Abstract

Burnout has become a significant issue in the workplace, particularly among Generation Z employees who are characterized by high adaptability to technology but also vulnerability to work pressure and psychological stress. This study aims to analyze the factors contributing to burnout among Generation Z employees through a literature review approach. The method used is a systematic literature study by reviewing scientific articles, journals, and relevant publications related to burnout and Generation Z in the work context. The analysis results indicate that burnout among Generation Z employees is influenced by several dominant factors, including excessive workload, work-life imbalance, high job demands, lack of social support, role ambiguity, and limited opportunities for self-development. In addition, the use of digital technology without adequate boundaries also contributes to increased work stress. These findings suggest the importance of organizational strategies in managing workload, improving psychological well-being, and creating a supportive work environment to reduce burnout levels among Generation Z employees. This study is expected to serve as a reference for organizations and researchers in understanding and addressing burnout issues in the younger workforce.

Abstract

Risk is an inseparable part of human life, including in the field of education. Risk management in the education sector plays a crucial role in ensuring the continuity and quality of teaching and learning processes. This study examines the concept of risk management in education, covering risk identification, analysis, mitigation planning, implementation, and risk evaluation within the context of educational institutions. A literature review indicates that well-planned risk control strategies help educational institutions address various internal and external challenges, maintain educational quality, enhance operational effectiveness, and ensure the safety of students and staff. The effective implementation of risk management also strengthens institutional resilience in facing change and disruption, while minimizing the negative impacts of risks on the quality and sustainability of education.

Abstract

Organizational culture plays a strategic role in shaping employee behavior, attitudes, and psychological well-being, particularly among millennial employees who currently dominate the workforce. Millennials are characterized by dynamic work styles, a strong orientation toward meaningful work, and sensitivity to supportive work environments. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on stress management and mental well-being of millennial employees. The research method employed is a systematic literature review of management and organizational psychology textbooks, as well as relevant national and international journal articles. The findings indicate that a positive, participative, and supportive organizational culture significantly reduces work-related stress and enhances the mental well-being of millennial employees. Cultures emphasizing open communication, organizational justice, and work-life balance foster healthier mental work environments. Therefore, organizations are encouraged to develop adaptive and human-centered cultures to support sustainable stress management and mental well-being among millennial employees.

Abstract

Learning motivation is a crucial non-cognitive factor influencing students’ academic achievement. This article aims to review the role of learning motivation in supporting students’ academic achievement through a literature review approach. The method used was a systematic literature review by analyzing national and international journal articles published between 2020 and 2025. Data were collected from reputable databases such as Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar, and Garuda Kemdikbud. The findings indicate that learning motivation, particularly intrinsic motivation, has a significant impact on students’ academic achievement by encouraging active engagement, persistence, and the use of effective learning strategies. Moreover, motivation and academic achievement demonstrate a reciprocal relationship in which high motivation enhances achievement, while academic success strengthens students’ self-confidence and motivation. This review also identifies various strategies to enhance learning motivation, including meaningful learning, supportive learning environments, and collaborative support from teachers, families, and peers. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening students’ learning motivation as a key strategy to improve academic achievement across educational levels.

Abstract

This article discusses the role of management psychology in understanding employee performance through the perspectives of work motivation and leadership. Management psychology emphasizes the importance of psychological aspects in managing human resources to achieve organizational effectiveness. This study aims to examine theoretically the concepts of work motivation, leadership, and employee performance, as well as their interrelationships within organizational contexts. The method used in this study is a literature review by analyzing relevant books and scientific journal articles related to management psychology, motivation theories, leadership theories, and employee performance. The findings indicate that work motivation and leadership are two crucial factors that significantly influence employee performance. High work motivation encourages employees to perform optimally, while effective leadership creates a supportive work environment that enhances employee commitment and productivity. The implication of this study highlights the importance of applying management psychology principles in organizational practices to improve employee performance sustainably.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran strategi mitigasi risiko sebagai instrumen sistematis dalam menjaga dan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review dengan mengumpulkan dan menganalisis literatur dari basis data elektronik. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa strategi mitigasi risiko merupakan bagian integral dari manajemen risiko yang berfungsi mengidentifikasi, menganalisis, dan mengelola berbagai risiko yang menghambat mutu pendidikan, seperti ketiadaan guru profesional di daerah terpencil, ketidakmerataan akses fasilitas pendidikan, dan rendahnya kualitas metode pembelajaran. Strategi mitigasi risiko yang efektif harus fokus pada peningkatan profesionalisme guru, pemerataan distribusi pendidik dan infrastruktur, serta inovasi metode pembelajaran yang sejalan dengan Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP). Implementasi strategi ini dapat dilakukan melalui kebijakan pendidikan yang berorientasi pada pemerataan sumber daya dan penguatan pengawasan mutu. Artikel ini memberikan rekomendasi praktis bagi stakeholder pendidikan dalam menerapkan strategi mitigasi risiko untuk mewujudkan sistem pendidikan Indonesia yang berkualitas, merata, dan kompetitif di tingkat regional maupun global.

Abstract

Pengambilan keputusan manajerial merupakan salah satu fungsi utama manajemen yang berperan penting dalam menentukan arah, efektivitas, dan keberhasilan organisasi. Dalam praktiknya, pengambilan keputusan tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh pertimbangan rasional dan analisis data, tetapi juga sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor psikologis individu pengambil keputusan. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis pengaruh persepsi, emosi, dan motivasi terhadap pengambilan keputusan manajerial. Persepsi memengaruhi cara manajer memahami dan menafsirkan situasi serta masalah organisasi, sehingga berperan besar dalam ketepatan identifikasi masalah dan pemilihan alternatif keputusan. Emosi memengaruhi kestabilan berpikir, penilaian risiko, serta objektivitas manajer dalam menghadapi tekanan dan konflik organisasi. Sementara itu, motivasi berfungsi sebagai pendorong yang menentukan arah, tujuan, dan komitmen manajer dalam mengambil serta melaksanakan keputusan. Melalui kajian teori dan pendapat para ahli, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan persepsi yang objektif, pengendalian emosi yang baik, serta motivasi yang selaras dengan tujuan organisasi merupakan faktor kunci dalam menghasilkan keputusan manajerial yang efektif, adil, dan berkelanjutan.
