Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Ex Post Facto bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung sikap belajar dan kemandirian belajar terhadap motivasi belajar, pengaruh langsung sikap belajar dan kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar, serta menganalisis pengaruh tidak langsung sikap belajar dan kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar melalui motivasi belajar. Sampel penelitian diambil sebanyak 114 siswa dari jumlah populasi dengan menggunakan teknik Cluster Random Sampling. Instrumen penelitian adalah angket dan soal evaluasi untuk memperoleh skor sikap belajar, kemandirian belajar dan motivasi belajar. Sedangkan soal evaluasi digunakan untuk memperoleh nilai hasil belajar IPA. Data yang digunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap belajar dan kemandirian belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar, sikap belajar berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar, kemandirian belajar dan motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar, serta sikap belajar dan kemandirian belajar berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap hasil belajar melalui motivasi belajar. Hal ini disebabkan karena, sikap belajar dan kemandirian belajar mempengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa untuk memperoleh hasil belajar yang baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran The Power of Two terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi sistem pernapasan manusia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Quasi Eksperiment Design (eksperimen semu), dimana pada kelas eksperimen diterapkan model pembelajaran the power of two pada kelas VIII MTs Nurul Ayen As’adiyah Kampung Baru dan untuk kelas kontrol diterapkan model pembelajaran langsung. Teknik pengambilan sampel digunakan teknik sampling non probability sampling dengan purposive sampling yaitu teknik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan ANACOVA (Analysis of Covariance). Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi 0,000<0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penerpan model the power of two terhadap berpikir kritis. Begitupun dengan hasil belajar, hasil perhitungan diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian ada pengaruh Model pembelajaran the power of two terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the differences in critical thinking skills and argumentation skills through the application of argument driven inquiry and discovery learning models in biotechnology material. The research method is a quasi-experiment with a quantitative approach using a pretest posttest control group design. The research population was all class X MIA consisting of 3 classes. The research samples were X MIA 2 as experimental class 1 and X MIA 1 as experimental class 2 selected using random sampling techniques. Data collection used critical thinking skills test instruments and argumentation skills tests in the form of 10 essay questions. The posttest t-test results for critical thinking skills obtained a value of 0.01, which is smaller than 0.05, thus showing that there are differences in critical thinking skills in classes that use argument driven inquiry and discovery learning models on biotechnology material. The results of the t-test posttest on argumentation skills obtained a value of 0.00, which is smaller than 0.05, thus indicating that there are differences in argumentation skills in classes that use argument driven inquiry and discovery learning models.

Abstract

Students' Biology learning outcomes are influenced by two factors, namely internal and external factors. Internal factors that can influence learning outcomes are independence, attitude and learning motivation. This research aims to investigate the relationship between independence, attitudes and learning motivation and biology learning outcomes. This research is ex post facto research. The research instrument is a questionnaire used to obtain data on independence, attitudes and motivation to learn. Documentation is used to obtain biology learning outcomes scores. Data collection on independence, attitudes and motivation to learn was carried out through giving questionnaires to students. Learning outcome data is obtained from daily test scores. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis with product moment correlation tests, simple and multiple regression. The results of the research show that (i) students' learning independence is in the high category, (ii) students' learning attitudes are in the positive category, (iii) students' learning motivation is in the high category, (iv) students' biology learning outcomes are in the very high category, (v) there is a strong relationship between independence and biology learning outcomes, with a correlation value of 0.680, (vi) there is a strong relationship between attitudes and biology learning outcomes, with a correlation value of 0.663, (vii) there is a strong relationship moderate between motivation and biology learning outcomes, with a correlation value of 0.453, (viii) there is a strong relationship between independence, attitude and motivation and biology learning outcomes with a correlation value of 0.730.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung efikasi diri dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap motivasi belajar biologi peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri se-Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Kabupaten Bone. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif jenis ex-post facto yang bersifat korelasional. Variabel dalam penelitian ini yaitu dua variabel bebas meliputi efikasi diri (X1), kecerdasan emosional (X2), satu variabel intervening yaitu motivasi belajar (Y) dan satu variabel terikat yaitu hasil belajar biologi (Z) peserta didik pada pembelajaran biologi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Tanete Riattang, Kabupaten Bone, yang terdiri dari 4 sekolah. Sampel penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri se-Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Kabupaten Bone. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini yaitu Probability Sampling dengan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner atau angket dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis statistik deskriptif, analisis statistik inferensial dan pengujian hipotesis. Efikasi diri dan kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh langsung terhadap motivasi belajar biologi peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri se-Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Kabupaten Bone. Efikasi diri, kecerdasan emosional dan motivasi belajar berpengaruh langsung terhadap hasil belajar biologi peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri se-Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Kabupaten Bone. Efikasi diri dan kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap hasil belajar biologi melalui motivasi belajar peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri se-Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Kabupaten Bone.

Abstract

Various studies show that the scientific literacy of Indonesian students is still in a very low category, based on a review of the literature several factors are thought to be involved, namely related to the thinking ability of students who have not reached higher cognitive abilities in this case higher order thinking skills. So, this study aims to determine the relationship between higher order thinking skills and scientific literacy in public high school students in Bulukumba Regency, this research is a correlational type with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all XII grade students at public high schools in Bulukumba Regency. The samples in this study were XII grade students at SMAN A, SMAN B, SMAN C, SMAN D, SMAN E, SMAN F, SMAN G, and SMAN H. Data collection techniques in this study used multiple choice tests that tested the C4-C6 level and scientific literacy tests tested in the PISA Program. Data analysis in this study was conducted using simple correlation test with Product Moment correlation method. The results showed that there is a relationship between higher order thinking skills and scientific literacy of high school students in Bulukumba Regency. This is based on the results of the analysis obtained showing that the significance value of learning is smaller than 0.05, namely (0.001 <0.05).

Abstract

metacognitive skills and learning outcomes of class . This research is an ex-post facto type of quantitative research with data collection carried out using self-efficacy, self-confidence and metacognitive skills questionnaires, as well as first semester Biology cognitive learning scores. The sample determination method used is the Area Proportional Random Sampling technique, so the research sample a total of 301 students and the research population was all class XI students of SMAN Polewali Mandar Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year. The data was analyzed descriptively and inferentially. The results of the research show that the self-efficacy, metacognitive skills and learning outcomes of students are in the medium category, and the self-confidence of students is in the high category, and there is a fairly strong relationship between self-efficacy and student learning outcomes, a very strong relationship between self-confidence and learning outcomes, a strong relationship between metacognitive skills and learning outcomes, and a very strong relationship between self-efficacy, self-confidence, and metacognitive skills and student learning outcomes. As for future researchers, it is hoped that they will use more variables and the results of this study are not in accordance with Bandura's theory that self-efficacy is always directly proportional to self-confidence, so it is necessary to study further the factors that influence students' self-confidence.

Abstract

Development of Differentiated Learning Tools to Improve Students' Numeracy Skills on Climate Change and Global Warming Material (supervised by Firdaus Daud and Muhammad Arsyad). This development research aims to produce differentiated learning tools that are valid, practical and effective for improving Numeracy skills on climate change and global warming material. The development model used in this research refers to the ADDIE development model developed by Robert Marie Branch (2009) which includes 5 stages, namely (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, (5) Evaluation. The tools developed in this research are Learning Implementation Plans (RPP), Student Worksheets (LKPD), modules, HOTS assessment instruments, and multiple representation ability instruments. The quality testing stage of the differentiated learning tools and supporting instruments that will be used in the research is carried out through a validity test given to two validators. Field trials were carried out on class X 1 students totaling 30 people. The results of the research show that the differentiated-based learning tools developed meet product quality, namely: 1) validity including: (a) lesson plans with a value of 3.48 (valid), (b) LKPD with a value of 3.58 (very valid), ( c) module with a score of 3.40 (valid), and (d) Numeracy skills assessment instrument with a score of 0.77 (valid); 2) practicality includes: (a) implementation of learning tools with a score of 1.80 in the fully implemented category, (b) teacher response to learning tools with a score of 93.42% in the very practical category; 3) effectiveness includes assessment of Numeracy skills with a pretest average of 14.30% in the low category and a posttest average of 78.01% in the medium category and N-gain results of 0.76 in the high category. Thus, the research results show that learning tools based on the Differentiated learning model have valid, practical and effective qualities.

Abstract

Penilaian berbasis TIK dalam pembelajaran merupakan proses penting dalam memantau kualitas hasil belajar secara efektif dan praktis. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk memberikan penguatan keterampilan guru-guru Madrasah Aliyah Allu Kab. Jeneponto melalui pelatihan penilaian berbasis TIK. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu; a) Observasi; b) Pelatihan; c) Tugas Mandiri/Terstruktur; d) Review Tugas; dan e) Evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan keterampilan guru-guru Madrasah Aliyah Allu mengenai penilaian berbasis TIK.  Hasil pelatihan terlihat dari hasil evaluasi yang baik, kegiatan yang berjalan dengan baik dan kondusif, serta positifnya respon peserta pelatihan terhadap angket yang diberikan dengan nilai rata-rata 3.18.

Abstract

Cultivating plants using hydroponic methods promises better plant quality compared to conventional methods. However, the application of this technique is still relatively low among the public, especially in Majene Regency, West Sulawesi Province. Meanwhile, the potential for cultivating plants using hydroponic methods in Majene Regency is significant due to the availability of vast land and supportive environmental conditions. Therefore, this community service activity is conducted to increase public knowledge about hydroponic plant cultivation methods in Majene Regency. The training was held on May 11, 2024, at SMPN 2 Majene, and attended by 25 teachers from various districts in Majene Regency. They were selected based on their communication skills and potential to implement the training to students and the surrounding community. The training utilized lecture, discussion, and hands-on practice methods. Participants' response to the training was highly positive, with the majority feeling assisted by the training activities. Subsequent activities are recommended to integrate more innovative hydroponic techniques. It is hoped that the increase in knowledge and skills will encourage more people to adopt hydroponic methods, thus improving the income of the West Sulawesi community.
