Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study how the marketing strategy of PT.JNE Express Patumbak Branch was developed and how the marketing strategy of PT.JNE Express Patumbak Branch was implemented. This research is a descriptive field study with a deductive model, conducted through structured and unstructured interviews. In addition to collecting data through observation, data management is carried out through methods of organization, organization, and analysis. This research is a quantitative research. Based on the results of a survey conducted by PT.JNE Express Patumbak Branch on products, prices, locations, promotions, people, physical assets, and strategic processes. The product strategy is assisted by the availability of flexible products such as Yes, Normal, and Economic Status (OK) that are tailored to customer needs. JNE Express has 14 products and services, with prices based on quantity and quality. Packages of socialization, expansion of partnerships, franchising, promotion of law and order training, online advertising and internet marketing, strategies for community empowerment programs (HR for employees), and employee benefits in materials and information. Have a good communication, writing, and information strategy physically, as well as a good process strategy, good communication channels, and good technology-oriented services. Abstract

Entrepreneurship itself is a system or process of creating something that can be of monetary or additional value in the economy. In entrepreneurship, one thing that needs to be strengthened is that interest is encouraged by positive motivations from those closest to you. And interest is a movement of the heart and mind to make an object as a target because the object attracts sympathy and creates a feeling of pleasure towards the object. While motivation is a condition that can change or encourage and direct the desires and interests of individuals to carry out entrepreneurial activities. Likewise with young entrepreneurs, young entrepreneurs will be successful if they are surrounded by people who provide motivation and encouragement that are constructive. And the example I take here is how to build the spirit of young people in developing a business selling various takjil during the fasting month starting from kolding, coconut ice, fried foods and so on. Abstract

E-commerce is the act of buying and selling through electronic media related to the internet. Athena Shop is a specialty shop that specializes in baby goods such as feeding, sleeping and dressing items. The last few months have seen a decline in sales in Athens stores. This is because e-commerce is growing in popularity, making it difficult for offline businesses like Athena Shop to compete with them because it provides so many advantages for both buyers and sellers. The implementation of e-commerce with wordpress content management system (CMS) as an online sales platform at the Athena store is one option to overcome this problem. Thanks to e-commerce, Athena Shop can compete in the baby gear market and boost sales. E-commerce has removed the requirement for customers to physically visit stores to make purchases. E-commerce can also make it easier to find out the latest information about the latest products. In addition, it makes it easy for merchants to understand all things related to bestseller reports, price reductions, product shipping, refunds and returns. Abstract

There are still many children from underprivileged families or poor people who are forced to drop out of school due to lack of funds. This study aims to determine the role of Dompet Dhuafa Waspada in providing solutions or educational programs to address educational inequality for underprivileged children in Medan City. This research is classified as a qualitative research and uses a literature study data collection method. The results of the study show that Dompet Dhuafa Waspada Medan City has several programs to improve the quality of education for underprivileged children, namely Bintang Rabbani School, Success Scholarship and SMART Ekselensia. Abstract

Through their field work program, namely consumptive zakat and productive zakat, the Dompet Dhuafa zakat institution distributes and distributes zakat for cash assistance, infaq, and alms. Consumptive zakat is channeled through zakat funds, which are used for educational, humanitarian, social, and health projects. Productive Zakat Money works in the field of economic utilization work programs, making good use of these funds by employing people who have talent but lack capital. The farmer partner program formed by the Dompet Dhuafa zakat institution is one type of productive zakat distributed by Dompet Dhuafa. Siraman village is located in the Pekalongan area. by having two fostered hamlets, each of which has potential but lacks the infrastructure necessary to develop. The purpose of the study was to examine the function of the Dompet Dhuafa zakat institution in strengthening the economy of the poor in Medan City. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the role of the Medan City Umkm Cooperative Service in realizing an independent mosque program through the Syari'ah Cooperative. This study uses a qualitative method where this research method is to understand social or human events by creating a comprehensive and complex picture that can be presented in words, reporting detailed data from informant sources. The result of this research is a new program from the Pemko Medan which is named the Mandiri Mosque, this is very useful because the mosque apart from being a place of worship can also be used as a forum for the economy. Abstract

Becoming an entrepreneur is one solution to overcome the problem of unemployment, because now people will not be satisfied with meeting their needs only relying on the results of being an employee. The increasing need, this affects the people themselves to be able to survive or not live their lives, and therefore becoming an entrepreneur is one of the solutions in addition to unemployment problems but also human survival. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of entrepreneurial interest and to test hypotheses regarding the effect of self-confidence and entrepreneurial spirit on interest in becoming an entrepreneur. The method used in this research is descriptive research. In accordance with the objectives to be achieved, this research uses the research method used is the survey method. The sampling in this study was from a population of 663 students of the economics faculty, level I, II, and III with a sample of 10% in each batch. The results of the analysis show that positive self-confidence towards interest in becoming an entrepreneur is partially and significantly with a linear regression coefficient of 0.342, entrepreneurial spirit has a positive effect on interest in becoming an entrepreneur partially and significantly with a regression coefficient of 0.447, and self-confidence and entrepreneurial spirit have a positive effect simultaneously. and significant to the interest in becoming an entrepreneur with the regression equation Y = 3.109 + 0.342X1 + 0.447X2. The results of the coefficient of determination show that changes in interest in becoming an entrepreneur can be influenced by changes in self-confidence and entrepreneurial spirit by 22.6%, the remaining 77.4% is influenced by other factors. Abstract

The Praxis of Entrepreneurship Learning in the Food services Production Unit. This study aims to investigate teachers’ concepts of entrepreneurship learning, entrepreneurship competencies developed in the production unit, and entrepreneurship learning processes in the production unit of food services in SMK Negeri 6 Yogyakarta. This study employed the qualitative case study. The research subjects were the principal, head of the study program, head of the production unit, and students. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The collected data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman model consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The result shows that: (1) Entrepreneurship learning needs hands-on-experiences-based; (2) the entrepreneurship competency developed through the production unit includes a) entrepreneurship knowledge, consisting of self-knowledge and practical knowledge, b) entrepreneurship attitudes, consisting of work ethos, autonomy, discipline, creativity, and innovativeness, and c) entrepreneurship skills, consisting of: technical skill, human relations skill, conceptual skill, decision making skill, time management skill, and leadership skill; (3) no instructional standard employed in to develop entrepreneurship in production unit. There are three entrepreneurship learning models employed in the production unit: inside production, outside production, and mobile canteen. The learning outcome is measured in two ways, i.e. performance and product monitoring. Meanwhile, evaluation of the students’ learning progress is conducted by using profit-based evaluation.
