Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the causes of oversharing by viralizing privacy details to get attention. This study report uses a descriptive qualitative method by doing simak catat because the source of data obtained by listening to oral narratives from the Youtube channel Satu Persen - Indonesian Life School entitled "Oversharing: Selling Privacy for Attention. One Insight Episode 17" presented by him. The results of this study explain that learning about oversharing in the context of selling privacy for attention is to provide an understanding of the potential risks and consequences of such behavior. Learning about oversharing and selling privacy for attention is important, especially in an ever-evolving digital world, where personal information can be disseminated quickly. The goal is to help individuals protect themselves and take wiser action in sharing personal information online.

Abstract

This study aims to address the issue of zina and pornography consumption among children by analyzing the impact of digital media. The study utilized a descriptive qualitative method, gathering data through oral narratives from a Youtube channel called Parenting Rumah Keluarga Risman. The findings suggest that in today's society, where technology and information are easily accessible, parents play a crucial role in protecting their children from exposure to pornography and adultery as a lifestyle. The research was motivated by the increasing number of unethical sexual cases involving both adults and children in Indonesia. The study highlights the unconscious change in behavior and perspective that can occur due to digital media exposure. As a result, there is a need for comprehensive education and legal measures to protect children from negative influences and mitigate the adverse impacts in this digital era.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to understand how the Merdeka curriculum shapes contemporary learners. This study's report utilizes a qualitative descriptive method, employing a listening-and-note-taking approach to gather data from the oral narration on the YouTube channel "Belajar Era Digital" titled "Understanding the Concept of Learning in the Merdeka Curriculum," presented by Iswahyudi Rahman S.Pd., CERT.ELS., MIE. The study's findings explain that the Merdeka curriculum concept focuses on developing students' skills and character, not just academic knowledge. Learning is designed to prepare students to face future challenges. This concept prioritizes student-centered learning based on students' needs, not just their desires. The development of emotions, cognitive skills, and character is emphasized with the goal of creating an innovative and socially beneficial generation.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pendapat tentang pencegahan dan penanganan kekerasan di lingkungan satuan pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan mencatat karena sumber data diperoleh dengan mendengarkan narasi lisan dari kanal YouTube Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan RI yang berjudul “Merdeka Belajar Episode 25: Pencegahan dan Penanganan Kekerasan di Lingkungan Satuan Pendidikan” Artikel ini berfokus pada pembahasan mengenai Permendikbudristek tentang PPKSP tak hanya melindungi siswa dari kekerasan di sekolah. Para guru, pendidik, dan tenaga kependidikan dalam PPKSP juga dilindungi dari suatu kekerasan, bencana, krisis yang sedang melanda di selurih provinsi dan wilayah di Indonesia. Dengan terwujudnya lingkungan pendidikan yang nyaman dan aman, menurut Nadiem sangat kondusif untuk mendukung optimalnya peserta didik, pendidik, dan tenaga kependidikan melaksanakan aktivitas belajar dan mengajar serta mengembangkan potensinya.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to find out that teachers are the most important component in improving the quality of education. This study report uses a descriptive qualitative method by taking notes because the data source was obtained by listening to oral narratives from Jerri Muhammad's YouTube channel entitled Mandatory Scouts, 2022 Independent Curriculum, Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 63 of 2014 from Nadiem Anwar Makarim's perspective. The results of this study explain the importance of Scouting as a mandatory extracurricular in schools in the context of the Independent Curriculum. They stated that during the Covid-19 pandemic, Scout activities in schools had stopped, however, the Minister of Education and Culture and Research and Technology, Anwar Makarim, emphasized that Scouts supported character education and the Independent Curriculum.

Abstract

National transformation is a complex and important process in the development of a country. This involves significant changes in various aspects of life, including political, economic, social, and cultural. National transformation aims to achieve progress and success in order to achieve a better development vision. In the Indonesian context, national transformation is one of the main agendas that must be faced to achieve the ideals of more advanced and sustainable development. The aim of this study is to determine and analyze efforts to achieve national transformation of Pancasila, freedom of opinion and education in Indonesia. This study report uses a descriptive qualitative method by taking notes because the data source was obtained by listening to oral narratives from the Mata Najwa YouTube channel entitled “Prabowo Subianto Talks Ideas | Mata Najwa” which was explained by the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia, namely Prabowo Subianto. The results of this study explain the importance of the transformation of Pancasila for the continuity of daily life, freedom of opinion in public spaces, and the absolute importance of education.

Abstract

The results of this study explain building a solid foundation and knowledge, analytical and critical skills. This research begins with identifying results related to study objectives to develop or revise existing policies, to achieve these objectives more efficiently.

Abstract

This article is a review which is a critical reading of a guidebook that inspires and provides motivation for readers entitled "Liberating Education: A Reinterpretation of Paulo Freire's Educational Philosophy" by Akhmad Muhaimin Azzet, which is an attempt to re-actualize the concept of liberating education in the educational context in Indonesia. This book discusses the concept of liberating education from the perspective of Paulo Freire, a Brazilian education expert who is famous for this concept. This book is divided into three parts. The first part discusses Paulo Freire's educational philosophy. The second part discusses the concept of liberating education in the context of education in Indonesia. The third part discusses the challenges and opportunities of liberating education in Indonesia. In this book, Akhmad Muhaimin Azzet states that liberating education is education that aims to liberate humans from various forms of oppression, whether physical, mental or spiritual oppression. Liberating education also aims to build independent, critical and responsible humans. This book makes a significant contribution to the development of education in Indonesia. This book offers a new perspective on liberating education, which can become the basis for the development of more democratic and egalitarian education in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to present a review of a book with critical reading entitled Fear of Missing Out by Patrick J. McGINNIS. Descriptive qualitative research methods were used to analyze the contents of the book. The study results show that this book provides valuable insight into the psychological and social implications of the fear of being left behind, offering readers a deeper understanding of this modern phenomenon and empowering them to navigate the challenges it poses. This book serves as a guide for individuals who want to overcome the fear of falling behind and foster a healthier relationship with technology, social media, and their own sense of self-worth.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of innovation capability and work productivity on service quality within a manufacturing industry in Tangerang, Indonesia. Utilizing a quantitative research design, data were collected through a structured questionnaire distributed to 115 permanent employees, selected via random sampling. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS 3.0 software. Results indicate that both innovation capability and work productivity significantly and positively affect service quality. Furthermore, innovation capability also exerts a significant positive influence on work productivity. These findings underscore the pivotal role of fostering innovation capability and enhancing work productivity to improve service quality, thereby equipping companies to compete effectively in the era of Industry 4.0. This research contributes to managerial practices by providing a comprehensive model for optimizing service quality through workforce development strategies, emphasizing innovation and productivity as key drivers.
