Abstract

To investigate the determinants of sustainable Islamic banking in Indonesia by integrating financial performance, maqashid sharia (zakat and CSR), and Islamic governance, with the Islamicity Financial Performance Index (IFPI) as a mediating variable. Quantitative research using 176 quarterly observations from four Islamic commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (2015–2024). Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Financial performance, maqashid sharia, and Islamic governance positively and significantly affect IFPI, which in turn strongly impacts sustainable Islamic banking. IFPI also mediates the relationship between these variables and sustainability, highlighting that economic, social, and spiritual integration drives long-term bank sustainability. This study introduces IFPI as a mediating variable, providing a comprehensive framework that links financial performance with sharia compliance and social responsibility, offering a novel perspective in measuring Islamic banking performance. Islamic banks should strengthen the integration of financial and sharia principles by optimizing zakat, CSR, and governance mechanisms to enhance long-term sustainability. Future research may expand samples or include additional factors like digitalization or green banking to enrich findings

Abstract

This study aims to systematically review the development, benefits, challenges, and future research directions in the implementation of Electronic Human Resource Management (e-HRM) in the era of digital transformation. Employing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach guided by PRISMA and bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer and Biblioshiny, the study analyzed 15 empirical articles published between 2019 and 2025 that are indexed in Scopus. The network visualization results reveal that e-HRM serves as a central theme closely linked to issues such as Artificial Intelligence, digital ethics, technostress, corporate sustainability, and organizational performance. The density visualization analysis shows that researchers have extensively explored e-HRM and organizational performance, yet areas such as technostress, digital ethics, and corporate sustainability still represent potential research gaps. Overall, the findings reveal that implementing e-HRM enhances HR process efficiency, enables data-driven decision-making, improves employee experience, and supports organizational sustainability.. Nevertheless, the study also identifies several challenges, such as high implementation costs, resistance to digital transformation, data security and privacy risks, and the emergence of technostress among employees. Based on the review results, future studies should focus on integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning into e-HRM, examining ethical considerations in algorithmic decision-making, and exploring the cross-cultural adaptability of e-HRM systems.

Limited interaction between mother and baby is a significant stress factor. A description of the mother's stress level is important for determining interventions for maternal involvement in baby care in the neonatal intensive care unit. Objective:. To determine the stressful picture of maternal care of premature babies in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Methods: This study employed a descriptive quantitative research design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample size consisted of 94 mothers of premature babies, selected through purposive sampling. The instrument utilized was the Parental Stressor Scale: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (PSS: NICU) questionnaire and descriptive statistics frequencies were employed for statistical analysis. Abstract

This study aims to examine students’ perceptions of the use of Shopee Barokah in relation to religiosity and halal lifestyle among students of the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business (FEBI). The research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach to explore how digital platform features influence religious values and consumption behavior. Data were collected through in-depth observations and responses from students with varying levels of engagement with Shopee Barokah. The findings indicate that students who use Shopee Barokah experience greater ease in accessing Islamic-related information, such as prayer schedules, Islamic calendars, and religious content, which supports the integration of religious values into their consumption activities. The platform also enhances students’ awareness of the importance of selecting halal products and avoiding financial transactions that contradict Islamic principles, such as interest-based PayLater services. Meanwhile, students who have not utilized Shopee Barokah tend to have limited information regarding its features and benefits, although they still attempt to maintain halal principles in their daily consumption practices. This study concludes that the use of Shopee Barokah contributes positively to promoting a halal lifestyle and strengthening students’ religiosity in digital consumption. The findings provide insights for the development of value-oriented digital platforms and offer practical considerations for students in selecting consumption services aligned with Islamic principles.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of implementing the "make-a-match" cooperative learning model on the mathematics learning outcomes of third-grade students at SDN 163 Palembang. The population of this study was all third-grade students at SDN 163 Palembang. The sampling technique used random sampling, where 57 students were drawn from two classes to determine the control and experimental classes. The data collected in this study consisted of student learning outcomes obtained from pretest and posttest tests administered to third-grade students at SDN 163 Palembang. Data analysis used an independent sample t-test, meaning a two-sample unpaired test. The analysis showed a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, thus rejecting H0 and accepting Ha. Thus, the implementation of the Make-A-Match cooperative learning model has an impact on the mathematics learning outcomes of third-grade students at SDN 163 Palembang

Abstract

The competition between Islamic educational institutions and public schools compels private Islamic schools to continually enhance their educational services to meet their goals. This study examines how Al-Azhar Islamic Junior High School improves its educational services using the marketing mix theory, which includes seven elements: product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, and process. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, gathering data through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis involved reduction, presentation, and concluding, with data validity ensured through triangulation. The findings show that the school effectively applies all seven marketing mix elements. The school adapts academic and non-academic programs to align with its mission, manages pricing independently, and uses its central location as a community attraction despite traffic congestion. Promotional strategies leverage social media and consumer satisfaction, while human resources are strengthened through quality recruitment and ongoing training. Physical evidence is reflected in the provision of distinctive, high-quality infrastructure. The learning process focuses on maintaining teaching quality. The study concludes that employing marketing mix theory is an effective strategy for improving educational services and competitiveness in the face of public school competition.
