Abstract

Impulsive buying is a psychoemonic phenomenon that happened to many people's lives in urban areas, especially to teenagers. This is because teens are easily influenced by advertising, lacks frugal thinking, less realistic and impulsive. This study aims to analyze and identify impulse buying behavior of XI grade social major (IPS) public high school (SMA Negeri) students in Semarang. Shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement, hedonic shopping values, positive emoticons and self control are used to measure the impulse buying behavior in students. This study used a quantitative approach with a population of 719 students and the sample are 257 students. The number of samples was determined using the Slovin formula, the sampling technique used is probability sampling. Data collection techniques used is questionnaire. Data analysis used was descriptive analysis and moderation regression analysis. The result of moderation regression analysis shows that hedonic shopping value has a direct influence on impulse buying. But shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement and positive emotion do not directly affect impulse buying. Indirectly shopping lifetyle and hedonic shopping value affect impulse buying through self control, while fashion involvement and positive emotion indirectly do not affect impulse buying through self control.

Abstract

Bandarharjo, North Semarang District has great potential to advance industrialization. The problem of this research was the decline of smoked fish product in Bandarharjo, North Semarang city. The purpose of this study was to describe the amount of costs and incomes in order to create business development strategies to overcome the obstacles faced by smoked fish entrepreneurs and increase smoked fish business income in Bandaharjo. This study used a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 25 smoked fish entrepreneurs in Bandarharjo. Data collection techniques were using interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The analysis technique used was descriptive percentage, net B / C ratio, payback period and SWOT analysis. The results of B / C ratio showed that the Period values was around 1.15, and Payback values was around 0.64. The SWOT strategy results in terms of EI strength are adequate capital, a strategic location for fumigation operations, easily accessible and can build business with relevant agencies. Then the weaknesses are business research and development has not been done, the management information system and the financial reporting system have not been running well. Opportunities offered are economic growth in Semarang significantly increased as well as the development and training of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) by the government. Then the threat received is an increase in the price of raw materials.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of fishing technology on income through fishermen market access in Kedung Subdistrict Jepara Regency, analyze the effect of fishing capital on income through fishing market access in Kedung Subdistrict Jepara Regency, and analyze the effect of fishing experience on income through fishermen market access in Kedung Subdistric Jepara Regency. The approach used in research is quantitative with quantitative descriptive research methods. The data source was chosen using thetechnique Simple Random Sampling. Data collection techniques were carried out by questionnaire. The analysis technique used is path analysis and sobel test. The results showed that fishing technology influences the income of fishermen through market access of 3,749> 1.91, capital of sea does not affect income through market access with a coefficient of -0.515 <1.91, and experience of sea affects the income of fishermen through market access of 3,193> 1.91

Abstract

In this millennial era, competition in the banking business is very tight. This competition does not only occur between banks, but competition also comes from other financial institutions that have succeeded in developing new financial products. The problem with the phenomenon that occurs in this research is that the demand for credit in Rural Banks (BPR) is growing rapidly in this millennial era, while People's Credit Banks (BPRs) themselves still have many lacks compared to commercial banks. The purpose of this research is that Rural Banks (BPR) can compete with commercial banks in this millennial era in getting customers. This study used a qualitative approach, in form of descriptive statistical data from the research variables. The population in this study amounted to 144 Rural Banks (BPR) in the Ex-Residency of Semarang. The sampling technique was 65 Rural Banks (BPR) in the Ex-Residency of Semarang. The explanation of the data is accompanied by minimum value, maximum value, mean, variance, and standard deviation. The results of this study are there is a significant and negative influence between the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) on credit demand. There is a significant and positive influence between Non Performing Loans (NPL) on credit demand. There is no significant effect between Return on Total Assets (ROA) on credit demand. There is no significant effect between Return on Total Equity (ROE) on credit demand. There is no significant effect between the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) on credit demand. There is a significant and negative influence between Operational Expenses on Operating Income on credit demand.
