Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis secara mendalam manajemen layanan bimbingan dan konseling (BK) di MA Al-Inayah Bandung dengan meninjau proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi program. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui studi dokumentasi dan wawancara dengan guru BK. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan BK berjalan berdasarkan kerangka yang sistematis sesuai standar nasional serta visi madrasah yang menekankan pembinaan karakter. Program tahunan dan semester tersusun dengan baik untuk menjawab kebutuhan siswa yang meliputi aspek akademik, emosional, perilaku, serta literasi digital. Pelaksanaan layanan mencakup bimbingan klasikal, layanan responsif, konseling individu, perencanaan karier, dan kolaborasi dengan wali kelas serta lembaga eksternal. Pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa manajemen BK di madrasah ini telah menerapkan prinsip-prinsip manajemen pendidikan dan standar layanan BK modern, terutama dalam pengembangan peserta didik, strategi preventif-interventif, dan penguatan karakter. Secara keseluruhan, layanan BK berkontribusi besar dalam menciptakan iklim sekolah yang mendukung perkembangan akademik dan sosial siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using the Fun Thinkers Book learning media on critical thinking skills and learning creativity in IPAS among fourth-grade students of SDI Bontobu’ne, Bajeng District, Gowa Regency. This study employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design using the One Group Pretest–Posttest Design. The research subjects consisted of 21 fourth-grade students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using critical thinking tests, learning creativity questionnaires, and student activity observation sheets. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive and inferential statistics with SPSS version 27, including normality tests, homogeneity tests, t-tests, simple linear regression, and MANOVA tests.The results indicate an improvement in students’ critical thinking skills and learning creativity after the implementation of the Fun Thinkers Book learning media. The t-test results show a significance value less than 0.05, indicating a significant effect of the Fun Thinkers Book on students’ critical thinking skills and learning creativity. Furthermore, the MANOVA results reveal that the use of the Fun Thinkers Book has a simultaneous effect on both critical thinking skills and learning creativity in IPAS. Therefore, the Fun Thinkers Book learning media is effective for enhancing critical thinking skills and learning creativity among elementary school students..

Abstract

The agrarian conflict in the Kendeng Mountains, Central Java, arose due to the construction of a cement factory by PT Semen Indonesia, which was supported by the state through the issuance of environmental permits, even though several permits had been revoked by court decisions. The local community rejected the project because it threatened their water sources, environment, and livelihoods. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the state, corporations, and civil society in the agrarian conflict in Kendeng, as well as the role of civil society movements in responding to this conflict. The research uses qualitative methods with a literature study of journals and related news reports. Using Karl Marx's theory of conflict and Charles Tilly's theory of social movements, the study finds that the state tends to side with corporate interests, while civil society continues to build resistance through collective action, legal advocacy, public campaigns, and ecofeminist movements. The Kendeng conflict reflects the imbalance of power relations and the weakness of substantive democracy in natural resource management. The need for increased transparency in licensing, community participation, and ecological protection are the main solutions.

Abstract

This study aims to thoroughly examine the triadic relationship among the Internalization of Aswaja An-Nahdliyah Values, the Pedagogic Competence of Ustadz/Ustadzah, and the Academic Supervision by the Kyai at the Salafi Sunanul Huda Islamic Boarding School in Sukabumi Regency. The research urgency is based on the vital role of the pesantren (Islamic boarding school) as a fortress of moderate ideology and the existence of a research gap that has not holistically integrated these three variables within the specific Salafi-Nahdliyyah context of the locus. The Aswaja An-Nahdliyah values central to the internalization process include Tawasuth (moderation), Tasamuh (tolerance), I'tidal (justice/firmness), Tawazun (balance), and Amar Ma'ruf Nahi Munkar (enjoining good and forbidding wrong). This internalization is carried out through the formal curriculum (teaching Kitab Kuning using the Sorogan and Bandongan methods) and the non-curricular aspects (Kyai/Ustadz role-modeling and pesantren living values). The study utilizes a qualitative approach with a Case Study design. Data collection employs Method Triangulation involving In-depth Interviews (Kyai, Ustadz, Students), Limited Participatory Observation (learning processes and cultural activities), and Document Study (Lesson Plans, curriculum, and supervision reports). Data analysis employs the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana (Data Condensation, Data Display, and Conclusion Drawing). The research findings are expected to formulate the Integrated Model of Triguna Santri in Aswaja An-Nahdliyah Internalization, which synergizes traditional pesantren methods with culture-based quality assurance. Practically, these findings will provide blueprints for quality assurance (Cultural-Authoritative Academic Supervision) and recommendations for pedagogical strategies for Ustadz/Ustadzah to enhance the transfer of values from the cognitive level to the affective and behavioral domains. This model is expected to become a benchmark for developing educator competence and strengthening religious moderation in similar pesantren.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis evolusi sistem pendidikan Indonesia melalui kajian komparatif praktik pedagogik dari masa kolonial hingga era modern. Dengan menggunakan metode studi literatur dan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini menelaah berbagai sumber historis, kebijakan pendidikan, serta kajian akademik yang relevan untuk mengidentifikasi pola perubahan, tujuan pedagogik, dan implikasinya terhadap pendidikan nasional. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa praktik pedagogik pada masa kolonial bersifat diskriminatif dan berorientasi pada kepentingan kolonial, sementara masa awal kemerdekaan menandai proses dekolonisasi pendidikan dan pergeseran menuju model humanis yang mengutamakan nilai-nilai kebangsaan. Pada era Orde Baru, pendidikan berkembang secara masif namun dikelola secara sentralistik dengan pendekatan pedagogik yang berpusat pada guru. Reformasi membawa perubahan signifikan melalui desentralisasi dan penerapan pendekatan konstruktivis yang lebih partisipatif. Memasuki era modern, praktik pedagogik semakin dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan teknologi, kurikulum berbasis kompetensi, serta kebutuhan keterampilan abad ke-21. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa evolusi pedagogik Indonesia bergerak dari pendekatan otoriter menuju pembelajaran yang lebih inklusif, fleksibel, dan berorientasi pada pengembangan karakter serta kompetensi peserta didik. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi landasan pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan yang lebih adaptif, merata, dan relevan terhadap tantangan global.

Abstract

  Untuk menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan kompetitif, pendidikan sangat penting untuk pembangunan bangsa. Namun, fenomena globalisasi, yang ditandai dengan peningkatan kemajuan teknologi, kebutuhan untuk bersaing, dan tingkat pertukaran budaya yang meningkat di abad ke-21, telah menimbulkan tantangan baru bagi sistem pendidikan, terutama di tingkat lokal. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari peran penting pendidikan dalam menghadapi tantangan globalisasi dan bagaimana hal itu berdampak pada pencapaian SDG ke-4, yang menekankan pendidikan yang inklusif, adil, dan berkualitas. Fokus penelitian ini adalah pendidikan di Kabupaten Cianjur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan melihat literatur dan menganalisis dokumen kebijakan pendidikan, laporan Badan Pusat Statistik, dan data dari Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Cianjur dari tahun 2018 hingga 2024. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa globalisasi melalui digitalisasi pembelajaran dan kolaborasi dengan sektor bisnis dan industry memberikan peluang untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan melalui digitalisasi pembelajaran. Namun, globalisasi juga membawa tantangan, seperti kesenjangan digital, perbedaan kualitas pendidikan antar daerah, dan ancaman terhadap nilai-nilai budaya lokal. Melalui pendekatan pembelajaran berfokus pada peserta didik, penguatan pendidikan karakter, dan penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka, dasar pedagogik berfungsi sebagai fondasi konseptual dan penyaring nilai untuk menghubungkan tuntutan global dengan konteks lokal. Untuk mendukung pencapaian SDGs 4 secara berkelanjutan di tingkat lokal, pendekatan utama adalah meningkatkan dasar pedagogic.

Abstract

Value-based leadership is effective school principal leadership that can bring about positive moral changes for teachers, staff, and students. Similarly, the leadership practices implemented by school principals at SMP Negeri 1 Lembang and SMP Darul Hikam Internasional, both A-accredited excellent schools, with the application of moral values-based education thru school programs and habituation activities. This study aims to determine the practice of value-based leadership in both schools, as well as the challenges and obstacles faced by the two school principals and their implications for the field of education. The research method is descriptive qualitative, processing data from data collection techniques such as observation, document study, questionnaire distribution, and open interviews with school principals and teacher representatives. The research results indicate that the leadership practices at SMP Negeri 1 Lembang and SMP Darul Hikam International are: moral values orientation as the foundation of leadership, character formation process as participatory leadership practice, communication and example as the core of value-based leadership, ethical decision-making and handling moral dilemmas, transparency, integrity, and a culture of mutual respect, consistency, and value-based innovation. And the practical and policy implications of values-based leadership for its implementation in schools.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the principal's strategy in utilizing Education Report Card data as a basis for planning school quality improvement at the Sanrangan Elementary School Technical Implementation Unit (UPT SD Inpres), Pallangga District, Gowa Regency, and to describe the principal's strategy in implementing academic supervision and teacher mentoring to improve the achievement of Education Report Card indicators at the UPT SD Inpres Sanrangan , Pallangga District, Gowa Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research subjects include the principal, 3 lower grade teachers, and 3 upper grade teachers. Data collection techniques are carried out through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Data analysis is carried out systematically through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions with data validity tests using source and technique triangulation. The results of the study indicate that the principal's strategy in utilizing Education Report Card data is carried out through collaborative analysis of school achievement indicators with teachers, setting improvement priorities based on the school's real needs, and integrating the analysis results into school quality improvement program planning. In addition, the principal's strategy in implementing academic supervision and teacher mentoring is implemented in a planned and sustainable manner by referring to Education Report Card indicators that still need to be improved. Coaching-based supervision, providing constructive feedback, and mentoring in improving learning planning and implementation have been proven to contribute positively to improving teacher competency and have an impact on improving the achievement of Education Report Card indicators at the UPT SD Inpres Sanrangan, Pallangga District, Gowa Regency.

Abstract

Environmental ethics assumes that nature has human values ​​that must be respected. Various forms of embedding can be done, such as the traditional Cingcowong ceremony. The Cingcowong tradition is a traditional ritual originating from the agricultural community of Luragung Landeuh Village, Kuningan Regency. This tradition is a form of collective community activity that is based on belief in supernatural spirits who are believed to have the power to bring rain to overcome drought, especially on agricultural land caused by prolonged drought. Cingcowong reflects the close relationship between culture, nature, and spiritual practices in certain societies. In the context of environmental ethics, this tradition can be seen as a form of local wisdom that shows respect for nature, an understanding of the importance of ecosystem balance, and an awareness of human dependence on weather conditions. Therefore, this tradition can be considered as a concrete manifestation of environmental ethics that encourages humans to appreciate nature more and understand the interaction between spiritual, cultural, and environmental factors.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Edukasi praktek menyikat gigi di TK juga dapat menjadi sarana penting untuk mengajarkan anak-anak tentang peran makanan dalam menjaga kesehatan gigi. Anak-anak sering kali mengonsumsi makanan manis yang berpotensi menyebabkan karies. Melalui edukasi, mereka diajarkan untuk membatasi konsumsi makanan yang tinggi gula dan menjaga pola makan yang sehat untuk mendukung kesehatan gigi. Dengan upaya edukasi dan demontrasi menyikat gigi dapat membantu anak-anak usia TK memahami dan mempraktikkan teknik yang tepat secara langsung dan meningkatkan minat anak dalam merawat kebersihan gigi dan mulut, serta memperkuat kebiasaan menyikat gigi secara rutin. Tujuan Kegiatan : untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan masyarakat, khususnya anak-anak dan, tentang pentingnya menjaga kesehatan gigi dan mulut secara teratur. Program ini bertujuan untuk membangun kebiasaan menyikat gigi yang benar, mengajarkan teknik menyikat yang efektif, serta mendorong penggunaan pasta gigi berfluorida sebagai langkah pencegahan terhadap karies dan penyakit gusi. Metode Pengabdian : Peningkatan pengetahuan dan pendekatan yang efektif dan partisipatif. Hasil Kegiatan : Hasil pengabdian masyarakat terkait praktik menyikat gigi pada anak-anak TK menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan kebiasaan menjaga kesehatan gigi. Setelah diberikan edukasi dan demonstrasi menyikat gigi yang benar, 90% anak mampu memahami dan menjelaskan teknik yang tepat, dibandingkan dengan hanya 40% sebelum program dilaksanakan. Selain itu, kebiasaan menyikat gigi anak-anak juga mengalami perbaikan. Sebelumnya, sebagian besar hanya menyikat gigi satu kali sehari atau tidak teratur, namun setelah program, 85% anak melaporkan bahwa mereka mulai rutin menyikat gigi dua kali sehari. Observasi juga menunjukkan bahwa 80% anak mampu menerapkan teknik menyikat gigi yang lebih baik, termasuk membersihkan seluruh area gigi secara menyeluruh. Kata kunci : Menyikat, Gigi, Anak Background: Education on toothbrushing practices in kindergarten can also be an important means to teach children about the role of food in maintaining dental health. Children often consume sweet foods that have the potential to cause caries. Through education, they are taught to limit consumption of foods high in sugar and maintain a healthy diet to support dental health. With efforts to educate and demonstrate toothbrushing, it can help kindergarten children understand and practice the right techniques directly and increase children's interest in maintaining dental and oral hygiene, as well as strengthen the habit of brushing teeth regularly. Activity Objectives: to increase public awareness and knowledge, especially children and, about the importance of maintaining dental and oral health regularly. This program aims to build the habit of brushing teeth correctly, teach effective brushing techniques, and encourage the use of fluoride toothpaste as a preventive measure against caries and gum disease. Community Service Method: Increase knowledge and an effective and participatory approach. Activity Results: The results of community service related to toothbrushing practices in kindergarten children showed a significant increase in knowledge and habits of maintaining dental health. After being given education and demonstration on proper tooth brushing, 90% of children were able to understand and explain the proper technique, compared to only 40% before the program was implemented. In addition, children's tooth brushing habits also improved. Previously, most only brushed their teeth once a day or irregularly, but after the program, 85% of children reported that they started to routinely brush their teeth twice a day. Observations also showed that 80% of children were able to apply better tooth brushing techniques, including cleaning all areas of the teeth thoroughly.Keywords: Brushing, Teeth, Children
