Abstract

The main problems in the selection of network vendors include uncertainty regarding the credibility and reliability of the vendor, which can result in the risk of product or service failure. Choosing a network vendor requires a thorough evaluation of the vendor's credibility and track record to ensure their reliability and experience in the industry. In addition, the technology compatibility and flexibility of the product need to be checked to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure and the ability to adapt to evolving needs. The combination of the CRITIC weighting and MAUT methods can result in a robust and holistic approach in the decision support system. CRITIC is used to determine the relative weight of each criterion based on the correlation analysis between the criteria, thus helping to reduce subjectivity and improve the objectivity of the assessment. Once the criterion weights are set using CRITIC, MAUT can be used to calculate the utility score of each alternative based on the weights of that criterion. MAUT allows the integration of decision-maker subjective preferences into the analysis, thus allowing for a more thorough and accurate evaluation of the alternatives being evaluated. The results of the network vendor ranking show that Nusanet gets the first rank with a final score of 0.6214, Zitline gets the second rank with a final score of 0.5317, MMS gets the third rank with a final score of 0.5276, TMS gets the fourth rank with a final score of 0.4147, and JPDN gets the fifth rank with a final score of 0.3677. This combination of the CRITIC and MAUT methods provides a comprehensive approach to network vendor selection, ensuring that decisions are based on structured, transparent, and measurable analysis, resulting in the most optimal vendor selection for the organization's needs.

Abstract

CV.Sumber Segar Lestari is a five-star supermarket that serves the best products on the market, namely imported products. High quality human resources are very necessary to improve a company. In searching for quality human resources according to the company's needs, CV.Sumber Segar Lestari is still carried out manually, namely the cashier reception process at CV.Sumber Segar Lestari (Brastagi Supermarket) uses a cashier reception system based on the Company's Operational Standards guidelines. Starting from the cashier acceptance process by selecting each incoming job application. Then the process of evaluating prospective cashier employees is carried out, including: examining applications and required documents, conducting written tests, interviews, and deciding whether to accept or reject the prospective cashier employee. This method of assessment takes a long time and is prone to errors. Especially if many applicants submit applications. In addition, the assessment process and results can only be seen by personnel, it is very possible to manipulate test results. To solve this problem, this research uses the Multi Attribute Utility Theory method. The Multi Attribute Utility Theory method is a quantitative comparison method that usually combines measurements of different risk costs and benefits. The Multi Attribute Utility Theory method is used to provide an assessment and consideration of the best alternative from various existing options. Processing values using the death method will produce rankings. The final result obtained was alternative A3 which had the highest final score of 0.595 in the name of Mulia Dinda Ramadani

Abstract

The main problem in choosing the best cleaning service is often a challenge because it involves a variety of complex and subjective criteria. Cleaning service performance assessments are not only based on factors such as speed and efficiency in work, but also include other aspects such as cleanliness of work results, interpersonal skills, and the ability to comply with safety procedures. The purpose of this research is to implement a system that is able to evaluate and select cleaning service providers objectively and effectively. The Entropy method to measure and assign weights to relevant criteria in the assessment of cleaning service providers, based on the information contribution of each criterion. The COPRAS method to assess and compare various alternative cleaning service providers based on the weight of predetermined criteria, so as to identify the service provider that best meets the desired needs and standards. Based on the results of the ranking that has been carried out by applying the entropy and COPRAS weighting methods, Hadi Santoso occupies the top position with a perfect score of 100, showing that he is the best cleaning service employee among other candidates. Dewi Lestari is ranked second with a score of 96.07, which also shows a very good performance but slightly below Hadi. Meanwhile, Haryani occupies third place with a score of 92.46. Even though it is in last place, this score still reflects a fairly satisfactory performance. This difference in scores indicates a variation in the performance aspects assessed, so that it can be used as a basis for decision-making for awards or service quality improvement.

Abstract

Toddler health is very important as the basis for child development. Every child must receive good nutrition so that their development stages are not disrupted. This study aims to analyze the nutritional status of toddlers at Posyandu Currently, Posyandu Parents are given a Healthy Way Card (KMS) where the card only contains the child's age and weight. The data used includes the age, weight and body length of 20 toddlers. The analysis process involves determining the Z-Score for each parameter to group the data into three main clusters, namely overnutrition, obesity and risk of overnutrition. The research results showed that of the 20 toddlers, 6 were in the obese category, 13 were over-nourished, and 1 toddler was at risk of over-nutrition. This information can be a basis for evaluation for parents and Posyandu in increasing appropriate nutritional intake for children.

Abstract

This study employs bibliometric analysis to provide a comprehensive overview of the research landscape concerning the integration of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Decision Support Systems (DSS). Utilizing 1770 documents retrieved from the Scopus database (1985-2025) and employing Biblioshiny for analysis, this research examines publication trends, citation patterns, keyword co-occurrence, collaboration networks, and thematic evolution within the field. The findings reveal a significant growth in publications, particularly after 2015, highlighting the increasing scholarly interest. Citation analysis identifies influential works and key contributing countries. Keyword analysis underscores "decision support systems," "analytic hierarchy process," and "decision making" as central themes, with emerging interest in areas like "artificial intelligence." Collaboration network analysis illustrates significant co-authorship patterns and international collaborations. Thematic mapping further categorizes research themes, identifying well-established "Motor Themes" (e.g., "decision support system," "GIS") and fundamental "Basic Themes" (e.g., "decision making," "analytic hierarchy process"). This study provides valuable insights into the intellectual structure, evolutionary trends, and collaborative dynamics of the AHP-DSS integration research field, highlighting its robust nature and potential future directions.

Abstract

The use of Computer-Based Testing (CBT) systems has become a popular evaluation method due to its efficiency and ability to accelerate the assessment process. However, challenges such as cheating and the similarity of question sequences among participants still frequently occur. This study aims to design and implement a modified Sattolo Shuffle algorithm with the addition of a Linear Congruential Generator (LCG) as a source of random numbers in the exam question randomization process. The Sattolo Shuffle algorithm was chosen because it produces a single cyclic permutation that ensures each question element is repositioned, reducing the potential for recurring patterns. The LCG is used to generate random indices deterministically but variably, based on specific parameters and an initial value (seed) derived from the participant’s serial number. The implementation was carried out in a web-based CBT system consisting of 50 questions in each exam session. Testing on three participants showed that the generated question sequences were completely different, with no identical orders found. Each participant received a unique combination of questions with an even distribution of question positions. Initial results demonstrate the algorithm's effectiveness in increasing question variation and preventing duplication, making it a potential solution to enhance security and fairness in CBT administration. This research is expected to contribute significantly to the development of more randomized, fair, and cheat-resistant online exam systems.

Abstract

The nutritional status of toddlers is an important indicator in assessing child growth and development and is closely related to the risk of stunting. However, the process of recording and classifying nutritional status at the Bukit Kapur Community Health Center is still done manually, making it prone to analysis delays and data processing errors. This study aims to implement the K-Modes algorithm in classifying toddler nutritional status based on categorical data, such as age, weight, and height. Toddler data were collected from the Bukit Kapur Community Health Center and underwent pre-processing, data transformation, and the application of the K-Modes algorithm to determine toddler nutritional groups. The results showed that the K-Modes algorithm was able to group toddler data into three main categories: well-nourished, at-risk of overnutrition, and overnourished. The majority of toddlers fell into the well-nourished category (98 toddlers), while only a small proportion fell into the at-risk of overnutrition and overnourished categories (1 toddler each). These findings indicate that the K-Modes method is effective in classifying toddler nutritional status based on categorical data and can assist health workers in monitoring child growth and preventing stunting.

Abstract

Expert systems are one application of artificial intelligence used to mimic the ability of an expert in diagnosing a disease. This study aims to compare the performance of three inference methods Certainty Factor, Dempster-Shafer, and Bayes' Theorem in the diagnosis of female reproductive system diseases. Symptom data and expert knowledge values were obtained from medical experts to support the system's validity. Each method was implemented on the same symptom data, and the results were analyzed to assess the consistency of the diagnoses produced. The results show that the Certainty Factor method produced a diagnosis of Cervical Cancer with the highest confidence value of 0.9999, followed by the Dempster-Shafer method with the same diagnosis and a confidence value of 0.852. However, the Bayes Theorem method produced a different diagnosis, namely Ovarian Cyst, with a confidence value of 0.911. These differing results indicate that the characteristics and approaches of each method significantly influence the final diagnosis outcome. This study contributes insights to expert system developers regarding the strengths and weaknesses of each inference method. The selection of the appropriate method must be tailored to the system's requirements, data complexity, and the level of uncertainty in the medical information used.
