Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) as a means of achieving student character through Pancasila values. Through literature studies, this study examines how applying P5 provides opportunities for students to experience knowledge as a process of strengthening character and utilizing the surrounding environment as a learning resource. The Pancasila student profile dimension emphasizes that education focuses on cognitive abilities and students' attitudes and behaviors as citizens of Indonesia and the world. Educators are important in helping students grow their capacity and build noble morals to the Pancasila student profile. In addition, Islamic education plays a central role in shaping the character of the young generation with noble character, in addition to social and environmental factors, media influence, and government policies. Thus, Islamic education is a key element in producing a young generation that is qualified and moral by the values of Pancasila.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of Islamic religious education in shaping civil society through the perspective of religious sociology. Islamic religious education aims to make humans the caliph on earth and integrate religious teachings with the social system that prevails in society. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a literature approach, and data analysis is carried out using the content analysis method. The study results show that Islamic religious education facilitates understanding social concepts because Islam has a social purpose. In addition, the sociological approach plays an important role in understanding the meanings of the Qur'an as it relates to social life. Sociology, from the perspective of religion, is a view of life that is considered important in people's lives and has a close relationship with each other. Religion also plays a role in shaping the social structure of society. In the study of the sociology of religion, the focus is on social phenomena in religious societies, not only on religious teachings themselves. This study concludes that Islamic religious education is important in shaping the character of a civilized and common welfare-oriented society. For further research, it is recommended to conduct an empirical study on implementing Islamic religious education in a multicultural society and its impact on social harmony.

Abstract

Pada Hakekatnya Rumah sakit adalah institusi pelayanan kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan perorangan secara paripurna yang menyediakan pelayanan rawat inap, rawat jalan, dan gawat darurat, Sebagai salah satu pusat pelayanan kesehatan rumah sakit dituntut untuk dapat selalu memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada masyarakat yang menggunakan dan memanfaatkan sarana kesehatan ini. Tenaga kesehatan merupakan sumber daya manusia kesehatan yang pada satu sisi adalah unsur penunjang utama dalam pelayanan kesehatan, pada sisi lain ternyata kondisi kualitas saat ini masih kurang. Kemampuan Sumber Daya Manusia Kesehatan dalam membuat perencanaan pelayanan kesehatan serta sikap perilaku dalam mengantisipasi permasalahan kesehatan yang terjadi, ternyata tidak sesuai dengan harapan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Pelayanan Prima Terhadap Kinerja Paramedis Rumah Sakit Khusus Paru Kab. Karawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan desain cross sectional yaitu penelitian dilakukan pada waktu tertentu dan subjek diamati hanya satu kali saja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah 235 paramedis. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 70 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian uji t, dari kelima variabel (Sikap, Penampilan, Perhatian, Tindakan dan Tanggung Jawab) terdapat dua variabel mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja paramedis. Berdasarkan uji f, bahwa variabel (Sikap, Penampilan, Perhatian, Tindakan dan Tanggung Jawab) secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Paramedis.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis urgensi dan implementasi desain pembelajaran PAI dalam mengembangkan toleransi beragama di SMAN 1 Cileunyi Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat 3 tahapan dalam pelaksanaan desain pembelajaran PAI dalam mengembangkan toleransi beragama di SMAN 1 Cileunyi, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Penelitian ini dapat membantu meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap agama lain sehingga mampu menghargai perbedaan keyakinan. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan pengalaman belajar yang dapat membantu siswa mengembangkan empati terhadap individu dari latar belakang agama yang berbeda. Dengan memahami nilai-nilai toleransi, siswa dapat lebih mampu mencegah terjadinya diskriminasi agama di masyarakat. Pendidikan toleransi beragama perlu diberikan kepada siswa sedini mungkin. Menanamkan keterbukaan pikiran sejak dini, dan menerima perbedaan dengan dilandasi nilai-nilai toleransi, tentu akan meminimalisir sikap intoleransi pada siswa.

Abstract

Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs), such as hypertension and diabetes mellitus, have become an increasingly significant global health threat, including in Palu City. To address this, the Chronic Disease Management Program (Prolanis), initiated by BPJS Kesehatan, aims to improve the quality of life for individuals with NCDs. This study employs Darmawan's (2019) program evaluation theory, which encompasses input, process, and output components. The objective of this research is to evaluate the management of Prolanis in improving the quality of BPJS Kesehatan services at Singgani Public Health Center (Puskesmas) in Palu City. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach, utilizing interviews, observations, and various related documents. The findings reveal that, in terms of input, human resources are inadequate, financial resources are highly limited, materials are unavailable, but the methods align with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Regarding the process, planning has been conducted according to procedures, organizing is disrupted, actuating has not been implemented effectively, and controlling is carried out by the responsible parties. As for the output, some participants have not consistently attended activities but remain within the safe category.

Abstract

Rumah sakit merupakan institusi penting yang memberikan pelayanan kesehatan bagi masyarakat. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem pendaftaran online terhadap kualitas pelayanan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pasien di Rumah Sakit Kasih Herlina Kota Sorong. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 34 pasien yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik sampling berupa total populasi. Instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner yang telah dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh sistem pendaftaran online terhadap kualitas pelayanan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pasien di Rumah Sakit Kasih Herlina Kota Sorong (nilai p=0,002 < 0,05).

Abstract

Early Childhood Education (ECE) teachers must master the Canva for Education platform, as this tool offers significant benefits in executing teaching tasks and guiding the development of young children. Proficiency in Canva for Education equips ECE teachers with an effective tool to create innovative and engaging learning experiences that cater to the needs of young children. Additionally, it aids in enhancing the competitiveness and relevance of ECE institutions in the current digital era. Furthermore, with Canva, teachers can easily tailor learning materials to suit the needs and comprehension levels of each child. This allows for the personalization of teaching approaches, addressing individual differences and facilitating optimal growth and development. The objective of this service is to provide training and guidance to the School Principals, Teachers, and Education Staff of TK AL-Wahdah in utilizing the Canva facilities available within the belajar.id account. The training, attended by 12 individuals, resulted in an improvement in knowledge and skills regarding the utilization of the Canva application for instructional material creation. The participants' responses were highly positive as they directly experienced the benefits of using the Canva application to support the learning process in the school.

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasari oleh permasalahan yang terjadi di kampung adat di mana nilai-nilai budaya dan tradisi sudah mulai terkikis oleh arus modernisasi. Di tengah ancaman tersebut, masyarakat Kampung Cikondang Desa lamajang, Kecamatan Pangalengan, Kabupaten Bandung masih berusaha untuk mengaktualisasi kebudayaan melalui sebuah tradisi yang dinamakan Wuku Taun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sejauh mana aktualisasi tradisi Wuku Taun dapat bertahan di tengah arus modernisasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa sampai saat ini tradisi Wuku Taun merupakan upacara adat tahunan yang masih rutin dilaksanakan setiap tahunnya sebagai pola dalam mengatur pola kehidupan masyarakat kampung adat Cikondang Kecamatan Pangalengan Kabupaten Bandung sehingga tradisi Wuku Taun memberikan peranan penting dalam kehidupan masyarakat sebagai pranata sosial yang mengatur kehidupan bermasyarakat dan menjadi salah satu sumber nilai budaya sunda

Abstract

Character education serves as a fundamental foundation in shaping children's personalities from an early age. Early Childhood Education (ECE) institutions play a strategic role in instilling character values that are essential for children's future lives. This research is motivated by the need to identify an effective model for strengthening character education through a structured and sustainable approach. One promising approach is the management of habituation activities, which are systematically integrated into children's daily routines within ECE environments. This study focuses on how character education reinforcement can be concretely implemented through the management of habituation activities at PAUD Annur, located in Rengasdengklok Utara Village, Rengasdengklok District, Karawang Regency. A qualitative approach was employed using a case study method. The research subjects included the school principal, teachers, Group B students aged 5–6 years, and parents as supporting participants. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of activities. The data analysis was conducted descriptively and qualitatively through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, with data validation carried out using source and method triangulation techniques. The findings reveal that habituation activities at PAUD Annur are consistently carried out daily through practices such as performing Dhuha prayers together, reciting prayers before and after learning, singing songs themed around noble morals, greeting teachers and peers, as well as maintaining cleanliness and classroom tidiness. These activities are not merely routines but are managed through systematic planning, implementation, and evaluation by the institution. The management of these habituation activities has proven effective in gradually but significantly nurturing religious character, discipline, responsibility, and social care among children. It can be concluded that the structured and continuous implementation of habituation activity management at PAUD Annur serves as an effective strategy in strengthening character education from an early age. This model can serve as a reference for other ECE institutions in their efforts to shape a young generation that is not only cognitively intelligent but also grounded in strong moral and spiritual values.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari praktik pendidikan di SMPN 1 Purwakarta menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologis, dengan fokus pada penerapan pedagogi kritis. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada dominasi metode pengajaran konvensional yang non-dialogis dan rendahnya kesadaran sosial dan kritis siswa. Metode kualitatif digunakan untuk mengeksplorasi pengalaman hidup guru dan siswa melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan berbagai tantangan dalam penerapan pendidikan kritis, seperti keterbatasan akses teknologi, kurangnya pelatihan profesional bagi guru, dan budaya sekolah yang otoriter. Namun, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi inisiatif-inisiatif yang menjanjikan dari guru-guru muda yang mulai mengadopsi strategi pengajaran reflektif dan partisipatif. Analisis menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan yang signifikan antara kebijakan pendidikan nasional dan praktik di tingkat kelas. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan model pendidikan yang lebih kontekstual dan transformatif. Rekomendasi yang diberikan meliputi penguatan kapasitas guru dan penyusunan kebijakan berdasarkan kebutuhan nyata sekolah. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya evaluasi pendidikan yang dihapus pada pengalaman autentik para peserta didik yang terlibat dalam proses pembelajaran. Kata kunci: pedagogi kritis, fenomenologi, guru, siswa, SMPN 1 Purwakarta, evaluasi pendidikan.
