This research focuses on the application of E-Commerce in increasing business competitiveness in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this research is (1) to fnd out what E-Commerce is, (2) to find out how the implementation of E-Commerce in increasing business competitiveness in era of the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitatively. The results of this study are the application of E-Commerce in the business world is needed by users of the latest technology such as the internet in facilitating business activities. Through the internet, business actors can easily communicate and correspond via email, chat, and others. Can produce products through advertising, introduce the company, and find new customers through the website. With the implementation of E-Commerce, it becomes market access in promoting the products it sells, increasing revenues that were previously declining to rising, helping communication between customers and sellers, and expanding the business.

The purpose of this research are to find out the effect of promotion on purchasing decisions in online stores and product quality's effect. The method used in this research is qualitative. Product quality is a product with ability to meet predetermined needs. Promotion is the activity of offering product to consumers. The purchasing decisions is a final result in buyer's determination. The result of this research shows that many people prefer to instead of shopping at offline stores.

This study was conducted to determine the business strategies implemented by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic. The object of research is the snack food industry with the trademark Waroenk Ngemil which is located on Jalan Sadang, Bandung Regency. The method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Based on the results of the study, data were obtained that the business strategy in marketing their products was through social media. From the results of the research above, it can be described that this strategy can work as expected by taking into account the purchasing power of consumers during this covid-19 pandemic. However, by using social media facilities, the funds needed by small business actors have an impact on reducing business capital. From the description above, it can be concluded that the role of government and banking is very important, especially with regard to training in the use of information technology so that small business products can survive in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The emergence of young entrepreneurs and the involvement of the active role of entrepreneurs are alternative solutions to the problem of unemployment. Young entrepreneurs have functional roles and strategic positions in accelerating national development. The purpose of this paper is to provide an overview, analysis and discussion of the role of young entrepreneurs in the Indonesian economy and development. The approach used in this paper by using the perspective of national interest and the method used in this paper is a qualitative analysis method. In the role of young entrepreneurs, there are at least three main things that are important discussions, namely important discussions, namely the government's steps to encourage the active role of young entrepreneurs through efforts to create new young entrepreneurs and maximize the role of young entrepreneurs. The second is efforts to develop and empower young entrepreneurs, including contributions and partnerships with organizations and local governments. And the third is regarding the active role of young entrepreneurs in increasing national economic development. Easy entrepreneurs act as innovators whose duties and activities play a role in finding and carrying out reform tasks, planning in formulating business operating guidelines and playing a role in facing challenges risks, as leaders who have a vision of development goals. , as a systematic and strategic decision making in facing the challenges of change as well as acting as a liaison that establishes harmonious, collaborative relations, both internally and externally in an effort to contribute to national development.

The lack of entrepreneurs in Indonesia demands the role of campuses in motivating undergraduates to become entrepreneurs. The Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs said that Indonesia needed around 20 million new entrepreneurs. With the increase in entrepreneurs from undergraduate circles, it will reduce the increase in the number of unemployed and even increase the number of jobs. To develop an entrepreneurial culture among the academic community, a model is needed. The model in question is not only based on the scientific potential inherent in entrepreneurship itself (theory) and students as subjects but also its relation to UKMKM including government and private institutions. The relationship between the three will be the axis of change in college graduation.

The more advanced era and changes in human life patterns cause human needs to change, especially primary needs, one of which is food and drink. The food and beverage industry is very developed and varies in terms of prices and types. From that, business competition in the culinary field is very tight and affects the food and beverage industry from producers to consumers. This research was conducted to find out how the right business development strategy uses internal environmental analysis from the perspective of resources, remote external & industry, enhanced by a business plan. The study used primary qualitative data from the object of research and secondary from literature studies obtained through interviews and documentation. Followed by data reduction, data presentation, and ended with data verification. Data analysis used triangulation validity test and member check for validity. The result of this research is a change in strategy to focus on specific market niches accompanied by a simple business plan that replaces the cost leadership strategy that has been proven to have been implemented so far by the object of research.

The Entrepreneurship course aims to make students learn to understand entrepreneurship, learn to have an entrepreneurial spirit, and learn to be an entrepreneur. This type of research is quantitative research. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Entrepreneurship courses in order to increase student interest in entrepreneurship by using multiple regression tests to compare the interests of students who take entrepreneurship courses with those who do not take entrepreneurship courses. In semesters 2, 4, and 6, 30 random samples were obtained for each group of students. The results obtained indicate that the implementation of entrepreneurship courses affects student interest in entrepreneurship. For 2nd semester students they do not take entrepreneurial decisions, but they do take them in high school. On the other hand, 4th semester students are interested in jobs that can guarantee a steady income (job). The results of this study can explain the need for students to accompany the offering of entrepreneurship courses in more practical applications in order to gain a clearer understanding of entrepreneurship. When it comes to establishing relationships with others in the business world, ethics plays an important role. Business ethics plays an important role in determining the success or failure of a company. Practicing good corporate ethics can also improve communication and foster mutual trust between colleagues. In running a company, you have to focus on two things. The first is aware of and considers the needs and emotions of others. The second reason is to avoid avoiding other people, because corporate ethics vary widely between cultures and countries. The purpose of writing this article is to find out how Business Ethics in Business Companies in the Globalization Era. The author of this article uses observation techniques as a research strategy, as well as library research methods. Based on the discussion in this article, the level of trust that each member of the business community has with each other is influenced by business ethics. There are a variety of stakeholders impacting each other, including businesses, suppliers and end users. Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) merupakan kegiatan sosial kemasyarakatan bagi mahasiswa yang sedang kuliah. Kegiatan KKN menempatkan mahasiswa dalam kehidupan sosial di masyarakat dan hidup serta berinteraksi dengan masyarakat dalam membantu dan bermanfaat bagi desa dan masyarakat. Kegiatan KKN yang dilakukan adalah mengadakan seminar dengan tema literasi pada anak usia dini. Seminar ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan literasi dasar anak dalam meningkatkan minat membaca dan menulis. Seminar literasi ini diadakan di Perumahan Indah Permai, Desa Petatal, Kabupaten Baru Bara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Untuk teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Tujuan pengembangan literasi dasar pada anak sejak dini adalah untuk melatih anak membaca dan menulis sejak dini serta menumbuhkan minat membaca dan menulis. Anak-anak di Desa Petatal hanya membaca buku dan menulis saat belajar di sekolah dan jarang membaca buku dan menulis saat di rumah. Hal inilah yang menjadi salah satu penyebab rendahnya minat baca tulis.

Indonesia has experienced an endless economic crisis that brings about social poverty. To overcome this problem, Islam offer institution of waqf that has economics vision, namely Cash Waqf. It is predicted to be prospective and potential enough to collect some fund from society that could be utilized to improve social condition and also to make the existing economic wheels become bigger. Cash waqf has a flexible method to create maslahat (public interest). This is due to the fact that cash waqf provides an opportunity for Muslims to practice in such a way that shall no longer be limited to the wealthy persons, but with small amount of money, middle class Moslem can do waqf for the sake of public interest.
