Abstract

Introduction: The use of digital technology has transformed the way consumers select goods, particularly in the beauty industry. TikTok, along with the TikTok Shop feature, has become the primary channel for skincare brands to reach customers through content marketing, affiliate programs, customer reviews, and live streaming. The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of TikTok's content marketing, affiliate programs, and live streaming on consumers' purchasing decisions for skincare products. Methods: This research employs a quantitative approach, a type of research commonly referred to as a survey. Primary data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to students of the Sharia Economics Study Program at Annuqayah University, which was compiled based on research variable indicators. For this study, the probability sampling method was employed to select samples from a hundred respondents.Results: The influence of the three independent variables on the dependent variables was measured simultaneously and partially using multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. Islamic economics students at Annuqayah University have shown an increase in their interest in buying skincare products, thanks to the use of TikTok content affiliates, customer reviews, and live streaming. Additionally, buying interest is significantly influenced by these three independent variables acting simultaneously. Despite the simultaneous influences, the analysis revealed that all three variables collectively accounted for 54.3% of buying interest, while other factors contributed to the remaining 45.7%. Abstract

This community service activity aims to design an effective marketing strategy for premium rice producer PT Agro Panca Unggul (APU) by utilizing smart farming technology. This community service activity examines how the application of advanced technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), drones, precision sensors, and cloud-based data management systems can improve the productivity, quality, and efficiency of premium rice production. The method used is a descriptive study involving market analysis, consumer segmentation, and internal company evaluation. The results of the community service activity indicate that smart farming technology enables PT APU to produce premium rice with consistent high quality standards, reduce production costs through efficient use of resources, and support marketing decision-making based on real-time data. The proposed marketing strategy includes market segmentation focused on middle- to upper-class consumers in major cities, competitive premium pricing, intensive digital promotion, and product development that aligns with market preferences. This smart farming is expected to improve the quality of life of the community through access to premium rice and support broader food security. The target implementation of this smart farming is farmers who grow rice still using old methods. The community service activity identified key challenges such as the need for large capital investments and human resource adaptation to new technologies. In conclusion, the integration of smart farming technology in premium rice marketing planning provides a significant competitive advantage for PT APU, expanding market share and building a modern and sustainable brand image.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between green promotion and purchase intention through Systematic Literature Review using the PRISMA method. With public awareness of environmental issues, the company adopts a green promotion strategy to attract interest in environmentally friendly products. The researcher explored 41 articles on the relationship between green promotion and purchase intention from the Scopus database. The results of the study show that the environmental communication base is an important factor in shaping a positive brand perception, influencing purchase intentions, and encouraging consumer loyalty. There are several dominant theories used in this study, Stimulus-Organism-Response and Theory of Planned Behavior, which explain how the external stimulus of green promotion communication with the intention of purchasing products by consumers. In addition, the existence of factors such as advertising credibility, consumer skepticism, and the quality of information in green promotion have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The implications provide an overview for marketing practitioners in building an effective green marketing communication strategy to attract consumer interest in shopping activities to environmentally friendly products. In addition, it proposes a future research agenda, related to green promotion and purchase intention in the context of sustainable marketing.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze internal factors that affect the performance of PT Agro Panca Unggul (APU), a premium rice producer based on smart farming technology in Indonesia. The methods used include evaluating the company's resources, capabilities, and operational processes with a focus on the application of advanced technologies such as precision equipment, sensors, drones, and the Internet of Things (IoT) to improve productivity and harvest quality. The production location in Boyolali was chosen because of its fertile volcanic soil conditions and abundant water availability, supporting the growth of premium quality rice. The results of the analysis show that APU's main strengths lie in the integration of smart farming technology with modern agricultural practices, a strict quality control system, strong partnerships with local farmers, and an extensive distribution network. However, the company faces several internal weaknesses such as high initial investment costs, dependence on leased land, the need for intensive training for farmers, and limited production scale. APU's competitive advantage is supported by a focus on the premium market that cares about sustainability and technological innovation, as well as strong branding. This study recommends strengthening farmer training programs, diversifying financing sources, optimizing land management, and developing digital marketing strategies to maintain the company's competitiveness and sustainability in the premium rice market.

Abstract

Perkembangan internet telah memberikan pengaruh terhadap berbagai perusahaan, termasuk pada luxury brand cosmetic, terutama dalam mempengaruhi perilaku pencarian informasi di media sosial yang kemudian berdampak pada niat keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh information quality, source credibility, needs of information, information usefulness, information adoption, dan purchase intention terhadap produk luxury brand cosmetic di media sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode purposive sampling yang melibatkan 120 responden pengguna media sosial yang pernah melihat konten terkait produk luxury brand cosmetic di wilayah Jabodetabek. Instrumen penelitian disusun dalam bentuk kuesioner dengan skala likert 5 poin dan telah diuji validitas serta reliabilitasnya melalui factor analysis menggunakan SPSS. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan pendekatan Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) menggunakan software SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa information quality berpengaruh positif terhadap information usefulness. Selain itu, source credibility berpengaruh positif pada information usefulness. Temuan lainnya menunjukkan bahwa needs of information juga berpengaruh positif pada information usefulness. Selanjutnya, information usefulness berpengaruh positif terhadap information adoption. Lebih lanjut, information adoption berpengaruh positif pada purchase intention. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas strategi pemasaran digital, serta memperhatikan kualitas informasi yang disampaikan melalui media sosial

Abstract

Perkembangan internet telah mengubah pola bisnis secara global, dari metode tradisional kini beralih ke platform online, salah satunya adalah belanja online melalui marketplace. Dalam konteks ini, loyalitas pelanggan elektronik (e-customer loyalty) menjadi faktor penting bagi pertumbuhan dan keberhasilan bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh e-service quality, customer experience, dan customer satisfaction terhadap e-customer loyalty pada platform marketplace. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling. Responden terdiri dari 119 pengguna marketplace berusia minimal 17 tahun yang berdomisili di wilayah Jabodetabek. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert lima poin, dan pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas dilakukan melalui analisis faktor menggunakan software SPSS. Selanjutnya, analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS) melalui SmartPLS 4. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa e-service quality dan customer experience berpengaruh positif terhadap customer satisfaction dan e-customer loyalty. Selain itu, customer satisfaction juga memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan e-customer loyalty. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pelaku bisnis untuk lebih memperhatikan kebutuhan pelanggan dan terus melakukan inovasi, misalnya dengan mengembangkan fitur-fitur yang dibutuhkan serta program loyalitas, untuk mempertahankan daya saing di tengah persaingan pasar digital yang kompetitif.

Abstract

Risk management is an activity that combines risk recognition, risk assessment, the development of strategies to manage it, and risk mitigation using managerial resources. Some traditional approaches to risk management focus on risks arising from physical or legal causes (such as natural disasters or fires, accidents, or mortality). On the other hand, financial risk management focuses on hazards that can be managed using traded financial instruments. The objective of risk management is to reduce to an acceptable level the various hazards associated with a predetermined domain. It can refer to a variety of hazards posed by the environment, technology, people, organizations, and politics. This paper describes the various steps of the risk management process, identifies the methodologies used at each step, and provides examples of risk and safety management that is used at PT. Abstract

Effective financial planning and careful analysis of financial ratios are essential in the development of a medical laboratory business plan.  Medical laboratories play a crucial role in the healthcare industry by providing vital diagnostic services. However, financial challenges such as the procurement of sophisticated equipment and high operational costs are often obstacles.  This study evaluated the financial planning for the business development project of Daksa Medical Laboratory in South Tambun, Bekasi Regency. Through descriptive qualitative methods, financial planning includes financial objectives, capital structure, investments, financing, and financial projections. Financial ratio analysis is integrated into a business plan to evaluate the financial health of the laboratory. The results showed that this financial planning shows the growth potential and investment feasibility for Daksa Medical Laboratory.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, digital transformation, supply chain collaboration, and innovation on collaborative advantage and the performance of type C hospitals in Java, with government subsidies as a moderating variable. Using a quantitative approach and PLS-SEM analysis on 50 hospitals, the results show that most direct relationships between variables are insignificant, except for the influence of innovation on collaborative advantage and the influence of collaborative advantage on hospital performance, which are proven to be significant. In addition, government subsidies only play a significant role in strengthening the relationship between supply chain collaboration and collaborative advantage. These results confirm that collaborative advantage is a key factor in improving hospital performance, with innovation as its main driver. Meanwhile, transformational leadership and digital transformation have not shown a strong direct influence due to bureaucratic limitations and implementation readiness. These findings also indicate that government subsidies are more effective in the early stages of establishing collaborations, rather than directly improving performance. This study highlights the importance of external collaboration strategies and innovation in improving the competitiveness of public hospitals, as well as the importance of adapting global theories to the local context in developing health policies in Indonesia.

Bhakti Lelang Indonesia (BIDKU) adalah entitas dalam industri lelang otomotif dengan rencana khusus dalam mengadakan lelang kendaraan roda dua dan roda empat, yang direncanakan akan didirikan pada tahun 2025. BIDKU bertujuan untuk membangun reputasi sebagai salah satu balai lelang terkemuka di Indonesia. Sebagai pemain utama dalam industrilelangotomotif, BIDKU secara berkala mengadakan lelang yang memberikan peluang kepada berbagai pihak, termasuk perusahaan dan individu, untuk berpartisipasi dalam proses lelang. BIDKU menyediakan platform yang memastikan akses yang mudah dan aman untuk membeli kendaraan berkualitas dengan harga yang kompetitif. Proses lelang yang transparan dan profesional memastikan pengalaman yang memuaskan bagi setiap peserta, dengan komitmen untuk menjaga integritas dan etika dalam setiap tahap lelang, sehingga membangun kepercayaan pelanggan.
