This study aims to measure the interest level of 10th-grade students majoring in fashion design in utilizing guidance and counseling services at SMKN 1 Batu. This study identifies the factors influencing students' interest in guidance and counseling services. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, and data collection was conducted through interviews and observations. This study employs domain data analysis. The results found that students feel that the implementation of guidance and counseling is ineffective. This is influenced by the guidance and counseling services provided not being tailored to the characteristics of the students, and the need for variations in methods and techniques in delivering guidance and counseling services to increase student participation. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Product Quality (X1), Place (X2), and Promotion (X3) on Purchase Decisions (Y) at Duta Mode Cilacap. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 100 consumers of Duta Mode Cilacap. The sampling technique used in this study was random sampling. The data analysis techniques used include validity test, reliability test, test including linearity test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing including t-test and F test, coefficient analysis determination (R²). The analysis results show that product quality significantly affects purchasing decisions at Duta Mode Cilacap. Place significantly affects purchasing decisions at Duta Mode Cilacap. The promotion significantly affects purchasing decisions at Duta Mode Cilacap. Product quality, place, and promotion significantly affect Duta Mode Cilacap's purchasing decisions.

The study aims to analyze the legal protection of legal protection for victims of cyber crime as a form of transnational crime. In addition to creating laws and regulations that safeguard victims of phishing, the goal of this research is to establish legal protection for victims of cybercrime, a form of transnational crime. This study employs a normative juridical research methodology that blends statutory and conceptual frameworks. The following are the results of the research: 1) Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions and Law Number 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection are examples of previous legislative regulations that regulate protections for victims of cross-border information crimes and electronic transactions. 2) Cybercrime victims' legal protection as a form of transnational crime. Essentially, two methods are available for use: 1) the procedural rights model, in which the victim has the right to attend all court proceedings and takes a more active role in the prosecution; 2) the service model, according to which victims are seen as individuals who require assistance from law enforcement in order to feel as though their rights are upheld in a just setting. Every step of the investigation, trial, and post-trial phases of the process needs to include virtual and in-person support for victims of cybercrime.

The increased role of technology and the complexity of societal changes have ushered in a new era in education, known as Civil Society 5.0. This research aims to explore the role of Human Resources at MTs Darussalam Samarinda in adapting to the Civil Society 5.0 era. The research methodology employed a qualitative-descriptive approach, utilizing interview data from all available human resources within the madrasah. Observations were conducted in the field to validate the obtained data, both from interview transcripts and documents. Data analysis involved an interactive technique encompassing collection, condensation, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research findings emphasize the pivotal role of Human Resources in adopting technology for learning, adjusting the curriculum to meet contemporary demands, and establishing robust collaborations within the local community. Islamic education Human Resources are not merely instructors; they also serve as change leaders, shaping students' characters, upholding religious values, and preparing students to actively engage in a dynamic society.

Academic resilience is defined as the ability of an individual to maintain his or her academic ability successfully and through various activities, difficulties, challenges, or obstacles in an academic context. Research on resilience has been widely found in other fields, so it has become commonplace, but in academic contexts, especially in Indonesia, it has become a hot topic related to academic success and student well-being. In the context of academic resilience, students must have some abilities that make them individually resilient. This is secondary research using a method of systematic literature review that goes through five main steps, ranging from literature search, research questions, data processing, filtering or selection of data, and conclusion of selected articles. The results show that students need to be trained in improving their resilience through both curative and preventive strategies, including peer-counseloring programs, group guidance and counseling, mindfulness approaches, and cognitive restructuring. The results of the research can be used as a source of reading for further research to investigate the extent to which the negative impact of this reduction of ability, any factors, and appropriate interventions can create a guide for class teachers as a strategy for improving student academic resilience. Because this ability also affects his academic achievement and success.

Islamic Boarding School (Pesantren) is the most autonomous institution that can not be on the intervention of any parties. In Islamic Boarding Schools, Kiai has authority in characterizing many activities of pesantren community. Variations of education is also due to differences in conditions sosi-cultural society that surrounds it. Development of the pesantren as an institution engaged in education and socio-religious, must be encouraged. Development of Pesantren must be continued cause of the change of world drastic and dynamic with rapid development, Of course, either directly or indirectly may affect to pesantren. In order for schools to continue to survive, then a few steps can be taken with the strategic development kept the same boarding school as an institution indegious Islamic education in Indonesia.

The main issue in improving the quality of Islamic Higher Education is to increase the competence and professionalism of teachers and education personnel to achieve its vision and mission in the middle of the complexity of the demands of society and the changing times. so that the quality of education and governance of Islamic Religion clean and transparent with the principles of good governance is achieved as a matter of strategic policy development, the concept of the balanced scorecard as a strategic management system that is implemented by a world-class organization and even as a means of guiding and driving the change management process and the culture of the organization, in this case integrated in educational organization in order to create Islamic institutions of higher education quality. Through the balanced scorecard, which focuses on four perspectives, namely financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business perspective and learning and growth perspective is expected to create a system of organizing the Islamic Higher Education that upholds the values of trust, tafaqquh fi 'l-Din, professional, transparent, accountable and quality. Through balanced scorecard Similarly, Islamic higher education will be more qualified, marketable and globally competitive.

The presence of Islamic education i.e. madrasah has significantly contributed to the live of public citizen in Indonesia. Therefore, the existence of madrasah education develops in accordance with the needs and demands of society today as well as it be able to adjust the existence of the industrial revolution 4.0. The development madrasah education must be done by increasing the quality of human resources, redesigning curriculum development and managing the quality of learning. In this context, as an effort to achieve the above educational goals, new breakthroughs in the field of learning are needed i.e. continuous quality improvement by carrying out various approaches, especially in the field of learning management innovation in order to drive the Islamic education as a central for excellence where the students are able to compete in the midst of the 4.0 industrial revolution era. The existence of learning management essentially aims to build and develop the full potential of learners, and these efforts can only be made if all learning activities are programmed in accordance with the needs of students, parents, and society expectations. Therefore, at the practical level, learning activities are understood to be able to run effectively and efficiently if all of the above activities start from the managerial process, through the learning planning process; learning management; management of students management of quality human resources or professionalism of teachers; development of learning activities and the process of evaluating good learning.

Penilaian kesiapan anak mengikuti pembelajaran di sekolah dasar menjadi bagian penting proses transisi anak memasuki pendidikan yang lebih formal dan tersruktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris kecocokan model dimensi kesiapan anak mengikuti pembelajaran di sekolah dasar menggunakan standar tingkat pencapaian perkembangan anak (STPPA). Penelitian ini melibatkan 20 guru TK, RA dan PAUD di Kabupaten Cilacap beserta 200 anak usia 4 sampai dengan 7 tahun. Analisis faktor eksploratori dan second order confirmatory factor analysis digunakan untuk membuktikan kecocokan model. Hasil uji kecocokan model tersebut membuktikan bahwa enam aspek STPPA yang terdiri dari capaian perkembangan moral dan agama, fisik-motorik, kognitif, bahasa, sosial-emosional serta seni dapat digunakan sebagai aspek penilaian kesiapan anak mengikuti pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Hasil penilaian yang diperoleh dari instrumen yang dikembangkan ini dapat digunakan sebagai pertimbangan kesiapan anak secara fisik dan psikologis anak untuk mengikuti pembelajaran di sekolah beserta masa transisinya. This research aims to analyze the concept of evaluating the application of equality education and the results of the evaluation of the application of equality education at the Salafiyah Tahfidzul Qur'an Ahlus Shuffah Balikpapan Islamic Boarding School. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a context, input, process, and product (CIPP) analysis model. The research results show that the results of the context analysis evaluation support the implementation of equality programs, but there are still limitations. Evaluation of input analysis in the form of students coming from outside the region, which is considered diverse, the availability of tutors, infrastructure is sufficient, and textbooks are still limited to teacher handbooks. Evaluation of process analysis where the availability of various activities is an advantage at PKPPS Tahfidzul Qur'an Ahlus Shuffah. Learning has maximized the use of existing infrastructure. The product analysis evaluation is reflected in the graduate data from Pondok Tahfidzul Qur'an Ahlus Shuffah Balikpapan, which has not yet been updated, but from the information obtained, 100% of the students were able to complete the program well. As for the output of the graduates, they have worked, teach, and some have even become lecturers at universities. It is hoped that this evaluation can provide valuable input for the development of equality programs among Islamic boarding schools, especially in East Kalimantan.
