The implementation of electronic medical records (EMR) is an important part of the digital transformation of healthcare services, but in practice there are still problems related to the accuracy of data entry by healthcare workers. Inaccurate and incomplete EMR records have the potential to reduce service quality, patient safety, and clinic accountability. This study aims to analyze the influence of knowledge, skills, ethical understanding, and training frequency on the accuracy of electronic medical record completion at the Liza Medika Clinic in Jambi. This study uses a quantitative approach with an analytical design, involving healthcare workers as respondents. Data collection was conducted through a structured questionnaire, while data analysis used linear regression tests to assess the partial and simultaneous effects between variables. The results showed that knowledge, skills, ethical understanding, and training frequency had a significant effect on the accuracy of EMR completion, both partially and simultaneously. These findings indicate that the accuracy of EMR recording is influenced by the comprehensive competence of health workers. Therefore, this study recommends strengthening competence through continuous training, improving technical skills, and professional ethics coaching as strategies for improving the quality of electronic medical record documentation.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Flood Disaster-Safe School Program (SPAB) at SMP Negeri 1 Dayeuhkolot, focusing on the aspects of planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling (POAC), infrastructure readiness, students’ life skills development, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors. This research employed a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation involving the principal, teachers, and students. The findings indicate that the implementation of the flood disaster-safe school policy has been carried out fairly well and systematically. The school has developed flood contingency plans, established a disaster preparedness team, conducted evacuation drills, and integrated disaster mitigation into the learning process. The program has positively contributed to improving school community preparedness and enhancing students’ life skills, such as cooperation, independence, and adaptability. However, the implementation still faces challenges, including limited infrastructure, budget constraints, insufficient teacher training, and suboptimal evaluation mechanisms. Overall, the SPAB policy plays an important role in fostering a culture of disaster preparedness and strengthening school resilience.

Objective: This study aims to analyze the decision-making process of school principals in improving the quality of education in elementary schools, focusing on the stages of decision-making, influencing factors, and their impact on the quality of learning and teacher performance. Research Method: A qualitative approach was used with a case study design conducted at SDN Rancaekek 05 in Bandung Regency. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, non-participant observation, and documentation studies covering the School Work Plan (RKS), School Budget Plan (RKAS), and academic supervision reports. Data analysis was conducted interactively through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, ensuring data validity through triangulation of sources and methods. Research results: show that school principals make decisions through a systematic and data-oriented process, starting from identifying quality issues, collecting and analyzing information, formulating policy alternatives in a participatory manner, making decisions, implementing programs, and conducting ongoing evaluations. Collaborative and evidence-based decisions have been shown to improve teacher performance, enhance the learning process, and create a more conducive school climate.

This research aims to identify positive psychology through ESP learning in science classes at senior high schools in Indonesia. This study used qualitative method. The data collection method employed interviews and observations to obtain more detailed information regarding the research findings. Three distinct data collection methods involved observation, interview, and questionnaire. The qualitative data analysis method was from data summarization, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Research instruments used triangulation, which involved interviews, observations, and documentation. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that positive psychology serves as a connection or link between humanism and transpersonal. The concept of developing personality potential is evident in Positive Psychology, which also incorporates transcendence as one of its virtues, particularly in relation to spirituality and meaningfulness. The ESP learning concept can enable students to actively participate in foreign language teaching practices in the natural science learning process.

Abstract: Teacher performance management plays a strategic role in improving learning quality, especially in Special Schools (SLB) that face complex challenges related to the needs of students with special needs. The utilization of the Ruang GTK application has become an important effort to support teacher professionalism through structured planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up of performance. This study aims to analyze how the implementation of the Ruang GTK application can enhance teacher performance management and learning quality in SLBs, as well as to identify supporting factors and challenges affecting its effectiveness. The theoretical foundation includes Armstrong’s (2020) performance management, Deming’s PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) cycle emphasizing continuous improvement through systematic evaluation, and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), which explains how perceived ease of use and usefulness influence teachers’ adoption of technology. This qualitative study employed a case study approach in SLB Muhammadiyah, Bandung, and SLB C Tut Wuri Handayani, Cimahi. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, administrative documents, and reflective notes from teachers and school principals, then analyzed thematically. The findings indicate that the effectiveness of implementing the Ruang GTK application is highly influenced by school context, including digital infrastructure availability, teachers’ technological literacy, the relevance of learning content for students with special needs, and support from principals and the social environment. Challenges include limited devices, uneven digital competence, and evaluation formats that are not fully operational. Nevertheless, the application effectively assists teachers in planning, documenting performance, conducting evaluations, and providing professional reflection opportunities. The study concludes that digital-based teacher performance management depends not only on the system but also on the synergy among educational actors, from government policymakers and school principals to teachers as the primary implementers. By adjusting implementation strategies according to the characteristics of each school, the Ruang GTK application has the potential to become a key instrument in improving teacher competence and learning quality in SLBs. Pemanfaatan aplikasi Ruang GTK menjadi salah satu upaya penting untuk mendukung profesionalisme guru melalui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan tindak lanjut kinerja secara terstruktur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas implementasi aplikasi Ruang GTK sangat dipengaruhi oleh konteks sekolah, termasuk ketersediaan infrastruktur digital, literasi teknologi guru, relevansi konten pembelajaran bagi Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK), serta dukungan kepala sekolah dan lingkungan sosial. Kendala yang muncul meliputi keterbatasan perangkat, ketidakmerataan kompetensi digital, dan format evaluasi yang belum sepenuhnya operasional. Meski demikian, aplikasi Ruang GTK terbukti membantu guru dalam menyusun perencanaan, mendokumentasikan kinerja, melakukan evaluasi, serta menyediakan ruang refleksi profesional. Temuan penelitian menegaskan bahwa manajemen kinerja guru berbasis aplikasi digital tidak hanya bergantung pada sistem, tetapi juga pada sinergi antaraktor pendidikan, mulai dari pemerintah sebagai penyusun kebijakan, kepala sekolah sebagai pengelola, hingga guru sebagai pelaksana utama. Dengan penyesuaian strategi implementasi sesuai karakteristik masing-masing sekolah, aplikasi Ruang GTK berpotensi menjadi instrumen penting dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru dan kualitas pembelajaran di SLB. Amid the accelerating rhythm of digital culture, academic competition, and the changing patterns of student life in higher education, the formation of Muslim student character has become an increasingly urgent concern. A campus mosque can no longer be viewed merely as a place of worship; it must also be understood as a strategic nonformal Islamic educational space that nurtures spirituality, morality, social awareness, and student identity in a more contextual way. This study aims to analyze the role of the campus mosque as a space for shaping Muslim student character through the Islamic mentoring program at Masjid Syamsul Ulum, Telkom University. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach based on document study and thematic analysis of scholarly articles, mentoring program documents, and relevant works on campus mosques, religious moderation, and student character education. The findings show that the mentoring program at Masjid Syamsul Ulum is systematically designed through a clear structure, curriculum, methods, evaluation tools, and mentor regeneration, all of which are integrated with the institutional values of Harmony, Excellence, and Integrity. Socioculturally, the program functions not only as a medium for religious instruction but also as a process of value internalization, habituation of religious practice, strengthening of moderation, and construction of Muslim student identity within a technology-oriented university environment. This study proposes a conceptual understanding that the campus mosque can serve as a strategic space for shaping Muslim students who are religious, moderate, collaborative, and adaptive in the digital era.

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Lembaga KAZAMA Kabupaten Bekasi dengan fokus pada peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran berbasis digital bagi Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK). Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra adalah keterbatasan kemampuan pendidik, terapis, dan pendamping dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital sebagai media pembelajaran yang adaptif, interaktif, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan anak. Padahal, pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pendidikan inklusif memiliki peran penting dalam membantu proses belajar menjadi lebih menarik, mudah dipahami, dan fleksibel. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam merancang serta menggunakan media pembelajaran digital sederhana untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran ABK. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif-aplikatif melalui pelatihan, workshop, diskusi, simulasi, praktik langsung, dan pendampingan. Peserta kegiatan terdiri atas guru, terapis, pendamping, serta orang tua di lingkungan Lembaga KAZAMA. Hasil yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya kompetensi peserta dalam penggunaan media digital, tersusunnya modul pelatihan, terciptanya contoh media pembelajaran digital sederhana, serta terbentuknya rencana tindak lanjut penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran secara berkelanjutan. Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan kualitas layanan pembelajaran bagi ABK di Lembaga KAZAMA menjadi lebih inklusif, efektif, dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi pendidikan
