Abstract

The authors conducted this study aiming to reveal the impact of appointing Government Employees with Employment Agreements (PPPK) on employee performance at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Bekasi. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques used are observation and interviews. Interviews were conducted with Government Employees with Employment Agreements (PPPK), school principals, and heads of administrative staff and educators at the educational institution where the research was conducted. The results of the research were carried out through eight aspects of the performance of teaching staff; educate, teach, guide, direct, train, assess, evaluate, and the ability to innovate factors. Overall, all of these aspects show good performance, but the ability to innovate is still categorized as quite low.

Abstract

Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) adalah alat penting dalam pendidikan yang memastikan pembelajaran terstruktur dan sistematis untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Namun, sering kali terdapat ketidaksesuaian antara RPP yang disusun dengan kebutuhan individual siswa, terutama di sekolah Islam Terpadu (SIT). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas RPP Terpadu dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan objektivitas penilaian di SMP Islam Terpadu As-Syifa Subang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dengan peneliti sebagai instrumen kunci. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen yang melibatkan kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa di SMP Islam Terpadu As-Syifa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan RPP Terpadu secara signifikan meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dan memudahkan guru dalam menyesuaikan materi pelajaran sesuai kebutuhan individu siswa. Teknologi memungkinkan guru untuk memberikan umpan balik secara real-time dan menyesuaikan strategi pengajaran berdasarkan respons siswa. Integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam RPP Terpadu tidak hanya memperkuat aspek kognitif, tetapi juga mengembangkan karakter dan spiritualitas siswa, menjadikan proses belajar lebih holistik dan bermakna. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa RPP Terpadu memberikan perbaikan signifikan dalam kualitas dan efektivitas pembelajaran di SMPIT. Dengan hasil yang menunjukkan peningkatan keterlibatan siswa dan kemampuan guru dalam mengelola kelas, rekomendasi untuk inovasi meliputi pengembangan lebih lanjut dan penerapan RPP Terpadu di sekolah-sekolah lain untuk memperluas manfaat pendekatan ini dalam pendidikan Islam.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss policy analysis, position, objectives, forms and assessment of the final project in the form of scientific articles as the final project in obtaining a bachelor's degree at the faculty of agama Islamic Nusantara Islamic University. This research applies a qualitative approach with descriptive methods and content analysis. The results and discussion of the research show that the form of the final project at the Islamic religious faculty is divided into theses and scientific articles. Students are declared to have passed scientific articles if they have received an LOA letter of acceptance from a reputable journal called SINTA and are heard in the munaqosah trial. This research concludes that students' interest in choosing the final project in the form of scientific articles is not due to the choice of convenience, but rather more essential including identity, recognition, and appreciation. This research concludes that it is not appropriate to think that writing scientific articles is easier, but all students can certainly present it based on the foundation of integrity. So this study recommends findings to policymakers for consideration of continuing alternative final projects

Abstract

Information and communication technology (ICT) sudah diminati sebagai media pembelajaran. Meskipun penciptaan media berbasis ICT memerlukan pengetahuan khusus, ini tidak berarti bahwa media tersebut harus diabaikan. Internet, intranet, handphone, dan CD Room/FlashDisk merupakan contoh media pembelajaran berbasis ICT. Untuk mengikuti dinamika perubahan zaman yang semakin cepat akibat terobosan teknologi, diperlukan perubahan pola pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat dan menggambarkan bagaimana teknologi digunakan dalam pembelajaran di MI Al-Hidayah Ibu Bandung dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Melihat penemuan-penemuan tersebut, pandangan dunia pendidik dalam melibatkan inovasi data dan korespondensi di ruang belajar masih terbatas pada pemanfaatan media PC berbasis TIK sebagai bahan tontonan dalam pengalaman yang berkembang. Web masih digunakan secara luas untuk mengumpulkan data tentang mata pelajaran yang akan diperkenalkan, bukan sebagai kerangka kerja pembelajaran terpadu lainnya, dan organisasi informal pada umumnya tidak digunakan sebagai kerangka kerja pembelajaran lain untuk memperluas kecukupan dan kecakapan dari pengalaman yang berkembang. Pendidik dapat bergaul dan berkomunikasi dengan siswa baik di dalam maupun di luar ruang belajar dengan lebih efektif ketika mereka menggunakan inovasi sebagai sarana belajar dalam mendidik dan mengembangkan pengalaman. Pemanfaatan inovasi untuk menciptakan siswa yang bermanfaat dan kreatif jelas bukan kebutuhan lain dalam kerangka pelatihan itu. Aplikasi ini terbukti memainkan peran besar dalam pengalaman pertumbuhan yang lancar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the implementation of inclusive education policies at Brainy Bunch Islamic Kindergarten Bintaro and their impact on the quality of Islamic education. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the school principal, teachers, and parents, as well as direct field observations. The findings reveal that the inclusive policy at Brainy Bunch Islamic Kindergarten Bintaro has accommodated students from diverse backgrounds, including international students and those with special needs, such as children exhibiting symptoms of ADHD and mild autism. While this policy aligns with Islamic educational values that emphasise diversity and respect for individual rights, its implementation still faces significant challenges, particularly concerning teacher competence, limited facilities, and classroom management. Moreover, the approach adopted by the school is still adaptive and requires further integration with educational theories that support individualised learning, such as Montessori. The study also found that the inclusive policy at Brainy Bunch Islamic Kindergarten Bintaro is not yet fully aligned with national regulations, such as Law No. 8 of 2016 on Disabilities. Therefore, the study emphasises the need for enhanced teacher training, the development of more comprehensive written policies, and the harmonisation of the school’s internal policies with national regulations to create a more inclusive and equitable educational environment.

Abstract

This research endeavors to elucidate the execution of internal policies by the school principal to enhance educational standards. Employing a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, the study reveals that the madrasa head, vested with the responsibility of guiding the educational institution, holds a pivotal role in shaping its trajectory. Indeed, the effectiveness of the madrasa, particularly in terms of elevating educational quality, significantly hinges upon the leadership of the head. Various endeavors are undertaken to enhance educational quality, encompassing initiatives such as reinforcing teacher discipline, augmenting pedagogical knowledge, and providing coaching for teacher performance improvement. Additionally, efforts to elevate student standards include mentorship and ensuring the provision of necessary infrastructure conducive to learning. These measures are integral to fulfilling the role of nurturing the students' academic growth effectively.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi implementasi inovasi di madrasah dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang bersih, sehat, bebas polusi, dan nyaman. Fokus penelitian mencakup tiga aspek utama: pengelolaan air minum, penyediaan area hijau, dan penciptaan lingkungan yang bersih dan sehat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa madrasah berhasil mengimplementasikan sistem penyulingan air bersih dengan kadar pH di atas 8, yang memastikan akses air minum yang sehat bagi siswa. Selain itu, penyediaan area hijau dengan tanaman bernilai ekonomis memberikan manfaat edukatif dan ekonomis, serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan mental dan fisik siswa. Lingkungan yang bersih dan sehat diciptakan melalui taman-taman hijau yang dikelola dengan baik dan program kebersihan yang melibatkan seluruh komunitas sekolah. Implementasi ini berhasil meningkatkan kualitas udara, mengurangi stres, dan meningkatkan konsentrasi siswa. Kesimpulannya, inovasi yang diimplementasikan oleh madrasah memberikan dampak positif signifikan terhadap kesehatan, pendidikan, dan kesejahteraan siswa. Untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut, disarankan agar madrasah meningkatkan program edukasi, fasilitas, dan infrastruktur, serta memperkuat kerjasama dengan pihak eksternal. Monitoring dan evaluasi berkala serta replikasi praktik terbaik juga diperlukan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan program.

Abstract

Pendidikan tahfidz Al-Qur’an merupakan salah satu bidang yang memerlukan penilaian yang cermat dan terstruktur untuk memastikan efektivitas pembelajaran dan kemajuan siswa dalam menghafal Al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan mengevaluasi efektivitas integrasi antara asesmen talaqi (keterampilan tartil dan tajwid) dengan teknologi konferensi video dalam konteks pendidikan tahfidz Al-Qur’an. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus. Partisipan penelitian terdiri dari siswa tahfidz AlQur’an yang aktif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi asesmen talaqi dengan teknologi video conference memiliki dampak positif pada pembelajaran tahfidz Al-Qur’an. Siswa menunjukkan peningkatan dalam keterampilan tartil dan tajwid serta kepercayaan diri mereka dalam membaca Al-Qur’an. Penggunaan teknologi video conference memfasilitasi interaksi langsung antara siswa dan pengajar, meningkatkan kualitas umpan balik, dan memungkinkan pembelajaran jarak jauh yang efektif. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan pendidikan tahfidz Al-Qur’an dan memperluas pemahaman tentang penerapan teknologi dalam konteks pendidikan agama.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the model of moral (akhlaq karimah) education management at modern Islamic boarding schools (pondok pesantren). The research was conducted at Pondok Modern Tazakka Batang, Pondok Pesantren Darulrahman Jakarta, and Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor. The research method used is qualitative with a multisite case study approach. The results show that the management of akhlaq karimah education in modern boarding schools employs a model based on exemplary behavior, the habitual practice of worship, and the active involvement of all components of the pesantren. A Structured and Sustainable Management System Strategic Planning in Moral Education in Modern Islamic Boarding Schools for Character Building Modern Islamic boarding schools have an important role in shaping the character of students to be in accordance with Islamic moral values. Effective strategic planning is needed to ensure that moral education can be implemented thoroughly and consistently in accordance with the Vision and Mission of Education, which is to form students who have noble character, high discipline, and are able to practice Islamic values in daily life. Students are accustomed to practicing Islamic manners such as time discipline, respecting teachers, and maintaining cleanliness. Moral education must be relevant to the challenges of the times, including the use of technology and social media.

Abstract

This study examines a model of curriculum integration rooted in Pesantren (Islamic boarding school) principles across three Vocational High Schools (VHSs) in Cirebon Regency: VHS Manbaul Ulum, VHS Ciwaringin, and VHS Bina Insan Mandiri. The research explores how national curriculum standards, vocational competencies, and Islamic educational values are designed, implemented, and managed to produce graduates with both technical proficiency and strong Islamic character. A qualitative case study method was employed, utilizing observations, interviews with teachers, Kyai, principals, and Pesantren administrators, and curriculum documentation. Analysis focused on the planning, implementation, supervision, and evaluation of the integrated model. Results indicate that integration was achieved through stakeholder collaboration, with an organizational structure promoting synergy between vocational and Islamic education. Instructional activities combined vocational learning with Pesantren practices such as religious study, memorization, and daily moral formation. Regular evaluations involved feedback from parents and industry partners. While the model effectively nurtured religious-professional graduates, challenges included academic overload, limited student rest, scheduling issues, and insufficient teacher preparation for integrated instruction. This study contributes to developing a Pesantren-based curriculum management framework, supporting the advancement of holistic and competitive vocational education in Indonesia.
