Abstract

This research aims to analyze the process of formulating and implementing madrasah policies in East Kalimantan. The madrasah in question is upper secondary level, or called MAN. The research objectives were achieved through phenomenological methods, descriptive approaches and interactive data analysis techniques, while data sources were obtained through documentation, interviews and observation techniques. This research concludes that there is a process of stratification of students' learning abilities and interests, not background segments. The legitimation process is marked by alignment with the vision and mission of the madrasah, as well as being in line with the policies of the Ministry of Religion. The allocation process involves determining time and location, such as allocating extracurricular activities related to arts and culture and the percentage of multicultural content in social and religious science subjects. The implications of the results of this research can be a reference for further research and practically a reference for policy-making to support the strengthening of multicultural education.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze excellent service in Madrasahs based on the perspective of social reconstruction by examining public perceptions and expectations of the quality of Madrasah services. This phenomenological research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. To meet the needs of this study, researchers collected data by using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The informants in this study included the head of the madrasa, integrated service staff, students, alums, and the madrasah committee. The results of the study indicate that there is urgency in implementing excellent services in madrasas, perceptions of community satisfaction with madrasa services, and the suitability of community expectations with the implementation of madrasa services. This study implies the importance of service in madrasa development activities that focus on customer satisfaction to survive and win the competition amid competition between educational institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the management of multicultural-based learning at the level of early childhood education. The method used in this study used a qualitative descriptive approach. PAUD Hidayatul Muttaqin conducted this research. In order to get an overview of the object, the researcher made observations at the location and interviewed several components in the school, including; the principal, three teachers, and two guardians. The results showed that multicultural-based learning management was carried out by; planning for multicultural education, strengthening human resources for educators, implementing multicultural education, and evaluating multicultural cultures. The implications obtained through multicultural-based learning management can foster a sense of nationalism and care for others in students. For this reason, the management of multicultural education is a place to instill the spirit of nationalism so that it can unite the existing diversity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan tingkat keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal siswa laki-laki dan perempuan. Komunikasi efektif yang sulit diterapkan oleh siswa menyebabkan siswa masih seringnya berbohong, menggunakan kalimat sarkasme atau sindiran yang merendahkan, kurang bisa menghargai lawan bicara dan mengeluarkan kata-kata kotor baik siswa laki-laki maupun perempuan. Di sisi lain komunikasi juga menjadi bagian integral dari kehidupan dan sebagai bentuk tindakan untuk membangun hubungan sosial dengan orang lain. Penelitin ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dengan analisis data menggunakan analisis independent sample t-test. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 130, 65 siswa perempuan dan 65 siswa laki-laki dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling dalam pengambilan sampel. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan secara signifikan keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal siswa laki-laki dengan perempuan. Namun, guru dan stakeholder pendidikan perlu menyadari temuan ini dan mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran yang mendukung perkembangan keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal bagi kedua jenis kelamin.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pola tanam monokultur dan tumpangsari terhadap hasil jagung dan tiga varietas padi di lahan kering. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Trenggono Kidul, Gunungkidul, pada bulan Maret-Agustus 2020 dengan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Faktorial 3 ulangan. Perlakuan meliputi monokultur Nasa 29, monokultur Inpari 42, monokultur Inpari 43, monokultur Inpago 10, tumpang sari Nasa 29 dan Inpari 42, tumpang sari Nasa 29 dan Inpari 43, dan tumpang sari Nasa 29 dan Inpago 10. Variabel tanaman jagung meliputi: tinggi tanaman, bobot brangkasan basah, bobot brangkasan kering, bobot jagung dengan kelobot, panjang tongkol jagung, bobot jagung pipilan, bobot tongkol tanpa biji dan bobot 100 biji. Variabel pengamatan tanaman padi meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan, panjang daun, lebar daun, panjang malai, jumlah gabah isi per malai, bobot 100 butir gabah, dan bobot gabah per rumpun. Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) pada α= 5% digunakan dalam analisis data dan untuk mengetahui perbedaan di antara perlakuan menggunakan uji DMRT pada α= 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan jagung Nasa 29 secara tumpang sari dengan ketiga varietas padi (Inpari 42, Inpari 43 dan Inpago 10) tidak berbeda nyata dengan hasil jagung Nasa 29 secara monokultur. Hasil monokultur padi (Inpari 42, Inpari 43, dan Inpago 10) dibanding dengan hasil padi secara tumpang sari dengan jagung Nasa 29 menunjukkan beda nyata, dimana hasil monokultur lebih unggul daripada tumpang sari. Paket tumpang sari yang dapat memberikan hasil jagung maupun padi yang terbaik diperoleh pada tumpang sari jagung Nasa 29-Inpari 43 dengan nisbah kesetaraan lahan (NKL) 1,24 artinya penerapan pola tanam tumpang sari masih tergolong menguntungkan karena memiliki nisbah kesetaraan lahan (NKL) lebih besar dari satu.

Abstract

The increased role of technology and the complexity of societal changes have ushered in a new era in education, known as Civil Society 5.0. This research aims to explore the role of Human Resources at MTs Darussalam Samarinda in adapting to the Civil Society 5.0 era. The research methodology employed a qualitative-descriptive approach, utilizing interview data from all available human resources within the madrasah. Observations were conducted in the field to validate the obtained data, both from interview transcripts and documents. Data analysis involved an interactive technique encompassing collection, condensation, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research findings emphasize the pivotal role of Human Resources in adopting technology for learning, adjusting the curriculum to meet contemporary demands, and establishing robust collaborations within the local community. Islamic education Human Resources are not merely instructors; they also serve as change leaders, shaping students' characters, upholding religious values, and preparing students to actively engage in a dynamic society.

Abstract

Permasalahan utama dalam pengembangan budidaya ayam kampung adalah pakan, yang merupakan unsur penting dalam usaha tani. Biaya pakan yang semakin mahal dapat mencapai lebih dari 70% biaya produksi, sehingga peternak berusaha membuat pakan sendiri untuk mengurangi ketergantungan pada pabrik pakan. Salah satunya adalah dengan membuat pakan pellet menggunakan bentonit sebagai perekat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bentonit terhadap karakteristik fisik dan performa ayam KUB. Penelitian dilakukan di Laboratorium Terpadu, Fakultas Pertanian UST, dengan 3 perlakuan bentonit (0%, 1%, dan 2%) dan 4 ulangan. Setiap ulangan menggunakan 10 ekor ayam KUB umur 4 minggu yang dipelihara selama 5 minggu (minggu ke-4 hingga 10). Data dianalisis dengan ANOVA dan uji Duncan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentonit berpengaruh nyata (P≤0,05) terhadap kualitas fisik pakan, seperti kekuatan pellet, keseragaman, tekstur, dan bau. Penggunaan bentonit 2% meningkatkan kualitas fisik pakan dan performa ayam, dengan peningkatan berat badan hingga minggu ke-10. Kesimpulannya, pakan dengan bentonit 2% dapat meningkatkan kualitas fisik pakan dan berat badan ayam KUB.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the internalization of Child-Friendly values in Islamic Religious Education instruction in elementary schools in East Kalimantan, emphasizing the humanistic educational governance aspect as part of Islamic educational management. This study uses a qualitative approach with a multi-site study design. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique in this study follows the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, which involves three stages: data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the process of internalizing Child-Friendly values is carried out through three stages: value transformation, value transaction, and value internalization. The habitualization of values through religious and social activities such as congregational prayer and joint tadarus, along with the involvement of parents and the community, has proven effective in creating a child-friendly school culture. The implications of this study highlight the importance of integrating educational governance grounded in humanistic values into educational management, where all relevant parties, including teachers and parents, play a role in creating a safe, inclusive educational environment that supports the holistic development of students’ character.

Abstract

Early adulthood, ranging from 19 to 40 years, is a transitional period during which individuals entering the workforce must be mentally and physically prepared for diverse and demanding workloads. Auditors at the Indonesian Audit Board (BPK RI) face substantial occupational stress due to high workloads, organizational pressures, and role demands, which can affect their psychological well-being. This study aimed to identify effective stress-coping strategies employed by early adult auditors to manage work-related stress. A qualitative approach was adopted, utilizing interviews, observations, and document analysis. Data were collected from early adult auditors at BPK RI, supplemented by field observations and analysis of personal and official documents. Findings indicated that stressors originated from both internal and external environments, including workload intensity, role conflicts, and organizational expectations. Despite variations in stressors, all participants applied both problem-focused and emotion-focused coping strategies. These strategies effectively reduced stress and enhanced psychological resilience. The study concludes that implementing appropriate coping mechanisms, supported by organizational attention to employees’ primary needs, can improve auditors’ well-being and sustain performance in high-pressure audit environments.

Abstract

In this technological era, Islamic education is a basic requirement. Therefore, the presence of technology has succeeded in eroding the values of intellectual and human spiritual in today’s situation. By this, the need of Islamic education is functioned to balance the rigors of technology influences in education. Conceptually, Islamic education is not only a kind form of intelligence but also educate the spiritual aspect, thus forming a complete human morality. Education which accommodates the aspect of intelligence development together with spiritual will deliver human into a good future that will be called as “personal ulul albab”. This concept is such what trying initiated by Imam Suprayogo in the teaching process at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. According to him, the elaboration of the physical and spiritual needs is important in shaping the human personality so that he/she could behave well in life. Philosophically education Ulu al-Albab see that man called ulu al-albab is a human figure that puts the dhzikir, thought and charity as the first human priority. By this concept, it is expected to be a form of intelligent personal intellectual (IQ), emotionally intelligent (EQ) and spiritually intelligent (SQ).
