Abstract

In a company or agency, employees are one of the keys to success in achieving certain goals in the company. However, getting the right IT staff and in accordance with what the company or agency wants is certainly not easy. Therefore, to get employees who meet expectations and fulfill all stages carried out by the company, it is necessary to select the right employee candidates so that later it will produce competent IT staff in their fields. The Preference Selection Index (PSI) method is a method for solving multi-criteria decision making (MCDM). This method is useful when there is a conflict in determining the relative importance between attributes. From the results of the study, it was obtained that alternative A9 was the best alternative to be chosen as the company's IT staff with the highest score of 0.9624

Abstract

Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) is something that is made as assistance in the form of food, to help the community, especially in social services that are given to the community in a non-cash way or called electronic money whose source is the government and is given to underprivileged families or beneficiary families. (KPM). This assistance is distributed every month using a card and exchanged at e-Warong. The result of the exchange is food or in the form of rice, milk, instant noodles etc. In the process of selecting candidates for BPNT assistance, it will be very difficult if it is decided manually. Therefore, a system called DSS is needed. Decision Support System (DSS) is a stage in finding a solution to a problem where the process is carried out using a solution according to how the computer works. DSS can work optimally if using the method. In this study, the authors chose the Multi-Objective Optimization Method on The Basic of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) which is a method that can be used in the completion and completion process of the DSS. This method has a working procedure that uses mathematical calculations. The results of this study were obtained as the best candidate for the recipient of BPNT funds, alternative A4 on behalf of Jefri with a value of 0.2362 as the first rank

Abstract

Honorary workers are someone who is appointed by a Personnel Development Officer or other officials in the government to carry out certain tasks in government agencies whose salary is paid by the APBN or APBD. The performance evaluation of honorary workers is aimed at planning the development of human resources and training and increasing the utilization of honorary workers in accordance with their duties and functions. The process of assessing the performance of honorary workers who are unfair can have an adverse effect on the honorary workers themselves. In the process of evaluating honorary staff, an efficient system is needed to see the performance results of the honorary staff, a Decision Support System is needed. The method applied in this study is the Weighted Product (WP) and Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS) methods applying Rank Order Centroid (ROC) weighting using these two methods, it is expected to provide effective results in evaluating honorary workers. The final results obtained in calculating the best alternative value in the calculation of the Weighted Product (WP) method, namely A4 on behalf of "Karin" with a value of Vi = 0.246 and in the calculation of the Complex Proportional Assessment method (COPRAS), namely A6 in the name of "Love" with a value of Ui = 100

Abstract

So far, the selection of participants for the Mathematics Olympiad still has a number of problems, including a teacher or principal choosing a subject based on eye grades, even though the Science Competition questions that are asked in cities, districts and within the country require other aspects, such as intelligence and experience in Mathematics Competitions. . In addition to the above, sometimes the teacher does not pay attention to all of the above aspects when selecting students, which makes the end result not optimal. In overcoming these problems a system was formed that supports results in the selection of people who will take part in math competitions. In this research, the authors use the Weighted Product method with the results of the research obtained is alternative A5 with a value of 0.2391 as the best alternative

Abstract

The new branch location is close to people's activities with the availability of adequate facilities, making it convenient for consumers to access the services/products they need. The determination of the feasibility of a new branch location by several product or service producers still uses an inaccurate system, which can lead to problems in determining a strategic and targeted new branch location. However, there are some challenges in selecting a new branch location, so the utilization of technology is considered efficient, easy, and flexible, widely used by entrepreneurs, especially in determining new branch locations. This is done by using the assistance of a decision support system, which is expected to help determine an efficient and strategic new branch location. The aid comes in the form of a Decision Support System using the MAUT method with ROC weighting. After calculating each criterion and alternative, the best ranking is obtained for alternative A6 with a value of 0.6847. This way, business groups will not have difficulty in determining a new branch location through alternatives and criteria. The use of the MAUT method with ROC weighting is expected to assist in obtaining the best and valid alternatives up to the ranking stage

Abstract

The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) has been a prominent tool in decision-making, but the Multi-Attribute Global Interference of Quality (MAGIQ) offers an alternative with its unique weighting mechanism. This research delves into the effectiveness of weighting in assessing ranking criteria within the SWOT-MAGIQ matrix. The study contrasts the traditional Rank Order Centroid (ROC) approach with the Improved Rank Order Centroid (IROC), focusing on their application in the SWOT analysis. While ROC provides simplicity, IROC aims for enhanced accuracy by considering variability in rankings. The results indicate nuanced differences, with ROC assigning higher weights to criteria such as "Friendly Staff" (0.3183 vs. IROC’s 0.3125), while IROC prioritizes aspects like "Strong Customer Relationships" more significantly (0.1103 vs. ROC’s 0.1053). The choice between ROC and IROC hinges on the specific needs of the decision-making context, with IROC potentially offering a more detailed perspective in complex scenarios. This research underscores the importance of selecting the appropriate weighting mechanism to ensure informed and strategic decisions within the SWOT-MAGIQ framework

Abstract

The Head of Study Program plays an important role as the highest leader in the structure of a study program. The Head of Study Program is responsible for the smooth running of academic activities in the study program he leads. As a key element in higher education, the Head of Study Program must lead the managerial function by planning, implementing, and controlling the academic process and managing other supporting activities. The head of the study program who shows high performance, dedication, and integrity deserves an award as the best head of the study program. This assessment aims to ensure that the Head of Study Program is able to carry out his duties properly in accordance with the rules and demands, and advance the study program in accordance with its vision and mission. Therefore, a decision support system is needed as a solution to overcome this problem, by utilizing the MOOSRA method. MOOSRA begins by formulating a decision matrix consisting of alternatives, criteria or attributes, individual weights or significance coefficients of each criterion, and performance measurements of related alternatives. Normalization is then carried out to change the attribute values into the range 0–1. The assessment results show that the Head of Study Program with the highest ranking is alternative A7, with a value of 0.896358

Abstract

This research aims to analyze digital wallet usage preferences among university students using a decision support system. With the rise of various digital wallet services such as DANA, LinkAja, and GoPay, students often have difficulty in choosing the platform that best suits their needs. To solve this problem, the research uses a combination of the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) and Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis (MOORA) methods. The ROC method was used to determine the criteria weights, while MOORA was applied to rank the digital wallet alternatives. The criteria used in this study include merchant range, cashback program, transaction fees, and ease of use. The research sample consisted of 150 students from the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Nusantara. The results showed that GoPay ranked first as the most preferred digital wallet, followed by DANA in second place, and LinkAja in third. The findings are expected to help students in choosing the digital wallet that best suits their preferences, as well as provide input for digital wallet service providers to improve their service quality
