The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the incentive and work environtment on job satisfaction through job motivation of the employee PT. Phapros Cabang Lampung. This research uses descriptive research design approach verification ex post facto and surveys. The data collection were done by spreading the questionnaire to 88 employees. Data were collected through prepared by the program analysis unit Linear Regression and Path Analysis. Based on the result that there is an incentive effect, the working environment and job motivation on employee job satisfaction either directly or indirectly.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh insentif dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui motivasi kerja karyawan PT. Phapros Cabang Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebar kuesioner kepada 88 orang karyawan. Data yang terkumpul diolah dengan program unit analisis Regresi Linier dan Path Analysis. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa ada pengaruh insentif, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung.Kata kunci: insentif, lingkungan, kepuasan, motivasi.

This study aimed to determine the relationship of student activity in the organization and discipline of learning to learning achievement (Great Point Academic) of students in the odd semester on student activity in Islamic Guidance and Counseling forum of Teacher Training and Education Faculty Lampung University year 2013/2014. This research used descriptive method verification with ex post facto approach and surveys. Probability sampling technique was used with Random Sampling using Cochran formula. To test the hypothesis, it was using Product Moment Correlation and Multiple. Based on analysis of data it obtained: (1) there is a relationship activity in organization with student learning achievement (Great Point Academic), (2) there is a relationship disciplinary learning with student learning achievement (Great Point Academic), (3) there is a relationship of the student activity in the organization and discipline learning with student learning achievement (Great Point Academic).Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan aktivitas mahasiswa dalam berorganisasi dan disiplin belajar terhadap prestasi belajar (indeks prestasi) mahasiswa semester ganjil pada unit kegiatan mahasiswa forum pembinaan dan pengkajian islam fkip unila tahun periode 2013/2014. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survei. Teknik sampling dengan probability random sampling menggunakan rumus cochran. Untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan Korelasi Product Moment dan Multiple . Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh : (1) ada hubungan aktivitas mahasiswa dalam berorganisasi dengan prestasi belajar (indeks prestasi) , (2) ada hubungan disiplin belajar dengan prestasi belajar (indeks prestasi), (3) ada hubungan aktivitas mahasiswa dalam berorganisasi dan disiplin belajar terhadap prestasi belajar (indeks prestasi ).Kata kunci: aktivitas mahasiswa dalam berorganisasi, disiplin belajar, prestasi belajar (indeks prestasi)

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of teacher teaching method, the utilitization of audio visual learning media, and the motivation achievement through learning activities of economic studies learning outcomes. The analysis techniques used are Linear Regression and Path Analysis. The research method used is descriptive verification with ex post facto approaches and surveys. The population in this study was 139 people, and the sample was 103 people. The sampling technique in this study is probability sampling using simple random sampling. The results showed that there was a simultaneous influence between teacher teaching method, utilitization of audio visual learning media and motivation achievement of learning activities through learning outcomes of the tenth grade students of SMA Negeri 12 Bandar Lampung with 59,7%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode mengajar guru, pemanfaatan media pembelajaran audio visual dan motivasi berprestasi melalui aktivitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi. Teknik analisis menggunakan Regresi Linear dan Path Analysis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatifdengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 139 orang dan sample 103 orang. Teknik pengambilan sample dalam penelitian ini adalah probability sampling dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh simultan antara metode mengajar guru, media pembelajaran audio visual, motivasi berprestasi, dan aktivitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar pada siswa kelas X IPS SMAN 12 Bandar Lampung sebesar 59,7%.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, metode mengajar guru, pemanfaatan media pembelajaran audio visual, motivasi berprestasi dan aktivitas belajar.

This research is purposed to identified whether or not there is influence between compensation, work motivation, and teaching method to sertificated teacher work productivity in the state junior high school of Trimurjo district in academic year of 2012/2013. In doing this study, the writer used descriptive verificative method with ex post facto and survey approach. The technique sampling that writer applied is probability sampling with simple random sampling. From the analyses of the study is found that (1) there is influence of compensation to sertificated teachers work productivity of the state junior high school of Trimurjo district in academic year 2012/2013 about 39,1%. (2) there is influence of work motivation to sertificated teachers work productivity of the state junior high school of Trimurjo district in academic year 2012/2013 about 27,1%. (3) there is influence of teaching method to sertificated teachers work productivity of the state junior high school of Trimurjo district in academic year 2012/2013 about 34,4%. (4) there is influence of compensation, work motivation, and teaching method to sertificated teachers work productivity of the state junior high school of Trimurjo district in academic year 2012/2013 about 58,7%. The background of this research is the result of studying economics which still relatively low. The objective of the research was to know the differences result of learning economics at the tenth grade social studies of SMAN 13 Bandar Lampung and which the model that is more effective between the cooperative learning model of TAI and TGT. The population on this research were 160 students and 79 students as sample (2 class) taken by using cluster random sampling technique. The design of this research was pretest-posttest only control design. The collection of data through observation, interview, documentation and test. The data analysis technique used t-test polled varians and effectiveness of N-Gain. The result of the research showed: (1) There is the differences in the result of studying economics which used cooperative learning model of TAI and TGT and (2) The cooperative learning model of TAI is more effective than TGT.Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar Ekonomi yang masih tergolong rendah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar Ekonomi pada siswa kelas X IPS SMAN 13 Bandar Lampung dan model mana yang lebih efektif antara model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI dan TGT. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 160 siswa dan sampel 79 siswa (2 kelas) diambil dengan menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. The purpose of this research was to know the effect on the students 'perceptions about the teaching methods of teachers and learning interest, students' motivation with regard to the learning outcomes on student achievement class VIII (Regular) MTs Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung. The method used in this research is descriptive research method approach verification ex post pasto. The data collection was done by structuring interviews and spreading questionnaires to 144 students consisting of seven classes. Data were collected through questionnaires processed by path analysis techniques. Based on the result that there is influence between students 'perceptions about the teaching methods of teachers and learing interest, students' motivation with regard to the learning outcomes of Grade VIII (Regular) Integrated IPS MTs Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung in the academic year 2016/2017. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang metode mengajar guru dan minat belajar melalui motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII (Reguler) MTs Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara terstuktur dan menyebar angket kepada 144 siswa yang terdiri dari 7 kelas. Data yang terkumpul melalui angket diolah dengan teknik analisis jalur. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa ada pengaruh antara persepsi siswa tentang metode mengajar guru dan minat belajar melalui motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu siswa kelas VIII (Reguler) MTs Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017. The purpose of this study are to determine Effect of Consumer Perceptions on Service Quality, Store Atmosphere and Word of Mouth Communication to Buy Consumer and against Consumer Buying Bakso Mas Yon. The population in this study as many as 1400 people, sampling of 93 respondents. The method in this research is descriptive verification method with ex-post-facto approach and survey. The data using questionnaires. Data analysis using Path Analysis and processed with SPSS. The results of this study indicate that there is influence between Consumer Perceptions of Service Quality, Store Atmosphere and Word of Mouth Communication to Buy Consumer and against Consumer Buying Bakso Mas Yon Bandar Lampung. With a determination level of 0,749 to against Consumer Buying and 0,79 to buying decision.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Persepsi Konsumen tentang Kualitas Pelayanan Jasa, Store Atmosphere dan Word of Mouth Communication terhadap Keputusan Pembelian melalui Minat Beli Konsumen Bakso Mas Yon. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 1.400 orang, pengambilan sampel sebanyak 93 responden. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex-post-facto dan survey. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan Path Analysis dan diolah dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara Persepsi Konsumen tentang Kualitas Pelayanan Jasa, Store Atmosphere dan Word of Mouth Communication terhadap Keputusan Pembelian melalui Minat Beli Konsumen Bakso Mas Yon Bandar Lampung. Dengan kadar determinasi sebesar 0,749 terhadap minat beli dan 0,79 terhadap keputusan pembelian.Kata kunci: persepsi konsumen tentang kualitas pelayanan jasa, store atmosphere, word of mouth communication, minat beli konsumen dan keputusan pembelian

This research aims to determine the factors that affect the economic learning outcomes of class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Sragi bounded on independent variable of student’s perception about the ability of teacher to teach and motivation to learn. Research method used descriptive verifikatif using ex post facto and survey approach. Sampling technique is probability sampling with proportionate random sampling and calculated using Cochran formula. Hypothesis testing using simple linear regression analysis and multiple. Obyek of research is the class XI IPS with a population of 70 students and a sampel of 56 students. Calculated based on data analysis using statistical formula obtained: ( 1). There is influence student’s perception about the ability of teacher to teach towards learning outcomes of economic.( 2). There is influence learning motivation towards learning outcomes of economic.( 3). There is influence student’s perception about the ability of teacher to teach and learning motivation towards learning outcomes of economic.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Sragi yang dibatasi pada variabel bebas persepsi siswa tentang kemampan mengajar guru dan motivasi belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survei. Teknik sampling adalah probability sampling dengan proportionate random sampling dan dihitung menggunakan rumus Cochran. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dan multiple. Obyek dalam penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IPS dengan populasi sebesar 70 siswa dan sampel 56 siswa. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dihitung mengunakan rumus stasistik diperoleh: (1). Ada pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang kemampuan mengajar guru terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi (2). Ada pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi (3). This research examined the comparative study of critical thinking between students who were taught using cooperative learning model of cooperative script and pair change based on self concept of students at class VIII on SMP Negeri 1 Sumberjaya. The method of the research was experimental with comparative approaches. The result of data analysis showed that (1) There is a difference on critical thinking of students who used cooperative script learning model than those who used pair change model. (2) Critical thinking of students who used cooperative script learning model was higher than those who used pair change on the students who have positive self concept. (3) Critical thinking of students whose learning used cooperative script was lower than those who used pair change on students who have negative self concept. (4) there is an interaction between learning model with self concept of student to the critical thinking skills on the subject of integrated social studies.Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang perbandingan berpikir kritis antara model cooperative script dan bertukar pasangan dengan memperhatikan konsep diri pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sumberjaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian eksperimen dengan pendekatan komparatif. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan (1) Ada perbedaan berpikir kritis siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model pembelajaran cooperative script dibandingkan menggunakan model pembelajaran bertukar pasangan. (2) Berpikir kritis siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model pembelajaran cooperative script lebih tinggi dibandingkan menggunakan bertukar pasangan pada siswa yang memiliki konsep diri yang positif. (3) Berpikir kritis siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model cooperative script lebih rendah dibandingkan menggunakan bertukar pasangan pada siswa yang memiliki konsep diri yang negatif. (4) Ada interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan konsep diri siswa terhadap berpikir kritis pada mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu.Kata kunci: berpikir kritis, konsep diri, cooperative script, bertukar pasangan

This research is motivated by low teacher performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect on teacher certification Performance SMP Kotagajah District of the Academic Year 2014/2015. The method used in this study was Ex Post Facto and Survey with descriptive research verification. Sampling was probability sampling technique using proportionate stratified random sampling and calculated using the formula slovin. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Based on the data analysis obtained the following results: (1) There is a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers discipline (2) There is a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers motivation. (3) There is a positive and significant effect of the discipline and motivation to the performance of teachers.Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh performance guru yang rendah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Performance pada guru sertifikasi SMP Kecamatan Kotagajah Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Ex Post Facto dan Survey dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif verifikatif. Teknik samplingnya adalah probability sampling dengan menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling dan dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan angket. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: (1) Ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan disiplin terhadap performance guru (2) Ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan motivasi terhadap performance guru. (3) Ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan disiplin dan motivasi terhadap performance guru.Kata kunci : disiplin, motivasi, dan performance
