The aim of this research is to provide information regarding the development and updating of the education system. There have been several reforms in the education system in Indonesia. Peserta didik masih kurang memahami kebiasaan religius di madrasah Ibtidaiyah, terutama yang berbasis pesantren, hal itu membuat munculnya stereotip dikalangan masyarakat. Bahwasannya di MI Ma’dinul ‘Ulum Campurdarat masih kurang dalam sudut pandangnya seperti peserta didik masih membutuhkan arahan dari pendidik untuk melakukan kebiasaan religius lingkungan pesantren di lembaga. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian di MI Ma’dinul ‘Ulum Campurdarat Tulungagung. Metode pengumpulan menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, pengujian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh sebagai berikut: 1) Stereotip terhadap kebiasaan religius di MI Ma’dinul ‘Ulum Campurdarat dapat mempengaruhi persepsi dan kebiasaan religus siswa, guru, dan orang tua. 2) Bentuk bentuk stereotip kebiasaan religius di MI Ma’dinul ‘Ulum Campurdarat Tulungagung yaitu stereotip positip: kegiatan keagamaan di pesantren dianggap sebagai pondasi dalam memperkuat sikap religius siswa. Adapun negatifnya: wali murid yang terlalu mempercayakan anaknya di MI padahal peran orang tua dilingkungan anak sangat penting. 3) Dampak-dampak adanya stereotip terhadap kebiasaan religius lingkungan pesantren di MI Ma’dinul ‘Ulum Campurdarat. Positifnya: membantu siswa mengenal dan memahami agama dan mengembangkan kebiasaan religius yang baik dan benar. Negatifnya siswa kurang maksimalnya siswa menerima akan kebiasaan religius lingkungan.

This article aimed to explain how to civilized transformational leadership in Islamic educational institutions. Discussions about transformational leadership have recently become lively to be discussed at the Islamic Education Institution (LPI). This is because Islamic educational institutions have prophetic religious spirits that are considered appropriate to be developed at LPI. Bernard Bass's transformational leadership theory becomes the main theoretical framework. The characteristics and goals of transformational leadership are in line with the conception of prophetic leadership in Islam. Therefore, to cultivate transformative leadership in LPI, it needs to be preceded by the creation of an organizational culture that implements prophetic values. Then to realize it can use three civilizing models, namely; structural models, formal models and mechanical models.

Religious character education is a central government theme which aims to give birth to a generation of people who uphold values in all aspects of life, so ideas and an active leadership role are needed from managers of Islamic educational institutions. The aim of this research is to determine the success of kiai as heads of madrasas and religious educators in the community in instilling character education. This research was implemented at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Thufatut Tuhllab and MI Al Falah in Pamekasan District uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were applied by means of observation, interviews and documentation and supported by analysis of the Milles and Hubermen models. The results of this research are that the motivation of a madrasa head in instilling character in students is based on the character of social concern, the spirit of fighting for weak students/society, istiqomah in carrying out sunnah worship, likes reading and practicing the Al-Qur’an. The leadership model developed to instill character values includes democratic, transparent and transformative leadership and always provides motivation to members of the organization.

Transformational leadership is becoming the popular concepts in the management science for the last30 years, as well as in the field of education management. To avoid an application in the educationsector that is merely followed because of trending, it needs an understanding of the historical side ofthe transformational leadership model. Through the literature study, this study presented threethings: (1) The history of the development of leadership theories; (2) The history of atransformational leadership theory model, and (3) the development of transformational leadershipstudies in the field of education. The development of leadership studies involving intrinsic andextrinsic motivational theories, has spawned the idea of an intrinsic transformational leadership,compared to extrinsic transactional leadership. Inspired by the writings of James McGregor Burns(1978), Bernard M. Bass (1990) created the concept of transformational leadership model, to popularand became an important study to be implemented in various sectors, including in the field ofeducation. The study of transformational leadership in the area of pedagogy has come to theconclusion that transformational leadership is an ideal representation of the practice at school in the21st century.

Education is an important indicator to advance the nation. Education is needed to make humans into quality human beings. This is in accordance with the objectives of the State in Law No. 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System Article 3. The role of the professional role of social workers in schools must be considered. The purpose of this research is to examine how education uses various educational approaches and theories. This research method uses the library method which is carried out by collecting data or scientific writings that aim at the object of research or data collection that is library in nature, or a study carried out to solve a problem which is basically focused on a critical and in-depth study of library materials. Relevant The problem of this research is knowing education in various educational approaches and theories. Education in Indonesia must be able to participate positively in this era of globalization, we don’t want to just be the object and month of other nations. Therefore, we must prepare ourselves as early as possible to meet this era, one alternative is to prepare human resources through the educational process.

Abstract: The purpose of writing this journal is to describe and know that humans are creatures who need and can be educated. The method used is library research that collects and/or explores various journals, books and documents (both printed and electronic). Humans themselves are born as helpless humans, who do not yet have the ability to adapt to their environment, so humans need to be educated. And also humans can be educated in a learning process that takes a long time to adjust to their environment or is often educated. Through education, humans can develop and adapt to their environment. Abstract : The purpose of this research is to describe the behavior of adolescent gadget users by using theory from the scope of Gadget sociology, apart from being a tool to facilitate and assist humans in completing their work, it can also be the cause of behavioral deviations towards its users, especially among teenagers who are still mentally unstable and looking for his identity. There are so many adolescent behaviors that tend to experience significant changes after a long time and are accustomed to using gadgets. Childhood to adolescence is a period where Individuals carry out socialization to determine their role in community life. Socialization is a process of knowingly or unintentionally introducing the values ​​and norms of society in such a way that it forms a complete individual. To become a complete individual, each individual must take a role in a community group so that he is accepted as part of a community group. The method used is library research. The results of this study can be concluded (1) The scope of sociology (2) The need for socialization in order to form a complete individual (3) The behavior shown by some teenagers when using gadgets, namely, selfies, introverted, difficult to concentrate on the real world, social deviation, anti-social.

Looking at the problematic conditions of a school institution in this millennial era, it can still be found that several teaching staff or teachers have problems and shortcomings in teaching activities in school institutions. This is related to a teaching method or system in the classroom and there are still many school institutions that still have low levels of human resources in teaching at these institutions. Of course, from this incident, a school institution requires supervisors to supervise teachers or develop guides, and motivate them so that the quality of teachers improves much better and makes them professional teaching staff. Thus, this research aims to answer questions regarding the role of supervisors in the formation of teachers' professional competence. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive nature. The data collection used is documentation sourced from literature, articles, books, and other scientific papers that are relevant and related to the theme in the title. The data analysis technique is obtained through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Meanwhile, the research results explain as follows: 1) The role of supervisor is needed by teachers to improve the quality of human resources in teaching in school institutions. 2) A teacher's professional skills as a teacher influence students' teaching and learning activities so that they can master learning in depth. 3) supervisors have a significant role in forming teachers' professional competence in teaching in a school institution.
