Abstract

Islam sangat menganjurkan keamanan dan kedamaian bagi seluruh makhluk hidup. Salah satu fondasi kedamaian yang diinginkan adalah kasih sayang, tidak hanya kepada manusia tapi juga kepada mahluk lain termasuk hewan. hal tersbut diperlihatkan oleh Muhammad SAW sebagai pembawa kasih sayang untuk seluruh alam semesta. Akan tetapi sikap kasih sayang terhadap hewan tersebut agaknya tidak diamalkan sepenuhnya oleh kaum muslimin. Terbukti dengan banyaknya penyiksaan atau perlakuan tidak baik pada hewan. Seperti kasus kucing liar di jalanan dengan kulit melepuh hingga tampak dagingnya akibat disiram air panas, dan dalam beberapa kasus, hewan-hewan tersebut disakiti tanpa alasan yang jelas, hanya untuk sekadar iseng dan hiburan. Kesenjangan yang terjadi mendorong penulis untuk mengeksplor lebih komprehensif hadis-hadis yang menganjurkan manusia untuk menyayangi hewan dan bagaimana bentuk kasih sayang kepadanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode hadis tematik, dengan tujuan mengumpulkan semua hadis-hadis tentang kasih sayang terhadap hewan dalam kutub al-tis’ah. Lalu kemudian dianalisa secara komprehensif untuk mendapatkan pesan moral yang dikandung. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa bentuk-bentuk kasih sayang terhadap hewan adalah memberi makan dan minum hewan, tidak membiarkan mereka kelaparan, tidak membunuh hewan tanpa alasan yang jelas, tidak menunggangi hewan yang tidak diciptakan untuk hal tersebut, memanfaatkan hewan sesuai dengan fungsinya, menjaga kebersihan kandang hewan dan hewan jika membudidayakannya, menyembelih hewan dengan cara yang baik, tidak memisahkan burung atau hewan dengan induknya tanpa alasan yang jelas, tidak membunuh hewan dengan api, dan tidak merusak tempat tinggal mereka.

Abstract

The hadith about the Prophet Moses slapping the Angel of Death has caused controversy among scholars. Although this hadith has a valid sanad and is narrated by a reliable narrator, some scholars argue that its text contains impossibilities and cannot be accepted by reason. This study aims to analyze the various understandings of scholars regarding the hadith of the Prophet Moses slapping the Angel of Death and to find a middle ground to understand it. The method used in this study is qualitative with a library research approach. The results of the study show that the hadith does not contain impossibilities and does not contradict human reason and logic. Differences in views in understanding this hadith do not damage a person's faith, especially since this hadith is not directly related to faith or sharia. However, it should be noted that when faced with a hadith that seems to contradict logic, it is best not to rush to declare the hadith weak, because something that seems to contradict logic to some people may not be so to others.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: This study aims to develop and assess the effectiveness of a physics learning media based on songs and animations to enhance motivation and understanding among Grade VIII students on the topics of mirrors and lenses.. Methodology: The study employed a mixed-methods approach, utilizing a procedural development model by Borg and Gall. Tools and software used include Adobe Audition 1.5, Wondershare Filmora, and Adobe Flash CS6. Data collection methods included questionnaires and expert reviews. Main Findings: The song and animation-based learning media received a "Very Valid" rating from content experts (90%) and a "Valid" rating from media experts (70%), with teachers giving an average score of 90%. The t-test results showed a significant increase in students' motivation in the experimental group, with a mean score of 79.50 compared to 68.07 in the control group, indicating the positive impact of the developed media. Novelty/Originality of this study: This study introduces an innovative approach by combining musical and animated elements in physics education, thereby stimulating both the left and right brain hemispheres. This dual-hemisphere engagement fosters a more interactive and enjoyable learning experience, bridging the gap in traditional physics instruction by addressing both logical and creative aspects of student learning.

Abstract

Pasal 74 ayat (1)  Undang-undang Merek Nomor 20 Tahun 2016 menyatakan pihak ketiga yang berkepentingan dapat mengajukan gugatan penghapusan merek terdaftar ke pengadilan niaga dengan alasan merek tersebut tidak digunakan selama 3 (tiga) tahun berturut-turut dalam dunia perdagangan. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kekuatan hukum dari merek terdaftar yang sudah tidak digunakan selama tiga tahun berturut-turut tanpa adanya gugatan dari pihak ketiga. Selain itu juga ingin mengetahui apakah pemilik merek terdaftar yang sudah tidak menggunakan mereknya dapat mengajukan tuntutan hukum kepada pihak ketiga yang menggunakan mereknya tanpa izin. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian yuridis normatif, dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan. Tipe penelitian adalah penelitian asas hukum terkait dasar penghapusan merek terdaftar. Juga terdapat kekaburan hukum mengenai kedudukan hukum pemilik merek terdaftar yang mereknya tetap tercantum dalam Daftar Umum Merek meskipun merek tersebut tidak digunakan lagi. Sifat penelitian preskriptif.  Hasil penelitian menunjukan, pertama dengan tidak digunakannya merek selama tiga tahun berturut-turut dalam dunia perdagangan maka merek tersebut kehilangan kekuatan hukumnya sebagai sebuah merek. Kedua, Menteri cq ditjen HKI baru bisa mencoret merek yang tidak digunakan tersebut dari Daftar Umum Merek apabila ada gugatan penghapusan merek oleh pihak ketiga.  Apabila tidak ada gugatan  maka merek yang bersangkutan masih tetap tercantum dalam Daftar Umum Merek. Secara legal formal pemegang merek masih memiliki hak eksklusif atas mereknya, oleh karena itu ia masih dapat menggugat pihak ketiga yang menggunakan mereknya tanpa izin.

Abstract

Multiple-choice tests are commonly used in education, including at the higher education level, as an efficient method for evaluating students' understanding. In the context of Arabic language learning, multiple-choice tests are believed to be able to assess students' level of comprehension and mastery of the language. However, it is essential to evaluate the feasibility and reliability of these tests to ensure that the results accurately reflect students' abilities. This study aims to evaluate the feasibility and reliability of multiple-choice tests in Arabic in higher education. The evaluation was conducted by assessing content validity, construct validity, reliability, and correlation with students' academic performance. The results showed that 60% of the test questions were aligned with the existing curriculum, although only 14 out of 25 questions met the criteria for construct validity. Despite some shortcomings in construct validity, the test demonstrated a high level of reliability, with a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.88, indicating consistent test results. Additionally, there was a significant positive correlation between test scores and students' academic performance (r = 0.44), indicating that the test can reflect students' overall academic achievement. Despite certain limitations in construct validity, the conclusion of this study is that the multiple-choice test is still considered reliable as an evaluation tool. This conclusion provides insight into the test's effectiveness in measuring students' understanding and mastery of Arabic at the tertiary level.

Abstract

Ketidakpatuhan minum obat adalah penyebab utama kegagalan terapi hipertensi. Hipertensi telah mengakibatkan kematian sekitar 8 juta orang setiap tahun, di dunia 1,5 juta kematian terjadi di Asia Tenggara yang 1/3 populasinya menderita hipertensi. Secara nasional hasil menunjukkan Prevelensi hipertensi di Indonesia melalui pengukuran pada usia 18 tahun sebesar 34,11%. Berdasarkan data provinsi Aceh terdapat 464.839 jiwa penderita hipertensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepatuhan minum obat dengan tekanan darah pasien hipertensi di Pukesmas Ujong Fatihah. Metode: Metode penelitian ini adalah analitik korelatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study dengan jumlah sampel 90 responden dengan teknik accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-Square dengan hasil analisa bivariat pada pasien dengan kepatuhan kepatuhan minum obat terhadap tekanan darah pasien hipertensi dengan kategori rendah terdapat 8 responden dengan prehipertensi, 55 responden dengan stadium I dan 3 responden stadium II. Namun, bila dilihat pada pasien dengan kepatuhan minum obat tinggi terdapat 3 responden normal dan tidak ditemukan responden dengan hasil tekanan darah prehipertensi, hipertensi stadium I dan hipertensi stadium II pada pasien dengan kepatuhan minum obat hipertensi tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data ada hubungan yang signifikan antara variable kepatuhan minum obat terhadap variabel tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi di puskesmas Ujong Fatihah Kecamatan, Kuala Kabupaten Nagan Raya dengan p-value 0,000 (p-value0,05)

Abstract

This study explores EFL students' attitudes towards the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in writing English thesis proposals in higher education. The rapid advancement of AI technology has encouraged many university students to use AI-based tools to improve the quality of their academic writing. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study examined students' perceptions, experiences, and challenges. Data were collected through a questionnaire involving 35 English Education students at UIN Raden Intan Lampung as well as semi-structured interviews with 10 selected participants. The results showed that most students had a positive attitude towards AI due to its ability to improve writing efficiency, grammatical accuracy, and text organization. AI also helps in generating ideas, structuring arguments, and providing quick feedback, thus reducing anxiety in writing. However, there are concerns about over-reliance on AI that may stifle critical thinking and creativity. In addition, students were aware of the ethical challenges of using AI, especially regarding originality and the risk of plagiarism. Some students also customized AI results to better suit academic standards, which show that they did not fully rely on AI without re-evaluating. This study concludes that AI can be an effective support tool in thesis proposal writing if used wisely. Therefore, this study emphasizes the need for AI literacy in higher education to help students understand the limitations and ethical implications of its use. With the right approach, AI can be an effective support tool in developing students' academic abilities.

Abstract

Poisoning is one of the conditions that can occur in a tourist village. Handling or first aid for poisoning problems needs to be carried out by tourism service providers or the community. Providing education and also empowerment can be done with the hope of increasing knowledge about first aid that must be done in cases of poisoning in the Tourism Village. This community service is carried out to increase the knowledge of cadres and the community in handling poisoning cases through empowerment. Community service is carried out by applying empowerment to cadres on 5 topics such as handling cases of respiratory allergies, handling cases of pesticide poisoning, handling cases of food poisoning, handling cases of venomous animal bites, introducing types of antidotes for poisoning and animal bites with local wisdom. The cadres' knowledge increased between before and after health education with a mean difference of 9 points from 77 to 86. Continuous activities are needed to maintain cadres' knowledge in handling poisoning cases.

Abstract

The community empowerment program based on Nile tilapia cultivation using the biostimulant RAS system was expected to enhance participants' economic independence. Key challenges included limited access to information, education, and technology, alongside a lack of business management support. The program aimed to address these issues and positively impact the welfare of the disability community. Conducted under the title "Productive Efforts for Sensory (Hearing Impairment/Deafness) and Physical Disabilities through Nile Tilapia Cultivation Using a Circular Biostimulant RAS System in the Teras Inklusi Community," the activity used a Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach. The installation of circular RAS (Recirculating Aquaculture System) ponds in the field was completed as planned, with all system components, including circular ponds, filtration systems, and water distribution pipes, properly installed and functioning as expected. Effective coordination between the PKM team and partners resulted in no significant obstacles during installation. The training successfully enhanced participants' understanding and competencies, as evaluation results showed an increase in the "Good" category from 25% in the pre-test to 85% in the post-test, with no participants remaining in the "Poor" category after training.

Abstract

Women's micro-enterprises, organized within the Sungai Ulin Joint Business Group, have fostered family economic activities through the production of rempeyek (a traditional Indonesian cracker). The challenges they face lie in the areas of production and management. Innovation in rempeyek production by creating new flavor variations is needed to expand consumer choice. The community service method employed was Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) through counseling and business mentoring. The results of the activities showed an increase in understanding (cognitive) from an average of 2.33 to 5.31.
