Abstract

This study is concerned with how to develop and carry out a risk management strategy at PT Meat Tech, a startup in the imported beef business. Following the ISO 31000:2018 standard, the research uses a qualitative-descriptive strategy to spot, review, assess and tackle risks within the organization. The research finds that PT Meat Tech deals with significant weaknesses in operations, human assets and finances. A risk assessment matrix helped the company score and prioritize threats which led to the planning of targeted solutions, division of tasks and checking risk levels after these measures were carried out. The research points out that structured plans improve alignment and accountability, but note they do not always work as intended when faced with resource issues. According to the study, although PT Meat Tech grasps the concepts of risk governance well, the sustainability is linked to always adapting, making investments and introducing real-time monitoring. Using these lessons, SMEs specializing in high-risk, logistics-based operations can create and strengthen their systems for handling risks.

Abstract

This paper aims to explore PT. Recycled Paper Hub's response to the increasing demand for recycled paper within the context of sustainable production management and supply chain management, with a focus on the B2B industry. The study encompasses an analysis of the company's practices in managing relationships with suppliers of recycled paper, enhancing operational efficiency, and mitigating environmental impacts from its operations. PT. Recycled Paper Hub, a B2B company specializing in processing recycled paper into bales, faces rising demand for its products. This article presents research findings on how the company addresses the growing market demand through the utilization of advanced production technology and the application of lean manufacturing methods to minimize waste. Furthermore, the research evaluates how PT. Recycled Paper Hub manages relationships with suppliers of recycled paper to ensure stable and high-quality supply. Strategic partnerships with suppliers of recycled paper are identified as key success factors in meeting increasing demand. The research findings indicate that the increased demand for bales of recycled paper not only reduces waste and emissions but also reinforces PT. Recycled Paper Hub's commitment to sustainability. These findings offer valuable insights for the paper industry and other companies seeking to adopt more sustainable business models.

Abstract

Examining the evolving dynamics of parasocial relationships (PSRs) in social media, this in-depth systematic literature review utilizes the TCM framework to analyze 40 articles. The goal is to evaluate the influences on the development and persistence of PSRs and the one-sided bonds individuals create with media personalities. The importance of source credibility, attractiveness, and interactivity in promoting PSRs is emphasized in the research findings. These factors can influence consumer behaviors, brand attitudes, and psychological well-being. Quantitative methods were mainly used in the research, and the most studied platform was Instagram, while the most widely used framework was the source credibility theory. The review underscores the need for further research to explore the long-term implications of PSRs, the impact of emerging technologies, and ethical considerations in influencer marketing, advocating for a multi-method approach to understand the complexities of PSRs in the digital age.

Abstract

People tend to think of financial feasibility as an issue of numbers, which it is not. It is the issue of strategic intention, capital discipline, operating structure, and expected payoff being aligned. The research proposal is a complete financial plan and investment feasibility study on a new venture in the meat supply industry using the logistic-driven process targeting HORECA in the Jabodetabek area. In a five-year financial modeling, the study analyzes the anticipated revenues, cost structure, capital demand and finance projections through Return on Investment (ROI), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period, and the main financial ratios. The combination of scenario budgeting with systematic investment analysis not only builds a story of performance based on the strategic cost-allocation, liquidity maintenance and long-term solvency, but it also anticipates changing conditions, provides a clearer vision of the future by ensuring that the company can transform itself to adapt the potential improvements and counter powers to capitalize on them. Results show that profitability in the short term is sacrificed, but as of the second year, the enterprise will be able to cover its finances, achieve operational leverage, respectively high net margins as of the fifth year. The presence of a positive net present value (NPV) of 3.2 billion Indonesian rupiahs, an internal rate of returns (IRR) of 24 percent, and a 4.4-year payback indicate that as an investment it is both appealing to investors and economical in terms of capital.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is so that the gap between retirement age and life expectancy can still be prepared before retirement. This study uses a purposive sampling method and primary data collected from employees of private companies in the retail sector with manager level and below as many as 132 respondents located in Jakarta, Bogor, Tangerang, Depok, and other cities in Indonesia. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0. The results of the study indicate that saving behavior has a significant impact on retirement financial planning. Private retail employees who save consistently are more likely to secure welfare in old age which confirms a strong correlation between saving habits and retirement planning. This study contributes to theoretical developments in multidisciplinary studies, especially finance and management, and as a reference for future research on financial behavior, retirement planning, and group behavior. This study implies that private employees without monthly pensions should prepare for retirement earlier to ensure a prosperous post-retirement life. Companies can support this by helping employees manage their income effectively. However, this research is still limited to private retail employees in a small number of locations in Indonesia.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong perusahaan untuk berinovasi guna meningkatkan daya saing di pasar yang semakin kompetitif. PT Askara Jagannatha SA3M merespons tantangan tersebut dengan mengembangkan HiMall, sebuah aplikasi digital yang dirancang untuk membantu tenant pusat perbelanjaan dalam mempromosikan produk dan menjalin hubungan yang lebih dekat dengan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor internal yang menjadi kekuatan dan kelemahan perusahaan dalam mendukung keberhasilan implementasi HiMall. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan dukungan data kuantitatif, melalui pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder berupa kuesioner, wawancara, serta studi literatur. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa PT Askara Jagannatha SA3M memiliki keunggulan pada teknologi inovatif, desain UI/UX yang menarik, serta kompetensi SDM di bidang teknologi informasi dan AI. Keunggulan ini memungkinkan HiMall untuk menawarkan fitur-fitur unggulan seperti navigasi tenant berbasis Google Maps, rekomendasi personalisasi promo, serta efisiensi biaya promosi bagi tenant. Namun demikian, perusahaan juga menghadapi beberapa kelemahan, seperti kebutuhan modal yang besar dan perlunya peningkatan kompetensi SDM secara berkelanjutan. Dengan memanfaatkan kekuatan internal yang ada dan mengatasi kelemahan yang diidentifikasi, HiMall memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan visibilitas tenant, memperkuat loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas strategi pemasaran digital aplikasi HiMall sebagai solusi promosi tenant mall yang terintegrasi dan berbasis lokasi di Indonesia. HiMall hadir untuk mengatasi permasalahan rendahnya visibilitas tenant offline dan keterbatasan informasi promosi bagi pengunjung mall, dengan mengusung pendekatan Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning (STP) serta konsep NICE (Networking, Interaction, Common Interest, Experience). Strategi pemasaran HiMall dirancang menggunakan kerangka Problem–Solution Fit dan Lean Canvas Model, yang berfokus pada akuisisi pengguna awal, onboarding tenant, peningkatan brand awareness, serta validasi model bisnis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui wawancara, studi literatur, dan analisis data sekunder. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan STP (Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning) dan marketing mix yang dikombinasikan dengan konsep NICE (Networking, Interaction, Common Interest, Experience). Strategi pemasaran digital HiMall terbukti efektif meningkatkan visibilitas tenant mall, menarik pengguna awal, dan mendorong pertumbuhan pendapatan. Dengan pendekatan STP, konsep NICE, dan marketing mix inovatif, aplikasi HiMall dirancang sebagai solusi promosi tenant yang interaktif dan berbasis lokasi. Model bisnisnya mencakup komisi transaksi, iklan digital, langganan premium. HiMall berpotensi menjadi pionir transformasi digital ekosistem retail mall di Indonesia.

Abstract

Introduction: This aims to assess how IoT can increase efficiency in the eucalyptus oil production process.Method: This activity employs surveys, interviews, and case studies to identify problems in planning the development of the eucalyptus oil industry, and to design and implement technology-based solutions that improve quality and efficiency.Result: PT FEAR DENSU FARM uses the SCFE method combined with IoT Technology to extract eucalyptus leaves. The SCFE method is safer for the environment and reduces the risk of hazardous chemical contamination. Unlike conventional extraction methods using solvents that must be removed separately after extraction, SCFE leaves no chemical residue in the final product. Abstract

Introduction: This study aims to evaluate the application of technology in the salt processing process to improve operational efficiency and product quality and minimise waste of resources, time, and costs by identifying the challenges and opportunities faced in implementing technology in industrial salt processing, both from the technical, operational, and market aspects.Method: Descriptive analysis through descriptive methods with a literature review approach related to the operational planning of salt processing technology and the salt processing industry business. Data was collected through journals, reports, and documents on technology-based salt processing..Result: The implementation of technology in the production process, such as the use of automated machines, Internet-based monitoring systems, and digital data management, can increase work efficiency, reduce production time, and minimise the potential for human error. Technology enables more consistent production standards, ensuring that the quality of industrial salt produced meets market specifications and customer needs across various sectors, including pharmaceutical, chemical, and food. This research is one of the first conceptual studies to explicitly discuss the operational transformation of the salt industry in Indonesia, particularly at the national company level, such as PT Ladang Garam Nasional, utilising an Industry 4.0 technology approach. The contribution of this research is to provide a technology implementation framework for the salt manufacturing sector, serving as a reference study for other traditional sectors (agriculture, fisheries, etc.) to transform through the adoption of digital technology.
