plan that identifies the aims and objectives of a product and then describes a vision for achieving these goals. It helps link the project's vision to the actual methods used to implement it. A product strategy maps out the critical benchmarks against the creation, marketing, and distribution of any concept you plan to sell. Abstract

Every company must be able to invite its employees to provide a model of employee happiness at work and appropriate organizational citizenship behavior in accordance with the needs of the company which can make a person's organizational citizenship behavior better. This study aims to determine the model of employee happiness at work and organizational citizenship behavior of an employee in a company. This research is a descriptive and verification research using simple linear regression analysis, where the respondent population is all employees of 30 people with a sample size of 30 people using SPSS 24 software. The method used in this research is saturated sampling technique using the entire population as a sample. Collecting data using a direct survey method using a questionnaire. The results of respondents' responses that have been distributed and from the test results then employee happiness at work have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. To improve the organizational citizenship behavior of employees, the authors suggest that there be further research by other researchers on the issues of factors that influence organizational citizenship behavior besides happiness such as empathy at work, organizational conditions and the role of organizational management, supervisory ability and the quality of work itself.

Abstract

Teachers must have competence in teaching. There are four competencies that teachers must have, namely pedagogical competence, professional competence, personality competence, and social competence. The Guru Penggerak program is hoped to increase competence in learning activities. This research aims to determine whether there are differences in the competencies of driving and non-moving teachers and describe the indicators of each competency. Based on a questionnaire distributed to students in classes X and XI, the greater pedagogical competence of driving teachers and no-moving teachers is found in the indicator that economics teachers speak politely and politely when delivering learning material, there is an ability to adapt to the surrounding environment, which is the highest average in social competences. The research instrument was given to students taught by Guru Penggerak and non-moving teachers. The results of the research show that for each competency indicator, there are indicators that have the same average value of driving teachers and non-moving teachers, but there are differences in professional, pedagogical, and personality competence between driving teachers and non-moving teachers, while social competence is the same between driving teachers and non-moving teachers. AbstrakGuru harus memiliki kompetensi dalam mengajar, terdapat empat kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh guru yaitu kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi profesional, kompetensi kepribadian dan kompetensi sosial. Adanya program Guru Penggerak diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi pada kegiatan pembelajaran. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan kompetensi yang dimiliki Guru Penggerak dan bukan Guru Penggerak dan mendeskripsikan indikator dari setiap kompetensi. Instrumen penelitian diberikan kepada siswa yang diajar oleh Guru Penggerak dan bukan Guru Penggerak. Berdasarkan angket yang disebar kepada siswa kelas X dan XI sejumlah 23 pertanyaan tentang kompetensi guru, hasil penelitian menunjukkan kompetensi guru berada pada kategori tinggi, kompetensi profesional yang dimiliki Guru Penggerak dan bukan Guru Penggerak memiliki nilai rata-rata tertinggi pada penguasaan materi nilai rata-rata Kompetensi pedagogik Guru penggerak dan bukan Guru Penggerak yang lebih besar terdapat pada indikator Guru ekonomi berbicara santun dan sopan pada saat menyampaikan materi pembelajaran, terdapat kemampuan beradaptasi dengan lingkungan sekitar merupakan rata-rata tertinggi pada kompetensi sosial. Tetapi terdapat perbedaan kompetensi profesional, pedagogik dan kepribadian antara Guru Penggerak dan bukan Guru Penggerak sedangkan untuk kompetensi sosial sama antara Guru Penggerak dan bukan Guru Penggerak.Kata Kunci: Guru; guru penggerak; kompetensi guru

Abstract

ABSTRACT                This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of psychological empowerment and organizational culture on job satisfaction of employees of PT. BRI Syariah Bandung City both partially and together.               This research uses descriptive as well as verification methods. The study was conducted on 77 employees of PT. BRI Syariah Bandung City, Sampling is done using saturated sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis.               The findings of this study are that psychological empowerment and organizational culture partially or jointly have an impact on employee job satisfaction. Furthermore, the determinant value obtained was 0.883, this means that psychological empowerment and organizational culture were able to explain job satisfaction worth 88.3%. Meanwhile, 11.7% was caused by other factors. Keywords: Psychological Empowerment, Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction
